In season 4, I demand more Benedict and Hyacinth interactions. Gregory's off to school, Anthony and Kate are off to India, Eloise and Francesca are off to Scotland, the other two have married and moved out, so these two are the last ones under Violet's roof, I love what we've gotten of them but I need more bonding scenes. They're both hilarious and completely unhinged at times, I need more of this chaotic sibling duo.

it's funny how once you've played enough of the non vampire WoD games, it becomes incredibly apparent that kindred are so self centred they think the whole tellurian revolves around them. Out here acting like their immortal petty fights and politics and street level depression is more important than... Idk.... The potential entire unraveling of the universe? The spiritual destruction of the umbral realms? Humanity slowly degrading into poorer and poorer health due to corruption? Oblivion growing day by day to eventually consume all?

Kindred are so dumb. Put down the politics for two damn minutes and help everyone maybe??

magdalena: The last point of interest I wished to discuss with you all is the Assembly. We have not hosted the gathering since you three were babes, so your father and I expect each of you to put your best foot forward.

luca: Yes, especially since we are relying on a few important trade deals this time around. No pretending to be a footman and hiding carriages. No avoiding interactions by saying that you feel faint. And no more than two glasses of mead.

m: I believe that is everything…. oh! We decided that the reception will be a masquerade ball, so you will need to acquire a mask within the week.

dara: …A masquerade?

l: We have not hosted a ball like that since your mother and I first met, you know.

d: Precisely, Papa. They are entirely outdated.

killian: I think it is a grand idea. Anonymity. For once, no one will be trying to kiss my feet. Thank the maker.

m: Only for a short while. We will need to welcome the guests as a family, of course. You will have an hour to mingle before then.

l: Use it wisely.

gregor: [sighs] If I am only allowed two glasses of mead, then that is when I will be indulging myself.

Ok, I'm gonna make a concentrated Statement about this later, but boy do I have some Thoughts about the metaplot of Vampire the masquerade and I don't want to come off like I wholely dislike it or think it's stupid, I just have Thoughts, specific ones particularly pertaining to ideas I've seen expressed about why it needs to exist in order for vtm to have a story, but again, not here, its own post

how do you think voltage will conclude bosses story in only one season?

This is only my own speculation but since it’ll be his last season, it’s possible that at the end Boss will propose to MC, or she will propose to him. I was actually thinking there were so many other things that could have been explored in their relationship given that the Boss still has a lot of mysteries we could find out about. I’m guessing it’ll be a proposal season to conclude his route well. I’m not going to say they’ll even have a child/children because with only one season coming, it seems impossible to make it happen, but I hope they eventually do have a family if Voltage writes an epilogue story for him

chinhands. thinkin about my oc ayirine (blink) and how she's very much the Center of the story even as she's not really its protagonist or anything. she's not the center as in 'foremost' but center as in The point between two ends. you can trace the wound back from her (the events that made the world that made her what she was), and trace the wound forward from her (the events that happened because she was what she was). people affected people [...and on and on...] who affected her and then she affected others who affected others... a hurt so profound it drove her to rip a hole in a world that had long gone lacework with them. but the luck was that somewhere else someone else had woken up next to a needle... came to the edge of the fray-in-her-wake and said i want to fix something here. i've seen better, ages past. i can't let this stand. we'll all fall in before long. Anyway i just think to myself wowww thatslike baru cormorant.... 👍
