I live in a state of depression so deep that a YouTube short is the only reason I've popped back in to bless you with a concept. I hope to finish my Greek mythology oneshot but we'll see.

Also, ya'll loneliness is scary so stay safe and know that cheese cares how you're doing. That's right I'm actively promoting a parasocial relationship between me and my readers (jokes (unless-))

Imagine for me (this can apply for any of my fandoms as well):

You my cute little MC are a bartender at one of the sketchiest clubs. Either you are a complete airhead, no one else would hire you (criminal record), or you getting that big bag (your boss spoils you).

Because of this you have seen the poisonous underbelly of the city you live in because this club only seems to attract the worst people (yanderes). Under the influence of alcohol these people tell you all their deepest darkest secrets (you need therapy more than ever). Gods forbid you even think about being nice to them or giving them advice. Kidnapping didn't go well. Maybe you should go on a date (like a normal person). Or you could just drug them (that was sarcasm on your part).

Now you've got repeat yandere clientele asking you to help them with their darlings believing you to be some expert in the field (you'll say anything for the money or you just stupid stupid).

Some of these people might just be looking for a way to kidna-court you. These questions about your exact height and weight are very invasive.

Beware to these clients because your boss and coworkers won't let these "customers" have you that easily (all are trained killers).

Rich flirty childish boss who wants to give you the world just stop calling him "kid" he's/she's/they're five years older than you (bad case of the baby face). Wants to wrap you in his/her/their fluffy pink coat and take you home (to his/her/their cozy luxury condo). Honestly kinda want to either write an absolute boss babe or twink if I'm making an oc of this person.

Fellow bartender who is the most normal of the bunch. Pretty tall and bulky but a total sweetheart who gives you the best advice (keeps people from giving you spiked drinks). Constantly offers you rides home; they can't have you walking by yourself people want to snatch you up (them too). Probably the most normal to get into a relationship with and won't do too much against your will (unless you get hurt). Himbo vibes (genderless)

Bouncer of the club is intimidating and bulky and also very shy. Wants desperately to talk to you and tell you how he/she/ they feel but oops they just put the fear of a thousand gods into you. Thinks you're absolutely precious and wants nothing more than to take you away from all this (wants a cozy home with as many animals as possible (you'll have to stop this person from adopting all the animals in the city))

Stripper/consort who is very down to earth and flirtatious at the same time. They are a whore but know when to tone it down (consent is sexy). They get all touchy and apologize claiming it's just second nature to them. Always offers a free lap dance or something else if you're up for it ;).

Yandere angels are so fun b/c they're supposed to be the pinnacle of purity, but what if they get corrupted by their desires? Then they have to grapple with their morals and desires, though their desires eventually win over because they love love love you so much!

Also, I am totally okay with a gender-neutral reader! I try to write mostly gn!reader, actually, but my readers may read more feminine occasionally due my background.

As for the guys, they'd all be okay with a non-binary MC~ though, I think Jiu's story would probably work best with a female leaning MC since his whole thing is that he dresses up as a woman to chase guys away from MC. Otherwise, I can visualize any gender for any of my yanderes!

Now, what if MC had a childhood friend? Well, here's how my yanderes would react:

Jiu IS your childhood friend, so he's already chased anyone else away from being too close with you since you were both kids. He's super smart in that he lets you interact with people (and even have "friends"), but he manipulates the situation so that you're mostly spending time with him. When someone gets too close to you, though, he'll chase them away, either through anonymous blackmail, some "accident," or something else.

Finley would be so so so sad if you had a childhood friend that was super close to you. He's not really allowed to harm any human but... it's not his fault that your friend is so so so clumsy and fell into a manhole!

Tynan would just kill the guy, honestly. Nothing's stopping him from killing your childhood friend, after all. BUT, he's not stupid enough to make it obvious he did it. After all, how else will he console you over your stupid childhood friend's death?

The abandoned water god just kidnaps you so he could care less, frankly speaking. It's not like you can leave him, so why should he worry about some powerless human? Though, talk about your childhood friend too much and your friend may meet an untimely death related to water.

As for the farmer... oh, he'd hate your childhood friend. You're his sugarcube, you know? You're just so cute and defenseless, he has to protect you! So, well, whenever you try to call your childhood friend, the signals all wonky. When you want to drive to visit your friend, your tires are all punctured. And when your friend wants to visit? Oh! Well, your friend can't visit because the area's suddenly super dangerous and there's like fifty bears that might maul your friend!

