High School PriChan the Musical, Part 2!
By popular demand!
So, as I mentioned before, Part 2 of the High School PriChan virtual musical (originally streamed on 3/9/2024) was a lot more dense than the first. All you really need to know about Part 1 is that Miracle Kiratts, Meltic Star, Ring Marry, and Daia were kidnapped and brought to a high school in space by Sadame Ginga for a mysterious purpose.
And so, our story begins exactly where we left off. They even open the show in the same exact way as part 1, with a reprise of the original song High School Challenger.
After the opening song, the girls discuss their upcoming Culture Festival (which has an overcomplicated name that Sadame keeps changing) and predict that Sadame Ginga will just appear and tell them it's happening all of a sudden without them actually having planned anything.
And guess what happens!
But they are all used to it by now.
So, what does everyone actually do for the Culture Festival?
Could it be, performing a live!? (They have done nothing else at this "high school" so far...)
So we have another string of performances, the most interesting of which is again Daia's. Just as she's about to begin, the screen starts glitching out and she is joined by her other self to form Double Daia. Together they perform Forever Friends! Yes, the MyChara Zuttomo song from PriPara!
Daia just covered Heart Iro Tori Dream in the last installment, so I don't know why she gets all the surprise covers but YAY DAIA!!!
The mascot Daia leaves and we reach the "climax" of the Culture Festival: the MyChara runway! Well, they call it a runway but it's actually a conveyor belt. (I don't know why they couldn't do the usual runway animation?) And so, the MyCharas of everyone who paid to get in are all wheeled out and do a pose at the end of the conveyor belt. How very exciting, for everyone who got in that is. This part seemed to drag on forever though... But well, I guess it was kinda neat seeing all the various season 3 coords I never got to see before.
After the runway, so much "sadame iine" has been uniquely gathered that Sadame Ginga insists they put on a special performance that has never been seen before. If so, a miracle might occur!
All of a sudden, Mel, Mirai, and Rinka start talking about some kind of a special group they once took part in, in a different world. This is all very confusing in universe, but it's Run Girls Run. They are talking about Run Girls Run.
So, the three of them perform Brand New Girls!
This leaves Emo, Sara, and Anna watching on the sidelines... leading Sara to suggest to Emo, hey, why not perform with us? It turns out that when Meltic Star was just Anna and Sara, they had considered inviting different members from Miracle Kiiratts to join them. Anna was apparently particularly interested in performing with Emo, Sara discloses. They had prepared songs that they could perform with Mirai and Rinka as well, but the first one they wrote was for Emo!
And so, they invite Emo to perform that song right here, right now!
Emo is a bit freaked out since she doesn't know the song, but Sara insists all she needs to do is study the lyrics and she will be fine. Anna has studied Emo's dancing style and created the moves to fit her perfectly, after all...
So, "Emotic Star" (or "Anna, Sara, Bananas" as Anna calls them, composed of three fellow members of iRis) perform the Valentine song Choco Tea Cocho Heart (a Meltic Star arcade song).
After this performance, the "sadame iine" is maxed. Sadame brings up a special monitor resembling a sliding puzzle showing possible fates of the universe and announces they now have the power to change destiny!
Naturally, the girls are taken aback to find out that this is what they have been performing for all this time. They demand Sadame explain.
And so, Sadame takes them to the superintendent and principal's office, her Sadame Room. Here, Sadame explains how she came to possess a record of the entire history of the universe, past and present.
"Oh? A record? That's what my grandma used to listen to music!" says Emo.
No, not a record. Sadame only uses the latest technology.
A VHS tape.
And it's recorded in extended play!
And, after studying said tape, Sadame had discovered that the disaster that killed the dinosaurs was about to return once more. But this time, a direct hit! Our galaxy, which just happens to be shaped like Kirachu, is about to hit another galaxy, which also happens to be shaped like Kirachu.
The girls are naturally distraught that the entire world is about to be destroyed, but Sadame announces she won't allow it. So, as it turns out, despite her scary appearance and forceful methods, Sadame did not have a nefarious reason for kidnapping the girls at all. She's been trying to save the world through PriChan all along!
Sadame then begins the performance she thinks will save the world (a reprise of her solo from the last show, "Face your Fate").
However, she is unsuccessful as her performance is suddenly interrupted as the two galaxies seem set to collide! Sadame is distressed as this wasn't supposed to happen, and the curtains close!
