Just wanted to make a post about this book that I read 1.5 years ago when I was partway through my biochem master's. I'm thinking about it now again after a good casual interview I did yesterday! Fingers crossed that I go back and read the page about resigning and starting a new job soon 🤞🏻 I got it for free (woohoo free book!) at my uni as one of the authors did an online talk about jobs and money and stuff. I really enjoyed the book overall! it got 5* on goodreads from me lol. Pretty good for someone finishing undergrad going into their first job, but not really for you if you've got a lot of work experience. It's quite a fun read, the authors are good and honest. Wanted to throw this book out there for the studyblr community and the undergrads who are job-seeking rn after graduating <3
I have never written an intentional long form A/B/O, but looks like I'm about to start.
It's Jack/Chick with Buck/Bucky and Rosie/Ken and probably Crosby/Bubbles and maybe some more. I dunno. We'll see who sneaks in where. I am going to try for a wide-ranging narrative, slipping around to different couples, which is also something I've rarely if ever done. But I wanna see what I can do.
Also, you know what? Fuck it. Everybody lives. Why fucking not.
i’m curious how fic ideas come to other people because they usually come to me in still images that i have to then build a plot around. i think my brain was built for me to be an artist and i said no fuck you and became a writer instead