So, long story short, your childhood friend isn't safe and probably never will be (except Jiu, who is your childhood friend)!

Dimming Light, Prolonged Fight

Chapter 1: One Beginning of Many

This is probably going to be a big story tbh. It'll be divided into sections of years! (This probably won't gain much attraction but I needed to write it out). There will be OCs riddled throughout but none of them have much impact on the plot besides as somewhat background characters.

This series will be moreso on the angsty side as the MC's personality adapts and changes over the years. If this story does blow up I'll hold multiple polls for love interests, if it doesn't blow up I'll keep everything platonic.

There will also be some All The Young Dudes references but it does NOT follow the actual story.

This chapter is short, its just an opening to see how it all goes

The train station was bustling with life as you push your trolley of luggage. This was it, your first year of Hogwarts. You've been preparing for your whole life to attend the prestigious school!

Your parents, both purebloods who were far from as noble as the Blacks, were ecstatic. They threw a party and invited the family's closest friends. It was a fun night that night, you were always quite social.

You enter platform 9 and 3/4. You look around, these are the students you will spend your time in Hogwarts with this year! You could scream and jump around now, you won't, you aren't that weird, but you are doing it in your head.

Entering the train there were few compartments left for you to sit in, you manage to find an empty one and put your luggage away, keeping your white cat - Empress - by your side.

Sitting down your nerves start to set in, you're usually never away from your family for long. A month at most. But a whole year? It'll be okay.. you're sure of it.

... What if you suck at magic and fail all your classes? Merlin, you hoped that wouldn't happen. It shouldn't. Your parents have taught you since the moment you came out!

Patting Empress's fur your leg bounces, you couldn't do this. You needed a distraction before you freak out.

Stepping out of the carriage with Empress in your arms you look for someone to socialise with. You needed to talk with someone, to distract yourself from such dreadful thoughts.

Every carriage looks full and cheery, you weren't going to barge in and disrupt them.

Thats when you see it. Three boys leaving a carriage, two walking down to another carriage and one walking past you, glancing at the cat in your arms before continuing... Strange. He looked familiar.

You peer into the carriage the three had just left and a smile creeps its way onto your face. Inside was a boy your age with scars on his face. Cool. Maybe he fought a battle?

You enter and sit in front of him. He looks startled, then confused, then wary. You watched keenly as his face rearranges with each conflicted emotion crossing his freckled and scarred face.

"Hi! I'm Y/N L/N, this is my cat Empress! I'm training her to be the smartest cat in the world so she can overthrow the ministry and become the ruler of Earth!" You state, holding your spaced-out cat out like it's a trophy.

The boy just stares. And stares. And stares.

Your nerves start to take over and you feel a bit uncomfortable, but you persist. Maybe he was just shy?

"What's your name?"

Silence.

"Where are you from?"

Silence.

At this point you wanted to cry. He was not helping AT ALL.

"You... You have really cool scars...!"

This gets a reaction, finally. The boy reaches his hand up to trace the scars, his brows furrowed, perplexed at your words.

"Thanks..." He mutters out. Finally! Something!

"Your welcome! They make you look super cool! Like you fought a battle and won!" You exclaim, your energy being brought back upon that one word the boy murmured.

His eyes sparkle with something akin to bashfulness and hope. It was quickly gone though, but you caught it. You caught it and it only eggs you on further.

"So, will you tell me your name now? Or should I guess? I'm really bad at guessing!" You continue. Honestly speaking, you would happily guess every name you could think of if it meant knowing this boy's name.

It was quiet in the carriage, and just as you were about to start saying random names he speaks.

"Remus... Remus Lupin..."

Remus. You repeat it in your head over and over. You like that name, it's pretty.

"Well Remus! You are now part of my super exclusive team that will rule the world!" You exclaim happily.

Remus raises a brow but doesn't seem to say anything. The carriage doors open and the two boys from before enter.

One had round glasses on his face, the other was pudgy with faint freckles on his face.

The boy with the glasses speaks up, a mischievous smile on his face. "Woah Remus! Looks like you already have a girlfriend!"

Ew. You never understood why people automatically assume a girl and guy can't be friends. It's stupid.

