Megatronus Prime x Reader

• As much as he loves his fellow Primes, sometimes he just can’t understand them. Talking about a problem instead of just dealing with it. Striding past the members of the High Guard stationed outside the meeting hall, he flicks his servos when two peel off as if to follow him. Wants to be alone. Away from the chatter for a bit and the worry about the growing Quintesson threat. Out on the balcony, he vents and studies the bright city stretching out. So many lives depending on him and the others to protect them and he can’t let any of them down. All his to protect.

• Booted feet sliding, the person beside you grabs for your arm and when they go down, you go with them. And your calm shatters. Sliding toward the malfunctioning gate, you scream over the comm to shut off the power. Why aren’t they doing something to stop this? The explorer beside you is clawing at you in a panic and you can’t remember their name as you keep screaming, knowing your voice is being swallowed by the klaxon and then you hit that churning surface.

• Turning reluctantly to head back in before one of the others comes looking for him, there’s a flash of light and he freezes as a strange, little creature just pops into existence and rolls, energy arcing off its hide as he draws his weapon and tenses. Optics scanning for threats as he tries to figure out where you’d come from. When nothing else happens, he turns his attention back to you, nudging you with the end of his weapon. Not Cybertronian. You don’t move so he bends and carefully picks you up, unsettled by how light you are in his servos. Tiny.

• Servo tapping against your domed head, he studies you. There’s always the possibility that you have something to do with the Quintessons, but you don’t look like one of their creations. No, he’s sure you’re something else entirely. Something new. Still not sure if you’re a threat to his people, he decides that maybe he should keep an optic on you. Interrogate you if you’re intelligent and not just a strange, soft animal. Tipping you in his grip, the light catches on your head and there’s a shadow through the silvered glass. Is- are you wearing a helmet? Leaning in closer, he cautiously taps a servo against your strange, domed helmet.

• Ow. Everything hurts and you cringe when something thumps against your helmet. Squinting and then your eyes go wide as something monstrous looms over you. A massive servo reaching to tap on your helmet again. Optics narrowing as your heart races. And you start screaming, fighting against its grip. Because this isn’t what you signed up for at all.

theres literally no reason for them to be horses btw but I got onyx prime involved just to explain it even tho he dies before the plot even happens. aint no way that man turns into a semi if we need to haul shit hook him up in a harness. Autobots! Giddy up and canter out!

this one mainly focuses on megop, blastersound, and the primes. Blaster and Soundwave don't have designs yet but I am writing them teehee

The horse stuff might get straight up scrapped this is the second au where i threw both religion and hooves onto the transformers and sometimes we don't need two nickels.

Megatron (after reading a suspiciously large amount of Megatronus Prime x High Guard!Reader fanfiction as D-16) side eyeing Starscream (who 100% had a relationship with Megatronus Prime that wasn't as secret as he thought it was)

You know it would be kind of interesting if Tarn were to become a thing in the TF One, in part because he and Megatronus look super similar

But also like, D-16 idolized Megatronus and used his face as the Decepticon symbol, and also twisting his ideals to a point he likely would be horrified by while still holding him in high regard

And then you have Tarn, whom I’m not an expert on, but from what I understand, idolized Megatron to the point of using the Decepticon symbol as his face, while also warping his and the Decepticon’s ideals to a point where even Megatron’s put off by it (I think? I don’t actually know when these two meet in IDW, but I assume it’s by his Autobot days, so that probably accounts for things)

So like, if a future TF One Megatron were to deal with a TF One Tarn, he’d be seeing the cycle repeat itself through Tarn, while also wearing the same face of the person he once did this to himself, bringing it full circle

Like it’s a real slap in the face to make him see just what he’s done

What if Megatronus Prime is called The Fallen because he is the First Transformer to Fall in Love with Not One but Two Other Transformers, Solus and Prima but he was Not Allowed to Marry Both Primes, which caused the God of War to Rage and how he got Banished and his Prime Status getting Receded that even his Name has been Nearly Forgotten

Is this referring to Prima, Megatronus, or Solus? The answer is yes because the real answer is that all three are beautiful and badass lol

Okay so u ppl like the horseformers it seems heres some more designs :D

swindle isn't even rlly in the story tbh but here he is. he should NOT have an insignia because this is moreso a civilian swindle. he's a strong and resiliant little feller but really probably shouldn't carry all that shit around on a battlefield. i just dont feel like going back and fixing it. also! combiner teams uhhh they exist! but i think maybe instead of combining they're just in a herd together like soulmates but its besties u know what im sayin. heavily taking from his wfc design (why he has cloven hooves... i love his silly pedes) since we don't get any CONFIRMED visuals on him in tfone..

considering changing jet wings to "feather" wings? and making megatronus prime a griffin because the seekers are griffins.. The two chains across the chestplate btw are like a motif in his court. Megatron, Ironhide, and the high guard all fall under his court

and a d-16 :) dont mind why he looks so judgmental.. this was supposed to be a comic. giving arcee the side eye... glad i focused on the designs first i fucking love his shin guards he's so pretty

griffin seeker! specifically starscream here :) there is lore reason why they get a mane and organic wings btw

hound! under liege maximo's court, and like megatronus' chains, liege's court has a motif in the horns. again, no cogged form so i had to kinda blend his cogless one design with his idw and foc designs? i really like his funny chestplate in g1. forgot his insignia but he is a decepticon in this one he was one of the first teehee

still going between horse and lion for optimus. heres pax though with victory leo's body as his lower half :) he was born under alpha trion's court and also all the lions in the japanese continuity?? forgot his insignia but maybe this is also civilian era (drops my head on the table and screams) also theres no reason for him to have a halberd he doesn't use one i just.. put it in his hands.

and alpha trion these last two admittedly arent great because i drew them just now when i woke up. way too top heavy but i'll fix it later when i start finalizing everyone's refs (this fool thinks he'll be interested long enough to finalize designs).. forgot hsi fucking autobot insignia too </3 also might give those under his court a cape which would mean i could give orion pax a cape too teehee.

ty everyone for encouraging me btw i was straight up about to redesign them to not be centaurs (cringe) but i kept them as centaurs and i'm figuring out how to make it work in the story (based)
