Help!

Does anybody have recommendations or advice for when going to college? I'm currently a sophomore in highschool and I'm thinking about getting a bachelor's in early childhood education to become a kindergarten teacher. But I need to know if there are better majors to take and any other steps that I should take, now or later. And any advice you might have!! Thanks!

1)A figure appeared in the darkness: in the gleam of the moonlight, it was clear that it was holding a knife

2)The pocket watch flicked opened, its tiny coils spinning wildly, and she felt the air around her go cold as it pulled her into its frantic orbit. She tried to look at the time and date on the watch, to see where it was sending her, but the numbers were a blur. Before she knew it, the land around her had begun to change its shape.

3)As he was walking toward the house, a top hat materialized on his head and he suddenly felt very important.

4)The taste on her tongue was equal parts sweet and sour.

5) He was funny. Well, he was funny sometimes. But he was also funny when he was making fun of her, he made her cry more often than laugh.

6) She kept her three favorite things lined up on the shelf above her bed—but as she looked down at them now, she realized one was missing.

7) The little boy was very excited to get the train. He held his small toy replica in his hand as he eagerly waited for it to pull into the station. Then a voice boomed across the platform: 'Metro are sort to advise that the 11:40 train has been cancelled.' And thus a villain was born.
