Masuzō smiled and Tomi felt a shiver down his spine from how similar it looked to Sumire’s, the family resemblance was borderline uncanny between those two. “Perfect, I don’t suppose you men fancy a few games, do you?”

Tomi should’ve said no, he wanted to say no but as he heard the other men around him agree, he couldn’t help but bite his tongue and smiled, nodding his head. “I don’t see why not, follow me gentleman, I’ll lead the way.”

It wasn’t long until they all entered the gambling den and were sat around a large blackjack table, the dealer, a cute young woman with orange hair and blue eyes, bowed and greeted them before shuffling the cards. As they were all preparing themselves for a night of gambling, Masuzō grabbed a waiter and whispered a few words to him, the waiter nodded and left dutifully before coming back with a variety of drinks on a platter, serving each man their drink before getting to Tomi who raised an eyebrow at the cup of liquor that was placed in front of him.

“I’ve never seen this kind of alcohol before, what is this.” He demanded the waiter however, Masuzō came to his rescue.

“Relax Chōten, this is my gift to you, I had that liquor imported from Barcelona, it’s unknown to some due to how exotic it is, only the very best of the upper echelon are able to afford that drink.” He explained as he took a sip of his whiskey, the other men could only murmur in awe at the nonchalant display of wealth, Tomi hated to admit that even he was impressed so all he did was huff and began to drink it, it was surprisingly pleasant, with a hint of a fruity aftertaste, he couldn’t help but drink some more and Masuzō could only smile mysteriously, knowing that his gift was very we’ll received.

The night continued, the games continued and the more sloshed the men became, all except Masuzō, who only watched with a blank face as Tomi got more and more handy with the dealer who did absolutely nothing to stop his advances, all she did was look back at Masuzō who only gave her a nod, making her nod back and gently pulled Tomi into a deep kiss, the Socialite jolting in surprise before eagerly kissing her back. The other men were too wasted to care, some even giving the two of them cat calls and cheers, the dealer pulled back to whisper something in Tomi’s ear before the two of them went to go exit the room. Masuzō waited for a minute, finishing his 15th shot of whiskey before leaving the room to go follow the two, only stopping when he saw the two of them enter the cab he had called in advance and drive off.

“Fucking finally.” He sighed in relief and went to fish his phone out of his pocket, seeing the familiar icon of his creator, he sent her a message.

Sumire Shinomiya walked down the hall leading to her aunt’s room, carefully holding a tray of food and painkillers. Sumire bit the inside of her cheek, a pang of heartache going through her as she looked at her aunt who only stared at her niece with a tired look before sighing and letting her in, it was completely dark inside save from the few strands of light that peaked through her curtains but Sumire managed to navigate it expertly and sat the tray on the dresser.

Turning around, she looked to see that Miho had gotten back to bed, facing away from her. Sumire bit her lip in thought before walking over to the massive bed and slowly sat down on a free spot that was close to her but far enough to provide some much needed space. “Miho…”

Miho sniffled as she reached up to wipe her tears, releasing a shuddering breath, she gestured for Sumire if she could get a hug with the Anarchist hesitating for a moment before slowly wrapping her arms around her aunt, a weird feeling in her chest but pushed it down when she heard Miho start to softly cry.

“I’m sorry…” She whispered, Miho only responding with more sobs and holding her tighter. The aunt and niece duo stayed like that for what felt like hours before Miho finally pulled away with one last sniff and wiped her eyes again. Sumire fiddled with the silk sheets under her and almost shyly asked, “Are you okay?”

“No.” Miho said bluntly making Sumire wince but Miho patted her head. “But I do feel a little lighter now, thank you.”

Sumire slowly nodded and turned her attention to the tray of food sitting on the dresser. “I think your food’s gone cold.”

“Let it, I’m not hungry anyways.” Miho laid back down and closed her eyes, Sumire only sat in the dark and silent as she watched her aunt drift off to sleep once more before carefully standing up and walking over to the dresser, opening the drawers to find something and sure enough, managed to snag her aunt’s wedding ring before closing the drawers and sneaking out of the room as to not disturb her.

Now back in the corridor, there was nothing stopping Sumire as she began to hum cheerfully, a wide grin spreading across her face as she almost danced her way down the stairs and towards the basement to her lab where the rest of her “siblings” were chilling and waiting for her.