But, Mirai steps in to remind her that creating this high school and bringing everyone together was not useless because it allowed them to meet. Emo and Rinka agree with Mirai, and Meltic Star tell Sadame she's given up too soon. Everyone chimes in with the usual PriChan spirit of not giving up, and giving everything a try!
After a quick intermission with the mascots, we return to find the negative Kirachu galaxy (which Emo nicknames Urachu) has appeared on the horizon. Maria tries to push it away with cuteness only for Suzu to inform her she's just gonna pull it in it closer!
Sadame falls to her knees, lamenting that everything she did was useless.
Mentioning this brings up all their old PriChan memories, which were also included on the VHS tape. Emo and Mirai reminisce about their debut with Ready Action and what the song means to them. They were scared, but they had to try, and this song cheered them on.
"Let's do it! Let's try!" says Mirai as she holds out her hand to Sadame.
Sadame takes her hand, and the two perform Ready Action!!
Sadame's sadame meter is full, but she knows she will just fail like last time if she tries again. They need a way to collect even more iine. More than ever before.
Just as everyone is feeling down, they hear a voice from above. It's Alice! And Eve! They have been keeping tabs on the situation but due to a time lag, were just a little late in contacting them. They inform them with the use of Mel's parents' technology and a special performance on a special stage, they can change sadame iine into galaxy iine! However, they need to be in view of the Earth (the school is on the dark side of the moon).
Solulu and Luluna then appear to help as well (Note: Alice, Eve, Solulu, and Luluna don't have models, they are just communicating on a screen with static images) and send the girls their Illuminage coords. Miracle Kiratts performs, which sends everyone traveling on a shooting star to where they need to be!
(Or so we hear, in another intermission with the mascots.)
The mascots, with the help of mascot Daia, change into their idol forms and go to help as well!
Then, with no segway whatsoever, we are with Anju. Anju performs Fortune Karat in space.
Meanwhile, the other girls have arrived closer to the earth, where they need to be to accomplish the performance that will gather everyone's galaxy iine and change destiny.
I'd like to note that, although Sadame does not get an Illuminage coord, she's like... significantly more sparkly now.
Also, the girls realize the stage they have arrived on is actually Hakucho, Anju's mascot, transformed! So that's what Anju was doing? GoGo Mascots and the other Daia arrive too! Together they form the supergroup, Super Galaxy Miracle Star!
A group which can change destiny!
Super Galaxy Miracle Star performs the musical theme, High School Challenger (third performance of this song overall).
(Wait, I just noticed that even though they made a point about her showing back up, mascot Daia wasn't in this performance?? ??????)
And so, by the power of PriChan and its followers, the Earth, no, the GALAXY is saved once more.
Anju, Alice, and Eve reflect on the power of PriChan and Alice and Eve hope to perform with Solulu and Luluna someday. Anju tells them that the future exists to give us possibilities.
Sadame apologizes for her forceful ways of getting everyone involved in all of this, but they all forgive her since, after all, they had fun! They thank Sadame, saying they could not have done it without her. But Sadame says she should be thanking them for teaching her about the real power to change the universe (giving everything a try)!
The others ask Sadame if she is going to return to the school (to which transportation is fixed now, I forget at what point the robot got broken...), and she says of course. She is, after all, the superintendent, the principal, the student council president, the culture festival chair... (etc).
The other girls will all be returning back to their own respective high schools on Earth, but they decide this isn't goodbye. They are all connected by PriChan!
Sadame, who still feels responsible for the fate of the universe, will return to studying the updated VHS but also go on a journey to the center of the universe. Surely, she will discover the secret of the fate of everything there!
The others question if that is possible, but she reminds them what they taught her. You'll never know if you don't try!
The curtains close as Sadame is sure they will meet again!
The curtains open again with the girls back in their respective high school uniforms, ready to again try and perform the musical they were trying to perform in the last show before Sadame interrupted by kidnapping them and bringing them to space. But this time the mascots are with them too!
Suddenly, they hear something. Could it be...?
It turns out Sadame has given up on embarking on her journey... by herself. Instead, she will be using Hakucho, who can apparently travel faster than the speed of light and communicate back virtually.
So, now Sadame can visit whenever she wants! Except she does still have responsibilities at her school. She, after all, is the superintendent, the principal, the school council president... And she does have to analyze the data from Hakucho as well.
For now though, she is here! And will participate in the musical as well! It's her destiny!
And so, the curtains close for the final time as the real musical supposedly begins...