Luckily for you, Remus speaks up first.

"She's not my girlfriend! She just came in here and started talking. Don't be gross." He mutters the last part, scowling at the boy.

The bigger of the three ignores the conversation between the two and turns his attention to you. "Whats your name?" He asks as he sits next to you, glancing at your cat on your lap.

"Y/N L/N!" You respond cheerfully - you aren't even at Hogwarts yet and you've already made friends! You must be the luckiest girl in the world!

The round boy nods as he registers your name. "Well, I'm Peter Pettigrew-" he's swiftly cut off by the boy with glasses. "And I'm James Potter. The future best aurora the Wizarding World will ever see!" He boasts, a thumb to his chest and a proud grin on his face.

Oh how exciting! You're going to be friends with a future aurora who's going to be the best ever!

You have to refrain yourself from giddily jumping about, growing up you never really got to make friends so now you can make hundreds!

James and Peter sit down and start to converse with Remus and yourself - though they focus more on Remus than yourself. It's probably just because they know him better.

Some time later the boy that you had passed while coming to this carriage opens the door. His hair is black and pristine, it's long and goes to his shoulders in a bob.

James smiles brightly at the sight of the boy. "Sirius! I thought you'd completely left us, mate!" He cheers happily, a teasing undertone to his words.

The boy, Sirius, grins. "What? Leave you three for some fancy snobs I've seen a million other times? Yeah, not happening." He retorts before his eyes fall on you.

His smile drops as he raises a brow. "And you are..?" He eggs on, a cold exterior taking over.

Cold exteriors won't deter you. Not now, not ever.

"Y/N L/N, what about you? What's your name?" You try to sound as friendly as possible. His face, to your luck, relaxes. A frown is still present on his porcelain features but he isn't looking at you with contempt anymore.

"Sirius Black." He moves to sit down. You hum thoughtfully, you knew the Blacks - or, well, your parents knew the Blacks - your parents had attended Hogwarts with them back in the day. Though, from what you remember your parents saying, they didn't get along all too well.

Looks like you get to bridge the gap! You and Sirius can be a cool duo. You can see it now.

Luckily the rest of the ride to Hogwarts was uneventful.

The Great Hall is beautiful, you've seen magic before, it's nothing new of course. But, you've always been one to appreciate magic and it's capabilities.

You and all the other first years stand around in front of an old looking hat - the Sorting Hat if you remember correctly. Your mama hated the hat, whenever it was brought up - which wasn't a lot - she would scoff.

The four boys are at the front, they had accidentally left you behind. But that's okay of course, they're clearly excited!

To your left there is a tall lanky kid with pale skin and rough black hair. He has a nasty scowl on his face. To your right is a boy with blonde hair and pretty sepia skin, he's shorter than the boy to your left but taller than yourself.

Soon the Sorting Ceremony starts. Kids start getting called up randomly. The boy to your left, Barty Crouch Jr, gets sorted into Ravenclaw. The boy to your right, Evan Rosier, gets sorted into Slytherin.

James is sorted into Gryffindor along with Remus and Peter. To everyone's surprise so is Sirius. Honestly, it is surprising - even your eyes widened. But, you were taught that the way your family acts doesn't always equal your moral standings.

Many others are sorted before its your turn. You sit down - your parents believe you'll be a Hufflepuff because of your personality. Your older brother thinks you'll be a Slytherin because of your ambition.

Honestly speaking, it doesn't matter to you. The house chosen for you by an old hat doesn't set out the path you take in life.

So, when the hat barely touches your head before yelling out Gryffindor you smile and head over.

You sit down next to some random students and start talking to them. You don't miss the glances they'd take with each other every now and again but it doesn't matter.

Maybe they just aren't used to optimism.

Your mama always called you her 'light' for a reason.

Hey! So I was wondering as when you first introduced the mc's and oc's, you said you would most likely not write for them. Then you decided to write for Briar. So my questions is, out of the MC's and OC's you aren't writing for, which one(s) do you see yourself writing for, if any?

So yeah, like you said, I had my list of MC's and OC's that I would mostly likely not/not write for but then took an mc (Briar Boleyn) off that list and decided to start writing for her. And the main reason I said that I wasn't going to write for them was because I don't see myself writing for some of them that often. I don't see them getting a big enough masterlist like my other mc's and oc's. Plus I want to be able to focus on the mc's I want to write for.

