idk but omg ive been brainrotting over an asoiaf/game of thrones and ac crossover. like assassins striking fear in the hearts of the targaryen dynasty ever since maegor the cruel was found dead alone on the throne. i feel like things wouldve been better if someone just thought to unalive mad king aerys. but would that mean so many terrible lords suddenly getting assassinated and their decendants peer pressured to be decent rulers unless they meet the same fate dfkgjhgfj
Welp, it seems the tags are not working for me because I just spent 15ish minutes trying to find these. XD
Anyway…
Here’s a “Desmond sorta adopts Dany and Vis” idea.
Here’s a “Desmond turns into a White Dragon during HOTD” idea and the continuation.
So, for this one, we’re going for the Brotherhood exists in the ‘verse of asoiaf, right? In that scenario, we can make the Brotherhood become a more ‘honorable’ off-shoot of Faceless Men. We’ll probably need to change the backgrounds of the characters but this would be set as the main characters of AC doing what they do best (and I kinda like the idea that Ezio is the son of a minor house that got fucked over by the Lannisters during the war of the five kings).
I kinda like the idea of Altaïr being the one to kill King Aerys and becoming the mentor of Ezio, Desmond and Ratonhnhaké:ton.
Maybe their backstory would be that the Mad King managed to purge most of the Assassins and Altaïr was one of the few survivors so killing him had been both to protect Westeros and to avenge the death of his brothers while he was still young.
So this would be more in the lines of a man that’s suddenly thrust into becoming a mentor of men not that much older than him.
As I have written before, Ezio would be the son of a fallen minor house that got trampled on by the Lannister during the start of the War of the Five Kings.
I think Ratonhnhaké:ton can be part of the Green Men.
While Desmond is a bastard of unknown origins who is actually also a survivor of the purge and found Altaïr after he had killed the Mad King. They were searching for other survivors of their Brotherhood when they saved Ezio and met Ratonhnhaké:ton who told them that he had dreamed of them.
So, in this situation, their Brotherhood continued the ‘fight’ during the War of the Five Kings but there’s only four of them so they can’t assassinate fast enough to stop all the tragedy that happens.
But…
The shadows they cast are slowly being heard by those who live.
Those being oppressed see them as hope.
And those who are in power… believe they will see their end soon.
But the longer they lived, the more lives they take, leaving behind a bloody feather as their ‘message’...
The more fear gripped those who remain.
.
Unorganized Notes:
I focused on Westeros because the other asoiaf asks I got were Targayen focused XD
Ezio’s habit of being friendly with nobles/people in power returns and this time he thinks allying with the Starks is a good idea. Thankfully for him, Robb Stark is more honorable than Lorenzo de' Medici. Unfortunately for him, Robb Stark is more honorable than the other lords in Westeros.
If you want Arya to be an Assassin, I would suggest Ratonhnhaké:ton being the one to find her. Your choice of when he finds her though.
Altaïr does not approve of Ezio becoming close with the Starks, only because the Brotherhood must remain in the shadows. This causes Ezio and Altaïr to butt heads that Desmond has to referee.
Desmond may or may not be a bastard of a high ranking noble. Who knows?
If you want Haytham to stand against them, may I suggest… Haytham being the lord of House Birch. The rumors are he’s adopted and not a true Birch but no one would say that to his face. Shay is his knight.
The other Assassins like Arno, Evie and Jacob? Uuummm… orphan children that Desmond sorta kinda adopted while Ratonhnhaké:ton was picking up a half-feral child and Altaïr was busy arguing with Ezio?
They all end up being Altaïr's responsibility XD

hokay so here’s the thing about “Desmond’s Son” that I’m pissed off about and don’t agree with
ok first of all, the kid being a thing in the first place. Desmond ran away from the farm at 16, and then “approximately” two years later, he fucked some girl and she had his son that he never knew about. So Desmond was 18 when surprise, ur son is born wow cool amazing.
secondly, this little shit is a Sage on top of that, which in layman terms, is a reincarnation of a “Those Who Came Before”, which is like, a pretty big fucking deal.
but you now who also was a pretty big fucking deal that the Precursors waited several millennia for? Desmond fucking Miles. Desmond, who was the Chosen One, he was The Guy, The Guy to end all Guys. He was the most single important person ever to these assholes, and in the end he was just...a glorified tube of sunscreen??? But had the potential to be SO MUCH MORE. He could have been greater than both Altair and Ezio, he could wield the Apple like it was nobody’s business....And they just kill him off.
