Meet My OC's: Kay

Physical Description: Kay tries to look as normal as possible, so he tends to wear muted colors and generic-npc-style clothing, basically anything he's determined won't stick out. His hair is brown and curly and it's shaved at the sides, blended up into it being longer at the top and fluffy. His eyes are brown, and his skin is a mid-brown. Because of how fey-touched he is, he has just a little bit of unearthly beauty, and he definitely still turns heads. He has some piercings as well. My best approximation is above.

Personality: If you don't know Kay, he's quiet, keeps to himself, contributes the bare minimum, and does his best to make himself scarce. Not getting found out is important to him, and the stereotype of a fey-adjacent person is that talkative, a little reckless, fun-loving person that he tries his hardest not to fit. But for the group, he's quick with a joke, quicker with a sarcastic comment, and more than willing to be a dumbass. He likes to laugh and have fun, sometimes to the point of not being able to take important things seriously.

Re: Fey-Touched: Kay's connection to the fey world has to do with his healing. It's not...exactly magical, but it sort of manifests as incredible luck, or things being far easier than they should.

Like a completely normal adult person, after watching the new trolls movie, I obsessively started putting together the brothers' backstory, the deeper reasons for their separation as well as how that all took place without disregarding the fact that they were trapped in the troll tree, which of course evolved into a fic in (forever) progress... yeah

Anyway, even though they aren't actively in the story much, i needed to design the parents, so uh meet Rosiepuff's daughter, Tulip, and her husband Branch.

I designed them based on the brothers' adult looks and in Tulip's case also on her mom's.
