In a shady courtyard Astrantia major (greater masterwort, black hellebore, great black masterwort, melancholy gentleman) is thriving. This clump-forming perennial produces clusters of tiny, whitish-green flowers which are surrounded by petal-like bracteoles which are whitish, tinged with green and pink, with conspicuous veining.

i consider literally just about everyone from camp halfblood family to me genuinely <3 you all matter so so much to me

i remember having a little garden (that id sometimes work on with the other campers, though MOSTLY with annabeth) and i just had a TON of different species of flowers, each representing all my my friends/family!!!

trying to remember what each flower everyone had was LOL

nicos wasss a black rose i think? or maybe some sort of poppy?

jasons was this thing called a white lightning flower (google it they are so cool)

annabeths was probably an orchid?

percyyyyy i dont have clue what the flower was called but it was like a very clear blue color with black!! (ive seen it irl before but just have no idea what its called)

@ the recent clarisse fictive from a few days ago, hers was a masterwort! (they are commonly used to symbolize strength and protection<3)
