Made in Abyss - Manga spine illustration PNGs!

Each volume of Made in Abyss has a different character on the printed copy's spine, and these illustrations can be found on a glossy color page in the manga... save for the first three volumes, which may have been on a separate manga cover?

I've cleaned them up and erased the background elements, just in case you need some cute MiA chibi PNGs!

The first three volumes didn't have a digital version available, so I had to do a bit of smoothing and color correction in Clip Studio Paint. I did my best, yet they're a bit lower quality than the digitals.

Thanks to Onyx for sending me a good quality scan of the Volume 3 Nanachi! 💜

I finished Made in Abyss (at least as far as the anime has gotten to) yesterday so I thought I’d doodle some of the characters! I love short-haired Riko, she’s so cute 🥰

Adult Prushka and Irumyuui because you know. They deserved to grow up 🥲

Prushka becomes a Black Whistle based in the 5th layer. She uses the medical knowledge she learned from Bondrewd to try and reverse the 6th layer curse, healing the narehate.

Irumyuui becomes an explorer of the Golden City, together with the rest of the Ganja Corps who somehow managed to evade all the dangers and got to the very bottom of the Abyss.

After a few grabby days of restraining myself from watching the last few episdes of Made in Abyss [the currentlyfinal season] due to the greedy urge to keep it from finishing for as long as possible...I did watch the rest and went on a bawling rampage right after witnessing WHATTHEY DID TO VUEKO??? WWHYDIDTHEYHAVETO SQUASH HER INTO SO MUCH SUFFERING RIGHT TIL HER LAST SCENE? SHE'S MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE NOW AND I WAS VIOLENTLY HOPING FOR HER TO JOIN THE INSATIABLE ABYSS-PLUNGER TEAM??? AND SHE ISN'T COMING BACK NOW? ''WGHAAAAAAA'' is a good way to PUT IT!!! VUKOWHATDIDTHEYDOWHYDIDTHEYDOITTOYOUUUUUUUUU