“Family!” She called as she jumped the last step onto the floor, giggling gleefully. “Operation Break The Hegemony was a success!” She threw her arms up in celebration yet only receiving silence as Malphas, Aiko, and Seizou only looked at each other than back at their creator. Sumire huffed and scowled before dramatically clearing her throat and repeating herself, “I said…Operation Break The Hegemony was a SUCCESS!”

“Okay? So you ruined your aunt’s second marriage, do you want a fucking medal?” Malphas raised an eyebrow, clearly not giving a shit about the whole thing despite his part of the plan. Aiko only shifted from side to side uncomfortably as Seizou was much too busy on organizing his Yu-Gi-Oh cards to listen, Sumire rolled her eyes and sighed. “Y’know what, fine, whatever, thank you Mal-Mal for your assistance, you were a big help.”

Malphas shrugged and went back to scrolling on his phone. “You say that like you wouldn’t find some other way to break those two apart…but you’re welcome.”

“True but this way won’t involve me straight up murdering the guy.” Sumire walked over to one of her lab tables, setting Miho’s ring on the surface before looking back. “Which one of you has the other ring?”

Malphas sighed before getting up and walking over to his creator, pulling out Tomi’s ring and handing it to her. “Right, I’ve been informed to tell you that your friend got the money and that it was a pleasure doing business with you.”

“Lovely but I think it’s best if she laid low for the next couple of weeks, something tells me that shit is about to get messy.” Sumire chuckled as she went to grab a cylinder container from her weapons vault, walking back to the lab table, she opened the container to reveal acid nearly bubbling at the surface. With a smile on her face and humming a tune once more, Sumire grabbed a pair of tweezers and one by one, dipped the two rings in the small vat of acid, the pieces of jewelry hissing as they were dissolved and eaten alive by the acid. Sumire discarded the tweezers and closed up the container of acid, placing it back into the vault.

“And what’s done is done, finally, we’re fucking free of that bitch ass loser, haha!” Sumire squealed out a laugh before falling on the couch next to Malphas who only gave a lazy “yay” in response, Seizou only hummed and Aiko frowned, Sumire noticing immediately and looked at her little sister in concern. “What’s wrong, Ai?”

“I’m glad the operation was a success big sister but…I feel bad for Miss Miho…I looked at the footage of her in her room when the livestream was happening…she was in so much pain…” Aiko sorrowfully admitted, shyly fiddling with her gloves. Sumire and Malphas shared a soft look before Sumire sighed and moved to kneel down to her little sister.

“I get it, Aiko, I meant what I said to Miho, I really didn’t enjoy hurting her with what I did…but this was necessary, she won’t ever know what happened but she’ll be thankful that she never stayed in that marriage one day.” Sumire brought her into a hug, carefully rubbing her back, Aiko hugged back and rested her head on her shoulder. “I guess…but now Miss Miho is going to have to start over again, I’m afraid she’ll probably give up on finding love after this.”

Sumire only stayed silent for a minute before speaking up. “Seizou. What are the chances of Miho dating again?”

Seizou perked up at the sound of his name being called, automatically responding. “Seizou calculates that there is a 15% chance of Miho Kobayashi finding a significant other after today’s events, Seizou also calculates that the chance will decrease over approximately the next few months.”

Sumire sighed and Aiko winced, Seizou only continued to speak, ignoring his sisters’ reactions. “However, Seizou has seen support and public opinion of Miho Kobayashi grow exponentially since yesterday and has only continue to increase, Seizou hypothesizes that Miho Kobayashi will receive many suitors in the upcoming months.”

Sumire smiled and Aiko perked up. “See Aiko? There’s still hope for Miho, we just gotta give her time to heal, I’m sure she’ll bounce back from this in no time and when she does, we can work on finding her a proper, much better partner. How does that sound?”

Aiko beamed brightly, eyes shining in excitement at the thought of playing matchmaker. “Amazing, big sister!”

The sun was setting in Edogawa and inside the lab of a certain gothic mansion, a certain butterfly themed android was smiling and keeping her giggles muffled as she snuck out the house to meet up with her beloved, her Codemate, her husband for today was a very special day for the both of them.

Today was the first year anniversary of when they got married.

Just the thought was almost enough to make A.D.A. overwhelmed with emotion but she shoved it down, it could wait until she was perfectly snugged in her husband's arms.

She smoothed down her beautiful blue gown, she was surprised when Malphas sent it to her but it only served to add to her excitement for what may come. "How did you even find this place?" She questioned, looking around in awe, Malphas smirked lightly, satisfied that his work was being well appreciated. "Believe it or not, this used to be a Church, that shitty priest from Ginza commissioned this building to be another one of his churches but Scorpion Den quickly shut that shit down, now its another one of their bases, or at least it will be soon but for now it belongs to us."

