the brothers with an mc who has dyspraxia / dcd
heads up: gn!mc, spoilers for lesson 16 in belphie's additional info: dyspraxia or dcd (developmental coordination disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that starts in childhood that makes the person have difficult time doing motor skills (such as walking, closing your buttons on a shirt, etc.)

I think Carla used to be pure too pure he it was difficult to love and understand him because he was pure and clueless about. emotions to the point he come off as. unintentionally insensitive especially towards shin lol but was regardless loved. and admired for it he was not only the. strongest and wisest and most capable but. he had a charisma u can't help but want to. help him u could tell he was sincere and very. devoted to the well being of his clan u can't help but want to support him and. acknowledge his hard work and dedication to his clan well at least before the df .
and of course there was some that was envious of him being so loved and capable.
Df he became a sadistic vengeful bitter brute due to learning all of that from his dad that took pleasure in tormenting others to. achieving his goals especially towards yui to the point I was glad mene and his mom wasn't there to meet him .
I wonder how they and his clan members that supported and admired him would react if they saw how he changed in his df self. that he was no longer the once more pure dedicated wise and caring ruler and became. someone who will humiliate and toture people to force them to obey him instead of him formerly ruling through gaining the. support of others with his wise dedicated charisma i think they would be horrified (;_:).
Just look at how messed his relationship was with shin by df he didn't even hesitant to try and kill him when he had the chance(╥﹏╥) .
Le/cl he was like completely different person he was more like his original personality except he more sweet ,possessive ,horn*of. yui really good and wise husband and king and nice to his bro the only thing I don't like was when he tried to dominated yui into only. loving him and touching him when he. was jealous but I forgive him because he sweet and was so lonely for a unimaginable amount of time.
K: I mean—...Come on bro, if Brute Change wouldn't be a dark shit, then what's the point to call it 'Brute'!?!?
Carla Tsukinami is a character, who is Logician (INTP). Pretty sure so is Ruki?? I can understand these kind of character's approach because I personally kinda same too, struggle a lot with emotions.
Due to being so much determined on everything, and not being that much into feelings or emotions, he is quite insensitive.
It is true, and his whole DF route was a struggle for MC, helping Carla gaining that emotional feelings, out of his bounded and strict logic stuffs, like he was born to king and he needs to be perfect for that, is fact. But the feelings say he do not need to be too strict for it.
And I honestly enjoyed his whole route of DF, overall endings too. Carla himself mentioned he wasn't jealous (envy?) of Shin, he just wanted to be praised by his father. Even if once. He apparently fell in love with Yui in maniac I assume, he was not just sure about that feelings, that is why he might tried to ignore always thinking those are absurd. Like even u see, Carla did not even understand the love between Krone and Giesh! So yea, in short, his DF plot was basically these, bringing out that 'feelings' of Carla from logics.
And for Shin, all I will say—he loved his brother, he appreciated him and u can see that in Shin's route. I think the brute endings were just a misunderstanding, sadly. And i did not find that 180 degree in his characteristics changing. A friendly reminder that HEAVEN things count too. Considering that, it is ok, his typing regardless. Same for CL, since it took place before LE, so less character development. Same goes for DCDS too! Overall I'd say, it was not that 180 degree turn.

And also gotta love Favourites! So, let's talk about it.
'Favourites' was actually the first fic request I ever got. I was really surprised to find it in my inbox because I never really said I'd do requests but I had A LOT of traffic on my blog after writing 'The Easter Dragon' and I didn't mind at all - I was so flattered by it, in fact. The thought that someone loved my writing so much they wanted me to write their idea into existence? Crazy! 😱💛
Anyway, when I read the prompt I knew immediately what I wanted to happen. If there's one thing Charlie is very secure in himself over it's dragons after all, and I liked the idea of switching between a very self-conscious Charlie and a Charlie who absolutely knows his shit. Because people being passionate about something is really attractive, I thought maybe it's not even just Charlie crushing on the MC, but vice versa and decided to give them both this cutesy, shy attitude towards the other.
