I live in a state of depression so deep that a YouTube short is the only reason I've popped back in to bless you with a concept. I hope to finish my Greek mythology oneshot but we'll see.

You my cute little MC are a bartender at one of the sketchiest clubs. Either you are a complete airhead, no one else would hire you (criminal record), or you getting that big bag (your boss spoils you).

Because of this you have seen the poisonous underbelly of the city you live in because this club only seems to attract the worst people (yanderes). Under the influence of alcohol these people tell you all their deepest darkest secrets (you need therapy more than ever). Gods forbid you even think about being nice to them or giving them advice. Kidnapping didn't go well. Maybe you should go on a date (like a normal person). Or you could just drug them (that was sarcasm on your part).

Now you've got repeat yandere clientele asking you to help them with their darlings believing you to be some expert in the field (you'll say anything for the money or you just stupid stupid).

Some of these people might just be looking for a way to kidna-court you. These questions about your exact height and weight are very invasive.

Beware to these clients because your boss and coworkers won't let these "customers" have you that easily (all are trained killers).

Rich flirty childish boss who wants to give you the world just stop calling him "kid" he's/she's/they're five years older than you (bad case of the baby face). Wants to wrap you in his/her/their fluffy pink coat and take you home (to his/her/their cozy luxury condo). Honestly kinda want to either write an absolute boss babe or twink if I'm making an oc of this person.

Fellow bartender who is the most normal of the bunch. Pretty tall and bulky but a total sweetheart who gives you the best advice (keeps people from giving you spiked drinks). Constantly offers you rides home; they can't have you walking by yourself people want to snatch you up (them too). Probably the most normal to get into a relationship with and won't do too much against your will (unless you get hurt). Himbo vibes (genderless)

Bouncer of the club is intimidating and bulky and also very shy. Wants desperately to talk to you and tell you how he/she/ they feel but oops they just put the fear of a thousand gods into you. Thinks you're absolutely precious and wants nothing more than to take you away from all this (wants a cozy home with as many animals as possible (you'll have to stop this person from adopting all the animals in the city))

Stripper/consort who is very down to earth and flirtatious at the same time. They are a whore but know when to tone it down (consent is sexy). They get all touchy and apologize claiming it's just second nature to them. Always offers a free lap dance or something else if you're up for it ;).

Yandere angels are so fun b/c they're supposed to be the pinnacle of purity, but what if they get corrupted by their desires? Then they have to grapple with their morals and desires, though their desires eventually win over because they love love love you so much!

Also, I am totally okay with a gender-neutral reader! I try to write mostly gn!reader, actually, but my readers may read more feminine occasionally due my background.

As for the guys, they'd all be okay with a non-binary MC~ though, I think Jiu's story would probably work best with a female leaning MC since his whole thing is that he dresses up as a woman to chase guys away from MC. Otherwise, I can visualize any gender for any of my yanderes!

Now, what if MC had a childhood friend? Well, here's how my yanderes would react:

Jiu IS your childhood friend, so he's already chased anyone else away from being too close with you since you were both kids. He's super smart in that he lets you interact with people (and even have "friends"), but he manipulates the situation so that you're mostly spending time with him. When someone gets too close to you, though, he'll chase them away, either through anonymous blackmail, some "accident," or something else.

Finley would be so so so sad if you had a childhood friend that was super close to you. He's not really allowed to harm any human but... it's not his fault that your friend is so so so clumsy and fell into a manhole!

Tynan would just kill the guy, honestly. Nothing's stopping him from killing your childhood friend, after all. BUT, he's not stupid enough to make it obvious he did it. After all, how else will he console you over your stupid childhood friend's death?

The abandoned water god just kidnaps you so he could care less, frankly speaking. It's not like you can leave him, so why should he worry about some powerless human? Though, talk about your childhood friend too much and your friend may meet an untimely death related to water.