I also decided to add Briar because I like having an even number of pairings to write for. And I say this because I have one more Ethan and Claire fic (from christmas that I am trying to finish) and then I don't really see myself having them as a main pairing anymore. I've been writing for them for almost 3 years and they have the most work for them, whether it be fics, edits, other little things, and I just want some of my other pairings to shine. So I decided to bring up one of my MC's from that list and Briar just happened to be the one.

And I have thought about not writing for Brooklyn and Thomas as I just don't have as much of an interest in writing for them anymore. I could possibly write some more for them but it's not near the same level as Charlie and Adelaide.

So I think if I am to choose another mc/pairing to write for it would be Lillia Thompson (My High School Story MC that I almost decided to write for instead of Briar), Ericka Montgomery (My The Princess Swap MC), Daniella Warren (My Platinum MC), or Izi Arnold Wilson (My Ride or Die MC).

Now I do see myself making edits and other little things for my MC's I am currently not writing for and I have plans to do so but I might just put those edits in their "Meet the MC" posts.

Well, the MC is canonically Ancient Egyptian, so they don't speak Arabic. They speak in Ancient Egyptian, plus the noble also speaks Akkadian and Lybian. Characters over 35 speak Hyksos too.

But if you just meant endearments in general, then Zaia will like that, although they aren't really verbally affectionate themselves. They probably would just use MC's name when talking to them and won't be overly fond of sweet talks and such. If MC tries to pamper them, they would just make a face and say, "You're being weird."

Zaia is not really a person that you would call 'sweet'. They will be affectionate with romanced MCs, but it will mostly come out in actions rather than anything else. They also aren't very talkative in general.

Qenna will be much softer than Zaia, once the MC manages to break through that massive wall that they built up, but that will take time.

I like the last one though, because what Zaia would say is this:

"I would prefer to have met you another way if I had a choice."

No Caleb because I started this before he was released and currently he doesn't have a past life myth. His myth got released and I don't know if I want to make a version for him or not, I have to think about it.

I already started Rafayel's. I have ideas for the other 4, I just gotta write them down. I started writing Xavier's, so now we got two, I just gotta figure out the rest.

3. Full cat series: Caleb excluded.

I have all of the beginnings for the other four. Caleb won't get one unless they do a rerun or a special or something where they show what cat breed he'd be. I might drop this, Imma be honest.

4. Kintsugi: Zayne essentially getting pussy drunk as mc rides him into oblivion.

I have the beginning, some descriptions of the middle along with some dialogue, and the way the sex is going to end.

5. Magic Shop Au: Polyamory with all 5 included.

I have a written outline and a bit of a mental outline. I know the order they are going to meet in and how the meetings will go, I know how some of the sex scenes are gonna go, I just gotta write it. It's pretty much about being!mc who owns a literal magic shop filled with magic items. Don't ask me no logistics, I'll start rambling.

I posted the outline, however, I'd like to actually write it and go into details 'cause I have the beginning scene.

7. Skyfall: All Things End

I haven't forgotten about this, I still think about it. I'm in the theorizing stage because I gotta make sense of everything before I can even start writing the rest of it.

8. Let It Happen: Xavier x Rafayel.

They're in the middle of sex, I just gotta carry on with the writing and actually fucking finish it on paper. (Ps. It's in the same universe as "It Happened Quiet")

9. Dark In My Imagination pt. 2 & Sumber Party

Both are headcannons, DIMI is separate headcannons while Slumber Party is polyamory thriad combination headcannons. Both are sex related, although I'm trying to make SP both sfw and nsfw. Edited the Slumber Party headcannons to add Caleb and made some progress with certain pairings.

11. Pirate Sylus x Village mc

It's an enemies to lovers. This one came while I was trying to find music that would inspire me to write for SCRC and failed at getting inspiration for it but succeeded in getting inspiration for a new idea.

I started this last year (along with Kintsugi), and I've been slowly making progress. God dammit do I want it to end.

I've been thinking about it, spoke with Bunbun 'bout it, created a vague outline that keeps changing the more I think about it. It's from Caela's pov and we get to see how mc gets courted by the other four while they pine for each other but do nothing about it.