The end.
What a wonderful little thing. It was nice to be able to check in on everyone during their high school life, and meet a completely new PriChan idol character. You may have been able to tell already by reading this, but I really liked Sadame's arc, and seeing her finally smiling and enjoying herself performing with Mirai was my favorite part! Also, they threw a whole lot of fanservice for Emo/Anna shippers in here as well hehe.
I hope they keep doing these virtual musicals! I wouldn't be surprised if PriMagi or King of Prism is next!

Another proof Sara loves Mirai
Okay, I’m sure by now, you have understood. L love Mirasara, and it pain me that almost nobody saw their potential as a couple. I have post moment ago some pictures from episode 73. And I will continue with the same episode.
So, Sara is in a slump, and cannot write a good song in this episode. Mirai cheers her up in the beginning, and push her to try the advertising work. And thank to Nijinosaki Daia, she understand that she was too focused in one colore shade, and that she have to oversee all the color. In fine, she overcome her slump, and the advertising start :
We first see her in a dress with her character color, green, like at the forts try. She’s cool, calm, and speak with a certain elegance. She’s sure beautiful like this. But she doesn’t have her signature guitar, with her.
Then she changed for Anna color. We understand, she’s her best friend and member of the same idol group. So it logical to have Anna’ red after.
Then we Emo’s color, yellow and light blue, with the signature pompom. In my opinion, it a tentative to put some Emo/Anna couple time more in this episode, after some scenes before.
Then we have Rinka, then Mel, then Maria and Suzu colors. (Sorry we can see my screenshot in some pictures 😅)
I can understand why they put Mel after Rinka, to close the cercle of the six friends. But why don’t we have Mira after Mel ? It’s only logical to finish with Meltic and Kiratts before having Ring Marry, no ?
Sara choose to finish with Mirai color, and more over, associate Mirai’s color with her signature color. It like combining Sara coolness and Mirai loveliness together. Like putting an official Mirasara.
So even if they will not go out in the anime, and I don’t understand why they didn't do more than hints in Pripara and Prichan, in all honesty. All the previous Pretty Series had at least one love interest. I stay persuaded that Sara and Mirai have feelings for the other. Like it too obvious to past next to it, like for the Emonna ship, or the Marisuzu one.
What your thoughts about it ?

Toy Review: PriCast And Yattemita Aplli Sets
In season 1 of Kiratto PriChan, every character uses a Pichan Cast, or PriCast. This cellphone-like device acts as their camera, phone, and dressing room.
In this post, I'll discuss what the Pink version of the PriCast toy is like, as well as what two of the additional items - called Yattemita Aplli* - can do.
If you'd like to see it demonstrated, check out the featured Story on my collectors Instagram page - instagram.com/ashleighglitters
*Aplli is the translation used by AmiAmi, OtakuMode, and Madarake, and the one I have chosen to use as it's the one you'll likely need to use when buying it. However, other translations like Aplpli, Appuri, App, and Application, are just as valid and accurate.
The Pink PriCast
My PriCast is the Pink version, which comes with Mirai's Priticket, and has both Mirai and Emo as voiceovers by default.
The big, clear "Kiratto" button features a light that flashes various colours, and the PriTicket slots into the back of the device, over the battery compartment when not in use.
Considering it's made by the A.R.T.S. label, which is known for being low quality, it isn't nearly as bad as I'd expected it to be. But it still isn't great.
The mirrors on both sides are very shiny and genuinely reflective, which is nice, and the prints on both the buttons and the aplli are crisp and bright. It does tend to pick up on my fingerprints though, making it look very used and dirty. It would have been nice if there were some kind of protective film over the reflective parts, as with only a little gentle usage, they're already beginning to show some wear and tear.
My one major issue with the quality is that the pink plastic looks oddly streaky, and even "dented" in places, which is very unfortunate given it's a brand new item.
There's also the fact that, from the first time I switched out the aplli, the black sticker detailing around the holes started to look shabby and worn. I suspect with any serious amount of usage, they could start to peel up, which is a major issue if you like to display it open.
Using The PriCast
When first turned on, Emo and Mirai greet you with "Let's La Prichan!" no matter what aplli are inserted.
When the Priticket is swiped while the default aplli that come with the PriCast are inserted, it plays the generic dressing room tunes, and either Mirai or Emo get to have a Kiratto Chance. This consists of playing the audio from the show, with the Kiratto button flashing the colours of the rainbow.
