Common Problems with Maserati Cars: A Comprehensive Analysis
Maserati, the luxury Italian vehicle manufacturer, has long been associated with opulent cars, high performance, and comfortable driving experiences. However, when it comes to reliability, Maserati falls short.
In this article, we will delve deep into the most common problems reported by Maserati owners, including brake issues, clutch and transmission problems, faulty electrical systems, and poor build quality leading to high exterior wear. We will also explore the reliability rankings of Maserati and highlight the least and most reliable models. If you are considering purchasing a Maserati, it is crucial to be aware of these potential issues and factor them into your decision-making process.
Common Problems Across Maserati Models
To provide a comprehensive overview of the most common problems across Maserati's various models, let us take a closer look at each model individually.
Maserati Quattroporte
The Maserati Quattroporte has had its fair share of issues. Some of the most commonly reported problems include melting interiors, clutch problems, excessive noise, and tire wear in corners. In particular, the 2006 and 2014 models should be avoided due to these recurring issues.
Maserati Ghibli
The Maserati Ghibli has faced its own set of challenges. Owners have frequently complained about clutch problems, chip and crack issues, and a small passenger seat area, which many find claustrophobic. It is worth noting that Ghibli models often experience clutch malfunctions after reaching approximately 13,000 miles, and the automatic transmission can be slow to accelerate.
Maserati Levante
The Maserati Levante, although having only one logged complaint, has encountered several common problems. These include electrical system issues, build quality problems, and brake problems. Additionally, a headlight misalignment recall has been issued, which can reduce visibility and pose a safety hazard for other drivers.
Maserati MC20
Being Maserati's newest luxury sports car, the MC20 has already faced troubling problems. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has recalled the model due to a fuel line sensor housing that may leak fuel, potentially causing engine stalls and even fires. This is a significant issue primarily affecting 2021 models.
Maserati GranTurismo
While the Maserati GranTurismo doesn't have any standout issues, owners advise keeping an eye on the electrical system, brakes, clutch, and suspension. Although it is generally reliable, it is essential to stay vigilant and address any potential problems promptly.
Maserati's Reliability Rankings
Maserati's reputation for poor reliability is well-documented. Various industry experts consistently rank Maserati vehicles as unreliable. In fact, ReliabilityIndex, a UK-based organization, places Maserati at the bottom of a list of 40 vehicle manufacturers in terms of reliability. This ranking highlights the brand's propensity for experiencing frequent issues and requiring costly repairs. On average, Maserati owners can expect to spend at least $1,000 annually on repairs, well above the industry average.
The Least Reliable Maserati: 2006 Quattroporte
The 2006 Maserati Quattroporte is widely regarded as the least reliable model in the lineup. Despite its price tag, which is comparable to other luxury cars like Audi or Mercedes-Benz, the Quattroporte suffers from various issues. One of the most common problems reported by owners is the interior melting, which warps in high temperatures, leaving behind a sticky residue and unpleasant odor. Additionally, the Quattroporte is notorious for excessive noise during driving and premature tire wear. However, the most significant and misleading problem is the recurring clutch issues. Some drivers of the 2006 model have encountered a transmission failure message, which is often found to be a computer error. Replacing the clutch is the only solution, but it can be a costly endeavor.
The Most Reliable Maserati: 2012 GranTurismo
In contrast to the 2006 Quattroporte, the 2012 Maserati GranTurismo is considered one of the most reliable models in the Maserati lineup. Owners have reported very few problems with this particular year. However, it is worth noting that the GranTurismo is often criticized for being overpriced compared to more reliable luxury vehicles. While it may be a suitable option if you are open to purchasing a used Maserati, it is essential to consider other new cars from more reliable brands that offer better value for money.

Conclusion
When considering purchasing a Maserati, it is crucial to be aware of the common problems reported by owners. From brake issues to clutch and transmission problems, faulty electrical systems, and poor build quality, Maserati vehicles have a reputation for being unreliable. It is essential to factor in the potential costs of repairs and maintenance when making your decision. While the GranTurismo may be one of the more reliable models, it is still important to stay vigilant and address any issues promptly. Ultimately, do thorough research and consider your options before investing in a Maserati.

Just a short, little snippet; my Maserati recently ticked over 38,000 miles! After 22 years of driving, itâs definitely looking forward to a few services in the near future.
Since its last detail, Iâve had the car stored at work, where itâs remained charged and temperature controlled. This has certainly helped with some of its minor flaws - specifically a slow oil leak that has developed (likely from age and/or lack of use), as well as the lower oil pressure at start from the dry sump system.
Aside from those, a recent fault on the secondary air injection system has caused the car to throw the CEL, and with its inspection due this month, I had to have the car looked at to be certain there arenât any glaring issues.
So, with those problems in mind, it will be going in for a 40,000 mile/20 year service - think oil and filter, cabin and engine air filter, drive belt, spark plugs, brake fluid and coolant flush, and a check for clutch wear on the single-clutch Cambiocorsa transmission. I forgot to mention a transaxle fluid change as well, but I will be sure to update my technician on that once we communicate tomorrow.
It does need a replacement driverâs sun visor and I will have to send my replacement center console out to be refinished and matched to my car (I purchased one equipped with the cup holder and relocated 12V socket), but those will come once the core maintenance issues are squared away.
(I think the front left wheel needs to be straightened as well, though the bend seems to be extremely slight. Vibrations have been mitigated by road-force balancing, but I want to make sure I can correct it fully, or replace the wheel before it becomes a hazard while driving. There arenât really any noticeable vibrations or intrusions until well over 80 MPH, so itâs mostly okay.)
The lovely lad did well this evening, coming out of its short hibernation and immediately hitting Cambridge and Boston traffic for more than an hour. Ideally I wouldnât be driving this car in conditions like that at all (the automated clutch really does not do well in traffic or city driving), but our best rated Maserati service center is right in the heart of Boston, and I wasnât about to take any chances with this aging exotic, especially after the experiences Iâve had with our other most prominent Maserati-Ferrari dealership.
So, I suppose weâll see where we go from here!
Wish me luck! I really love this quaintly charming exotic, and Iâd love to keep it maintained and ready for my (highly) spirited runs for a long time to come!

Tapping at my Chamber Door Chapter 2 (AFTG Fic)
<Chapter 1
Niko was used to being woken up in the morning by yelling. Â Whether it was from outside or by his foster siblings in the other room. Â His foster mother never bothered to get him up in the morning for school before or anything in general, that was on him. Â She did remind him to take his medication though.
âWake up boy your social worker is here.â  She yanked his thin blanket from his body.  What?  Why would his social worker be here, he didn't have to see her until the end of the month.  She grabbed his arm harshly pulling him out of the bed.  She told him to get his cloths on and to âCover up.â  He dressed in a black long sleeved and his slightly baggy jeans that had wrips at the knees.  He pulled on some socks and went to brush his teeth and wash his face quickly.  Once he was done his foster mother Kris was holding out a pill and his only pair of shoes at her side in the other hand.  He scrunched up his nose in distase but nun the less he took the pill avoiding a potential back hand from Kris.
âAlright he is this way.â Â She put her hand on his shoulder moving him to the front even though he was perfectly capable of walking there on his own. Wait, He? Â Definitely was a he. Â There was a tall man with black glasses and a suit lookinâ like he came right out of men in black.Â
âNikoshi Doe,â I shook my head. He gestured for me to follow him out the door and Kris handed mw my shoes and all but shoved me towards him. âYour moving homes, your foster mother already put your things in a bag.â  It was a trash bag to be more specific and it was sitting just outside.  He grabbed it after putting on his shoes and continued to follow the man to the shiny black car.  The supposed social worker opened up the back seat door and told him to get in.
âYour not my Social worker.â Â Niko said going right in the car.
âThere off today.â Â The man said then shut the door after Niko got his trash bag fully into the car. Â The man rounded the other side and started the engine. Â Niko knew exactly were he was going once he notice the familiar road they got on. Â Children's Aid wasn't far from were he was living before. Â
âGet out.â  The man opened his door once he had parked. When they were outside he was taken to the Foster care service building.  He liked the people there, they were always nice to him and would play with him.  Their the ones who got him on a soccer team from South bronx United.  He didnât really like soccer because he never really made friends while playing.  He was always the new kid and stayed to himself most of the time.  He knew he was good though, being fast helped a lot.  The man took him down a hallway towards an area that was only slightly familiar.  He told Niko to sit in the chair that was in front of the door.  Apparently he was waiting for his new guardian to come pick him up, but first they had to talk to some people.
After a while, he doesn't really know when he started to zone out, three people were walking towards him. Â Two of them were pretty short, he was almost as tall as the blond one. Â The tall guy had dark glasses on like the social worker. Â They looked oddly familiar he just couldn't think of a reason why. Â He made eye contact with the slightly taller red head with the hood and quickly looked away, he didnât want to get caught grilling people. Â A lady came out of the door he was sitting in front of and look towards the people walking towards them and then at Niko. Â She smiled at him.
âHow are you Nikoshi.â Â The men stopped walking, he could feel them looking at him. Â He paused not really knowing how to answer that question. Â The medication kicked in little while ago so he was feeling Kinda out of it with nothing to focus on. Â He hated how the meds made him feel.
âFine,â he answered because he know thats what she wanted to hear even if she looked disappointed by his vague answer. Â He heard one of the men snort and then her attention was back on them. Â She ushered them into her office and then looked back at Niko.
âOnce we are finished talking you will be able to leave.â Â She smiled again squinting her eyes and then closing the door. Â He huffed and went back to focusing on his hands.
Kevin didn't realize how long he was staring at the image on his phone.  Comparing it to his dead friend Teamate that he still had night terrors about and searching for anything that was different.  He stared so long he felt the phone leave his hand but instead of hearing it drop towards to the floor it was lifted up towards Andrews face. Â
âWho's the kid.â Â He said. Â He needs to tell them. Â He can't do this on his own. Â Even if he stared at that face for who knows how long he wouldnât be able to face the kid on his own in person. Â He let out a long slow breath. Â He heard Neil walking towards them holding two coffee mugs in his hand. Â Kevin still left his untouched from were he sat it after being the first to wake up that morning. Â Neil leaned into Andrews space, close enough but still not touching to look at the picture. Â Neil's eyes pinched together, the kid looks familiar. Â When Neil saw the caller ID he looked at Kevin wide eyed.