It's an au, idk if I dreamt about it or only daydreamed but it don't matter cause I couldn't stop thinking about calling him "baby boy" while he called me "angel" so... yeah

It started as a reader x mc fic, and then I got a little too carried away with the self indulgence and turned it into an isekai/get thrown into the future type fic and.... *sigh* can you tell I have a thing for complicating things for myself? I've gone so far in that, at this point, it could read as a self insert.

Because no matter how egregious it is, there's always gonna be at least one other person who agrees with you. If you don't like the way someone writes a yandere in a fanfic or a game, you can distance yourself from it. You don't even have to let it be known.

Personally, I really do enjoy the yandere trope, it's one of my favorites. But the way I see it is admittedly different than others who follow me might. For example, the current yandere OC's I have (Leumin, Vivian, Mikka), are all at varying levels of yandere. Some people may think Leu is too extreme, or not extreme enough. If I had to say, without spoiling the sequel, Leu is very much a "I can fix him or make him worse" kind of yandere. His disposition depends solely on MC.

While I am still working on the sequel to Inclement Idée Fixe, I've been more focused on other side projects and learning new game development software instead. I won't lie, the yandere community here (and on Itch.io) just rubs me the wrong way a lot of the time, specifically the way someone of y'all treat creators. Most of my interactions have been positive, for the most part, but I've also seen more discourse here than I have in most other fandoms. It's concerning ngl, and it makes me want to distance myself even further from it. I want to keep making things I, and others, can enjoy, but if that comes at the cost of my mental health then it's really not worth it. So whether or not I actually finish the sequel is highly dependent on whether or not I'm still willing to interact with the yandere community

I really think it just comes down to being a decent person, really. No one is forcing you to consume yandere/dark content. You're responsible for your own internet safety at the end of the day, as an adult. So please don't blame others who make the content you don't like when you're actively engaging with it.

Do you remember this survey? I didn't expect such a great response. If that many of you really want to participate, I guess I'll have to do more than one batch of the draw to choose as much of your MC's as I can.

Time for some rules, so we won't get lost

The concept is simple. You give me your precious OCs/MCs, I adopt them for a while, write fanfic (related to WHB, of course) and hand them over to your loving hands.

For now, I plan to choose 3-5 people to write for. This may change if more people apply. If one applies, I will write for one. If 96 apply, I will choose more. We'll figure it out.

You can apply in two ways. One is to reblog this post and describe everything in reply, the second is to create your own post with the hashtag #whbmcshuffle Preferably both at once. I don't want to accidentally lose any application. I also recommend following this tag for the time being because I will post further information under it.

The people I will write for will be drawn randomly. I want it to be fair, and I guess this is the only way I won't be biased when I see mutuals I like or Andrea my favorite demons.

You can apply for one week. Since we may all be in different time zones, submissions will close when this survey ends.

Feed me information. Since I want to write something good, I would like to ask you for some information. Here's the list:

Name and pronouns: Quite obvious. Short bio: Who are they? Any difficult past or traumas? What were they doing on earth? Did they get to hell like in canon? How do they feel in hell? Where they live? Character: What are their main character traits? How do they usually behave? How do they behave in crisis situations? Voice: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful.) What would the narrative look like? More calm or energetic? Confident or not at all? Funny or serious? Calm or nervous? Laid back or distrustful? You can even paste here a song or a link to some story that you think reflect your oc's voice well. Important facts: Free space, you can put whatever you want here and whatever you think is important. Demons to include in the fic: (from 1 to 3) Brief description of relationship with chosen demons: I guess that's obvious. The tone in which it should be written: (i.e. spicy, angst, fluff, funny or other) Narrative type: Second person (addressing as 'you') or third person (addressing with selected pronouns) The script you would like to see: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful) For example, a date on Earth, cooking together, whatever you come up with.

I know it's a lot to ask. This is a minimal list, but the more information you give me, the better I will be able to empathize with your MCs and hopefully imitate their character. If you have already written about them, for example in your other posts, feel free to include links, so I can take a better look at them. Of course, you can add photos, or a song, or memes, anything you want!

I didn't mention the length of the fic, but it depends on how I will feel writing it. But I'll want it to be at least 800 words.

Most important. Have fun! It's mainly about getting to know each other's OCs/MCs. Who knows, if there's a lot of interest, maybe we'll do more draws. 👀