Babies' First Halloween!

Kasumi Shino kept pushing her witch hat up and away from her eyes, it was a tad too big but she insisted on wearing it, stating that she could always use it when her bag got too full of candy, her dress was practically the opposite of her older sister’s, gothic and in her favorite colors, black and purple, out of all of them, she had been the most excited about the holiday, not only was she going to finally see the outside world she was so curious of but today was the one night of the year that she could do her usual tricks and pranks and not get scolded for it, well, at least not too much.

Anjin Shino had wiped some fake blood on his face, the way he was grinning so wide was bordering on creepy despite his young age, his killer mask lay not too far from him. Much like his big sister, he too was excited to celebrate his first halloween, his costume was not too bad for a last minute change, he was originally going to be a prince to match his big sister Miki but had begged and pleaded with Uncle A.R.K. to take him shopping for a different costume, not wanting to be stuck wearing frills and bows for the whole night, he had no doubt that Kasumi would’ve made fun of him for looking so soft and gentle.

Heizou Shino was putting the final touches on his costume, fixing his cape and making sure his fangs were glued on securely, even grabbing some leftover blood Anjin had to wipe on his own face. Naturally, it was Kasumi’s idea to have him dress as something scary like a vampire but Heizou wanted to dress up his way instead of the horrifying creature that his older sister was thinking of. He made a scary face in the mirror before bursting into giggles, the infectious excitement was also getting to him, then again, he was always giddy to spend time with Mama, especially since she was going to spend the whole day and night with them and won’t have to leave early.

And finally, there was the oldest, Miki herself. To no one’s surprise, she had taken to dressing like a princess with the help of her mama and auntie Aiko, she had tried on dress after dress before settling on a pink and frilly one with lots of sparkles and cute bows, she remembered the squeals and compliments she got when making her decision and Miki had been eagerly waiting until today to finally wear her costume. It would’ve been perfect, had Kasumi not spray painted her once golden crown black because it was “too shiny” in her opinion, Papa had to put them separate rooms with how much they fought over that.

“I’m gonna get so much candy.” Anjin proudly boasted, holding up his large empty sack that he planned on filling to the brim by the end of the night.

Kasumi rolled her eyes and snickered. “You mean we are gonna get the most candy, chocolate, gummies, taffy, you name it! Siblings, tonight, we shall feast!” The child ended her speech by putting her hands in the air in triumph causing Anjin to do the same and chant “feast! feast! feast!”

Heizou clutched his own basket close to him and looked up in wonder. “What do you think Mama and Papa will be dressed as?”

Miki sat next to her little brother and beamed brightly. “I heard Mama talking about wearing matching costumes with Papa! I bet they’ll look so cute!” She gushed however, all her words did was make Heizou frown, eyes flashing with jealousy as he crossed his arms. “No fair…why does Papa get to dress up with Mama…”

Miki could only sigh and smile as she comforted her brother, “Hei-chan…”

“Who cares about that, the most important thing is that we get to see the human world! Isn’t that exciting?!” Kasumi butted in as she bounced on the couch, violet eyes twinkling in excitement and mischief at the opportunity to cause trouble.

“Yeah! It’s gonna be so different from Cyberspace and we get to see actual humans!” Like always, her partner in crime, Anjin was right behind her, the two of them gushed and theorized on what they might see once they get outside.

Miki couldn’t help but narrow her eyes at them, unamused. “You say this like you two don’t keep sneaking off to visit Mama, Papa, Uncle A.R.K., and Auntie Aiko all the time though, you guys seen more of the human world than the rest of us.”

Kasumi stuck out her tongue at her older sister, not at all deterred by her attempt to bring down her spirits. “That’s different though! Mama and Papa made us bodies that we can be in! So we get to see and feel everything instead of watching everything from a phone!”

Heizou perked up at that, his earlier sour mood immediately dissipated as he eagerly exclaimed, “We can see what Mama looks like as a human and give her lots of hugs!” He grinned.

Anjin cocked an eyebrow, confused. “What about Papa? We can do all that stuff with him too.” He questioned and Heizou looked at his little brother like he had sprouted cat ears out of nowhere. “Eh? Why would I do that?”

Miki, Kasumi, and Anjin just weirdly looked at Heizou as he continued to happily list off all the things he can do with his Mama and only his Mama, completely disregarding their Papa.