As for the farmer... oh, he'd hate your childhood friend. You're his sugarcube, you know? You're just so cute and defenseless, he has to protect you! So, well, whenever you try to call your childhood friend, the signals all wonky. When you want to drive to visit your friend, your tires are all punctured. And when your friend wants to visit? Oh! Well, your friend can't visit because the area's suddenly super dangerous and there's like fifty bears that might maul your friend!

So, long story short, your childhood friend isn't safe and probably never will be (except Jiu, who is your childhood friend)!

Well, the MC is canonically Ancient Egyptian, so they don't speak Arabic. They speak in Ancient Egyptian, plus the noble also speaks Akkadian and Lybian. Characters over 35 speak Hyksos too.

But if you just meant endearments in general, then Zaia will like that, although they aren't really verbally affectionate themselves. They probably would just use MC's name when talking to them and won't be overly fond of sweet talks and such. If MC tries to pamper them, they would just make a face and say, "You're being weird."

Zaia is not really a person that you would call 'sweet'. They will be affectionate with romanced MCs, but it will mostly come out in actions rather than anything else. They also aren't very talkative in general.

Qenna will be much softer than Zaia, once the MC manages to break through that massive wall that they built up, but that will take time.

I like the last one though, because what Zaia would say is this:

"I would prefer to have met you another way if I had a choice."

Small yandere rant below

Everyone has their own idea of what they think a yandere should and shouldn't be. I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Because no matter how egregious it is, there's always gonna be at least one other person who agrees with you. If you don't like the way someone writes a yandere in a fanfic or a game, you can distance yourself from it. You don't even have to let it be known.

Personally, I really do enjoy the yandere trope, it's one of my favorites. But the way I see it is admittedly different than others who follow me might. For example, the current yandere OC's I have (Leumin, Vivian, Mikka), are all at varying levels of yandere. Some people may think Leu is too extreme, or not extreme enough. If I had to say, without spoiling the sequel, Leu is very much a "I can fix him or make him worse" kind of yandere. His disposition depends solely on MC.

While I am still working on the sequel to Inclement Idée Fixe, I've been more focused on other side projects and learning new game development software instead. I won't lie, the yandere community here (and on Itch.io) just rubs me the wrong way a lot of the time, specifically the way someone of y'all treat creators. Most of my interactions have been positive, for the most part, but I've also seen more discourse here than I have in most other fandoms. It's concerning ngl, and it makes me want to distance myself even further from it. I want to keep making things I, and others, can enjoy, but if that comes at the cost of my mental health then it's really not worth it. So whether or not I actually finish the sequel is highly dependent on whether or not I'm still willing to interact with the yandere community

I really think it just comes down to being a decent person, really. No one is forcing you to consume yandere/dark content. You're responsible for your own internet safety at the end of the day, as an adult. So please don't blame others who make the content you don't like when you're actively engaging with it.

Do you remember this survey? I didn't expect such a great response. If that many of you really want to participate, I guess I'll have to do more than one batch of the draw to choose as much of your MC's as I can.

Time for some rules, so we won't get lost

The concept is simple. You give me your precious OCs/MCs, I adopt them for a while, write fanfic (related to WHB, of course) and hand them over to your loving hands.

For now, I plan to choose 3-5 people to write for. This may change if more people apply. If one applies, I will write for one. If 96 apply, I will choose more. We'll figure it out.

You can apply in two ways. One is to reblog this post and describe everything in reply, the second is to create your own post with the hashtag #whbmcshuffle Preferably both at once. I don't want to accidentally lose any application. I also recommend following this tag for the time being because I will post further information under it.

The people I will write for will be drawn randomly. I want it to be fair, and I guess this is the only way I won't be biased when I see mutuals I like or Andrea my favorite demons.

You can apply for one week. Since we may all be in different time zones, submissions will close when this survey ends.

