La superestrella noruega del pop alternativo pisará la Argentina nuevamente, esta vez, para brindar un show en el Movistar Arena el próximo 13 de noviembre donde presentará su cuarto álbum de estudio, “What Happened To The Heart”?.

Después de conquistar los escenarios del Reino Unido y ocupar un lugar entre los diez discos más escuchados con su álbum anterior The Gods We Can Touch (2022), Aurora está de vuelta con su último disco de estudio What Happened To The Heart?, que la traerá nuevamente a tierras argentinas de la mano de DF Entertainment y de DG Experience, para brindar una noche llena de magia y emociones en el Movistar Arena, el próximo 13 de noviembre. Las entradas se podrán adquirir a partir del miércoles 29 de mayo a las 10 a.m. únicamente a través de la página web del Movistar Arena. 

El cuarto disco de estudio que estará estrenando Aurora es un viaje que nos lleva de la debilidad hasta la fortaleza, y de la autodestrucción a la auto-sanación. A lo largo de todo el álbum, la artista noruega buscará responder, a través de letras y melodías profundas, por qué el mundo en que vivimos ha decidido que el corazón es simplemente un músculo vital, y no el centro de nuestra emoción e intuición, como creían antiguas culturas. 

“Your Blood”, “The Conflict Of The Mind” y “Some Type Of Skin”, single que lanzó a fines de marzo con una gran recepción por parte del público, son algunos de los temas que dejarán una profunda huella en este viaje introspectivo que la artista realiza a lo largo de todo el disco y que sin dudas cobrarán otra dimensión en su presentación. We know that talent isn’t normally recognized in the music industry. But we created an independent record label to make space for people we believe have something to say. Giorgio Tuma has always been one of those people really focused on his commitment to creating beauty in this world. His albums, somewhere between lounge music, psychedelia and Brazilian music, have been exquisite exercises for the most dedicated music lovers. Collaborations with Laetitia Sadier(STEREOLAB, for whom he even wrote a song), Lena Karlsson (KOMEDA), Sean O’Hagan (THE HIGH LLAMAS), Malik Moore, Matias Tellez (frontman of YOUNG DREAMS and in charge of production work for some Sondre Lerche and KAKKMADDAFAKKA albums), Michael Andrews (soundtrack composer for films as important as the sci-fi classic “Donnie Darko” and “Me you and everyone we know”), POPULOUS, among others. Elegance, fantasy, creativity, dreaminess… His disappearance from the music scene seven years ago was terrible news.

Soon after “This Life Denied Me Your Love”, he put together his friend guitarist Alberto Zacà a bossa nova tribute band called WE LOVE GILBERTO where he played drums, and Clarissa Rustico sang. Clarissa’s voice inspired him to fix up some ideas that he had been saving in a drawer and that have come together to make this EP we are releasing now, called, precisely, “We Love Gilberto EP”, and which serves as a kind of farewell. One last breath of creativity that has given us more of those rays of light that saturate his music: the rich arrangements, the exotic harmonies, the passion for Brazil, the house party, the samba and bossa nova… All of this is absolutely exuberant on these four songs that have the voices of Clarissaherself and with Gaia Rollo. Because we are here for things as beautiful as “Lasciamoci In Allegria”, “Embracing Livia”, “Prisma Clarisse” and the advance Digital Single “Creation Of My Ghosts”. This cover of the Ariana Grande song, Thank U, Next is Sondre Lerche’s 2018 christmas gift to his fans, it was recorded between the hours of 11am and 8pm on December 22, 2018 in Bergen, Norway. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by Matias Tellez, Sondre Lerche sings and plays the guitar, Matias plays everything else.

Sondre Lerche is a Norwegian singer, songwriter and guitarist, now based in New York City. He has released eight studio albums.

Misty Coast - Backseat Warriors

MISTY COAST is the dream-pop, shoegaze amalgam from Linn Frøkedal and Richard Myklebust (previously part of the Norwegian noise rock act The Megaphonic Thrift). September 2017 saw them release their critically acclaimed debut full-length, attaining a Norwegian Grammy nomination. The Bergen-based duo now gears up for their sophomore album Melodaze, which the band themselves has simply described as their “Berlin rebel album”.

Differing from their debut, which was based on minimalism and static, programmed drum beats, Kim Åge Furuhaug’s (Orion's Belte, Great News, Bloody Beach) wild and tasteful drumming is highly present in their latest recordings. And, third single in the lead up to the new full length, Backseat Warriors, is by no means an exception to this. Frøkedal’s vocals puncture the upper parts of the mix like a bright vigil, while Myklebust’s droney guitars are lain thick through the composition. The producer Matias Tellez (Young Dreams) says the new album Melodaze “makes me want to go out and kick stuff!"

Frøkedal expands on the musings behind their latest single; “We made this tune in Berlin at a point where we had no ideas left, so we switched instruments and it all came together in this weird little pop song. The melody almost sounds like a nursery rhyme, surrounded by a catchy bass line and seasick guitars. Producer Matias Tellez turned the knobs, and suddenly the song was floating in a universe like The Magnetic Fields’ Distortion album.

“Backseat Warriors is inspired by my childhood in the tiny village Etne, located on the west coast of Norway. When I grew up there was nothing to do there, so if you didn’t happen to love football, horses or music, then you most likely spent the days styling your car or driving up and down the streets of Etne, collecting Wunderbaum - or Little Trees - in your rear-view mirror”.