âI donât know the kid personally but I got a phone call last night from the Lor-Ichirou.â  Andrew lowered the phone and gave Kevin a face that said, âexplainâ.  He did.  Told them who the kid was.  About the mother who should of been an Olympic athlete in track and field that died giving birth.  How the father was the same man that caused them so much trauma.  The kid is in the system.  He lives in the Bronx, New York.  He's was going to turn 11 years old in May next year.  He needs to foster the kid and will now only be giving 70% of his earnings.  He already has the times for the plane from Chicago to an Airport in Queens where he will be given a rental car to where he will be talking to someone about Nikoshi.Â
âThats his name?â Neil asked. Â He seemed to be thinking about it, it sounded Japanese but Riko never knew the kid, right?
âYeah, Nikoshi Doe.â Â He look towards Andrew. Â âI need help.â Â Andrew nodded, he knew Kevin didnât have a choice in whether he wanted Nikoshi or not but he would be damned if he just left the kid in the system either way. Â And Kevin well he's Kevin he's bound to fuck up. Â
They finished there coffees and Kevin left for his condo that wasnât to far. Â They all ended up on the same team. Â Neil and Andrew were on different teams before Neil Transferred to the Chicago closer to Andrew but then Andrew also moved to Chicago. Â Not only to be with Neil but to his brother who had went to school near by, now working as a doctor in the hospital right by there stadium. Â After they all played court together Kevin thought it would be best if they played on the same team in general. Â They were retiring in couple years anyways. Â
When he changed he went down to the first floor where Neil and Andrew pulled up in the Maserati. Â They drove to the airport, paid to leave the car and then moved there way through security.
The plane ride wasn't to long but it was agony for Andrew, no mater how many planes he's been on because of Exy he will never be used to the anxiety it brought. Â Kevin wasnât doing any better but for a different reason. Â When they landed in Queens Kevin placed his shades on, big enough to cover up the tattoo on his cheek bone. Â Neil stuck to putting his hood over his head while Andrew could care less, his glare was enough to be left alone. Â
They got into the rental, Kevin driving with Andrew next to him and Neil in the back seat. Â They discussed this arrangement on the plane. Â Kevin kept his focused on the road once he got the directions in place, Andrew was playing with the unfamiliar stations and Neil kept his gaze towards the window. Â Nobody said a word but Kevin prayed in his head, to a god he never believed in that he wonât have a breakdown because of a child. Â
The traffic wasnât that bad surprisingly and they were right on time with the schedule. Â Kevin found a parking spot. Â When parked clench the starring wheel still trying to breathe as slowly as he could.
âKevin.â Â It was Neil. Â He breathed out and let go, opening the door. Â They all went inside the building and where they were led to to a hallway and told to walk straight. Â It was empty with chairs along the side and a door on the either. Â They noticed the trash bag first and as they got closer a kids head poked out. Â As quickly has he noticed them he looked back down. Â Nikoshi. Â The door then opened revealing a women with brunette hair pulled up into a bun. Â She looked at them before she looked towards the kid. Â A smile formed on her face before she asked.Â
âHow are you Nikoshi.â  They all stoped and stared as the kid looked up at the lady before answering with, âfine.â  Andrew snorted at that, Neil glanced at him with a look that said, âShut up.â
The women looked back at them and they followed her gesture to enter the office they guessed. Â She stayed out to say something to Nikoshi before closing to door behind her.

First Date |Killiot
WHO: Elliot Smythe and Kirin Rhodes ( @kirinrhodes )
WHEN: 3rd August 3019.
WHERE: Town/Kirinâs dorm.
WHAT: First date.
NOTES: I never posted this cause Iâm trash but itâs just first date feels between these losers.
Elliot was definitely nervous for tonight because this was an actual real first date and he doesnât think heâs ever had one of those. He goes for casual clothing, though, because itâs drinks and drinks are easy. He can drink. Heâs not running late, not really, he just had been freaking out a little and got himself all worked up because he was going on a date and his nerves were getting the better of him. He needed a damn shot. He did make his way to the parking lot when he was finally ready, dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans and a white t-shirt with a black bomber jacket. He spots Kirin there and he smiles, feeling his nerves lessen ever so slightly.
Kirin too had never been on a proper date, but heâd been on so many awkward social engagements he figured that this couldnât be any worse. Besides, any time spent with Elliot was always less awkward than his normal life. Â Sitting behind the wheel of his green Maserati he spotted El and revved the engine, and smirked. He waited for El to get in and leaned over to kiss him. âHello Gorgeous,â he chirped, throwing it into gear and peeling out of the school.
Elliot easily kisses the Dom back, smiling into it. âHey,â he replies, laughing softly. âNice car,â he teases. Of course Kirin had a stupidly flashy car, the switch wasnât even surprised by that at all. He literally screamed rich stereotype, expect for how awkward he sometimes was but that was just adorable and endearing and he liked that side of Kirin. Even if Elliot was awkward himself so it made for extra awkwardness. âI am so ready for a drink,â he tells him.
Kirin chuckled, âcould do with one myself,â he agreed, âbut first, dinner.â He drove into town and parked near the park. âIâve ordered food for us, it should be here,â he explained with a sly smile as he got out. In the park a small tent was set up with a kitchen set up and handful of people dressed in white bustling around. A picnic table was laid out with a table cloth and proper table setting. âShall we, gorgeous,â he asked, offering his hand as they walked up to the table. A waiter met them and seated them, pouring champagne.
âOh, yeah, canât drink on an empty stomach,â the switch says with a laugh despite the fact he does that almost every single time he drinks. Elliot notices the tent and the strangers before he gets out of the car, he turns to look at Kirin once he gets out of the car. âOh, my god, Kirin,â he says with a grin as he takes the Domâs hand and walks towards the table. âThis is... so cute,â he says biting down on his bottom lip as the champagne is poured for them.
Kirin smirks. He loves making Elliot squirm. âThe staff is all French, so youâll have to do the talking,â he explained and then added with a say smile,âand probably very tired, they just flew in this morningâ
Elliot lets out a laugh, eyes wide. âYouâre unreal, do you know what?â he asks, unable to stop smiling. âYou flew in French waiters for our first date?â he asks. He canât even comprehend it, honestly. He had no idea how their date was going to go but he really hadnât expected this at all.
âI have been told that before yes, although, usually with less of a smile and more of a eye roll,â he said pleased with himself. âNo, that would be silly,â he said, âI flew in a French cook and he brought the waiters.â A waiter came over and offered them bread and cheese and said something Kirin didnât understand.
âI definitely mean it as a compliment,â the switch assures him. He doesnât think he deserves this, in all honesty, but he loves that Kirin has done it for him anyway. This is definitely a good first date and itâs barely even started. âOh, my bad, of course that would be silly,â he says with a laugh. Elliot turns to the waiter and smiles, âje vous remercie,â he says to the waiter once heâs placed the bread and cheese down.
Normally, people speaking in another language around him made him feel uncomfortable mostly because he didnât like that feeling of not being in control, but it pleased Elliot and he was fairly sure that he was paying the staff enough that they wouldnât be talking shit behind his back. âYou should most definitely speak French more often, Gorgeous. Itâs pretty on your lips.â He buttered some bread and unfolded a napkin on his lap. âDoes it feel like home yet?â âYeah?â Elliot replies with a grin. He didnât speak French very often mostly because nobody here could speak France so it was kind of hard to speak a language where no-one expect your brothers would understand. He liked that Kirin liked it on him, though. âMaybe I will, and Iâll just translate it for you so you know what the hell Iâm talking about,â the switch says. âI just said thank you, then by the way,â he explains. He thinks about the question for a moment before he nods his head. âIt does, yeah,â he confirms with a sort of longing sigh. He missed Paris too much.
Kirin chuckled, âthat would be much appreciated.â He was far from home as well, not nearly as far, but definitely out of his element but he didnât miss home. It was obvious from the sigh that Elliot did. âTell me more about it. About Paris. Your favorite placesâ
âThen expect more French from me,â he tells him, knowing it probably wouldnât happen all of the time but he could definitely slip it in every now and again. âI just love all of it, Iâm super biased but itâs just such a good place to be.â He would recommend it to anyone. âThere was a cafe me and my best friend always used to go to, The Hood Paris, itâs amazing. It sometimes has live music and the staff are the nicest, honestly. I donât know how they could be so nice, it would drain me,â he laughs.
âI look forward to it. The only language my father encouraged me to learn was Mandarin. The plan backfired when the tutor was hot and had sticky fingers.â He listened as El spoke of home but more he watched the Switchâs face. âSounds nice. I bet you and your friend raised a lot of drinks and havoc. I can agree with that. Iâm not cut out for customer service. All the niceties and small talk. No thank you.â The waiter returned with appetisers that looked incredible especially for something made in a tent.
âYeah, that doesnât sound like it worked out well. Why did he want you to learn Mandarin?â he questions. He doesnât know how he feels to have Kirinâs undivided attention, having someone just watch him as he speaks. He thinks he likes it, heâs just not used to. Especially in a date setting. Elliot laughs and hums in agreement. âWe really did. I miss her,â he says with a soft smile. âHonestly, small talk is not for me. It makes me super awkward so it was food I went that often it stopped being small talk and they just talked normally to us. Made it a whole lot better.â He thanks the waiter again when the food comes and it honestly looks amazing. And kind of familiar.
âBecause we do a lot of business with China,â he shrugged. âEverything is about the business. But letâs not talk about that.â Kirin sampled the food. It was nothing like food in Texas, but delicious in its own way. âWhatâs her name? Was she a school mate?â He tried to think of thoughtful questions as heâd read up on proper date etiquette and it had been big on asking questions. âIt sounds nice. Youâll have to take me there one day. Do you plan to move back after school?â
That made sense but he knew business was a sore spot for Kirin so he was happy to respect his request of not talking about it. âNo more business talk, got it,â he says as he mimes zipping his lips and then grins at Kirin. âYeah, we met in high school. Her nameâs Simone,â he tells him. âIâll take you there, definitely,â he says before he nods his head. âI want to, but I guess it depends on my future here, doesnât it?â He couldnât force someone to move to Paris with him but that is literally all he wants, to go back home.