Miki gasped and jumped up from her seat on the couch as she had received a message from Papa saying that he and Mama were arriving soon. “Guys! Guys!” She exclaimed, grabbing her siblings attention as she waved her arms around. “They’re coming! Mama and Papa are almost here!”

That seemed to light a fire under the others as they immediately scrambled to get their things, bags, baskets, accessories, anything they needed to take with them to the outside world.

— Later —

The place was dark when Malphas and A.D.A. opened the door to their home, after flipping on the lights, they were confused to see that the living room was completely empty. The married couple thought for sure that they would be bombarded with four hyperactive children demanding and pushing them to “let’s go already!”

At first they panicked a little, thinking that the kids had left without them or, god forbid, someone had broken into the house and took them. They were about to go on a rampage until Malphas had caught sight of a trail of…webs leading to one of the bedrooms. He grabbed A.D.A.’s attention and the two of them shared a look before smiling fondly at each other, their children were just too adorable for their own good.

Malphas placed a finger to his lips, signaling that they need to stay quiet as he and A.D.A. follow the web trail all the way to the bedroom. Grabbing and twisting the doorknob, the parents swung the door open, ready and prepared to face what was surely a juvenile jumpscare from their precious babies but was taken off guard by how empty the room was, no traces of small children anywhere.

“What-“ Malphas started but was quickly cut off by a war cry from above.

“Now!”

Before either mother or father could react, a giant web had came down upon them, trapping them in a cage of silk. Of course, there was no real damage, sure the web was long but it didn’t have the strength or stickiness that a full grown spider hybrid would have, Malphas and A.D.A. could easily climb out of it but they were too distracted by a choir of laughter coming from above.

Sure enough, as they looked up, they finally found their children all dressed up and hanging from the ceiling, except for Kasumi who was being held by Miki. They all had huge smiles on their faces, feeling proud for having successfully pranked Mama and Papa before they lowered themselves back down to the ground and the four of them made a scary pose (which was honestly more cute than terrifying) before simultaneously cheering.

Malpas himself couldn't leave the house for one second without A.D.A. nearly taking off his clothes right then and there because someone looked at him. Plus, unlike her other pregnancies, where A.D.A. craved simple things like screws and gasoline when she was pregnant with Kasumi, she craved A.I. data and even hunted down weaker A.Is to cannibalize them.

Both Malphas and A.D.A. wanted to honor their creators in some way as such Kasumi’s name is actually a combination of Kaoru’s and Sumire’s names. Even if they haven’t told their creators anything at all about their relationship or their children for obvious reasons.

Kasumi is a Shinomiya to her core, looking like a female version of her father, and acts so much like Sumire it’s not even funny. If it weren’t for the fact they were there for her traumatizing birth, the others would wonder how Kasumi came from someone like A.D.A. But looking back at how A.D.A was like while pregnant it’s obvious Kasumi had a strong influence on her mother. Even now, Kasumi absolutely loves going out, causing chaos and anarchy. More often than not, it’s her fault that she and her siblings are in trouble, leading them all to be scolded by their mother.

You’d be hard-pressed to find any bit of her mother’s appearance or personality in Kasumi given how much of a daddy’s girl she is. However, the one thing Kasumi inherited from A.D.A. is her butterfly traits, much to everyone's surprise. A.D.A. herself was glad that at least one of her children was a butterfly while Kasumi was in complete dismay over it. She wanted to be a spider-like her Papa and the rest of her siblings, not some cutesy little butterfly.

Much like the rest of her family, Kasumi dresses like a goth, particularly the punk goth subset. Girlie lives for black and purple clothing and refuses to wear any other color. A.D.A. tried multiple times when Kasumi was younger to put her in pink and frilly outfits, but Kasumi hated it. She would often scream her head off until they took the pink abomination off her much to A.D.A.’s dismay.

Despite her anarchist nature, Kasumi loves her family very much, and like the rest of her family is curious about her grandmothers. So curious in fact that Kasumi has tried multiple times to sneak out to meet them, giving her parents heart attacks every time.

The fourth child and second born “son” of Masuzō “Malphas” Shinomiya and Ageha “A.D.A.” Shinozaki. In reality, he is the biological son of Aruto “A.R.K.” Shinozaki and was born from one of his former relationships. Left by his biological mother at A.R.K’s doorstep, the man panicked, and he knew he wouldn’t be a good father, A.R.K. called A.D.A. over asking his twin to adopt his child. A.D.A quickly agreed and quickly brought her newest son to meet his family.