Feed me information. Since I want to write something good, I would like to ask you for some information. Here's the list:

Name and pronouns: Quite obvious. Short bio: Who are they? Any difficult past or traumas? What were they doing on earth? Did they get to hell like in canon? How do they feel in hell? Where they live? Character: What are their main character traits? How do they usually behave? How do they behave in crisis situations? Voice: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful.) What would the narrative look like? More calm or energetic? Confident or not at all? Funny or serious? Calm or nervous? Laid back or distrustful? You can even paste here a song or a link to some story that you think reflect your oc's voice well. Important facts: Free space, you can put whatever you want here and whatever you think is important. Demons to include in the fic: (from 1 to 3) Brief description of relationship with chosen demons: I guess that's obvious. The tone in which it should be written: (i.e. spicy, angst, fluff, funny or other) Narrative type: Second person (addressing as 'you') or third person (addressing with selected pronouns) The script you would like to see: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful) For example, a date on Earth, cooking together, whatever you come up with.

I know it's a lot to ask. This is a minimal list, but the more information you give me, the better I will be able to empathize with your MCs and hopefully imitate their character. If you have already written about them, for example in your other posts, feel free to include links, so I can take a better look at them. Of course, you can add photos, or a song, or memes, anything you want!

I didn't mention the length of the fic, but it depends on how I will feel writing it. But I'll want it to be at least 800 words.

Most important. Have fun! It's mainly about getting to know each other's OCs/MCs. Who knows, if there's a lot of interest, maybe we'll do more draws. 👀

Raphael Romance Event

Last reminder: Circa one week left! To celebrate the 1000 signatures for our Raphael petition a while ago, there will be the Raphael Romance Event. WHAT IS THE TASK? Create a romance scene/moment between Raphael and your Tav/Dark Urge/OC of choice. It doesn't have to be romantic in the very sense of the word. Of course, it can be, but there are many options. Make it sappy or make it bitter, make it happy or sad, sweet or heavy, a bit spicy or very vague, make it a cocky exchange, something dark and threatening, anything that works for you. Is he only toying with the MC? Manipulating them? Struggling with genuine feelings? Showing a softer side? Something else entirely? It's up to you! Once I have gathered the submissions, I will make a google doc with our collected pieces and send it to Larian via the known channels I used for the petition too, showing them how much we love that devil, thanking them for giving him to us and maybe inspire them, who knows. Hey! So I was wondering as when you first introduced the mc's and oc's, you said you would most likely not write for them. Then you decided to write for Briar. So my questions is, out of the MC's and OC's you aren't writing for, which one(s) do you see yourself writing for, if any?

Hey anon! Thanks for the question!

So yeah, like you said, I had my list of MC's and OC's that I would mostly likely not/not write for but then took an mc (Briar Boleyn) off that list and decided to start writing for her. And the main reason I said that I wasn't going to write for them was because I don't see myself writing for some of them that often. I don't see them getting a big enough masterlist like my other mc's and oc's. Plus I want to be able to focus on the mc's I want to write for.

I also decided to add Briar because I like having an even number of pairings to write for. And I say this because I have one more Ethan and Claire fic (from christmas that I am trying to finish) and then I don't really see myself having them as a main pairing anymore. I've been writing for them for almost 3 years and they have the most work for them, whether it be fics, edits, other little things, and I just want some of my other pairings to shine. So I decided to bring up one of my MC's from that list and Briar just happened to be the one.

And I have thought about not writing for Brooklyn and Thomas as I just don't have as much of an interest in writing for them anymore. I could possibly write some more for them but it's not near the same level as Charlie and Adelaide.

So I think if I am to choose another mc/pairing to write for it would be Lillia Thompson (My High School Story MC that I almost decided to write for instead of Briar), Ericka Montgomery (My The Princess Swap MC), Daniella Warren (My Platinum MC), or Izi Arnold Wilson (My Ride or Die MC).

Now I do see myself making edits and other little things for my MC's I am currently not writing for and I have plans to do so but I might just put those edits in their "Meet the MC" posts.