âWell donât zip them. I quite like your lips,â he said. âSimone- Pretty name,â he shrugged as the conversation veered close to small talk. âWell, I could make that very easy for you, you know,â he said. His feelings varied day to day, but his father hadnât bothered him this week and he was back to sure he could claim Elliot and have happiness. Rather than the âI can never have any happinessâ route he usually was on after speaking with his father. âAfter dinner I thought we could go get proper drunk. I hope thatâs not breaking too many date rules.â
Elliot smiles at the compliment. âThank you, Iâm glad you like them,â he replies. âYou could?â he asks, eyebrows raising as he speaks. Things were Kirin were never the same, sometimes he was a glass half empty kind of person about his future, and sometimes it seemed like he might realise he doesnât have to be his father but it never stuck. Elliot laughs. âWho cares about dating rules? We should just date how we wanna date and I am so down for getting proper drunk.â
âSo far your lips havenât done anything I donât enjoy.â Kirin sipped some champagne frowning when the bubbles tickled his nose and setting it far away from him, wrinkling his nose. âYes. If you were mine. Iâm sure I could make a case for moving the head quarters to Paris. Or at the very least having a vacation home there.â Kirin spoke very matter of fact about this as if it were more a business transaction that he had faith in, than their future. âI suppose I thought everyone did? This isnât actually my expertise, I specialize more in disposable food related dry goods, than dates. Oh that sounds like perhaps Iâll get a second date. Have I sealed that deal so soon in the first date?â
âLikewise, your lips are also pretty awesome.â He watches Kirin sips the champagne, a small smirk on his lips as he watches the scene unfold. He doesnât understand Kirin most of the time, especially with his matter of fact he was being right now. The fact Kirin is saying he would change his plan, even slightly, for Elliot makes him feel some sort of way. âYou should get a vacation home there anyway,â the switch replies. Heâs not sure he wants to hold onto Kirin doing that for him even if it would be really nice. âNo idea, honestly, I donât date,â he says with a shrug. âSo itâs also not my expertise either.â He sticks his tongue out between his teeth when Kirin asks about the second date. âI should have kept you hanging a bit longer,ââhe teases. âI donât see why I wouldnât want a second date with you.â
âPerhaps Iâll have to show you what else they can do later.â He hopes that didnât come off creepy as he fought off the bubbles. âPerhaps I will. You speak so highly of it. Iâve always thought it was quite a dirty city.â It did make him feel more at ease that Elliot had no standard to judge him by. âAh but you have been seduced by my Wiley ways,â he laughed, âah the meal.â The waiter arrived with quite the spread smelling of pure deliciousness. âI had worried this would be...too extravagant.â
Elliot presses his lips together, eyebrow quirking. âIs that so? I think Iâd enjoy that,â he tells him. He laughs. âLike I said, Iâm biased but you still should do it.â Elliot is kind of stuck on Kirin, itâs frustrating honestly because he hasnât even known him that long and he also doesnât think heâll have a future with him. Not that he thought about the future much but Kirin did. Elliot thanks the waiter again as the food comes and it looks amazing. âItâs not too extravagant, I mean I totally wasnât expecting anything like this but I love it. A lot so thank you.â
âIâll look for real estate tonight,â he agrees. Theyâd been looking to open a branch abroad and expand, why not Paris, he thought. But he was just a kid with no real power, yet. It was still fun to pretend he did though. âIâm glad,â he nodded, âyou deserve to be spoiled.â They ate with less conversation and more humming at the deliciousness until the waiter returned with dessert. Kirins eyes big and stomach full he whimpered, âoh I couldnât possibly.â
Elliot doesnât know why heâs surprised, Kirin has said before heâs not the type to joke but still, heâs surprised. âWait, really?â he asks. âLike, that easily?â Elliot canât even decide what he wants to eat on a day to day basis never mind just decide to get a house somewhere. He rolls his eyes fondly, he definitely didnât deserve to be spoiled. He thanks Kirin anyway. He laughs at Kirinâs reaction to dessert. âDessert goes to the heart, not to the stomach,â he jokes.
Well it doesnât hurt to look, now does it?â The food was amazing and well worth the thousands it had taken to get the chef over on short notice just for them. âOh thatâs quite the saying,â he said, liking it quite a bit. âAlright then, I suppose it is rather small and weâve come this far.â He would just have to hit the gym hard tomorrow. Once they were finished he sat back in his chair. âI think perhaps we should walk to the bar, maybe walk some of this meal off. Iâm not sure how you French do this every day.â
âYou make a good point,â Elliot agreed easily. He smiles when Kirin says he likes the saying, he heard it on a vine himself and he literally quoted at the damn time cause it was relatable. After the meal was over, and Elliot has thanked the waiters again. He turns to Kirin as he speaks and chuckles quietly. âWalking to the bar is a good idea,â he agrees. âI personally donât do it everyday but we totally just build up a tolerance to it,â he teases.
Kirin hummed happily as Elliot spoke French to the waiter. He moved closer, casually letting his hand run over Elliotâs ass before paying the chef and thanking him. They started to walk and Kirin kept Elliot close, hand in hand. âI think that much butter would have me dead by 30,â he chuckled, âIâm surprised youâre not 300 pounds,â he teased, tickling Elliotâs side. âIâve yet to be out in Lima. Iâm sure the night life is...rather disappointing. Where do you recommend we go?â
Elliot smirks and doesnât miss the way him speaking French affects the Dom. He does lean into his touch all too easily. âItâs a good job you donât eat that much butter all the time, then, isnât it? We wouldnât want you dead so young,â he responds. He laughs when Kirin tickles his side, squirming away from him but heâs soon putting himself back at Kirinâs side. âItâs not the best,â he admits. âThereâs a bar we can go to, though.â They know Elliotâs order by now, itâs kind of embarrassing.
âIf I died who would take you on dates?â He realized that sounded weird so added, âkidding, theyâd swarm if I wasnât here scaring them all away.â He laughs rather cutely as Elliot squirms then clears his throat, not sure where that girlish giggle came from. âLead that way, Gorgeous.â
Elliot laughs and rolls his eyes. âAre you scaring everyone away?â he asks with a smirk. He was pretty sure that people didnât even know about him and Kirin, not that he was keeping it a secret. He grins at Kirinâs laugh. âYes, Sir!â he says as they make their way towards the bar.
"Well not everyone, I allow your family contact," he joked, "But the ones who just want you for your body, I swat like flies." Of course he was doing nothing of the sort and for the most part had kept to himself since arriving, a bit too nervous to jump into the school with both feet. On the plus side, his new hobby of painting had emerged and was slowly taking over his suite. "Ooh don't tease me like that," he said, loving when El called him Sir for some reason. He held the door for the other as they walked into what seemed like a dive bar to Kirin, but by normal person standards was probably just fine. The bartender seemed to know Elliot and Kirin found it quite amusing. "Is this your other boyfriend then?"
Elliot rolls his eyes at Kirinâs response, shoving at his shoulder. âIdiot,â he mutters but heâs smiling. He doesnât think thereâs anyone wanting Elliot for more than just his body anyway. Thatâs how itâs always been or how Elliotâs made it to be, maybe. âYou like it when I call you Sir?â he asks with a smirk. When they arrive at the bar, Elliot is greeted in his usual fashion and he sticks his tongue out at the Domâs question. âYeah, got boyfriends all over me.â
"I like when you call me Sir quite a bit, yes, "he said a little blush tinting his cheeks. "Is that alright?" Kirin smirks that he managed to slip one by Elliot and that he didn't notice he said "other " boyfriend, implying he was one as well. "I should have brought a leash," he teased, pulling Elliot closer to him by his belt loop. He ordered a gin and tonic and warns him " Keep that tongue in your mouth unless you plan on using it on me"
Elliot laughs softly and he doesnât miss the slight blush on Kirinâs cheeks which is kind of really adorable. âYeah, thatâs fine,â he says. He may not be completely onboard with the whole system but he doesnât mind using titles. Â He smirks when Kirin pulls him closer by his belt loop, his stomach swooping at the action. âYou want me to use it on you, Sir?â he asks, unable to stop himself smirking cockily at the Dom.
Kirin rolled his eyes hard. âOh please. The leash is for you. Keep you close,â he said shaking his head. He took his drink from the bartender and gave him a card to keep a tab open. âSo what do you do here...â
Elliot looks around the pub for a moment before he looks back to Kirin. âI usually just come with Kurt and we just drink and talk and get really drunk,â he says with a shrug of his shoulders. He moves closer to Kirin after heâs ordered his own drink and has it in hand. âNothing special but,â he trails off. âItâs alright.â
âTalk.. mmm,â he hums, wondering if Kurt was better at conversation than he was. His eyes scan the room. âPerhaps you should show me your billiards skills, Gorgeous,â he said eyeing the tool table.
âYes, talk,â Elliot confirms. He follows Kirinâs gaze before he looks back at the Dom and shrugs his shoulders. âOkay but Iâm not the best,â he warns.
Kirin narrowed his eyes. "For a man who spends enough time in this bar that the barkeep didn't even need to ask you what you wanted, you certainly seem like you haven't taken full advantage of this amenities." He wandered over to the pool table and started to chalk a cue. He'd played a decent amount, mostly as a child on the pool table at his father's office. His father would bring him in, but then mostly just leave him to entertain himself. The pool table had been a good source of fun for most his childhood . "Come on, Gorgeous. I'll help you," he said, slipping up behind Elliot and handing him the cue, then leaning into his back side as he reached around to put help El hold the cue properly. He had no doubt Elliot at least knew how to hold the cue, it was all just an excuse to be this close to him.
Elliot rolls his eyes. âI come to the bar to drink, why do you think they know my order?â he asks with a laugh. He only ever played pool as a kid and then if he ever won or came close to winning it was always a fluke. He follows the Dom to the pool table. Heâs placed his drink down before Kirin comes up behind him. He huffs out a laugh. âIâm not completely hopeless, I can hold a cue,â he tells him with a laugh as he takes the cue from Kirin. âNot that I mind you being this close to me,â he adds art a smirk on his lips.
Kirin uses the position to his advantage and leans into Elliot, breathing hot on his neck. "No? I was really hoping to make you very very hopeless...helpless...mine," he whispered, kissing up his neck as his hand wandered south to grab the Frenchman's ass. "You sure you don't need my help..."