While the story basically wrote itself, what took longest about it was definitely all the research on the dragon species. Honestly, I spent twice as long reading about them and jotting down their characteristics than I spent writing this fic. Damn Potter Wiki wormholes...
The flashcards idea actually came from the brilliant story "The Girl Who Vanished" by @nevilles-top I was catching up on at the time, where the main character Ana uses flashcards to get a grip on her HoM class. I loved the idea and I always thought Charlie was good at sketching, so I let him build his own stack of cards with pretty pictures attached.
What will never stop amusing me is how everyone seems to love the small mention of Charlie's dimples most. I didn't even think about this, it was just a random off-hand thought I had so I wrote it in. I love that it even made it into your brilliant canon!
And now that I reread the short to better answer your ask, I have to say... I can actually see this short happening between Charlie and Ava before they became a couple. I don't have that many headcanons about their time before 'Larger Than Life' other than what is featured there (and some things you'll see in a future AoB bonus chapter), so yeah. Who knows?

so it seems like there’s going to be some kind of big aikatsu announcement today. the DCD game twitter says to “look out for a lot of updates” today, and more tellingly, the anime twitter says that instead of the normal card mini corner at the end of the ep, there’s “something else☆”.
like everyone else, I suspect strongly that the announcement is the end of Kagayaki no Jewel at the very least (ie the start of the Wakaba Generation), or a totally new series starring the game spoiler girl. personally I really hope that it’s the former, because a new series would mean massive changes to the game, including losing all the hard work I’ve done leveling Milk up for the last year and a bit. (that might still happen with a MC switch, but at least there’s less of a chance that way...)
more than anything I’m going to be really sad about Honey Cat and Reflect Moon being casualties of whatever happens next, but I’ve been really sad about that for about the past week since I confronted this whole thing, so what’s new. neither of them were my most fav aifriends idols ever, but Honey Cat had my fav Friends dynamic and my fav Friends song (You x Me), and I really enjoyed stealing Reflect Moon’s entire aesthetic for Midnight†Fairytale, haha. mostly I don’t want to see any characters get neglected, and I’m sad they’re not going to get JLRs. (that’s not speculation--when you finish the Topaz challenge, Hibiki shows up to congratulate you on collecting all of the jewels. there’s no more. I genuinely believe there were plans for all the idols to get JLRs at some point--like, remember that opening scene of all the different rays of light spreading around the world? the one that matched the colors of all the jewels in the dcd jewel frames etc?--but they had to scrap them and cut aifriends short for whatever reason.)
I have a lot more to say, but I think wasting my time with unfounded speculation when we’re literally 3 hours out from finding out what’s up is probably not the best idea. I’ll be back later with translations of whatever the news is.

hello hiii dcd anon (i’ll just use 🤡 anon from now on its easier) here, i hope i’m not making too many requests i’m very sorry if i am
a thought i’ve had for like a while is how demon skin works like, i feel like it’s less stretchy and soft to the touch than human skin because demons are simply just tougher, and also it heals faster. so what i am trying to get at is that demons probably don’t have like stretch marks? it rarely gets to a point their skin would do such a thing and even if it does it heals very fast so it’s not ever acknowledged.
so what about mc with like an abundance of stretch marks? like i can somewhat confidently say at least 15% of my body is just purple lines everywhere so i wonder how would the brothers react to that? once again sorry if i’m doing too many requests

Abstract
In this review, we hope to give a perspective of the new realities of cardiac mechanical circulatory assist devices. New iterations of devices are providing greater durability and freedom of complications. Work is near to provide internal batteries and transcutaneous energy transfer systems for completely implantable systems, avoiding the need for an externalized drive line.