I apologize for the sudden hiatus without a warning🙈but university have kept me busier than expected, between group projects and an exam, leaving me weary and with no energy to check Tumblr😭Today, I found some motivation and since I wanted to be fair, I finally replied to two requests I had in the ask box, although I still apologize for the awful delay😞

After these, I think I will have take a break from writing for a bit, perhaps focusing on drawings again or only writing headcanons without deadlines when I have free time. I won't close the ask box, in case someone wanted to send comments on the OCs or small questions to which I can answer briefly, however the long headcanons will have to wait, maybe for the holidays😥I hope you can forgive me:

"RAD CLASSMATES+NEW EXCHANGE STUDENTS WITH A STRONG MC KICKING THEIR ASS ON ACCIDENT DURING TRAINING"

DEMYA

In Demya's culture, it was typical to fight to show one's strength and worthiness as a mate for life. So it wouldn't be strange for her to train with MC, in fact it would be equivalent to courting at the very least (imagine Lae'zel from BG3 for example-), although it would be more strenuous than the usual playful brawls with MC. Since MC is Demya's mate, she wouldn't underestimate them despite their human race, there's a reason why they're together after all, however Demya wouldn't be able to deny that she wasn't ready to receive such a punch straight to the face, enough to send her to the ground and maybe even make her lips bleed. At first Demya would be stunned by MC's brute strength, but then, licking the blood off her lips, she would grin widely and burst into laughter, in an almost hysterical manner, euphoric and maybe slightly excited at such discovery. Demya, dressed in a workout outfit consisting of a black sports bra and shorts, panting a little and perhaps accidentally drooling while smiling, would pin MC to the ground, exclaiming that it was awesome and that they should definitely do it again

DOMNRA/MOBIM

Domnra is all for working out and sports, so for once he would be thrilled to be able to share his hobby with MC, maybe even finding the opportunity to show off for once, whether it be through physical strength and muscles or fighting skills with his shadow powers, in his demon form he can also use his tail and a dagger made of magic. Domnra would wear a black tank top and dark purple sweatpants to train, his hair tied in a low ponytail. Domnra would attempt to refrain from doing so, however he couldn't help but underestimate MC's physical strength as a human at first, so he would try to take it easy on them, before getting completely humiliated by a punch to the face, enough to make him lose balance and hurt his already poor ego as well, he would need a few minutes to recover from the embarrassement. With tsundere hesitation, finding their powerful display slightly attractive, Domnra would admit that MC is stronger than he expected and that next time, he won't hold back. Mobim would be too worried to watch Domnra and MC training, so the little curse would discover about MC's strenght only later on

AZUL

Azul, despite being a rather active and eccentric demon, usually channels his energy into creative hobbies or partying, he isn't exactly the athletic type, evident from his twink figure. Azul floats around most of the time and often uses magic to avoid unnecessary efforts, so, being a bit weak on the physical side, it wouldn't surprise him to get easily destroyed by MC, despite their human nature. Azul wouldn't have appropriate clothes for training, as he never does, so he would either use his demon form outfit or buy something specifically for the occasion, something that would compliment his shape, maybe to tease MC and distract them. The first time Azul got hit in the face and knocked to the ground, it would shock him greatly, leaving him dumbfounded with a hand on his cheek and his colors changing to grey, before turning pink as he sees MC on top of him, worried for his conditions. Azul would joke that they were pretty rough and that next time they could at least buy him dinner first or kiss his boo-boo, a comment that would earn him another shove. Being a bit of a masochist as well as sadist, Azul wouldn't be too upset and as a revenge next time he would use his ghost like powers to phase through MC

ZURI

Zuri doesn't train often, but as in many other activities, she would be skilled in physical exercise too, elegant and flawless even in battle, performing piercing blows with her weapon, able to fight even without it of course. Zuri's training clothing would consist of her casual outfit, only without her white jacket, which would leave her with long black gloves and a tight sleeveless turtleneck sweater, she would look quite badass, especially since she would fight with her high-heeled boots without any difficulty. Zuri wouldn't understand why MC would want to train with her when there are more suitable people, maybe even less aloof and cold than her, however she would gladly accept, since it was still a request from her beloved. Zuri would sense MC's hidden power, so although initially taken by surprise, which is rare, she would fall to her knees after the punch but not flinch, wiping any blood or smudged makeup from her face or feeling for bruises, swellings, which would heal quickly anyway due to her demon nature. Zuri would eventually smirk faintly, showing her fangs, and mutter that she is glad to know that MC has other means to defend themself besides magic