Elliot relaxes into Kirin, feeling those stupid butterflies in his stomach once again. He lets out a shaky, content sigh. âWill you only have me if Iâm hopeless?â he teases as he feels a shiver run down his spine from the Dom kissing his neck. Â He presses his ass back into Kirinâs touch. âUh, actually, I think I definitely need your help.â
"No, Gorgeous, but it would make things a lot easier," he teases with a chuckle straightening up only slightly, body still pressed into El's back. "Oh yeah? Well then...let's clear this table and start our own game, yeah?" He reached around holding the cue around Elliot's body and taking a shot. The sharp pang echoed as the cue sent the balls flying towards the pockets, sinking one of the three balls left on the fuzzy table top. He shifted, moving Elliot with him, and shot another in the corner pocket. The cue ball curved right back to his stick ready for the last shot. "Mmm this one will be difficult," he explained, as if shooting around an entire person wasn't challenge enough. "You'd better turn around," he said, gently turning Elliot in place so they were face too face> "And scrunch down a little...might be best a little lower,..."
lliot just lets Kirin control his moves, where he should be, and honestly heâs not paying that much attention because Kirin is so close to him and thatâs all he can focus on right now. He laughs when Kirin turns him around so theyâre face to face. âIdiot,â he says with a fond smile on his lips as his hands come to rest of the Domâs hips. âYou want me to get on my knees for you?â he asks, raising his eyebrows with the question.
Kirin simply give a smirk as he lines up his shot awkwardly around Elliot. "Well if you think that would be best, then perhaps yes, "he said, smirking the whole time. "Just while I shoot. You understand, don't you Gorgeous?"
âIâm not sure that I do,â Elliot teases, feigning innocence as his hands move from Kirinâs hips to the front of his jeans. âJust while you shoot?â he asks, repeating the Domâs words as he presses the palm of his hand against his crotch.
Kirin shuttered as Elâs hand touched him. Theyâd yet to get into bed together but if the night went on like this, Kirin doubted heâd be able to resist. âTonight..tomorrow... the rest of your life...â he said with some strain in his voice
Elliot couldnât help but feel smug when he heard the strain in Kirinâs voice, knowing it was because of him. âYeah?â he asks. âThink you could deal with me for the rest of my life?â He asks as he undoes Kirinâs jean button and zips his jeans down so he could feel more of him.
âI co-â he started, but Elliotâs hand made him freeze and try to catch his breath. His eyes darted around the bar. There were people but not so many they could be lost in a crowd and not so few no one would notice shenanigans happening. He swallowed and took a few quick breaths as El grabbed him. âNot if you kill me first,â he breathed, wrapping a hand around to grab Elâs ass. âNaughty naughty. Donât make me punish you in your bar,â he said, trying to gain any control.
When Kirin falters, Elliot smirks. He knew they were in public and it wasnât like Elliot hadnât done things in public before but he came here all the time so he was being brave, or an idiot. âOh, I donât want to kill you, that wouldnât be fun,â he laughs. He raises an eyebrow. âI can stop,â he says as he pulls his hand away slightly. âNot sure I want to be punished,â he adds with a laugh.
Kirinâs eyes were scanning the room again, but this time for doors not people. âYouâre going to If this keeps up,â he said under his breath, then grabbed hold of Elliotâs hand pulling it away and pinning it on the edge of the pool table. He knew he was going to regret this, but he didnât have a choice, â...bathroom. Now,â he ordered, pulling Elliot towards the back of the room
âHm, does that mean I canât touch you?â he teases. He hadnât really expected this to be how their date went but heâs not mad about it, honestly. He should be bothered that Kirin is pulling him into a bathroom heâs been on his knees in way too many times, drunk and with strangers. But he doesnât care because he wants Kirin. âFuck,â he practically groans. âOkay,â he says as if he would have ever even considered saying no as heâs pulled away from the pool table.
Kirin practically dragged Elliot into the small room shoving the door shut and then pushing Elliot back up against it. He leaned into El, a hand braces on either side of his body against the door. âYou. You are a tease,â he growled, the Dommy side of him creeping out more and more, but he couldnât help it. â
Elliot looks at Kirin with wide eyes, anticipation hanging heavy in the air. He swallows thickly and despite being desperate to touch Kirin and feeling a little dizzy, he manages a small smirk when Kirin calls him a tease. âBut you like it, right?â he asks
Heâs not used to having to hold back. Before school he was almost always fucking and scenening with someone heâd hired. No need to hold back anything much then. But Elliot was important. He had to temper himself because god only knows how El would react to his unleashed dominance, seeing El didnât even believe in the system. In answer, Kirin grabbed Elliotâs hand and pushed in on to his hard cock again. âYou could say that.â He lunges in, kissing the boy hard, running his hands all over his body, and trying to strip his shirt off.
Elliot keeps his hand on Kirinâs cock as the Dom kisses him. He groans into his mouth, palming at his length as the kiss heats up. He pulls back ever so slightly, having to move his hand, so his shirt could come off but then his hips are back on Kirinâs and his hand his back on his length. He pushes his hand into his underwear so he can actually touch him. His fingers wrap around his length and he strokes him.
What was he thinking? Hooking up in a dirty bar bathroom? How very pedestrian. But Elliot already was shirtless and that hand on his cock was threatening to drive him mad. His lips crashed back into Elliotâs and he shoved his own hand down the back of Elliotâs jeans, teasing his fingers over the Switches hole. âYou deserve better than a quickie in a toilet stall,â he grumbled.
Elliot moans into the kiss as Kirin teases at his hole. He lets out a breathless laugh at the Domâs words because he wasnât stopping. âI donât care,â he tells him without hesitation. He didnât think he deserved better but he wasnât about to say that and ruin the moment.
That moan just about drove Kirin insane, and almost convinced him to drop the argument. But he knew he was right. Elliot deserved far better than this. He kept kissing the boy but pulled his hand back, whining. âI will not...â he paused to kiss him again, â...tell our children.... our first time was in a bar bathroom.â He finally, breathlessly, pulled back from Elâs lips. âLetâs get drunk and go back and at least allow me to bed you in a proper bed.
Elliot almost pouts when Kirin stops this. He canât be mad, not that he would be anyway, especially when Kirin is being so nice about it. Though, children? Elliot was not about to touch that. âFine, okay,â he says but he isnât really annoyed, heâs smiling. He kisses Kirin again, slow, and then pulls back. âI plan on getting stupid drunk cause I need to focus on something that is on mine boner, or yours,â he says with a laugh as he grabs his shirt and puts it back on.
Kirin is sure he's lost his mind. He'd been dreaming of fucking Elliot for weeks now, nervously dreaming, but still. And here he was turning him away. It was the right thing to do though and this bathroom was grossing him out. "My tab is open, but I don't wish to carry you home, yeah?" He kissed Elliot's lips again, not eager to give him up. "Maybe I can help with that," he said, just as knock came at the door and they had to vacate awkwardly. Kirin lead them back towards the pool table and their drinks on small high top table. He took a big gulp of his gin and tonic to try and ease his nerves and lust. "You will be the end of me, I just know it," he sighed.
âHmm, okay,â Elliot replies with a smirk. âIâll not get too drunk that youâll have to carry me home, promise.â He kisses the Dom back, and wishes it could continue but he can wait. Heâs never been the most patient guy but heâs sure Kirin will be worth the wait. He coughs awkwardly as they leave the bathroom. He smirks as Kirin takes a large drink of his gin before he takes a sip of his own. âSounds fun,â he jokes, grinning at him.
Kirin eyed the Switch and the smiled. "I suppose, if you're the death of me, I can lay back in my grave with a smile on." He pulled Elliot in by his shirt, kissed him and then pushed him gently towards the pool table. "Come on, show me what you've got, Barfly," he teased. They played a few games of pool, drank, laughed, kissed..a lot, but finally the darkening sky told them it was time to head back. "Balls. It's  nearly curfew. We need to hussel," he said, downing the last of his drink.
âWell thatâs adorable,â the switch replies with a shy smile before heâs being pulled in. He hums happily and kisses the Dom back. He rolls his eye at the nickname. âYes, Sir,â he teases. Heâs pretty impressed with how long heâs able to last without just dropping to his knees for Kirin, he manages to even forget about it for a little while as he gets more and more drunk, but not too drunk that he wonât be able to get it up when they get back. He turns to look at Kirin and actually pouts because he kinda of really doesnât want the date to be okay. âI suppose we should go,â he says as he slides up to Kirin.
Kirin put his arm around El's waist, pays his tab, leaves a decent tip and they walk back to campus with a decent amount of laughter and tripping. Maybe even falling off the sidewalk once or twice. "You're drunk," he teases, though he is clearly just as drunk. "Shhh going back to campus, we have to be good or they'll spank us, "he says, laughing loudly then shushing himself as they get up to the gates and show their ids to get in.
âYouâre drunk,â Elliot quips back as they make their way back to campus. He definitely feels drunk and heâs back to just wanting Kirin. âYou want them to spank you?â he teases, heâs loud though, always gets louder when heâs drunk. He shows the guards his ID and then walks, stumbles mostly, to the Domâs dorm.
Kirin's face got red and his eyes huge and he grabbed El pulling him close and covering his mouth. "No. Â Shush your mouth now," he said sternly, then laughed at himself. They're laughing when they tumble into the door and Kirin accidentally slams it closed behind them, sending them both laughing again. He pulled El in tight, kissing him hard and fast, hands going to strip the other's clothes off him fast. "You need to be in my bed, right now, naked."
Elliot feels dizzy, and not from the booze. Heâs so desperate and needy for Kirin in this moment and god does he want to be in his bed. âYes, please,â he breathes against his lips before he kisses him again, needy and rough and he doesnât care.
Kirin's tempted to shove the boy to the floor and demand his mouth, but he forced some control on himself. Â He groaned into El's neck as he kissed over his chest. He paused to strip his own shirt off revealing his ripped chest and abs. He walked El backwards towards his bed and then shoved the switch backwards on to it, letting El bounce on the bed as he slipped his jeans off and then with a devious smile, climbed over El, holding himself up with one arm, using his free hand to cup El's face. "You're so sexy...such a tease though....driving me crazy all night.
Elliotâs eyes fell to the Domâs chest and abs, mouth slightly agape and eyes wide a she took in how good Kirin looked. âFuck,â he hisses out as the other climbs over him, heâs still looking up at him with wide eyes. âI wanted to see if youâd cave and just fuck me there,â he teases. He leans up to kiss him as his hands trail down the Domâs chest. âFuck me,â he says into the kiss as one of his hands palms at the otherâs cock.