In patients with severe heart failure, cardiac transplantation has been shown to provide considerable benefit. Since 1967, in excess of 88,000 total heart transplants have been performed and 1-year survival is 81%, the annual mortality is 4% per year thereafter. The supply of donor hearts is incredibly limited and much research has focused on mechanical means of improving myocardial function, and several such left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) have been developed through the National Institutes of Health artificialheart program. Several devices have been previously approved by the Food and Drug Administration as bridging therapy to transplantation, though none have been studied as long-term alternatives to transplantation. The Randomized Evaluation of Mechanical Assistance for the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure (REMATCH) [1] trial explored whether a specific type of LVAD (a previous generation pulsatile device), when used in the long-term, would reduce mortality (Figure 1). The survival following severe heart failure was extremely poor in the optimally medically treated group in this trial (defined as End-stage heart failure was defined as New York Heart Association (NYHA) class IV symptoms for at least 90 days, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <25%, peak oxygen consumption <12 mL/kg/min or continued need for intravenous inotropes for symptomatic hypotension).
In the optimally medically treated control arm of the Randomized Evaluation of Mechanical Assistance for the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure (REMATCH) trial [1] which evaluated an externalized pulsation ventricular assist device, survival at one year was 28% and 6% at two years, underlying the poor prognosis of this clinical entity (Figure 1). Driving the need for mechanical circulatory support (MCS) is the relative paucity of donors and the unmet need for orthotopic heart transplantation in the general population. There has also been an increase in the number of patients who require mechanical circulatory support (MCS) as a bridge to transplantation [2]. This has been driven, particularly in the UK by limitation of the number of hearts for donation, and also to buy time on the transplant waiting list. This is due to an increase in the numbers of non-heart beating donors (DCDs), whereby retrieval takes place in a circulation arrested donor, and the increased survival of head injury patients and those with intracranial bleeds who are treated by a decompressive craniotomy, reducing the pool of donors who have raised intracranial pressure and who have coned, resulting in brain stem death. The net result is a retrieval rate for heart transplantation of around 19%. The risk of having preformed antibodies directed against the donor heart (sensitised patients) is increasingly likely and is particularly challenging as it may increase the risk of rejection and allograft vasculopathy. There has also been an increase in the number of patients requiring MCS as a bridge to transplantation [3]. This allows many severely ill adults and paediatric patients to survive until a suitable donor heart is available. Patients with MCS are at increased risk for rejection, infection, stroke, and bleeding. The need for transfusions also increases the risk of pre-sensitization [3-5]. Survival at 1 and 5 years is decreased in patients requiring MCS prior to transplantation, but still higher than 80% and 70%, respectively (ISHLT database) [2].

Advances in Donor Allocation and Selection
Recipient criteria for heart transplantation include, severe symptoms despite maximal medical management, the absence of reversible or surgically amenable heart disease, and where estimated 1-year survival is less than 50% [6]. An estimate of functional capacity in ambulatory patients can be best quantified by measurement of peak O2 consumption (VO2max). Patients with low VO2max (<12 ml/min/kg) have high mortality even if treated with beta blockers and transplantation should be considered for these patients. In addition, heart failure prognosis scores to estimate survival, such as the Heart Failure Severity Score may be used. This calculates a survival probability on the basis of the presence of ischaemic cardiomyopathy, resting heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction, mean blood pressure, interventricular conduction delay, VO2max and serum sodium concentration [7].

Transplantation eligibility is always considered with regard to risk factors, especially, pulmonary hypertension (Figure 2). Right heart catheterization must be performed in all potential candidates for heart transplantation in order to quantify pulmonary vascular resistance [7]. Right heart failure is a substantial cause of mortality. Right ventricular failure is likely when post implant pulmonary artery pressures exceed 50 mmHg. Patients with chronic heart failure may develop pulmonary hypertension due to elevated left ventricular end diastolic pressure with elevated left atrial and pulmonary venous pressures. This is a reactive form of pulmonary hypertension and may fall when the cardiac output is increased with inotropes or unloaded with nitrate infusions [7]. The transpulmonary gradient is calculated by subtracting the left atrial filling pressure from the mean pulmonary artery pressure. A fixed transpulmonary gradient in excess of 14 mmHg is associated with greatly elevated risk, and thus this cut off is used in the UK [8]. In such patients a destination therapy strategy may be used with continuous flow LVADS.
