Imane Maarifi, a French North African nurse, who was helping in the European hospital in Gaza for 15 days and just came back said that adults are making makeshift fireworks (like small ones not actual fireworks) and sometimes they reunite the children and use the fake fireworks and tell them that the bomb noises their hear are just children using fireworks somewhere else to try and reassure the kids when they are too scared…

She said that they have to make very difficult choices giving the exemple of a child who had a bullet wound. The bullet was still inside so he needed surgery and they couldn’t give him a tiny bit of morphine to calm the pain while he was waiting because if they did it meant doing the surgery without morphine so they kept the morphine for his surgery…

She also explained how it’s going to be worst for the next team (PalMed and Doctors without borders) cause the bombs are getting closer and closer each day…

this is a good thing!!! as of making this post, they are currently unable to earmark donations for Palestine, but they are active in Gaza as well as Sudan, Ukraine, Yemen, and more.

they are independent and impartial, they have a 98% rating on Charity Navigator, and they got the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. you can trust that they'll put donations where they can do the most good.

The world’s punching bag. I really love how the erins are exploring more and more with complex and traumatized characters and writing way more about manipulation. Love this boy and his story arc.

He has the tiger family tm white cheeks, and two freckles like his mama. I also love the red eyes headcannon, and tried to pick a red close to orange so you could say he has realistically orange eyes but they just sometimes look red. Also love the lightning scar and “scarred eye with big pupil” headcannons.

BIRTHDAY PROJECT FOR PEDRO PASCALS 49TH BIRTHDAY!

After the success of last years birthday project, where we raised an incredible $2,683 for abortion rights we are back again with another birthday fundraising project!

This year we are raising funds that will go directly to doctors without borders / Médecins Sans Frontières - a charity that we know Pedro himself is very passionate about.