âI told you...you deserved better than that. You deserve better than this too, but itâs what Iâve got at the moment,â he said, wondering why Elliot couldnât see that a bathroom was no place to fuck anything but a whore. Kirins eyes roll back and his cock goes rigid as Elliot touches him and begs so softly. âAre you sure,â he asked coyly, pressing his hand down between them, teasing Elâs cock. âAre you positive thatâs what you want?â
Elliot didnât care, as long as he had Kirin, he didnât care where it was . âThis is perfect, Kirin, because the date was perfect and youâre here,â he replies. They could be anywhere and Elliot wouldnât care as long as he had him. He lets out a groan at the touch and nods his head. âIâm sure, I want this. I want you,â he assures him. He doesnât think heâs been more sure of anything in this moment.
Kirin softly shook his head. "You deserve better than a bathroom fuck," he said simply, "So do I. " He leans in kissing El again, their bodies writhing against each other. Kirin groaned at the request. God he wanted to fuck this man. "Ah ah ask nicely, "he teased, losing all domminess as Elliot palmed his cock and made him whimper. He returned the favor, moving to tease El's hole. "I think I want that mouth first."
Kirin wasn't wrong about that. "You do deserve better," he agrees without hesitation. He rolls his eyes when Kirin tells him to ask nicely as if telling the Dom he wanted him, and this, wasn't nice enough. He moans as Kirin teases his hole. "Kirin," he practically whines because god he just wanted him. Â "Okay, fuck, you can have my mouth," he agrees.
"As do you," he corrected, not willing to let Elliot weasel out of that. Â With their bodies so close, Kirin feels like the world has gone and time has stood still for them. The way Elliot whines his name makes his heart flip in his chest. "Elliot," he whispers back, teasing his finger into his hole gently. Â "Good boy..." he whispers gently, lovingly, "But ...I realize now...I don't wish you to move from my arms. I quite like your body so close to mine." He continued to kiss El's neck and back, holding him tight to him. "I believe I could be quite happy if you never moved again." Elliot, once again, does not comment. He also doesnât let on about the fact he doesnât like to be called good boy because this moment is too good to bring up that. âHow are you being so cute with your fingers when they are?â the switch asks. He lets out a quiet laugh as his twists his fingers in the Domâs hair. âI think I would be quite happy if I never moved again as well,â he says and heâs smiling fondly at the Dom on top of him because heâs ridiculous and Elliot canât seem to get enough of him.
âItâs one of my many talents,â he whispered, making his point by gently kissing Elâs skin and making him moan by finding that sweet spot with his fingers. âWell...perhaps a little moving wouldnât be awful,â he said, taking his fingers back and quickly grabbing lube from the side table and slicking his cock. Gently he lined up with Elâs hole, kissing his neck. âYou ready Gorgeous,â he asked, hips barely containing their excitement.
Kirin was definitely going to be the death of Elliot. He shifts to watch the Dom as he applies the lube and then heâs there and this s about to happen. He looks at Kirin and nods his head, heâs more than ready. âYeah, yeah, Iâm ready,â he confirms eagerly, eyed wide and his body tingling with anticipation and excitement.
Kirin smiles softly. The booze still tingling in his system is making this moment feel good ls a little extra. Like a movie. Something he needed to get perfect. Â Slowly, he eased in steadily, until his thighs met Elliotâs ass.
Elliot tenses around the Domâs length before he lets himself relax, groaning at the feel of Kirin inside of him. âFuck, Kirin,â he moans as he grips hold of his forearms, looking up at him with lust blown eyes. This was really happening and Elliot was delirious with how food it felt to feel so full by him.
Kirin gasped as he bottomed out inside Elliot. He'd never done this this slow before, never stopped to savor the sensations. "FUck" he echoed, kissing Elliot's warm skin and wrapping his strong arms around the other. "You feel even more amazing that I dreamt you would," he whispered, starting to very slowly ease out and then back in.

Frequently, producers have fun with the leasing formula to provide a discounted monthly payment. This is sometimes referred to as a "subvented lease." Since there are so lots of parts in a lease agreement, your results will differ. Do not expect to determine your lease payment to the dollar. However if you base your estimation on good details, you can get near the correct amount.
Here are the 10 greatest booby traps of vehicle leasing: A lot of leases are composed to allow a certain number of miles each year. Typically, dealers providing low-cost leases money in by setting this mileage limit low state, 10,000 miles every year. Usually, the charge for each mile over the limit is 10 cents to 20 cents per mile.
At 20 cents for each extra mile, you'll owe $1,800 at the end of your lease (9,000 excess miles times 20 cents per mile). That's an additional $50 a month. Some dealerships tempt clients into a brand-new lease by promoting their ability to get you out of your existing lease before its term is up.

In some cases, you might need to pay the distinction between what the car is worth, and what you have actually currently spent for it. Example: State you're renting a $20,000 cars and truck (viplease). After 2 years, you have actually paid $2,400 on it. However, the automobile has diminished to $16,000. To terminate the lease, you'll most likely need to pay the distinction in between what you have actually already paid ($ 2,400) and the quantity that the automobile has diminished ($ 4,000) or $1,600.

If you have more than just a few months left on your lease, these payments will quickly build up. While the lessor might discuss "wrapping" or consisting of these charges within a new lease, that's not the most intelligent method to go. You'll wind up paying far more, because you're funding the quantities over a longer period. volvo lease deals ny.

For circumstances, the lender might figure that a car selling for $20,000 today will be worth $10,000 three years from now, and will determine monthly payments to cover that loss in value. Different loan providers calculate residuals in a different way (vip leasing company). Preferably, the residual is the average used-car worth from a requirement like Kelley Blue Reserve or NADA.
Example: A $15,000 recurring worth on a $25,000 vehicle would indicate your lease payments would need to cover the $10,000 difference - best car lease deals long island. In a 36-month lease this would indicate month-to-month payments of $277. 77 ($ 10,000 divided by 36), not consisting of interest, taxes and other fees. If another loan provider anticipates that the same cars and truck will be worth just $13,000, your regular monthly payments will be $333.
A lower residual worth is not always bad, nevertheless. If you choose to acquire the vehicle at the end of the lease, you'll pay the lower recurring worth, plus any purchase-option charge. Numerous lease ads boast about low month-to-month payments while hiding a big deposit figure in the great print.
You likewise need to consider the down payment. Example: If you put down $4,000 on a 36-month lease, you ought to understand your genuine cost monthly has to do with $111 more than your regular monthly payment ($ 4,000 divided by 36 months). A dealer, then, might set the month-to-month payment on a vehicle extremely low just by jacking up the down payment.
What Is The Best 0 Down Car Deals Business NY?
Some dealerships attempt to attract you into an agreement by comparing the payments you would make under a lease arrangement to the payments you would make to acquire the automobile. Remember, there ought to be a big distinction due to the fact that at the end of a purchase term, you own the vehicle. At the end of a lease, you own nothing.
You do. Your month-to-month lease payment is partly based upon the price of the car. Example: A cars and truck selling for $24,000 (or having a capitalized cost of $24,000) will have a recurring worth of $12,000 in three years. You'll require monthly payments of about $333 to cover the devaluation ($ 12,000 divided by 36 months).
How Much Should I Pay For Car Lease Deals?
Every month, you hang onto an additional $56. Be especially cautious that the beginning rate (capitalized cost) is not more than the MSRP.Before you sign on the dotted line, you'll desire to know the amount of charges, in addition to your regular monthly payments. These can consist of acquisition, purchase choice and disposition fees.
Who Has The Best Car Lease?
They typically run about $500. A personality cost is charged when you return the automobile. As its name indicates, this covers the dealer's expense to dispose of the automobile. These costs typically are numerous hundred dollars. A purchase-option cost is the quantity it will cost to purchase the automobile at the end of the lease.
While these are one-time fees, they still impact the overall expense of the lease. You'll wish to work out everything and consider them in your calculations when choosing which dealership to use. Don't automatically assume the regular monthly lease payment you're estimated is the quantity you'll in fact be paying. It might be priced quote without sales tax or license.
Which Is The Best Car Lease 0 Down Service in New York?
Controling the term of the lease is one of the simplest ways for the dealer to get you to accept their deal at an inflated cost. Example: Let's say you have your eyes on a little SUV with a price tag of $25,000 (toyota lease deals long island). You negotiate the asking price down to $22,000 and the dealership says the recurring worth is $12,000.
77 (vip auto group new york). However you attempt to get the rate down by telling the salesman you can only afford $250 monthly. He goes and talks with his manager and comes back a half-hour later on https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FG4EVuYDMQV_5Dgo60Qsb7fbZLUnMDeK4Wa6ITTjaVI/pub? with the bright side $250 it is. But the regard to the lease has actually gone from 36 months to 40 months which he might or may not point out at the time.
See if you can get a short-term automobile lease. There is no such thing as an interest rate on a lease. It does not matter what you see in an ad. The APR (interest rate) listed either is unlawful, unreliable or not an APR.The razzle-dazzle is available in when the salesperson or dealer tries to confuse you about APR and what's called a "cash factor." The money element resembles a rate of interest and determines how much you'll pay in financing charges over the life of a lease.
It's revealed as a decimal such as. 00260. To convert to an equivalent rate of interest (APR), merely multiply by 2400. The cash aspect is a number that calculates the interest expenditure related to the lease. Increase the cash aspect by 24 or 2400, depending upon if it is expressed as a decimal or a percent, to convert the money aspect into an approximate interest rate (APR).

The Recruit (Chapter 15) - Mitch Rapp
Author: @were-cheetah-stiles
Title:Â âDay 75, Part IIIâ
Characters: Mitch Rapp, Steven Rapp & Reader/OFC
Warnings: Fluff and family bonding, a littttttle bit of smut at the very end.
A.N.: Mitch and Steven Rapp tho... and YES. I split one day into three separate chapters. sue me. they had a good day. :â)
Summary: Mitch and Y/n meet up with Mitch's brother, Steven, and finish out their first day in Manhattan.
Additional Note: I will literally never write a single DOB character as anything less than a rabid Mets fan.
Chapter Fourteen - Chapter Fifteen - Chapter Sixteen
"Mitch?! Holy shit, is that you?" A handsome, light brown haired man approached the couple. He looked like Mitch, but with less moles and his hair was gelled and parted to the side. He wore a well-fitting black suit and was about the same height as his brother. His smile lit up his entire face when he saw his long-lost brother.
"Steve." Mitch wrapped his brother up in a bear hug in the lobby of the lavishly decorated restaurant.
"I barely recognized you, man. You're... you're fucking swoll." Steven looked stunned. "And that's a great fucking suit. Where'd you get it?"