Unsurprisingly, Anjin looks like a carbon copy of his biological father maternal uncle. Anjin himself is under the impression that he heavily takes after his mother and takes pride in the fact that he looks the most like A.D.A. out of all his siblings. However, something unique to Anjin is his eyes which look almost cat-like with their slit pupil. One of the few traits that he inherited from his biological mother. He's extremely curious about where he got this from as neither of his parents has it, and whenever he asks, they seem to clam up and avoid the topic.

Anjin, much like Kasumi, is a huge troublemaker and is often her partner in crime. Kasumi used to hog Anjin to herself while he was a baby waiting for the day he was old enough to cause trouble with her. The two of them are thick as thieves with Anjin often following along with his older sister’s plans. As the two of them got older it wasn’t uncommon for something to explode while they were around.

Similar to his older brother Heizou, Anjin is a mama’s boy spending much of his time as a baby clinging on to A.D.A. although he wasn’t as bad as his older brother, much to his parents’ relief. Malphas could actually calm him down and hold Anjin for a while before he started crying for A.D.A. A.R.K was just glad he didn’t have to put on a wig or make his voice sound like his twin anymore.

Anjin’s biological mother was a tiger-like A.I. and has a few cat traits besides his cat-like eyes. When he was younger, his siblings figured out he would chase laser pointers and would use this against him, often letting him crash into walls. He’s also weak to catnip, only learning this after his siblings wanted to see if it affected him, which it did as he was so zoned out for hours. Anjin vomited afterward, and his parents had to nurse him back to health while his siblings got grounded.

Like most of his family, Anjin wears mostly black, though he dresses more on the punk side than goth. Much like the rest of his siblings A.D.A. used to dress him in cute outfits in bright colors, but Anjin never liked wearing them, and once he was old enough to dress himself, Anjin switched to wearing black like most of his family once again to A.D.A.’s despair at losing another child to the dark side.

Anjin dearly loves his family, especially his parents, for taking him in as he doesn’t know where he’d be without them. Like the rest of his siblings, Anjin is very curious about his grandmothers and wonders if they're as cool as all the stories he’s heard about them.

Thoughts About Malphas: “This is my Papa, he’s super cool! I like it when he shows me how to tear people apart. Mama doesn’t like it when he does that tho and says I’m too young for that.”

Thoughts About A.D.A.: “Mama! I think she’s really pretty! So I’m glad that I look the most like her out of all my siblings. I have her dark blue hair and her pretty gray eyes!”

Thoughts About Miki: “Miki-nee is the oldest out of us so she says I have to listen to her as the baby. So Miki-nee keeps trying to dress me up in these cutesy outfits. Bleh! I wanna wear what Papa wears. It looks way more cooler!”

Thoughts About Kasumi: “Kasu-nee! She’s my favorite sibling to play with! Even if we get in trouble with Mama a lot for breaking things. We’re planning to sneak into the real world! Shhhh! It’s a secret!”

The first born daughter and child of Masuzō “Malphas” Shinomiya and Ageha “A.D.A.” Shinozaki. A complete accident that took literally everyone by surprise but they all absolutely adore her just the same, Miki is the start of the A.I. children, a growing group of A.I. anomalies that were created biologically rather than manually, in other words, they’re basically human-like children created from the code and programming of two A.I’s that have reached a certain level of sentience.

I was not kidding when I said that she was a surprise, Miki’s whole existence does not only go against traditional android logic but it’s also a huge deal to A.I-kind in general because pregnancy and having children is now possible with Miki being living proof of that knowledge. Mainly however, it was a complete shock to both the Shinomiya siblings and the Shinozaki siblings (A.R.K. gave Malphas such a side eye once the shock wore off and Aiko short circuited once she found out that she was going to be an aunt). They didn’t even realize that A.D.A. was pregnant until several months later when they all convinced her to get a virus scan due to acting off during that time, what they didn’t expect was to see a near fully grown baby nestled in A.D.A.’s core.

Despite all of that, A.D.A’s pregnancy with Miki was relatively normal aside from a few odd instances (like eating nuts and bolts), when she was finally born it was the greatest day in their lives for each family (also very surreal but they’d soon get used to it when the other babies were born). It was actually Aiko who gave the name ‘Miki’ as A.D.A. and Malphas wouldn’t stop arguing over whether she should be named after Greek Mythology or Demonology resulting in Aiko suggesting the name ‘Miki’ and the baby reacting positively to it.

