Welcome back to another yearly reading bingo!

for the past two year's i've hosted a genre reading bingo, but if you know me at all, you know i like to change things up quite a lot, so this year i present to you: genre bingo's younger sibling, BOOK COVER BINGO :) (transcript of the prompts and taglist below the cut)

on the special occasion of finally completing 3 years here is a lil thank you post. I started this blog back in Jan 2020 at the same time I started bujoing and decided to share my progress here as I was very inspired by the whole community and I am still touched by how welcoming and sweet everyone was to me. I have met some [hopefully] lifelong friends, had some of the best interactions and got to know the kindest people here.

Tumblr always felt like a home to me, there’s a strange comfort here, and even after 3 years the community hasn't changed much. Of course, I miss some of my beloved that aren't super active lately but just going to their accounts and revisiting the memories feels so intimate. I have sure made great memories here so just a little thank you to everyone who has ever interacted or sent me kind words with or without anon, everyone who has sent me moon pictures saying “it reminds me of you” have checked on me during exam season or left encouraging tags on reblogs, younger tumblrinas who said they want to journal like me, i truly love all of you! My askbox is always open [now with anons shjsjs] for you

if I could I'd write each of you handwritten letters and teleport there to meet even once but for now, just know that I love and adore you <3

Sophie!! Congrats again in 15k! This 🙃 is my absolute fav, you can use it in so many situations and it always just fits? Anyway, I'm living in an area where I have to drive 15min and I'm in the city, not exactly rural or anything. But in the last four months there's this partridge that just keeps visiting my house, like, it's literally right in front of the door to our garden. Is it spying on us? Does it think it's invisible? Why is it making weird noises? We'll never know.

that emoji is iconic! it’s one of the favourites of my friend and it always makes me think of her!!! and i totally relate to the suspicion of weird animals that hang around, i too used to live kinda rurally and there was this one cow in the field behind my garden that just had an attitude

I'm taking a 3-week long self-imposed holiday, so here are the spreads I made after @melaschnie, @hannistudies and I visited a Paul Signac exhibition in Cologne. It was a beautiful day and I'm quite happy with how they turned out!

These days I'm trying to chill a bit more in preparation for what's to come, but I'm still kind of busy writing emails, training (only one race left!) and trying to meet as many friends as safely possible before I go back to Germany for my third semester. Good news are that one of my best friends from Spain is going to join me in my shared flat! I'm very excited for that :)

Ngl, I see that so many of you are starting your terms and I'm getting kind of jealous, but my time will come 😌 two weeks left of break!