"Y/n literally had it made for me and they were finishing tailoring it less than fifteen minutes ago down at Brooks Brother's by your apartment. That's why we're a little late. I didn't have anything to wear." Mitch pulled you in front of him, in between him and his brother.
"Y/n.. holy sh-" Mitch gave Steven a look, and Steven grinned. "You are triple the amount of beauty that Mitch described you to be, and you whipped him up real nice too. It's really nice to meet you." Steven gave you a quick hug and a genuine smile.
"It's nice to meet you. I almost feel like we've met before," You grinned up at Mitch, letting him recall the time that he stole his brother's identity to use as his own when the recruits infiltrated a college reunion. Mitch smirked and dug his hands into his pockets sheepishly. "Mitch has told me so much about you."
"Mr. Rapp, your table is ready. Follow me please." The hostess eyed Steven and Mitch. They were both ridiculously handsome and well put together. Steven gestured for you to go first, and Mitch rested his hand in the small of your back, letting you lead the way.
You all sat down and placed your orders, making casual small talk until your drinks came. The table was small enough that you were all close together but instead of reaching over to hold your hand under the table, Mitch hooked his foot around your ankle, not playing footsie, just pressing his limbs against yours, wanting to always be touching you. You smiled at him and blushed as he kept his foot against yours. Your moment broken when Steven raised his glass for a toast.
"To my big brother, Mitch. I am so happy to see you and I am so happy that you have found someone with such obviously good taste in men and suits and who puts such an obviously huge smile on your face. To Mitch."Mitch smiled and shook his head.Â
"To Mitch." You echoed his sentiments and the three of you clinked your glasses. Mitch leaning over to peck you on the cheek, as you raised your champagne flute to your lips.
"So Y/n, is this your first time in New York?" Steven asked as he placed his whiskey neat back on the table. You smirked at the question and the fact that the brothers were drinking the same thing. "I was actually born and raised here, moved to Williamsburg, Virginia when I was about nine, and came back here for college."
"Oh did you go to NYU or FIT or something?" Steven asked, and then turned as Mitch snickered into his glass. âWhat?â
"Columbia, actually."
"Holy shit, you're Ivy." He glanced at Mitch who raised his eyebrows and took another sip, trying to downplay his pride in his girlfriend.
"Steve went to 'Cuse like me and studied finance and business." Mitch interjected.
"What'd you study at Columbia?" Steven asked.
"Uh... I double majored in History and Middle Eastern Studies, and double minored in Political Science and Arabic."
"Holy shit, she's smarter than the two of us put together." Steven glanced at his brother, who had closed his eyes and was gently nodding, a permanent smirk resting on his face.
"Oh come on, maybe smarter than Mitch, but you're like some financial wunderkind from what I've heard." You ribbed on Mitch.
"Oh she's got jokes! I like her. So how did you two meet? I was kind of stunned when Mitch told me he was bringing someone with him this week. Did you meet while you were traveling?" He looked at his brother.
"I actually, finally took that job at the State Department about three months ago. I've been down in D.C. and Y/n works in my department and we just hit it off."
"............You've been stateside for three months?" Steven's face lost its happy luster.
"Yea, but I was getting settled in and... I'm sorry, Steve, you know where my head was at the last time you saw me." Mitch leaned forward, wresting his elbows on the crisp, clean white table cloth.
Steven didn't want to dwell on the subject at dinner. "Yea... well, so you met at the State Department. What are you both doing there?"
"The same as what my original position was, we're both Foreign Service Officers, this time for the Middle East."
"That's a much more terrifying place than Europe, Mitch." Steven worried about his only surviving family member.
"It's not bad, we're mostly just on diplomatic missions or back here advising." You tried to reassure the young man, even though he should be worried because their actual jobs were ten times more dangerous than those of a Foreign Service Officer.
"Well have you met any cool world leaders or been anywhere good yet?" Steven asked.
"You know we can't tell you anything, Steve." Mitch leaned back as the servers reached in front of him and placed their dinners down on the table.
"It's so stupid, you have the coolest jobs in the world, you have definitely met like Obama or someone awesome, and you can't even talk about it if you did." Steven whined as he cut into his steak. Mitch shrugged. He just wanted to Steven to drop it. He was thrilled when he heard you changing the subject.
"So Steven, you really have a stunning apartment, what is it that you do exactly?" You asked as you cut your lamb chops apart.
"Itâs sick, right? I love that place. And, uh, I started as a hedge fund manager at Morgan Stanley, but got kind of bored of it. It wasn't challenging enough, ya'know? And so I opened a small capital investments firm with one of my buddies from undergrad, and we've actually done really well for ourselves so far."Â
"My parent's were in capital investments too actually." You commented.
"Crap, âwereâ? Did they get hit by the recession in '08?" Steven asked.
"Steven.." Mitch growled under his breath.
"No, it's okay." You reassured Mitch. "My parents were both VP's for Cantor Fitzgerald and I lost them on 9/11 in the Towers." You told him, a soft smile remaining on your face, not wanting to worry Steven.
"Oh shit, I'm so sorry. That's really.. that's just awful."
"Thank you. It's okay."
Mitch piped up. "Speaking of Y/nâs Dad.."
"Oh right, uh, so my Dad was huge into vintage cars, and well, I inherited all of them, and they just sort of sit in a hangar in Brooklyn, near JFK, and I wanted to know if you both wanted to come with me tomorrow and check them out. Maybe drive a few..."
Steven's eyes bugged out. "Like what?"
"Well, my favorite is the Aston Martin DB5 or the Rolls Royce VI or the Maserati 3500 GT. Probably the Aston Martin though, but there are about 12 more cars in there for you two to play around with tomorrow, if you want."
"I don't care how long you've been dating, I'm going to marry her if you don't. You can watch from the Rolls-Royce VI that we'll give you as a consolation prize." Steven stared at Mitch, who just sat there shaking his head at his goofy little brother. He knew that that would seal the deal on whether or not Steven liked Y/n.
"Steve loved cars growing up, if you couldn't tell.."
"Yea, if finance didn't work out, I probably would've become an engineer and built race car engines or something."
"Then I think you're going to enjoy yourself tomorrow."
The waiters brought over your third round of drinks and the dessert menus and the laughter from the table roared through the room. The alcohol had loosened all three of you up and you were swapping stories from your childhoods.
"I can't believe you're a Yankees fan! That's just disgraceful." Steven yelled and laughed, garnering glares from the patrons around them over how loud he was.
"I am not apologizing for loving the greatest team in baseball. And shouldn't the both of you be Nationals fans anyway? I mean, you grew up near D.C."
"No, I mean, yes, we went to Nationals games as kids but didn't really care about baseball then. We really got into the Mets when we were both at Syracuse and one summer all of our friends were renting houses in the Hamptons because everyone had jobs or internships in Manhattan, and instead, Mitch and I rented a one bedroom apartment in Queens and literally worked at Citifield all summer long."
"We saw so many games that year." Mitch said with an amused smirk.
"The only other summer that beat that one was when we were kids and Mom and Dad got season passes to Hershey Park and we went like every fucking weekend." Steven recalled.
"They hated that place by the end of that summer." Mitch shook his head.
"I don't think Mom ate chocolate for like a year after that." Mitch and Steven burst into a fit of laughter thinking back on their happy childhood.
You grinned watching the two young men reconnecting. The three of you wrapped up dinner and all drunkenly stumbled home.
Mitch leaned his back against the brick wall of the balcony connected to Steven's twelfth story apartment. He watched as you stood in the bathroom, with the door open, and scrubbed the makeup off of your face with a disposable towelette. He took a sip of his Jameson and smiled as he saw you pull your hair up into a top bun, and then carefully hang his new suit jacket and tie up on a hook near the front door.Â
You walked around the apartment, doing small nighttime tasks in a long-sleeved white crew neck and a pair of purple cotton boxers. It was such a difference from your look earlier in that evening but he thought you looked beautiful and sexy all the same. He was watching you finally slip into the covers on the pull-out sofa in Steven's living room, sipping your glass of ice water and snuggling into the book you were reading, when he heard Steven's voice from next to him.
He turned to see Steven, leaning against the balcony staring out at the  South Street Seaport a few blocks away. He looked pensive. "You missed graduation." He glanced over at his big brother.
Mitch grimaced. He had missed a lot of things. "I know. I'm sorry. Just everything that had happened.." Mitch turned around, rolling the sleeves up on his brand new white dress shirt, and pressing his elbows into the rough brick. He clutched his cold glass in both of his large, muscular hands and looked down at the large ice cube floating in the brown liquid.
"I know... I know everything with Katrina was fucked up, but I really thought you'd make it back for graduation, Mitch." Steven couldn't hide the hurt in his voice. All he wanted was for his only living family member to be there to celebrate his big day. "You missed a lot. You missed Mike and I opening the company, me getting to buy this place, Stephanie and I breaking up..."
"You and Steph broke up?" Mitch was surprised, and watched his brother gently nod.
"Yea, apparently she had been cheating on me with Liam for like, an entire year."
"Liam Connelly?"
"Yep, and apparently they moved in together and he knocked her up." Steven said, a slight grin spreading over his lips.
"Didn't you guys used to fight because you wanted kids and she basically wanted to get her tubes tied?" Mitch asked, watching his brother slowly nod and take a sip of his own Jameson on the rocks. Mitch laughed. "Good, fuck her. Serves her right for cheating on you."
Steven turned to Mitch, leaning on just one elbow and his side against the balcony, his long legs crossed over each other. "I can't tell you how surprised I was when you told me you were dating someone new. I literally never thought you were going to get over Katrina."
Mitch stayed looking ahead, and took a drink. He hadn't thought about her all day. He was grateful because he didn't have much in the way of memories with his dead fiancee in New York City. They had only been there together once in college and they ended up getting into a huge argument on the street in the Meatpacking District after a night of drinking with friends. He was grateful because it meant that he could be present in the moment with you while in Manhattan and not be sucked back into his past by a familiar sight or memory that was attached to her.
"I mean, I'm still not over Katrina. I'll always love her, and I'll always think about how good our lives could have been together, but I genuinely think Y/n has saved me from a life of.... just fucking misery, honestly."
"I like Y/n. She's cool, and I swear I almost wet myself over that story with her trying to climb out of the moving rollercoaster at Hershey because of the spider. She's really funny." Steven said and watched Mitch's face light up.
"She's actually really funny. She cracks me up all the time... There was this one time.. actually, no. Never mind"
"No, what was it?"