Miki is the perfect combination of Malphas and A.D.A., both appearance-wise and personality, she’s a very sweet and kind girl but is not afraid to get mischievous and devious sometimes. Adores both her parents completely but is a bit of a daddy’s girl (doesn’t help that Malphas spoils her), she mellows out a bit when she gets older, really taking her role as the “semi-responsible older sister” to heart once her siblings are born, pretty much the leader of the group but she often gets into arguments with her younger sister about differing opinions.

The only other person in her family aside from her mother that doesn’t dress like she’s going to some goth rave. As she grows older, she much prefers the Romantic Academia aesthetic, it’s cute, soft, yet mature enough so that she isn’t dressed like a child. She loves going shopping with her mother and aunt Aiko, even models some of the outfits they picked out for her much to their delight.

She loves her family very much (her favorite family member is Aiko) but is very curious about her grandmothers who they’ve only heard about and seen pictures of through their parents

Thoughts About Malphas: “I love Papa very much! He’s sooooo cool! One time he took me driving on his moro-motorci-mo-his big bike! It was pretty loud but it was also really fun!”

Thoughts About A.D.A.: “Mama’s so pretty! I wanna be just like her when I grow up! She always gives the best hugs, it’s so warm that I almost always end up falling asleep!”

Thoughts About Kasumi: “Sumi-chan is my little sister! I love her very much but she always gets us in trouble, one time we managed to leave home and visit Mama and Papa in the real world! It was pretty fun but I felt bad because Mama and Papa looked so scared when they saw us.”

Thoughts About Heizou: “Hei-chan is my cute baby brother! Mama and Papa say that Sumi-chan and I can’t play tag with him until he’s older but that’s okay! I like playing with him in his play-pin! He’s so adorable, I like to kiss his chubby cheeks!”

Thoughts About Anjin: “Jin-chan! He’s my new little brother! Mama brought him home one day and he’s been part of the family since! I like him! His eyes are a little weird though, they’re not like Mama’s or Papa’s or Mine or Sumi-chan’s, or Hei-chan’s, they kinda look like a cats’ eyes!”

Thoughts About Aiko: “Auntie Aiko!! She’s the best! I love it when she visits! She always brings toys and sweets for me and my siblings, and, and, she always buys me something whenever me, Mama, and her go out shopping!”

Thoughts About A.R.K.: “I like Uncle ARK, he’s so funny, one time he let us stay up as long as we wanted and we ate soooo much junk food and sugar! It was awesome but Mama was super angry when she found out.”

Thoughts About Seizou: “Sei-chan! I like Sei-chan, he’s my big brother, he doesn’t talk much but that’s okay, he likes to show me the cool cards from the games he plays!”

Thoughts About A.M.U.: “AMU-chan! She’s my big sister, like Sei-chan! She also doesn’t talk a lot but she and Sei-chan can understand each other really well, how does that work? Can they read each other’s minds?!”

Thoughts About Sumire: “Ohhhh this is…Papa’s Mama, right? She looks pretty! Papa and Auntie Aiko tell me a lot about her! I hope I get to meet her one day!”

The third child and first born son of Masuzō “Malphas” Shinomiya and Ageha “A.D.A.” Shinozaki. Much like his eldest sister, Miki, Heizou was also an accident and a complete surprise but he was accepted all the same and has become a very loved member of the family. He was a very easy baby during pregnancy and after his birth, gave A.D.A. no trouble at all aside from a major craving of drinking gasoline which made everyone breath a sigh of relief considering that his older sister, Kasumi, was the complete opposite of him (and that they still have nightmares of her birth to this day).

His name kinda symbolizes his dynamic within the family, Heizou meaning “peaceful third” and despite looking like a blue version carbon copy of Malphas, his entire personality is basically all A.D.A.’s which the family finds hilarious but endearing. He takes over as the “responsible” sibling when Miki is out (or when Miki herself gets into trouble) and is generally too nice to get into trouble unlike his siblings, which, yes, he always has to get them out of said trouble before their parents find out (he wonders if this is what Mama has to deal with all the time, his love and respect for her grows everyday).