At certain moments, just as Mirai and Emo press the Kiratto button on screen, the user has to also press it on the PriCast. The Kiratto button will then turn the colour of the performing/inserted character.
The cast comes with 3 default Yattemita Aplli - the Prichan Clock, the Live button, and a vaguely Instagram-with-sparkles looking logo. These can be seen inserted on the picture above. Only the Live button has any real function, as the other two largely act as placeholders for the separately-purchased aplli.
The Live button should go in the top left-hand hole. The other two can be inserted anywhere.
If the Live button is in a different hole when a character aplli is inserted, the device won't pick up on the character, and will just do the default instead.
There are 3 other, permanently fixed, flat buttons that vaguely resemble that of a touch screen phone.
(Please note that I'm just loosely translating and/or guessing these button names as I could not find any English information about this item anywhere, and they aren't named within the show.)
The one on the top right "Play" button has several functions.
Pressing it once activated a Dance game, where a nursery rhyme tune will be played and the button will flash in time, which you then have to repeat by pressing it. This happens twice, and if you succeed both times, there's a Kiratto Chance.
Pressing it twice in succession activates a colour coord game, where you choose a colour. The script will play, followed by the Kiratto button flashing different colours of the rainbow, and stating each colour. Again, if you choose correctly, a Kiratto Chance will play.
Pressing it three times will go to Kiratto Chance, where you press the Kiratto button multiple times while the light changes from one colour to another. Generally, the colours match the Yattemita Aplli character that is inserted. It is a game of luck, sometimes ending in a Kiratto Chance, but usually it does not.
For some reason, no matter what Yattemita Aplli button you use, Mirai always does the voice over for the Play button, though the Kiratto Chance will always match the the aplli inserted.
The bottom left (which I called a "Love" button) produces a comment, or compliment. If using the standard aplli, it will only play once per press, while a character aplli will produce one when pressed once, or three in a row if pressed a second time.
The final, bottom right button is a "Camera" button, that makes timer and shutter sounds, while the Kiratto button flashes like a camera timer. Three times in a row, the characters will comment as if they were on camera, taking a photo, or say their catch phrases. These phrases appear to be in a randomized order, and again, the default will either feature Mirai and Emo, or the character whose aplli is inserted.
If you insert several aplli at once, it will randomly choose which character does what. This includes if you mix aplli from different sets, which is interesting but not very useful and doesn't really add anything to the experience. Personally, I would have preferred if inserting multiples could produce a group song or performance with the PriTicket, but sadly that isn't the case.
Without the additional aplli, you can't choose the characters at all.
The Dance Lesson defaults to Mirai, the Camera alternates between them, and the Love button is mostly Emo. There is no way to get Rinka's voice over without the Kiratts Aplli set.
If you leave the Pricast alone for a while, it will eventually go to sleep, which is good because it saves the battery. Pressing the Kiratto Button wakes it up again.
Using the Yattemita Aplli Sets and PriTicket
Placing a single Character aplli on top of the Live button will result in the device stating the character and coord that corresponds with that aplli, and you can leave it sitting on top of the Live button while using the various flat buttons, and sipe the PriTicket.
However, balancing the aplli on the PriCast like that can be awkward, as the aplli are prone to moving around and falling off. To stop that from happening, you can remove the default aplli and put the character aplli in it's place.
If you're only using one aplli, you must remove the Live aplli and use the top left corner hole, or else the device won't recognize that an aplli is inserted. If you are using more than one aplli, it doesn't seem to matter which of the other two aplli are replaced.
To remove the aplli, you need to press one of the three corresponding buttons at the back of the device. These will push the aplli out of their clips. Inserting them just means pushing them into the hole, where they'll clip into place.
Swiping the PriTicket with the default aplli will play a dressing room soundtrack, and a Kiratto Chance. These are randomly voiced by either Mirai or Emo. The priticket used it Mirai, but it makes no difference - you could use a thick credit card or your finger to make it work the same way.
Inserting a character aplli will change the dressing room song, and a performance song clip. Both with correspond to the songs that character produces when performing on the show.
Yattemita Aplli Set - Miracle Kirrats
Mirai and Emo's character aplli are only useful for playing their respective songs, or guaranteeing they will be the speaking character. Otherwise, you can achieve most of their functions using the Pink PriCast with just the default aplli. However, you can only get Rinka's aplli with her song and voice functions as part of this set.