ODON

Not sure why MC thought it could be a good idea to ask an eldritch horror, for whom a mere glance would be enough to erase MC from existence, to help them with their workouts, especially because physically speaking, Odon doesn't need to train to be strong or resilient, they don't even feel much pain, at most sometimes they just get weary when they shapeshift, on one occasion a creature even tore off their arm once and Odon didn't even flinch, they simply waited for it to grow back (fun fact: Odon has green blood). Odon is aware that if they used their strength seriously, MC would turn to dust and they don't want to hurt their dear friend, so Odon's role would basically be that of a dummy, keeping their casual clothes. Odon would perceive MC's extraordinary power thanks to their perception skills, so they wouldn't be surprised, the eldritch horror would just find the situation peculiar, almost amusing. It would be like unstoppable force vs immovable object, basically Odon wouldn't move an inch despite the punch, they would chuckle and compliment MC on their strength

REMIEL

Oh god, even if accidental, why would MC do such a thing to an innocent angel like Remiel during training? MC would also have to pray that Death, Remiel's father, never finds out about them punching his daughter, because the grim reaper might come visit MC prematurely. Remiel seems weak and frail in appearance, almost like a porcelain doll, however she's still an angel of death, the archangel of hope, daughter of Death and Azrael, so she is actually pretty powerful, enough to beat even Uriel and Nathaniel. Remiel would have no specific set of clothing to train in, owning only her black robe, and although confused by MC's request, she would try to support them, minding her strength. She would be baffled by MC's punch, however she would manage not to fall to the ground and only take a few steps back, turning her face from the blow and brushing her cheek with curiosity, while MC would feel like the worst being in all realms. Remiel would ask MC a lot of questions, to find out if they are aware of the origin or source of their power and if not, she would do some research through books. Remiel wouldn't be hurt over being hit, because from a logical point of view, it was just training

NATHANIEL

Nathaniel is a rather quiet angel and he's a sort of scribe for duty, however when he dedicates himself to meditation, a bit like a sort of monk, sometimes he also trains with archery or martial arts, in fact despite being slim, Nathaniel is still faintly toned, accentuated by his training attire, namely a sleeveless gray and light blue robe, pants of the same color, furthermore he would keep his hair tied in a ponytail, with a blue bow given to him by Luke, as a scrunchie. Nathaniel would accept MC's request to train together, planning a training program suited for MC's abilities, so as not to exhaust them too much, the archangel of patience would also make sure to warm them up first and have them meditate as well. Surprising Nathaniel isn't easy, so MC should pat themself on the back for having shocked the archangel, sending him to the ground with a blow to the face. Nathaniel would grab his jaw, stroking it lightly, still surprised by the punch, however he would be quietly pleased by the novelty, finding the twist very interesting. Nathaniel would let out an amused scoff and take the situation more seriously, no longer underestimating MC and inviting them to continue training, with his hair subtly disheveled, swaying in the breeze (Nathaniel looks better when he's at ease)

URIEL

Uriel, as a warrior angel, believes that it's right to train daily and that it's her duty to make sure she's always in perfect shape, ready to face any battle, given her position as the archangel of justice. Usually Uriel would train in the warrior angels' quarters, with other angels or dummies, always wearing her armor, in fact she rarely gets rid of it. Uriel would be enthusiastic over MC's request and would gladly accept, feeling honored to have been chosen, being the most suitable angel to practice with for such a regimen of physical exercise. Uriel would probably underestimate MC as a human and attempt not to let her enthusiasm get the better of her strength, she would try to hold back in order to avoid hurting MC. Her four wings would ruffle up after falling to the ground due to the punch, staring at MC in disbelief. At first, Uriel's pride would be shattered, because she got humiliated by a human, however her affection for MC would soon win and she would praise them, comparing them to a warrior angel and immediately thinking of other ways to test their strength, a startling discovery for sure, in fact Uriel would want an explanation for it as well. Uriel would make MC demonstrate their strength on several occasions, secretly finding them attractive, much to her embarrassment

The only children I have are my OCs <3 My current beloved OCs are Aym, Marchosias (💖💖💖💖💖), and Baal; all for Obey Me

04 - What sports do you play/have you played?