A complete and total mama’s boy, it’s so adorable, he never went anywhere without his mama and was always seen clinging to her when he was a child. As a baby he would only let A.D.A. hold him, if it were anyone else, he’d start screaming and crying nonstop, even Malphas, his own father couldn’t calm him down. Was it even possible to develop separation anxiety from birth? Not sure but everyone was positive that was the case. Of course, A.D.A. couldn’t have Heizou 24/7 (much to her dismay) so whenever that happens, they’d have A.R.K. wear a wig and change his voice to match A.D.A’s to keep Heizou occupied until the real A.D.A. came home.

Aside from his good looks, Heizou also inherited Malphas’ gothic clothing style however, his style is more on the emo side than the cyber aesthetic his father wears. It wasn’t always like that though, as when he was younger, A.D.A. used to dress him in stylish clothes and in lighter colors such as white and blue, it wasn’t until Kasumi dressed him up in darker clothes one time that he actually prefers the gothic look much to A.D.A.’s despair, please she just wants another child that hasn’t crossed to the dark side.

BIGGEST. COCKBLOCKER. TO EVER ROAM THE EARTH. Remember when I said that he took up so much of A.D.A.’s time growing up? I meant it, Heizou beat Kasumi on giving Malphas and A.D.A. their longest dry spell to date. Sexy times were but a distant memory due to how needy Heizou was of A.D.A’s attention, whether it was sleeping in between the two of them because he had a nightmare or just straight up pushing Malphas away to take his spot cuddling with A.D.A. on the couch, his poor parents could not get a moment alone with each other. There had been times where Malphas had seriously thought about beefing with his own son for his wife’s attention and would shake the thought away…until he sees the small grin Heizou has when he looks at his direction when A.D.A. isn’t looking and thinks, yes, yes he will fight his own progeny he doesn’t tho don’t worry. Though as Heizou grew up, his cockblocking became more accidental than intentional like his younger years, he still calls his dad out for being “gross” around his mom though.

Also loves his family very much, though it’s no surprise that his favorite member is his dearest mother, like his sisters, he’s also very curious about what kind of people his grandmothers are and would like to meet them someday, he knows that they can’t be worse than Kasumi so he takes comfort in that fact.

Thoughts About Malphas: “That’s my papa, he’s nice, I like it when he carries me on his back, it’s fun and he’s so tall! I see the whole world when I’m on his shoulders!”

Thoughts About A.D.A.: “Mommy! That’s my mama! I love her thiiiiiiiis much! Even more! She’s awesome and pretty and cool and, and, really nice! I hate it when guys come up to her though, that’s MY mama, go away!”

Thoughts About Miki: “Miki-nee is my big sister, I like her, she always invites me to play with her and Sei-nii and AMU-nee even though they’re all older than me, that makes her super cool in my book! Especially when Kasu-nee gets grounded and I can’t play with her for a while.”

Thoughts About Kasumi: “Kasu-nee is my big sis too! I spend a lot of time with her than I do with Miki-nee, Kasu-nee is also really cool but I wish she’d stop trying to sneak out of the house so much! Mama and Papa must have a good reason for us to stay inside until they think we’re ready!”

Thoughts About Anjin: “Jin-chan is my little brother! I’m really happy that Mama brought him home even though I don’t remember much back then, he’s awesome! I always wanted a brother! No offense to Miki-nee and Kasu-nee but sometimes it feels like I’m outnumbered.”

Thoughts About Aiko: “Auntie Aiko is really nice! I like spending time with her, she brings me snacks and stuff that she got from the real world! I wish she visits more often.”

Thoughts About A.R.K.: “Uncle ARK is pretty cool, it’s always fun when he visits, one time he took us to a monster truck rally! It was so cool! We even got to ride in one, some other cars with red and blue flashing lights were following us but then Uncle ARK ran them over! I hope nobody got hurt.”

Thoughts About Seizou: “Sei-nii is cool, he’s really smart too, he showed me how to play the card game he’s always playing so now we can play together! He always beats me though but I’ll get him one day!”

Thoughts About A.M.U.: “AMU-nee is nice, I like spending time with her, she even taught me how to braid flower crowns, we made one for everyone and they were so happy!”

Thoughts About Sumire: “Kasumi really likes Grandma, I like her too but she kinda scares me sometimes which is weird because I haven’t met her, I’m hoping that she’s nice.”

Thoughts About Kaoru: “Oh, Grandmama! I haven’t met her too but Mama tells me a lot about her, she seems nice, I hope I can meet her soon, I have so many questions!”

Happy Valentine’s Day! Seems like Malphas got a few gifts! Opening the first one reveals….

Opening the second one reveals….

…a wireless tattoo kit.