Mechanical Circulatory Assist Devices
In recent years, the use of MCS device in treating patients with end-stage heart disease has increased significantly, as bridge to transplantation and as destination therapy for transplant ineligible candidates. This increase is based on the accumulated experience with new second-generation continuous-flow devices which show significant improvements in survival, functional capacity and quality of life [9,10]. On the basis of the Heart Mate II Registry experience (1300 patients), guidelines for the clinical management of patients treated with continuous-flow devices have been published [11]. Risk scoring systems, such as the Seattle Heart Failure Model [12] and the Cumulative Risk Score for 90-Day in-Hospital Mortality [13] and the Destination Therapy Risk Score have been investigated to stratify patients who might benefit from LVAD support [14].
Right ventricle failure is a leading cause of morbidity and death after LVAD implant (incidence of about 35%), and can be very difficult to predict [15,16]. Various means to assess right ventricle function both pre- and postoperatively have been assessed (10). Right ventricular failure risk scores have been created that stratify the risk of right ventricular failure (RVFRS) and death after LVAD implantation (Figure 3). One such RVFRS found independent predictors of right ventricular failure to include vasopressor requirement, aspartate aminotransferase >80 IU/L, bilirubin >2.0mg/dL and creatinine >2.3mg/dL [15]. Another study developed a score to predict RVAD need after LVAD placement, which included factors of cardiac index, right ventricular stroke work index, severe preoperative right ventricular dysfunction, creatinine, previous cardiac surgery and systolic blood pressure [16]. More recently the presence of severe TR and a tricuspid annulus of >43mm and right ventricular sphericity have been proposed as predictive of occult RV failure and need for biventricular support. The Interagency Registry for Mechanically Assisted Circulatory Support (INTERMACS) registry, which follows all long-term MCS systems in the United States, has defined patient profiles that can help identify risks associated with the timing of implant [17]. In the future, the INTERMACS patient profile would be a useful tool to improve management and outcomes of patients who need VAD implant and unify criteria for future clinical trials and devices (Figure 4). As more LVAD patients are listed for heart transplant, a competition has occurred for organs between stable LVAD supported registrants and less stable registrants listed UNOS status 1A or 1B (the highest categories and most at risk if not urgently transplanted). A recent study found that stable LVAD patients had significantly less 30-day risk of events compared to other status 1A patients concluding that allowance of 30 days of elective status 1A time should not be allocated to stable registrants with implanted LVADs [18]. As VAD technology improves, further revisions to the allocation system will need to be recommended.

INTERMACS Profile and Description and Timescale to MCS
a) “Crashing and burning”—critical cardiogenic shock. Within hours b) “Progressive decline”—inotrope dependence with continuing deterioration. Temporary MCS are available that can be implanted quickly and simply to normalise cardiac output in patients with severe acutely decompensated heart failure. The CentriMag [19], Tandem Heart [20], Impella [21] and Circulite [22]. Clinical trials suggest that treatment of temporary VADs does not necessarily correlate with better survival, but merely comprise a component of treatment leading to recovery, upgrade to fully implantable systems as a bridge to transplant or destination therapy, or transplantation [23,24]. Device miniaturisation, without externalized drive-lines connecting the device to a console and longer endurance will be the future trend of mechanical design for long term support. Blood pumps with magnetically levitated rotors has shown satisfactory 1-year survival [25]. The smaller size and weight of the continuousflow devices has allowed an extension of the new VADs into smaller patients. Fully wireless resonant coupling power sources are currently undergoing evaluation, which if successful will greatly reduce the incidence of drive line infections (Figure 5), which is the weakest point of the technology of current fully implantable systems. There is some evidence that fully implantable systems will be available in the near future to greatly improve the quality of life and to reduce the frequency of severe infections with continuous flow LVADS.