Compared to swiping the PriTicket without an Aplli, their insert songs - specified on the front of the box - play instead of the Kiratto Chance.
Emo's aplli plays "Pom Pom Sky High Dream" when the ticket is swiped. With Emo's aplli, the Kiratto button light turns Yellow and White.
Mirai's aplli plays "A Million Flowers for the Thrilling Future". Mirai's Kiratto light is pink and white.
The Rinka button produces a new dressing room song, as well as Rinka's song "The Cool Coord Changed Me", and her Kiratto Chance. It plays her voice with unique phrases when used with the Love and Camera buttons. Her lights are blue and white.
If you insert all three at once, it will randomly choose a different character each time, or if you press the Kiratto button when it flashes their corresponding colour.
Yattemita Aplli Set - Meltic Star
These were definitely worth purchasing if you like Meltic Star, as there's no other way to get their characters on a PriCast.
Just like the Miracle Kiratts, each character aplli comes with their own unique phrases for the Camera and Love buttons, plus their own dressing room sequence, kirratto chances, and appeal song inserts. When inserted or tapped on the Live button, they also introduce themselves and their coord.
Mel's aplli plays "Check it! It's a Mel-Mel Cool Coord!" with Purple light.
Displaying The Aplli
You may have noticed that the faces and motifs on the inside of the Aplli are crooked or upside-down. This is because they need to be able to spin, but as a result, any movement can cause them to become crooked. People who are particularly fussy about their displays may find this very annoying to deal with, though it is possible to turn them by moving the dial on the back with your fingers.
Issues With The Sets
I personally chose to buy the Kiratts set, with all 3 members of Kiratts. However, there are also sets for just Mirai and Emo, the latter of which is pictured above,.
Those specific character sets come with two songs, one of which is the same as the song in the Kiratts set, although the pictures on them are slightly different. If you're an avid collector and want to buy all of the aplli, this means that you will have to end up with doubles of some aplli. There’s also the fact that they don’t really do much more than simply using the defaults for Mirai and Emo.
This would not be a problem if it were possible to buy a Rinka set or default device, in which case you could simply by 3 character sets, and not the Kiratts group set, or just the 2 different defaults.
However, the only way to get Rinka on the PriCast is from the Kiratts set, as she does not have her own character set or default device.
Something else that I find incredibly annoying is that these are supposedly "coords" - where we used to have cards with the outfits or parts of outfits printed on them, now we have tiny plastic squares that don't reflect the coords worn on the show whatsoever, and it seems a little redundant for them to state the coord they're wearing when you cannot see it.
Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I do dearly miss the collectible nature of the cards, the textural nature of them, and just the fact that we could actually see the coord in the real world, or at least as close as we can get without a cosplay.
Kiratto PriChan's arcade game still uses the ticket cards, so it's an odd choice to make them mostly useless with the PriCast and in the show.
The Boxes
Boxes are boxes, and the Pricast is very standard as far as boxes go. There's no window on it, just pictures on the front, including Emo and Mirai, the items inside, and a ton of text.
The back of the box is an entire text wall, while the top features instructions on how to use the Live button it with the arcade machine to get an exclusive dress, and also the fact you can buy more Yattemita Aplli Sets, which essentially work as character- and song-specifying buttons.
The sides do feature brief guides on how to use it, but they don't begin to explain how complicated it really is - but I suppose you can't fit that in such a small space.
Overall, I'd only really keep this box for storage or resale, as it's not really display worthy on it's own, nor does it display the PriCast.
Unlike the Cast, the aplli sets - which is what I'm going to call them as it's much simpler than "Yattemita Aplli Sets" - come in a clear bubble on a printed cardboard backing. It looks a lot nicer than the bulky box, plus there's pictures right on the front to show you how to use them.
On the back, there's some more vague instructions, along with pictures of which coords these aplli are meant to represent. And I'm using the word "represent" on purpose, but more on that later.
Overall, I quite like these, and they were very easily opened without causing any damage, making them perfect to store and display the aplli in.
VS The Show Version
As far as aesthetics go, the TV show and toy version look very similar. The "mirror" is a screen for viewing on the show ( or at least, that's where they look through when filming,) but functionally, that wouldn't work well in the toy, so it's a good compromise rather than leaving it plain plastic.
The pink is a very different shade, with the toy being a dark, bright pink and the show version being a softer pastel tone, which is a weird choice.
