This is a short essay about the healing engines inside us. I share with you what I have learned thus far and already and still experiencing with my own healing engines as I am recalibrating. I have learned so much and am looking forward to learning more. If you would like to learn and familiarize yourself with your own healing engines, I highly recommend listening to Kryon because he teaches all about the power inside you in every aspect of physical and spiritual life. For me, he is amazing to listen to because I learn so much more about myself and the most important and meaningful things in life. In fact, Kryon says that physicians know how powerful your Innate is for self healing, but they don't tell you this. I am grateful to Christ for graduating me to a higher level of consciousness because it put me on a path to learn of my own sovereignty. You too can learn of the majestic power inside. Note: Endorphins are chemical signals in the brain that block the perception of pain and increase feelings of wellbeing. they are produced and stored in an area of the brain known as the pituitary gland. (Wikipedia) Pituitary Gland is the major endocrine  gland. A pea-sized body attached to the base of the brain, the pituitary is important in controlling growth and development and the functioning of the other endocrine glands. (Google) When you have insomnia, you can ask that the melatonin chemical to be released so you can sleep. The melatonin is stored in the pineal gland. There are moments when I ask my Innate to do this and sometimes it is granted and other times not. However, I understand the "not." Because I am healing and I must be awake when the Cellular Structure is at work because I am recalibrating. There are moments when melatonin is automatically released and I get very sleepy and I sleep. its fucking me up so much tho because like. for dapper specifically the island reset is SUCH a good thing. it gets him AWAY from the vultures and his lab. it’s given him so much to do- he doesnt need to worry about reaching above and beyond to be helpful to Painful extents because he’s already above and beyond with his knowledge and willingness the learn. He can play with birds and go exploring with his dad and it’s fresh and new and fun!!!
but now his dad forgot him. he lost his dad for a whole night and when bad came back he didnt fuckigng recognize him. dapper wasnt remembered by the other islanders on the train because bad is ALWAYS there to remember him but now his dad had trouble recognizing him when he was right in front of him. “IT’S ME DAD” god. dapper has so many distractions right now from her self-harming helpfulness, but there’s nothing that can distract her from this

as i languish in bed in a state of semi-rest i am going to impart some advice:
if you think something is not right with your body, follow up on that as much as you can
also
ask people who arent related to you about some of your symptoms bc asking your mom if hot flashes are normal in your 20s might get you a "oh yeah i had those, it was stress" from your mom and a "no, i dont think thats normal actually" from a friend
and finally i am wishing everyone who reads this a fast and sound sleep tonight