Many recent studies have focused on the reversed molecular and cellular alterations, such as improved β-adrenergic responses and decreased calcium-regulating gene expression (Figure 6), in patients using LVAD as a bridge to recovery therapy [26]. Functional recovery has been observed in a subset of heart failure patients [26,27]. Recently, a clinical trial using clenbuterol (β-2 agonist and anabolic agent) and LVAD in refractory non-ischemic heart failure patients, reported recovery of heart function in 60% of patients (n=20) with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy that allows the pump to be explanted (Harefield Recovery Protocol Study for Patients with Refractory Chronic Heart Failure, HARPS) [28]. LVAD therapy is associated with decreased collagen turnover and crosslinking and increased tissue angiotensin II. LVAD combined with angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibition results in decreased tissue angiotensin II and collagen cross-linking, normalizes left ventricular end-diastolic pressure volume relationships and is associated with modestly higher rates of bridge to recovery [29]. Other adjunctive treatments including other medications, cell or gene therapy with over expression of SERCA2a might in conjunction with VAD support provide a meaningful alternative therapy in patients with severe heart disease [30].

Conclusion
Heart transplantation is associated with excellent long-term outcomes and is the gold standard solution for intractable end stage heart failure in eligible patients. What limits its impact, overall, is the limited availability of donor organs. The development of ventricular assist devices has mitigated against this, to some extent. Subsequent device iterations with further miniaturisation and continuous flow have resulted in effective bridge to transplant solutions. The presence of an externalized drive line exposes the VAD recipient to infections, however, which may precipitate urgent listing for heart transplant in the bridge to transplant candidate and may limit the life span of the destination therapy candidate. Fully implantable driveline free systems will definitely enhance the utility of these systems in these settings. As our knowledge of molecular medicine increases, manipulation of key proteins implicated in the pathophysiology of heart failure such as SERCA2a may allow some recovery of the myocardium in patients with heart failure to the extent that transplantation may be deferred or the LVAD explanted [31-35].

Ampli Denon PMA-1600NE có công suất 140 watt/kênh 4ohms được trang bị hàng loạt công nghệ chống rung nhiễu, kèm theo bộ xử lý tín hiệu số qua công USB tới chuẩn 11.2MHz DSD và ngõ xử lý tín hiệu phono MM/MC.
Ampli Denon luôn được tiếng là dễ “xài” trong các hệ thống hi-fi dành cho những người mới làm quen với audio với khả năng phối ghép tương đối tốt. Tuy nhiên, với sản phẩm PMA-1600NE, dường như các kỹ sư của Denon có tham vọng xa hơn thế.
Chiếc ampli tích hợp này không chỉ có công suất khá lớn (140 watt/kênh 4ohms) mà còn sở hữu hàng loạt chuẩn kết nối cho phép người dùng tận dụng tối đa hệ thống phần mềm của mình, từ những chiếc đĩa nhựa cổ điển cho tới các file nhạc số chuẩn PCM hay DSD. 
Có thể nói đây là thiết bị all-in-one (tất cả trong một), tiện ích, đẹp mắt, đáng lưu tâm đối với những người muốn làm quen với âm thanh hi-fi. Điểm đặc biệt, tuy có giá bán chỉ 31 triệu đồng/sản phẩm, nhưng thiết bị được chế tạo hoàn toàn tại Nhật Bản. 
Dưới đây là một số điểm nhất trong thiết kế và tính năng của ampli tích hợp Denon PMA-1600NE.
Mạch đẩy kéo đơn MOS sử dụng dòng siêu cao
Ampli được trang bị công nghệ khuếch đại MOS tiên tiến UHC (Ultra High Curren – Dòng siêu cao) cho phép tận dụng tối đa dòng khuếch đại để duy trì hoạt động kiểm soát loa cũng như chất lượng âm thanh.
Khuếch đại tiên tiến UHC-MOS khai thác tối đa hiệu suất của biến áp nguồn với các transitor lưỡng cực để có được âm thanh tốt nhất từ sò MOS-FET. Mạch UHC-MOS còn có khả năng hạn chế độ sai lệch giữa tầng khuếch đại và cân bằng lại dòng cao nhằm tái hiện được âm nhạc với độ chi tiết đáng kể.
Chống rung/nhiễu động tối đa
Ampli được chia thành 6 khoang độc lập chứa các mạch xử lý khác nhau gồm bộ điều khiển phono và hệ thống tín hiệu đầu vào, mạch điều khiển âm lượng, mạch USB-DAC, mạch khuếch đại, phần nguồn điện và phần điều khiển.