I would have loved to have had a digital version of this item, with an actual camera and screen, but given this is a budget item, it contains a surprising number of relevant gimmicks and games.
Cost and Shipping Time
The PreCast cost 1,830 JPY on sale at AmiAmi, or about $28 NZD. The Yattemita Aplli Sets cost 310 JPY each, or $5 NZD.
With shipping, it totaled a little over $45 NZD, and arrived within three weeks. It was packed really well in a standard AmiAmi box with a ton of paper packing.
Given the current climate, I felt that was quite cheap and fast, however, I do live in New Zealand which is not as restricted or has as much backlog as other countries.
Conclusion
Although I do quite like this item overall, I will say I am glad to have bought it on sale rather than at full price.
It's fun and does accurately reflect the show, while still adding in some interactive extras which is nice.
If you're only an Emo and Mirai fan, the cast on it's own will suit you fine, but if you want some Meltic Star or Rinka moments, it's absolutely essential to invest in the Yattemita Aplli sets.

Kiratto Prichan Episodes 103-104
Disneyland is looking a bit different.
Season 3! Oh my Lord, I can't believe I'm finally here. I wish I could come here and be a little more excited because I was watching this and I was having a lot of fun, but at the same time, I couldn't really care for much of what was going on at the same time. Weird, I know. But I think this is a sign we're in the path for me to start enjoying Prichan again, it's just the spring cleaning of my feelings for last season that is taking too long.
A fun thing I noticed here is that I didn't really feel the change from S2 to S3 as much as I felt the change from S1 to S2. I think at this point I'm more used to the weirdness in this show so when a rich corporation comes around and builds a huge theme park out of nowhere and now you can interact with virtual mascots without entering a digital world I just buy it as it is. XD
The dynamic for this season also doesn't seem to change much from season 2, I mean when you look at it the Princess Cup thing is pretty much the Jewel Collection but with the Daia Fests integrated into, and now to win you gotta win the most of this seasons' gimmick cord instead of the gimmick coord being like your entrance number for the final contest. It's a simple thing, and it was presented in a fun way so I'm curious.
Like I said there weren't that big changes in characters, so there's no much point in doing a section to talk about Kiratts and Meltic and what changed for them because it's pretty much still the same. I just don't get why Anna seems so blood-thirsty with this rivalry between the two groups now, but in Episode 104 she seems fine to be loosing, so I think this is more a thing of an external influence rather than what Anna truly feels so I think I'm okay with this sudden change.
The new toy gimmick of this season is the PritamaGOand I really don't like this thing, it feels like they've been downgrading from season to season instead of upgrading in terms of things that were supposed to make Prichan easier. However I do like the mascots thing, it feels a bit weird because it's one mascot for the whole team but it feels like KiracCHU and Melpan only have a connection to Mirai and Anna, but since this is still only the beginning of the season it is understandable that this would start with the centers.
And since I'm talking about the mascots let'stalk about the new characters of this season.
I had no opinion on KiracCHU before and I don't have an opinion her now. But I'm really disappointed at Melpan because from the promo images I was "OMG I LOVE HER, SHE'S MY DAUGHTER", but GOSH SHE'S ANNOYING!!! I hope this is just a very bad first impression and that she gets better as time goes on because I could barely stand her. The other character that didn't really leave an impression on me was Meganii, he's supposed to be quirky and all but to me he's just whatever, and I already got that the joke about him will be "what's his relation with Meganee?" and from what was shown I already know this will never be explained and it will grow old very fast as a joke (in my case it already did).
The other new set of characters is Alice, Eve, and their mascots. I love them both, Alice is a lot of fun, and I love how despite looking more serious and everything Eve is just as much of an air-head as Alice is.
But I have a few problems, first is their age, like the girls be here looking like they're in the same age range as Anju but they want me to believe they're in the same age as Mirai and the other girls, which I believe is mentioned in episode 103 that is 13 or something? And like, Alice lives alone in a camper that is also how she works to make a living for herself, this doesn't sound like a life of a 13-year-old. This show can throw me some absurd things and I'll buy it but there are some things that are just ridiculous, especially when they already have adult characters that are also idols in this show, they don't need to do this.