"It's.... it's a sex story, sort of.." Mitch blushed, and tried to remember how many drinks he had had that night that got him so talkative.
"Come on, bro, we're both adults now. I like a good funny sort of sex story."
Mitch nodded and sipped his nightcap. "This morning, we were on the train and Y/n had said a few things previously, never whispering by the way, and she finally just got really whiney and was like 'Let me just give you a blowjob now.' and the woman in front of us had just fucking had enough and turned around and glared at Y/n, and Y/n, so straight faced and quick was like, 'Not now now, obviously. God turn around. You're so dirty.' And the woman's mouth just gaped open like she couldn't believe that it had gotten turned around onto her. I laughed so fucking hard. It was hilarious. She's constantly doing shit like that. Just small comments or whatever here and there." Mitch had turned half way through the story and was watching you sleeping, the light above you still on and the book closed over your hand. He radiated when he watched you.
"Have you told her you love her yet?" Steven asked, watching his big brother.
Mitch contorted his mouth slightly and took another sip, feeling the slowly melting ice cube bump against his nose as he began to reach the last tastes of his whiskey. "Not yet. I mean it's barely been two months. I don't want to rush her. She's been through a lot lately."
Steven nodded and glanced at his watch. "Times a ticking, big brother. You should know that better than anyone..." He downed the rest of his drink, patted his brother on the shoulder and headed for the door. "I'm gonna go knock out. I'll see you guys in the morning."
"Night, Steve." Mitch watched as you stirred at the sound of the balcony door closing, and he finished his drink.
He placed his drink on the kitchen counter and filled up a clean glass full of cold water. He downed it and filled it up again. The last thing in the world that he wanted was a hangover the next morning. He sat in a black leather club chair pushed away from the foot of the bed and began untying his shoes. Steven had come out of the bathroom and closed the door to his room, and woke you.Â
You sat up in bed, and got a bearing on your surroundings. You dogeared the corner of Bram Stoker's Dracula and placed it on the table next to the couch. You then laid back in your original position, head resting on your arm and the edge of the pillow, and watched him untying his other shoe. You knew that you loved him because watching him doing something as simple and mundane as leaning over to take off his shoes made your heart flutter.
"Did Steven go to bed?"
"Yea." Mitch stood to unbutton his shirt, and watched as you got up on your knees and crawled across the bed towards him. He smiled as your tiny, delicate fingers pushed his fingers out of the way, and unbuttoned his shirt for him. You carefully unrolled his cuffs and got off the bed, standing in front of him. He leaned down, cupping your cheek as you moved down to unbutton his pants, and kissed you softly. You smiled into his embrace and he felt butterflies fill his stomach. You walked away and grabbed the hanger that his suit jacket and tie were hanging on.
"Pants." You gave him your best 'gimme' hands and waited with a smirk.
Mitch chuckled and took off his pants, suddenly standing in front of you in nothing but his boxer briefs. Steven's apartment was cold. Mitch recalled how Steve would leave his window cracked open even in the chill of February, growing up. He walked over to his bag and grabbed a pair of dark blue plaid sweatpants and pulled them on. You folded his pants in half and carefully hung them on the bottom of the metal hanger. You draped his shirt, then his jacket, then his tie over the top of the hanger and went to place it back on the hook by the door. You turned around to see his perfectly pink lips turned up.
"What?" You whispered, as you walked back over to the bed.
Mitch scratched at the scruff on his jaw and shook his head. "I just like the way you take care of me."
You smiled, and then looked at your feet. "Of course I'm going to take care of you. I love you." was what you wanted to say. "I like taking care of you." was what you said instead, as you headed back to the bed.
Mitch followed you to the bed, and climbed on top of you. He nipped at your neck and jaw and ears as you pawed at his bare and muscular back. Mitch slid down and hovered over your stomach, pulling your shirt up so he could leave kisses on your torso. He watched as you grinned and panted over his touch. He pulled gently at your shorts and began leaving long, wet, sucking kisses on your hips and pelvis. You squirmed under him.
"Okay, okay, no, stop." You said a little over a whisper.
Mitch felt your hands yank his head up by his hair. He winced and looked at you. "What'd I do?"
"I'm too drunk to be quiet if we do this. I think your brother likes me so far and I really don't want him to hate me because I kept him up with my moaning and bullshit." You shook your head as you spoke.
Mitch collapsed on the bed next to you. All he wanted was to eat you out. He had been thinking about it all day and the desire was only intensified by the alcohol, but he knew you were right. He would have been enthusiastic and you would have been loud. "We need a god damn hotel room." He muttered, adjusting his semi-erect penis in his pants.
Who else loves Steven? Cause I love Steven.Â

CELEBRITIES VISITING KEY WEST
Big week for celebrities visiting Key West.
Venus Williams and The Real Housewives of Orange County!
Venusâ visit especially noteworthy. Wednesday night, she, her boy friend and our own Laurie Thibaud sat together at Bobbyâs Monkey Bar chatting, drinking and singing the evening away.
Lauri reports Venus and her boy friend very friendly to other customers and Venus a noteworthy singer.
Venus and friend are staying at Sunset Key.
Venusâ week began in Miami. She is reported to have danced âall night longâ 2 nights in a row. All night means till 5 in the morning. Then shot down to Key West for a few days of sun and fun.
The Real Wives of Orange Country have been in Key West since wednesday. Flew to Miami. Drove Maserati convertibles down U.S. 1 to Key West.
They will be filming while in Key West.
Wednesday night found one of them at Bourbon Street Pub and 801. The âOriginal Gangstaâ Vicki Gurvalson. The others remained in their hotel re-energizing. The ladies are booked into one of the new hotels on North Roosevelt Boulevard.
Bria Ansara was performing at Bourbon Street. Vicki and Bria got along famously. Took some selfies.
At some point early morning, Vicki moved across the street to 801.
Jeeps were rented for the ladies for thursday. Whatever the filming may be, it involves them driving Jeeps round town. They also visited some of Key Westâs haunted homes.
The big event for today is attending a key lime pie eating contest. Where, I do not know.
An exciting few days! Venus and The Housewives!
I had my excitement yesterday afternoon when I guested on Lauri Thibaudâs radio show Party Time at 107.5 FM, WGAY FM. Laurie could not wait to share her evening with Venus Williams.
Thn to the Chart Room. Chatted with 4 men from the Portland, Oregon area. Fishermen. Came cross country to fish Key West waters.
Nice guys. We chatted about many things. One into politics as I am. Especially enjoyed his company.
They went out on Keys waters for the first time at 7 this morning.
A short article at page 3 of this morningâs Key West Citizen was titled: Pity The Fools Who Miss This Turtleâs Release.
Turtles loved in the Keys. Great concern for them. The Keys even has a Turtle Hospital in Marathon. A world wide reputation. Sick turtles are flown in from every where.
Mr. T ended up in the Turtle Hospital in early February. Mr. T a 200 pound adult male loggerhead sea turtle. Pretty sick.
He was discovered off Tavernier. Floating. A fishing hook with trailing logged in his mouth. An endoscopy revealed Mr. T had a tear in one lung.
Mr. T was operated on. The hook removed and a blood patch applied to repair the lung tear.
Mr. T is ready to return wednesday to his home in the sea. He will be released tuesday at 3:30 on Sombrero Beach in Marathon. A couple hundred people will be there to see him off.
John Bolton is one of Trumpâs henchmen. A war monger. Always looking to start a war.
Teddy Roosevelt said, âWalk softly and carry a big stick.â Adjusting the verbiage a bit to fit Bolton: âWalk ARROGANTLY and SWING a big stick.â
Kurt Nimmo recently wrote: âBolton and the neocons now infesting the White House are all about war, mass murder, starvation, and the engineered immiseration of millions.â
Pompeo and Bolton are birds of a feather. They are looking for a war. Any war. Presently attempting to push the U.S. into one with Venezuela.
Trump generally acts in an adverse fashion. He is a bully. Uncaringly hurts people. An evil man.
It bothers me that few Republicans stand up to him. They seem more concerned with politics rather than doing the right thing.
John Kennedy quoted Edmund Burke in a speech: âThe only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.â
So true.
Republicans get off your asses! Do something. Do not permit Trump to continue going unbridled.
We fail to recognize the extent to which robots are taking over. In the very near future, significantly fewer human jobs will exist because robots will have replaced the workers. Government is failing us. There are few, if any, retraining programs as yet.
Robot use has developed even further than most are aware. Certain robots now decide who gets a job, continues working, or gets fired. With no human intervention!
Such robots primarily involved with low paid workers. Software and algorithms deciding who continues working.
Amazon.com already utilizing robots in such a fashion. The robot tracks the productivity of employees and regularly fires those who under perform, with next to no human intervention.
Another example involves industrial laundry services. Robots are used to track seconds in the pressing of a shirt.
Friday. Looking forward to tonight. Have nothing to do as yet.
Enjoy your day!

Interview of Jatin Ahuja from Big Boy Toyz on Future of Indiaâs Premium Pre-Owned Car Market: Ken Research
Jatin Ahuja, the Founder and Managing Director of Big Boy Toyz, articulates the fact to Anish Malhotra, Market Research Associate at Ken Research Private Limited that pre-owned Mercedes Benz tops the chart with a fair margin when it comes to volume sales. This is followed by brands such as BMW and Audi, which experience cut throat competition. Other brands in the market such as Jaguar & Land Rover and Volvo are steadily increasing their penetration into market in terms of sales.
Question: What was the idea behind the inception of BBT? What kind of growth has the company witnessed since its inception? What future strategies does BBT have in the coming 5 years?
Jatin Ahuja- Big Boy Toyz is a one stop destination for pre-owned and new exotic cars under one roof.
Passion and liking for cars since my childhood days along with the intent to do something overtly different with it, is essentially the root cause of where you see us today.
Having started to work at the age of seventeen was the big differentiating factor that enabled me to gain the extra experiential edge and wisdom in the pursuit towards the business acumen required for cars.
We came up with Magus Cars Ltd in the year 2007 which was into importing high end luxury cars into India. The concept was new because some of the models like Porsche Panamera and BMW X6 made their arrival on our shores even before their official launch.
The practice gained traction and soon with a wide network of customers willing to sell their four wheel possessions and upgrading to a new one, Big Boy Toyz came into existence in the year 2009.
Housing 24 exotic brands such as Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati etc., BBT has close to 100 cars in its inventory at any given point of time spread across its three locations at Gurgaon, New Delhi and Mumbai.