Bộ khung máy được làm từ thép dày 1.0mm bảo vệ các mạch tín hiệu khỏi rung động từ bên ngoài và can nhiễu giữa các mạch điện bên trong. Phần cấp nguồn được bố trí ở giữa, cánh tản nhiệt được lắp đều hai bên máy. Cấu trúc này tạo nên độ cân bằng cao cho máy, giảm thiểu rung lắc gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến âm thanh.
Thuật toán xử lý AL32
Để xử lý nguồn tín hiệu digital, PMA-1600NE được trang bị thuật toán xử lý tiên tiến AL32. Đây là công nghệ tái tạo sóng analogue mới nhất của Denon với khả năng tận dụng tối đa các dữ liệu được nội suy, đồng thời hỗ trợ tốt cho việc tái tạo nguồn nhạc chất lượng cao PCM 384kHz/32bit.
Thông qua việc hoàn trả một cách thận trọng đối với những tín hiệu bị suy hao trong quá trình số hoá tín hiệu, âm thanh tái tạo có độ chi tiết cao, không can nhiễu, chính xác và giàu năng lượng ở dải tần thấp.
Cách ly phần xử lý tín hiệu digital và analog
PMA-1600NE được trang bị máy cách ly digital tốc độ cao nhằm giảm thiểu những tác động tiêu cực đến âm thanh gây nên bởi nhiễu cao tần giữa kết nối với máy tính thông qua cổng USB cũng như các ngõ vào digital khác.
Với chế độ này, dữ liệu được truyền dẫn chính xác theo thuật toán được mã hóa trong một IC gắn trên máy. Dữ liệu vào và ra của quá trình này được cách ly bằng điện. Thông qua việc cách ly mạch xử lý tín hiệu số với bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu D/A, nhiễu cao tần đã bị loại bỏ khỏi mạch analogue.
PMA-1600NE cũng bố trí thêm một vòng thứ cấp trong biến áp nguồn cho mạch digital nhằm triệt nhiễu từ nguồn cấp điện. Trong suốt quá trình xử lý tín hiệu analogue, máy cho phép người dùng sử dụng chức năng Analog Mode. Chức năng này tắt toàn bộ các mạch cấp nguồn xử lý tín hiệu digital để loại bỏ nhi���u cao tần tới bộ phận khuếch đại analogue.
Analog Mode cũng ngắt luôn cả mạch hiển thị, cho phép PMA-1600NE hoạt động như một tăng âm analogue thuần túy. Với chế độ này thì các ngõ vào cho tín hiệu số đều ngừng hoạt động.
USB-DAC với nhạc chuẩn DSD 11.2MHz và PCM 384kHz/32bit
Với PMA-1600NE, người dùng có thể khai thác được kho nhạc số của mình thông qua cổng USB với một bộ DAC gắn trong cho phép xử lý âm thanh chuẩn DSD 11.2MHz và PCM 384kHz/32bit.
Giao thức truyền dẫn và xử lý tín hiệu DSD của máy hỗ trợ cả ASIO (native) lẫn DSD Audio, và PCM. Đặc biệt, tín hiệu dẫn truyền không đồng bộ được máy tạo xung chủ của PMA-1600NE xử lý chứ không cho phép bộ đếm của máy tính can thiệp nên hệ thống không có nhiễu jitter.
Bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu D/A trong ampli PMA-1600NE cũng chính là chi tiết được trang bị trên đầu đọc DCD-1600NE, cho phép tái tạo âm thanh sạch sẽ, giàu chi tiết.
  Mạch phono MM/MC
Không nhiều ampli hiện tại được trang bị cùng lúc cả mạch xử lý tín hiệu phono MM lẫn MC như PMA-1600NE. Để lựa chọn tín hiệu MM hoặc MC nhằm chơi với đầu kim cùng loại, thay vì nút nhấn như các thế hệ trước, PMA-1600NE sử dụng nút gạt. Thiết kế tưởng đơn giản này hóa ra lại có thể giản lược được bo mạch khiến vòng lặp tín hiệu nhỏ hơn, cho phép khuếch đại tín hiệu analogue với độ trung thực cao hơn.
