Another thing I have done since the pandemic started is drawing....like a lot, and this beauty (pun intended) was one of them and I am obsessed with it. It is up on my store, and looks GREAT on a mask (I bought myself 2) and they go toward covid relief!

It's Catch Up time!!!

We're still doing a challenge of the month thing, I'm just bad at posting on Tumblr, but that's nothing new for me.

So in order we have:

April - anthropomorph swap

May - finish a started project

June - 80's punk

July - still life

August - N/A cuz we all slacked that month

Sept - fall/Halloween chibi

It's Oct now, so that means drawtober. Our group decided we were unhappy with the inktober list this year (as we're a lot of ppl), so we decided to use an older #kattober list. Every 7-8 days, I'll post mine for that. I'm doing quick doodles in a small sketch book, and at the end of the month, I'll take my favorites and make a redbubble design.

The last bit of Catch up news is, I'M GONNA START A WEBCOMIC! Nothing big or story based. Just little 1-4 paneled things maybe once a month starring those chibi I drew for Sept, and a few other characters to establish some relationships and Canon for another project to soon follow after the comic on either patreon or onlyfans 😘

Part 2

Every friday morning, I stream art on Twitch.tv/mcnernzzz and I had started issuing a challenge! Started off as a weekly challenge but that was too much for my schedule, so it became a monthly challenge. Open for anyone wanting to join in. People are welcome to use whatever medium at their exposal, and interpret the prompts as they wish. Here are a few I've done so far with the vampy one being the one for January. Challenge Day 26 - Something from the 80's

With Stranger things 4 coming out tomorrow night I wanted to do something that was utilized in the show, and honestly, Don Bluth is one of the best animators ever. So I chose Don Bluth's Dragon's Lair arcade cabinet.

Starting this a day late and posting it even later, but I and a friend are trying out this challenge for the month of May! I'm also trying to make each day more than just a scribble to get the day out. The goal is to create things to completion and make it good enough for me to want to put it up on society6.

So let the challenge BEGIN!

Been itchin' to get back into cartoon drawing again. With all the high detailed projects that take months to finish, its nice to just get something a little more simplified out in one night. This definitely has given me the motivation to do more like this

My coworker asked if i could make a stencil of a skull for some flower pots, and I suggested a rubber stamp. She gave me the reference she liked and I carved it out in 2 mornings. Came out pretty dope if i do say so myself! It's fun dipping back into old crafts.

Challenge Day 14 - Someone You Love

While I do love Colin so much, everyone who read the list and saw today's prompt immediately said "oh! well of COURSE you'll be doing colin for that one", I of course wanted to NOT do the obvious. Problem was the other 2 ppl I wanted to do i either wasnt able to or have plans for another day. Also I had a vision on how I wanted this to look, but work was nonstop, that I didnt even touch it til I got home, so I had to do my best to do the picture as much justice as it deserves.

Yesterday was just kind of a sucky day overall. I finished this probably around 11pm, finished my episode of gilmore girls, and collapsed into bed.