That’s it, no more, boohoo.
and then suddenly....”oh hey guess what”, ubisoft said, pulling a ~plot twist~ out of their ass, “we have good news, here is desmond’s son who is way more important than him :) “
but like.....maybe idk....they could have NOT killed off their actually most important character ever and this “son” wouldn’t be necessary? cause otherwise...what was the point of building him up for five fucking games only to just...kill him in two seconds and then wipe their hands clean of him? like ok we did it, we got that out of the way, time to move on to something way more interesting!!!
.......EVEN THO DESMOND WAS THE MOST INTERESTING THING IN THE WORLD OF ASSASSIN’S CREED TO BEGIN WITH. that was the whooooole point of his character!!!!! and this is the piss poor “our sympathies” card that they give us? like, story aside, desmond was a fucking amazing character, his own VA (Nolan North) felt like he got the short end of the stick and that desmond could have been way more.
and then there’s ubisoft who just now uses desmond to be shaun’s trigger, the end. also this made-up kid we just invented to be way better than desmond when we could have kept desmond alive but...didn’t....
BUT HEY, THAT’S JUST ME, I’m not saying anyone should or has to agree with me, those are my issues with this whole thing, and I’m not happy about it cause it feels really cheap and shady, and I’m just personally not here for it.

About a month ago I finished Assassin’s Creed III. Before I started to play it I was already pretty excited even though I was still playing Assassin’s Creed Revelations. ^x^
I was so excited to play an assassin’s who was born into an North American indigenous tribe and how the story would develope. The fact that I already knew how Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton would look like, confused me totally when I started the game with a guy who definitely wasn’t Connor. xDD
Anyway, while playing AC III I fell in love with Connor immediately and it only grew stronger. Even though I still love Ezio and he still will be an amazing assassin I have to admit that Connor dethroned him. Now Connor is my most favorite assassin, closely followed by Ezio. ♥
I also bought the AC III DLC the Tyranny of King Washington (it has to mean something that I’m so in love with an assassin that I can’t get enough).
When I nearly finished the first episode and reached the last mission the game wouldn’t work properly anymore. The dog which I should distract with raw meat simply didn’t appear.  I was so confused and thought that the DLC is buggy and if I close and start the game again it should work again, but it didn’t. I thought maybe the saved data is buggy so I deleted the old one and played the whole episode again and it still hasn’t changed anything.
So I checked on the Internet and saw in many forums that many people have the same problem. There were lots of suggestions how to solve the problem of people who managed it this way to play the episode. They said you should delete all of your AC III data and installing all of it again, then starting the DLC by using the second save slot and simply following the many story without collecting anything.
I also found a guy on youtube who said that he had this problem too, but when he played the episode in one go it worked just fine. But I already played the episode twice and I didn’t want to risj to get same result as before. Also I definitely didn’t want to delete all of my data, so I used the second save slot (even though I don’t think this is important in any way), I only followed the main story and played it in one go and it worked. The dog appeared and I could finally finish the episode! TwT
It’s good that there is a way to play the episode through, but it is inexcusable that Ubisoft is aware of this bug who makes the game unplayable since many years and they haven’t done ANYTHING against it!
What the hell did they thought? Probably the conversation went off like this:
A: Guys, we got a problem! Many customers are complaining about a bug in the first episode of the AC III DLC which makes it impossible to continue with the game.
B: Then we’ll simply patch it with an Update.
C: Wait! I just read that there is a solution to avoid the bug and to play the game through.
B: Well, if there is a way, then we don’t need to patch anything.
That’s how the conversation must have went off.
I can understand that Ubisoft may don’t see the necessity to patch this bug because there is solution to finish the episode, but people like myself paid more and extra for this DLC and that’s why we should get a proper working game!
I didn’t expect the post to get so long. >w<
Anyway, I love Connor and he’s the best and Ubisoft can’t destroy it! (*▽*ʃƪ)♡