So as a kid, I took MSE (self-defense) classes, I did ballet for a short while, and I played badminton. But now I'm not really doing much sports anymore. I'm occasionally working out in a sad attempt to stay healthy but that's...not working out all that well because I keep forgetting about it lol. That being said, I walk anywhere as long as it's a walkable distance away (to me, that's around 90min max), idc it's the European mindset. Der Fußbus hält überall :)

06 - What is the first thing you notice about people?

When I pass strangers on the street, I try to look for little moments that bring them joy. That being said, 90% of the time I'm just lost in my own thoughts & have completely tunnel vision, so imagine noticing anything 😭 When I first meet people tho, it's usually the way they look at you, which tbh is a little ironic because I sometimes just cannot look people in the eyes NFDHSKGJHKSDLGS

They used to be blue, but now they're more of a greyish green with a few brown spots in them

08 - Scary movies or happy endings?

Okay endings, actually! Where characters don't get the happy ending they were hoping for, and some things are still a little messy, but all in all things are okay and they finally get to breath again. Though I guess that's kind of a happy ending? lol

09 - Any talents?

My newest talent is being able to imitate the cry of an owl. My sister explained it to me earlier & once I got it to work I've been doing it non-stop until I got lightheaded 😭 Worth it tho Other than that, being able to teach myself the basics of a lot of things within a day (one of the upsides of ADHD), as well as abandoning a lot of my projects after a while because I suddenly decided to start a completely different one (one of the downsides of ADHD) I also have a real talent for writing angst. Ask any of my closer mutuals, I keep terrorizing them with my ideas (love you guys 💖) And finally: telling myself that I'll go to sleep early & then it's 5am

being insane, obviously 💚 some of my mutuals can surely attest to that lol No, but in general I enjoy writing & drawing, as well as, uhm. Randomly deciding to take up multiple really time-consuming projects, such as the OM card rec thing I did that I still need to update ahhhh, my Obey Me OC & MC ask game that originally had 200+ questions before I cut it in half out of fear of it being too long, half of my side blogs, and SOOOO many other things. <- or in short, being insane 💚 I also really love cooking & baking! Side note, if anyone wants an easy chocolate lava cake recipe, you just need to ask... 👀 Also lately it's just been romancing Thanatos in Hades because I randomly remembered that I hadn't done that yet

I used to have clownfish and a starfish, but other than that I've never had any myself. I love the dogs I dogsit with all my heart tho, and there is this cat that I sometimes meet on my way to work. She always runs up to me when she sees me and won't stop meowing until I start petting her, and last time she climbed onto my lap (I sat down in the middle of the sidewalk, I did not care lmao), she's literally the sweetest 😭😭 I also ring the doorbell for her whenever it rains so she doesn't have to stay outside lol

1,68m or 5'6 if I got the conversion correct lol

14 - Favourite subject in school?

Heavily depended on the teacher, but generally art class because we usually got to work on whatever we wanted with and listen to music. Also English in 9th grade, math in 10th and German in 11th because the teachers were great

15 - Dream job?

I've been thinking of translations in general/software localizition for a while now. I just love dissecting all the small differences between languages (D.D.D.s being called 'D3' my beloved), + there are so many invisble choices made when translating. You'll always lose something because every language has its little quirks and a different mindset that can't be translated directly, but you'll also gain something that the original version didn't have. It's an art form in itself, and I really love that <3 The other job that keeps popping into my mind is event mangement. I already get to organize a ton of things for my uni since I'm part of the student council for one of my two majors. It's exhausting, but also really rewarding when you have people come up to you afterwards to tell you how much fun they had!