All our customers have a 100% satisfaction rate and we look to draw immense motivation from it.
For the near future, BBT looks to have an expansive inventory of cars. Our entry into the new car segment has brought us extra sales. This was a well-articulated strategy on our part.
Having set up a base in Mumbai, the next in line are the cities of Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Question: Which specific reasons have led to the growth of Indiaâs Premium Pre-Owned Car market and what kind of growth has the market observed over the previous five years?
Jatin Ahuja- Since 2013, Indiaâs premium pre-owned car market has witnessed a double digit growth rate and at present one can witness the increase in sales units reaching to new level.
Major factors which has led to the premium pre-owned car market of India to reach a mature stage are the Rising Disposable Income, greater Product Acceptability, better transparent mechanisms, easy access to finance because of total financial inclusion initiatives taken by banks, nonbanks and captive financers and Influx of western trends.
Question: What do you think is the current market shares (in terms of Percentage) of Organized and Unorganized/Semi Organized Market in terms of total volume sales of major premium pre-owned brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, JLR, Volvo and several others?
Jatin Ahuja- As of 2018, the organized channel is supplying the Indian premium pre-owned car market with 20-25% of the volumes. On the other hand, the volumes of used premium cars in circulation with the unorganized/semi-organized and C2C market is in the range of 75-80%.
However, as per the current market trend, more unorganized dealers are upgrading themselves in terms of robust aftersales service and in house certification programs to meet the standards of organized channel, which is very crucial to attract more customers.
Having a genuine mechanism of assurance in terms of product quality qualifies to be the underlying basis for the pull factor.
Question: As per the current industry trend, what must be the split between the sales in Organized and Unorganized market via direct dealership Walk-ins Vs Online channel. Furthermore, which all 3rd party portals or online auto portals are mostly used by dealers in India?
Jatin Ahuja- Lately, it has been observed that both organized and Unorganized market have heavy dependence on the online channels for successful sale conversion of premium pre-owned cars with a lionâs share in the range of 81-85%. Almost every customer in search of a premium used car approaches the classified pages or online auto portals making it the very first point of contact.
On the other hand, there are very few customers who directly walk-in the dealership to inquire/ purchase a used premium car.
The Organized/ Semi Organized players have their own online portals, mobile applications to market their fleet of vehicles, however the Unorganized dealers resort to classified pages/ 3rd party auto portals such as CarDekho.com, Carwale.com, Cars24, OLX and even Facebook pages/WhatsApp groups.
Question: What is the general customer journey when it comes to purchase of premium used cars from organized and unorganized channels in India? Also enlighten us on how does each process create a distinction for the customer?
Jatin Ahuja- Buying the best value for money product from a trustworthy source has always been at the back of the mind of the customer as and when they explore certain organized/ Unorganized dealers for their next purchase.
Next comes the process where the buyer shortlists the available participants in the market. One thing which is very important here is to have a presence. Somehow or the other, your brand has to be highlighted before the prospective individuals and this is accomplished via a strong social media platform followed by outdoor advertising & events and to some extent even words of praise. It does add up to the recalling effect.
Having a professional touch to the website gives you a distinct advantage because the ease of browsing makes the customers aware of who you are and what you do.
The very fact that a potential buyer engages with you on an âonline call to actionâ button signifies that the   basics are correct and things are on track.
Relying immensely on a one to one informal relationship with the buyers has played a key success role for the unorganized channel.
And since times are changing, they too are seeing a definite improvisation in ensuring an exemplary buying and ownership experience.
Question: What is the certification process followed by Big Boy Toyz, being a semi Organized player? Also, how is the certification process offered by BBT different from that of other organized players such as Audi Approved Plus, Mercedes Benz Certified, Jaguar Land Rover Approved and BMW Premium Selection in the premium used car market of India?
Jatin Ahuja- Â The organized players have truly raised the bar and set an example for Indiaâs pre owned used car industry owing to their stringent checkpoints list.
Since a used car is in question, getting the basics right in terms of a comprehensive verification makes all the difference.
As mentioned earlier, Big Boy Toyz looks out for niche and rare exotic cars which have a clean history and have clocked less than 25000 km.
Our 151 checkpoints are like a rigorous test which decides our future course of action related to procurement. Once passed, the experts then proceed to prepare the certification for the particular model.
This being a mandatory process because BBT strives for quality always.
Question-After reaching out to both Organized and Unorganized players, we have observed that the sourcing of premium used cars varies in terms of trade-ins and buy sell/park sell concept.Dealership walk-ins and association with unorganized dealers helps the organized dealers to source vehicles. As per your understanding of the market, is there any other sourcing mode for organized players and how does it get distinguished with unorganized players?
Jatin Ahuja- The sourcing process for the organized players goes through a predefined evaluation process where even the seller (customer) is guaranteed of a satisfactory and adequate return.
BBTâs modus operandi is to pick cars from the best and trustable sources across India. Many of them include our customers too. We do get many walk-ins also on a daily basis wanting to get the best quote for their cars.
At times, due to a specific need and demand for a particular make and model of a car from a client, the sourcing team at Big Boy Toyz searches for appropriate references from the customersâ database to complete the task within the stipulated time.
For the new cars, BBT does bulk sourcing directly from the company to get a competitive price advantage.
As far as the unorganized domain is concerned, the shift towards ensuring a reliable procurement methodology has seen light in recent times which has definitely raised the bar in their forte.
Question: What kind of competition did Indiaâs certified premium pre-owned car market observe in the previous decade?
Jatin Ahuja- Itâs the trust which people have on a Mercedes Benz. So be it even a pre-owned three pointed star from the authorized franchisee outlets, customers are willing to go in for the purchase. So that is why it tops the chart by a fair margin.
BMW and Audi have a cut throat competition amongst themselves while Jaguar/Land Rover and Volvo are steadily entering into the frame in terms of sales. The market is at very young stage and is slowly moving towards a mature phase as more and more dealers are entering the market, thereby signifying immense potential for the Pre-Owned: New premium car ratio to surge to 1.5 times in medium run.

@hamlltvn I canât say no to you.
EDIT: @strongenoughfoundation @buckybarneshairpullingkink you guys are the best.
Prompt: Y/N is a new transfer student that catches the schoolâs golden boyâs attention. (yikes)
Alex smelled the pungent odor of cigarettes.
He stopped and spun on his heel, letting his nose lead him to the culprit. In a prestigious high school such as this one, deviant behavior was not tolerated. Smoking especially was a big no-no.
He spotted the tendrils of smoke floating through the air and he walked faster, ready to reprimand the student. As part of the student body government, he felt like it was his duty to make sure that the rules were obeyed.
He neared the bike racks, the strong stench of chemicals causing him to cover his nose. He paused, surprised to see the backside of a female student. He mentally shook his head, reminding himself that even if she was a girl, it didnât mean she could get off easily.
He cleared his throat, wanting to get her attention.
 Nothing.
He repeated himself, a bit louder this time, but still nothing.
âHey. Youâre not supposed to be smoking on campus,â he finally said, fed up with being polite.
She turned and Alex ignored the urge to take a step back.
Even though he had yet to meet her, he knew who she was. Sheâs been the center of attention since the moment she stepped foot on campus.
 Y/N Y/L/N.
Y/N, the new transfer student, the art prodigy, the hotel heiress⊠The list could go on and on.
She released another puff of smoke, cigarette between her lips.
 âI said â â
âYeah, I heard you,â she mumbled, unmoving.
Alex frowned and gave her a disapproving glare. When she took another puff, blowing the smoke between the two of them, he snapped. In three steps, he was in front of her, plucking the cigarette from her lips and crushing it under his boot.
âOne, youâre not supposed to be smoking on campus. Two, I should report you to administration, but Iâm not going to â consider this a warning â and three, you know smoking is bad for your health right? How did you even manage to get a hold of these?â he fumed, hands on his hips.
Y/N brought her charcoal-covered fingertips to her bangs, ruffling it, then laughed. âI get it, Mr. Treasurer,â she hummed, âno more smoking.â
Alex stopped his mini-lecture, surprised to hear her laugh. From what heâd heard she was a âfrigid bitchâ and a âholier-than-thou-know-it-allâ.  âI, uh, good,â he stuttered.
She adjusted her backpack strap and then bid goodbye with a nod of her head. Alex scratched his head, watching her walk towards the entrance of the campus, puzzled.
 What a strange girl.
  -
âI hate this fucking weather,â Thomas muttered, plopping beside Alex on the bench during lunch.
It was a dark and stormy day today, the gray clouds swirling in the sky promising a heavy downpour later in the afternoon. âIt sucks,â Alex agreed, dreading his ride home.
âDid you need a ride?â Jefferson asked, opening up his burger and removing the pickles and lettuce inside.
Alex rolled his eyes when he moved the vegetables over to his tray. âNo, not after last time,â he replies, remembering the riot he caused with his Maserati.
âIt was just a car,â Thomas mumbled around the burger in his mouth.
Alex gave him a blank stare. âFor rich people, driving a Maserati may be a common sight, but for the plebeians like me, weâre lucky to see it once in our lifetimes,â he says, voice tight from the touchy subject.
He was a bastard child and with his mother being part of a cleaning service company, he spent most of his childhood alone. Books were his only company. But it was a good thing; he developed his love of reading and became the poor genius that managed to get a scholarship to one of the most respected high schools in the nation.
Alex still remembered the drama surrounding his acceptance to the school. It wasnât an easy transition. Rich kids hated the idea that a poor boy like him rose up to their level. He was teased and bullied, with Thomas being the head-honcho. Luckily, the President of the SGA heard news of the situation and immediately squashed the drama. Alex was indebted to George for many things, but he was especially thankful for his encouragement to run for a position in the SGA. If he didnât, he wouldnât have learned what he was most passionate about.
Alex stole a glance at his friend, remembering how after weeks of arguing with Thomas on the details of an event and then some, George grabbed them by the collars and threw them inside a classroom. He didnât let them out until Thomas got off his high horse and Alex stopped antagonizing him.
It was a long, painful conversation, but it got the job done. The tolerance that theyâve had for each other eventually grew into respect that allowed them to become close friends.
âI have my momâs car today anyways,â Alex murmured, thankful that his mother was off today and lent him her car.
Jefferson made a noise of surprise. âThat junk still runs?â he scoffed, then grimaced when he realized what he said, âsorry.â
Alex glared at him. âHey, she might not look like your Maserati, but she runs just as well.â
This time, Thomas wisely chose to remain silent.