Điểm nhấn của PMA-1600NE
Công suất 140 watt/kênh 4Ohm có thể chơi nhạc trong không gian lớn.
Sử dụng mạch khuếch đại công suất đẩy kéo đơn (UHC)-MOS dòng siêu cao với dioes chặn của Schottky tái tạo dải tần rộng từ tiếng trầm sâu tới âm cao chi tiết.
Bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu DAC được trang bị máy tạo xung chủ không nhiễu jitter.
Mạch xử lý tín hiệu USB và các ngõ nhận tín hiệu digital được bố trí độc lập nhằm hạn chế nhiễu cao tần từ máy tính.

Ampli Denon PMA-1600NE: Chiều Lòng Cả Người Chơi Nhạc Số Lẫn Analogue
Ampli Denon PMA-1600NE có công suất 140 watt/kênh 4ohms được trang bị hàng loạt công nghệ chống rung nhiễu, kèm theo bộ xử lý tín hiệu số qua công USB tới chuẩn 11.2MHz DSD và ngõ xử lý tín hiệu phono MM/MC.
Ampli Denon luôn được tiếng là dễ “xài” trong các hệ thống hi-fi dành cho những người mới làm quen với audio với khả năng phối ghép tương đối tốt. Tuy nhiên, với sản phẩm PMA-1600NE, dường như các kỹ sư của Denon có tham vọng xa hơn thế.
Chiếc ampli tích hợp này không chỉ có công suất khá lớn (140 watt/kênh 4ohms) mà còn sở hữu hàng loạt chuẩn kết nối cho phép người dùng tận dụng tối đa hệ thống phần mềm của mình, từ những chiếc đĩa nhựa cổ điển cho tới các file nhạc số chuẩn PCM hay DSD. 
Có thể nói đây là thiết bị all-in-one (tất cả trong một), tiện ích, đẹp mắt, đáng lưu tâm đối với những người muốn làm quen với âm thanh hi-fi. Điểm đặc biệt, tuy có giá bán chỉ 31 triệu đồng/sản phẩm, nhưng thiết bị được chế tạo hoàn toàn tại Nhật Bản. 
Dưới đây là một số điểm nhất trong thiết kế và tính năng của ampli tích hợp Denon PMA-1600NE.
Mạch đẩy kéo đơn MOS sử dụng dòng siêu cao
Ampli được trang bị công nghệ khuếch đại MOS tiên tiến UHC (Ultra High Curren – Dòng siêu cao) cho phép tận dụng tối đa dòng khuếch đại để duy trì hoạt động kiểm soát loa cũng như chất lượng âm thanh.
Khuếch đại tiên tiến UHC-MOS khai thác tối đa hiệu suất của biến áp nguồn với các transitor lưỡng cực để có được âm thanh tốt nhất từ sò MOS-FET. Mạch UHC-MOS còn có khả năng hạn chế độ sai lệch giữa tầng khuếch đại và cân bằng lại dòng cao nhằm tái hiện được âm nhạc với độ chi tiết đáng kể.
Chống rung/nhiễu động tối đa
Ampli được chia thành 6 khoang độc lập chứa các mạch xử lý khác nhau gồm bộ điều khiển phono và hệ thống tín hiệu đầu vào, mạch điều khiển âm lượng, mạch USB-DAC, mạch khuếch đại, phần nguồn điện và phần điều khiển.
Bộ khung máy được làm từ thép dày 1.0mm bảo vệ các mạch tín hiệu khỏi rung động từ bên ngoài và can nhiễu giữa các mạch điện bên trong. Phần cấp nguồn được bố trí ở giữa, cánh tản nhiệt được lắp đều hai bên máy. Cấu trúc này tạo nên độ cân bằng cao cho máy, giảm thiểu rung lắc gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến âm thanh.
Thuật toán xử lý AL32
Để xử lý nguồn tín hiệu digital, PMA-1600NE được trang bị thuật toán xử lý tiên tiến AL32. Đây là công nghệ tái tạo sóng analogue mới nhất của Denon với khả năng tận dụng tối đa các dữ liệu được nội suy, đồng thời hỗ trợ tốt cho việc tái tạo nguồn nhạc chất lượng cao PCM 384kHz/32bit.