There's no note, but Malphas receives a message, a faint teasing kiss on his neck, and a familiar voice in his ear.

“Happy Valentine’s Day, dear. Hurry up, I have one more surprise for you today.”

A photo is then messaged to Malphas.

Malphas was so glad that Sumire and Aiko were on dates with their respective partners and that Seizou was currently online playing games with his friends so that they wouldn’t have to witness the rare moment of their older brother getting caught off guard, however his surprise soon turn into a smug lust as he felt his fangs grow in his mouth itching to bite and mark the smooth porcelain skin he sees in front of him, it was rare that A.D.A. takes the initiative, such a shy little princess his wife usually was but there were times where she would get bold and Malphas savors those times immensely, such as now.

“Cheeky little butterfly.” He chuckled, closing the photo and taking a look at the gifts she sent, not only was she cheeky but she was also very thoughtful, Malphas couldn’t help but love her more, he put the necklace in his pocket and picked up the tattoo kit, Malphas had been thinking of getting more tattoos but an idea formed in his mind that he absolutely couldn’t turn down. A.D.A. was his wholly and completely but the possessive part of him said to mark her even more and what’s more perfect than a tattoo? Kaoru threw herself on her bed giggling like nothing else as she read the letter from one of her boyfriends. It was like she was a high school girl getting a gift from her crush. Even now Kaoru couldn’t believe that she had 2 boyfriends especially ones like Lyall and Joey. It was something out of her wildest dreams sure she could get kisses from them but at the same time, she could get them to kiss in front of her and hear the pretty little whimpers coming out of Joey’s mouth.

Speaking of Kaoru smirked as she thought about a certain gift she had given Joey. She was counting the hours down until she could head over and put it on for her boyfriend. The amount of teasing she was gonna put him through.

“I hope you’re ready Joey because the next visit is going to be so much fun.”

…with Kanra

Kanra stood in the middle of the kitchen using her new utensils, her hands moving automatically to measure her ingredients while her mind was elsewhere. She was glad that she had been able to get out of Yuriko’s & Kaoru’s questions about who had given her a present by rushing to the kitchen claiming she was gonna make some cookies with her new baking set the moment she saw that green spider. Kanra wasn't sure she wanted to see their reaction if they learned that she had been given a gift from the woman many people called heartless.

Placing the tray of unbaked cookies into the oven Kanra sighed. That was the problem, wasn’t it? No one would ever understand her desire to know Ritsuko Okada. They’d all try to convince her otherwise but Kanra was dead set on having a conversation with her and she’d get it even if she had to burn a few bridges to get it.

“I’m important to you in some way. I’d like to know why but most of all I’d like to share a strawberry shortcake with you one day.”

…with the Shinozaki Siblings

A.D.A blushed a deep red as she shoved the thong back inside the gift box hoping her siblings hadn’t seen it. Thankfully A.M.U was too entranced with her gifts to notice what her older sister had gotten. Sadly A.R.K had seen the gift.

“A.D.A you freaky motherfucker!” A.R.K gagged looking at his twin with an unreadable expression.

“How was I supposed to know Mal was going to send something like that?” A.D.A retorted back her face still blushing.

“Look me in my eyes A.D.A and tell me that you didn't expect something like this from him.”

“Shut up!” A.D.A huffed throwing a ball of wrapping paper which A.R.K. easily dodged. “What did you get anyway?”

“Some good shit so that I can finally stop smelling like a damn Bath and Body Works,” A.R.K smiled full of teeth. “I refuse to use the shit already in the bath anymore.”

A.D.A rolled her eyes at her twin’s words again used to his vulgar self. She turned to her A.M.U who was sitting on the floor still messing with her new CD player from her twin best friend.

“Having fun Sweetheart?” A.D.A smiled at A.M.U who blinked turning her attention to her older sister.

The black and violet haired android nodded as she pushed another button on the CD player. Even if she could not see him on this holiday the gifts she had gotten from Seizou were the highlight of her day. It made her feel something. There was nothing in her database to explain how she felt but if A.M.U had to describe it she would say she was…happy.

“Merry Christmas A.M.U now come here,” A.D.A kneeling down to bring her sister into a hug. “You too A.R.K. It’s family hug time.”

“Fuck…” A.R.K started before getting silenced by A.D.A’s glare. “...fine.”

A.D.A’s face brightened when she pulled her brother into a hug with her and A.M.U. “Isn’t this nice? Don’t answer that A.R.K.”

“Ugh…”
