Queria provar este vinho desde a primeira vez que vi este rótulo (um close na 2ª foto)... e finalmente chegou a hora! 🇪🇸 Este é o “El Picaro 2019” da @MatsuWines — bodega espanhola da DO Toro cujo nome significa “esperar” — vinho vegano elaborado de forma sustentável e segundo as práticas biodinâmicas. 🍇 Produzido com 100% Tinta de Toro (nome local da boa e velha Tempranillo) proveniente de vinhedos com 90 anos de idade e baixíssimos rendimentos, este vinho é fermentado e estagia 2 meses (sobre as borras) em tanques de concreto. 🍷 Na taça tem cor púrpura de média intensidade e mostra aromas de frutas negras maduras, floral (violetas) e um leve mentol. Na boca é seco, tem corpo médio, acidez média-alta e adstringência elevada, com taninos de boa qualidade. Muita fruta negra e leve mineralidade, com moderada persistência. 📝 Um belo vinho, jovem e estruturado, com muita fruta e bastante frescor. O álcool (14,5%) é bem integrado e não incomoda, e tem boa mineralidade para completar. Aposto que deve evoluir nos próximos 2-3 anos, mas não sei se essa é a ideia da vinícola. Cap de setmana i qué millor que un arròs a la @arrosseriaacasa /@arrosseria_del_barri amb totes les seves especialitats. La Andreia ens cuina un arròs amb llamàntol maridat amb aquest vi blanc que treu el celler @matsuwines fet amb un coupage que inclou malvasia. 👁 Color groc palla, d'intensitat mitjana, molt brillant i amb reminiscències grisenques. 👃🏼De gran complexitat, destaquen les notes de vainilla i fruites de llavor madures, acompanyades de notes cremoses. Es complementa amb lleugers matisos anisats, per reflectir un nas harmonitzada per la seva criança en grans barrils, de caràcter dolç i amb gran diversitat de matisos. 👄Un vi molt envoltant i glicèric, amb molta cremositat i molt agradable. Però alhora amb una bona acidesa, resultant un vi molt equilibrat i elegant.