Another thing they didn't have to do was make Alice's backstory so easy to figure out. Like, they could've said that Alice was born in Japan without mentioning that she was baby her father found in the back of a giraffe. Like, it's so obvious now that Alice and Eve are sisters, it'll take all the joy of the confirmation whenever it happens. Of course, there are things yet to be revealed like how did they get separated, but the show is somehow trying to imply that Luluna has something to do with it because of that shady scene at the end of Ep104, and I'm not here for it. I already said this and I'll say it again, we don't need villains to have conflict in idol anime. This really bugged me and not even Luluna's gorgeous human form can make me overlook this fear I'm feeling.
I think the only thing left to comment on is the music. I like the opening song, it's not my favorite but I do like it, and I love the visuals. The ending song is shit, I'm sorry, but it is very gorgeous visually. I'm still not sure how I feel about Kiratts' new song, I like the chorus but everything else is just more of the same, but I was never much of a fan of Kiratts' songs so it's not surprising. But I call bs in that explanation thing that they've done for the new song, as fun as that escape room thing was I don't buy that they learned the new song subconsciously from that, they could've just been blatant about it and say they had a new song, this is one of the cases were explaining things too much is worse than leaving us in the dark. But I do like their new coords, I think it's my favorite Kiratts group coord from all seasons so far.
I think that's all I had to say. I have a few complaints bout some minor stuff like they treating dessert pizza like if they were discovering electricity when sweet pizzas have been around for ages, but I rather don't waste either mine or your time with those things. What did you think of these episodes? Share your thoughts with me in the comments. Stay healthy, stay safe, never stop resisting, thanks for reading, and until the next time. See ya~

Kiratto PriChan 94
Ring Marry!
When Maria realizes she’d have to compete against Suzu, she no longer wants to be in the Diamond Collection. And, after taking some advice from a clueless Daia, she decides to drop out. This upsets Suzu, but eventually after some advice from Meltic Star, Maria changes her mind and realizes she can be both friends and rivals with Suzu at the same time. Daia spends most of this episode flying around asking questions like “What is cute? What does it feel like when your heart grows cold?” and in the end she flies away after not understanding the concept of friends and rivals.
Next week Daia is jealous of Miracle Kiratts.
It was good to see Ring Marry again, but finally seeing them star in an episode again after so long made me realize how little we’ve seen them lately. Every since they finally formed their group they just kinda faded into the background. But creating new characters and then not knowing what to do with them was a thing in PriPara too. I just feel like seeing them decide what direction to go with their channel may have been more interesting than whatever Miracle Kiratts filler we got instead. But oh well.
Maria has a new PR on the arcade game but it wasn’t in this episode. So I wonder if she’ll get another episode again soon.
I also only realized just now that their theme colors (gold, black) are the Dear Crown colors.... wow...................

I feel like Mirai/Sara is the most obvious rivalry ship in the pretty series, what I mean is that it’s was very early on that a lot of people started shipping them opposed to other rivalries.
I don’t even consider them a rival ship tbh... like miracle kiratts and meltic star are rival groups but mirai and sara have been pretty friendly from the start. they’re the ones smiling on the sidelines at their friends’ petty rivalries. that’s what I think is cute about their relationship, that they get along so well despite being in different units

40 episodes into PriChan.
The whole thing does not feel like a season ending at all.
I know there is another season after this one but like...
The characters were lovely but the whole plot was a big “LETS COMPEAT EVERY 3 EPISODES” after the first 20 episodes. And by than there is almost no competition: most of the side groups are there only for comic purposes and actually win nothing at all so it’s A L W A Y S “Kiratts vs Meltic” every two episodes. And Meltic are the “evil” group (but the best group) so Kiratts of course win almost everything. Hope season 2 will be better.
Anju is funny but maybe the whorst and poorest top idol ever created in the Pretty Series franchise. She feel weak and easy to beat, like she’s at her level only for the likes and not really for her dance/singing skills.
Oshama Tricks are superior annoying cuteness.

How to dress as the Kiratto Pri☆Chan idols
Kiratto Pri☆Chan is the latest installment of Takara Tomy's Pretty franchise that began with Pretty Rhythm, KING OF PRISM, and most famously, PriPara, which sets in the world where fame comes from social media just like in the real world. It's about a group of girls who called themselves the Miracle☆Kiratts who are striving to become the best PriChan idols above the rest. As the first season draws to a close and with convention season's upon us, let's slow things down as I'll teach you how to be one of your favorite Pri☆Chan idols.