Thông qua việc hoàn trả một cách thận trọng đối với những tín hiệu bị suy hao trong quá trình số hoá tín hiệu, âm thanh tái tạo có độ chi tiết cao, không can nhiễu, chính xác và giàu năng lượng ở dải tần thấp.
Cách ly phần xử lý tín hiệu digital và analog
PMA-1600NE được trang bị máy cách ly digital tốc độ cao nhằm giảm thiểu những tác động tiêu cực đến âm thanh gây nên bởi nhiễu cao tần giữa kết nối với máy tính thông qua cổng USB cũng như các ngõ vào digital khác.
Với chế độ này, dữ liệu được truyền dẫn chính xác theo thuật toán được mã hóa trong một IC gắn trên máy. Dữ liệu vào và ra của quá trình này được cách ly bằng điện. Thông qua việc cách ly mạch xử lý tín hiệu số với bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu D/A, nhiễu cao tần đã bị loại bỏ khỏi mạch analogue.
PMA-1600NE cũng bố trí thêm một vòng thứ cấp trong biến áp nguồn cho mạch digital nhằm triệt nhiễu từ nguồn cấp điện. Trong suốt quá trình xử lý tín hiệu analogue, máy cho phép người dùng sử dụng chức năng Analog Mode. Chức năng này tắt toàn bộ các mạch cấp nguồn xử lý tín hiệu digital để loại bỏ nhiễu cao tần tới bộ phận khuếch đại analogue.
Analog Mode cũng ngắt luôn cả mạch hiển thị, cho phép PMA-1600NE hoạt động như một tăng âm analogue thuần túy. Với chế độ này thì các ngõ vào cho tín hiệu số đều ngừng hoạt động.
USB-DAC với nhạc chuẩn DSD 11.2MHz và PCM 384kHz/32bit
Với PMA-1600NE, người dùng có thể khai thác được kho nhạc số của mình thông qua cổng USB với một bộ DAC gắn trong cho phép xử lý âm thanh chuẩn DSD 11.2MHz và PCM 384kHz/32bit.
Giao thức truyền dẫn và xử lý tín hiệu DSD của máy hỗ trợ cả ASIO (native) lẫn DSD Audio, và PCM. Đặc biệt, tín hiệu dẫn truyền không đồng bộ được máy tạo xung chủ của PMA-1600NE xử lý chứ không cho phép bộ đếm của máy tính can thiệp nên hệ thống không có nhiễu jitter.
Bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu D/A trong ampli PMA-1600NE cũng chính là chi tiết được trang bị trên đầu đọc DCD-1600NE, cho phép tái tạo âm thanh sạch sẽ, giàu chi tiết.
  Mạch phono MM/MC
Không nhiều ampli hiện tại được trang bị cùng lúc cả mạch xử lý tín hiệu phono MM lẫn MC như PMA-1600NE. Để lựa chọn tín hiệu MM hoặc MC nhằm chơi với đầu kim cùng loại, thay vì nút nhấn như các thế hệ trước, PMA-1600NE sử dụng nút gạt. Thiết kế tưởng đơn giản này hóa ra lại có thể giản lược được bo mạch khiến vòng lặp tín hiệu nhỏ hơn, cho phép khuếch đại tín hiệu analogue với độ trung thực cao hơn.
Điểm nhấn của PMA-1600NE
Công suất 140 watt/kênh 4Ohm có thể chơi nhạc trong không gian lớn.
Sử dụng mạch khuếch đại công suất đẩy kéo đơn (UHC)-MOS dòng siêu cao với dioes chặn của Schottky tái tạo dải tần rộng từ tiếng trầm sâu tới âm cao chi tiết.
Bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu DAC được trang bị máy tạo xung chủ không nhiễu jitter.
Mạch xử lý tín hiệu USB và các ngõ nhận tín hiệu digital được bố trí độc lập nhằm hạn chế nhiễu cao tần từ máy tính.