As Mirai Momoyama
: We begin with Miracle☆Kiratts, the main protagonists of the show and to start, let's focus on the show's heroine, Mirai Momoyama. Mirai's a middle schoolgirl who dreams to become the best Pri☆Chan idol just like the legendary Anju Shiratori. She bears the Sweet Honey brand. To be Mirai, it's best to start off with a pink hair and then top it off with a ponytail just the right size as Mirai's. Oh, and feel free to put a big bow on the top of the ponytail to complete the Mirai look. Outfits? Feel free to mix and match whatever you like such as her middle school uniform, her pink-colored Pri☆Chan uniform, and her on-stage outfits.
As Emo Moegi
: Emo, bearing the Girls Yell brand, serves as the fire of the Miracle☆Kiratts because of her burning ambition to be an idol just like Mirai's and Miracle☆Kiratts formed, they share the same goal. When I say burning, I really mean it because she always keeps on burning like mad. Anyway, enough of the fire jokes because to be Emo, you can start it off with a long blond hair and then recreate her twin banana tails to complete the look. With the Emo look done, feel free to choose whatever outfits will be such as her school uniform, her yellow Pri☆Chan uniform, and her on-stage outfits, among many others.
As Anna Akagi:
Anna Akagi is the self-proclaimed "super celebrity idol" and the leader of the Meltic StAr team. Because she comes from the infamous Akagi zaibatsu, which also controls the entertainment industry, she always gets what she wants no matter what. A real spoiled brat. She bears the Dolly Waltz brand. Since you are itching to be Anna, you can start with a long red hair and then make a twin tail with some spiral bits at the lower end. Presto! You are now the super celebrity idol Anna Akagi! Now, go get some outfits that will make look like you're in control.
As Sara Midorikawa:
Sara Midorikawa is like Anna's right-hand gal and a member of Meltic StAr. She is a cool, calm, and talented tomboy who cares not just Anna but also Mirai as well. A real charmer who became a fan favorite among certain viewers elsewhere due to her tomboyish charm. Just a short green hair would work nicely and then feel free to work on her outfits. Oh, and be sure to bring a guitar as well.
As Rinka Aoba:
Rinka Aoba's the equivalent of Cardcaptor Sakura's Tomoyo because why? When the girls made Rinka their manager, she always brings her Pri☆Chan Cast gadget to livestream the girls' antics. At a young age, her father doesn't want her to be an idol but her brother Yuzuru wants her to be. Now, thanks to a certain someone, Rinka Aoba awakened her talents and now became the third member of Miracle☆Kiratts. She bears the Secret Alice brand. To be Rinka, it's best to start with a long blue hair, then work on the braids in the middle, and cover the right bits only. Right bits only because if you went to the left, you'll end up being Rinka's mother who looks like her. With the hair done, you can go with glasses on or glasses off, depending on the outfit of your choosing. Oh, and be sure to have the Pri☆Chan Cast toy with you because Rinka's that kind of girl.
As Mel Shido:
Mel Shido is Anna and Sara's childhood friend that led them to the formation of Meltic StAr. She was one of them but due to numerous reasons, she left the team but now that she's back at being a Meltic StAr member, they have a lot of catching up to do since her disappearance. Hailed from the United States of America, Mel is a prodigy who managed to graduate college at the age of 13 but for numerous reasons, she stays being a middle school student at the school where the girls are on. Anyway, don't let her high IQ surprise you because Mel's part-genius, part-idiot who likes to screw things up. She bears the Universe Queen brand. Fancy cosplaying as Mel Shido? Best to get a long purple wig ready and then match Mel's hairstyle. Once sorted, feel free to choose whatever outfits you want such as her school uniform, her Pri☆Chan uniform, and her on-stage outfits.
As Anju Shiratori:
Anju Shiratori deserves no explanation because she is by no means the legendary Pri☆Chan idol known the world over. She bears the Precious Muse brand. In order to become the legendary Anju Shiratori, best to start with a long white hair and make the hairstyle a squid-shaped one just like Anju's. Then, feel free to choose whatever outfits you want but the top recommendation is her Kiratto Rare outfit that she wore while performing her theme song, Fortune Carat. Oh, and be sure to have Anju's gold-plated Pri☆Chan Cast with you.
...and there you have it, how to dress as the Kiratto Pri☆Chan idols. Dressing as one of the characters from this show means that you are one of the few people who love the newest Pretty installment and no matter which side you're on, the fun part of it is that it's great to be part of the Pri☆Chan experience.
Enjoy cosplaying as your favorite Pri☆Chan idols! This post is now signing off.
