Am I aware that Sam and Sadie are supposed to be the deepest characters with the most complex relationship? Yeah. Do I think any of them are half the character Marx is and won't ever have as interesting dynamics as they do individually with Marx? As well

If Marx at twenty-two had a problem, it was that he was attracted to too many things and people. Marx's favorite adjective was "interesting." The world seemed filled with interesting books to read, interesting plays and movies to see, interesting games to play, interesting food to taste, and interesting people to have sex with and sometimes even to fall in love with. To Marx, it seemed foolish not to love as many things as you could.

Kirby Fan Cast with Explanations (Villains Edition)

Nightmare: Clancy Brown, look Andrew Rannells did a great job in Right Back At Ya but I personally imagine Nightmare with a deeper voice and Clancy Brown is the only man for the job.

Dark Matter, Dark Nebula, and Zero/02: Scott McNeil, normally I want to avoid doubling up VAs but considering the close relation these characters have and that they're a hive mind, its okay for them to all be voiced by the same guy. He also has incredible range so he could do both a deep voice and a high pitched screechy voiced depending on how you imagine the characters (personally I see Dark Matter with a deep, gravelly voiced while Nebula and 0 have higher, screechier voices).

Marx: Marc Rafanan, he voiced Marx in TerminalMontage's Something About Kirby Super Star video.

Magolor: Alex Hirsch, the casting that started this entire thought exercise. I'd also have him voice Marx but I already said I wanna avoid doubling.

Taranza: Keith David, I imagine Taranza has a silky smooth voice and there isn't a voice that's smoother than Keith David's. Alternatively, David Oyelowo using his Kallus voice.

Sectonia: Either Catherine Tate or Marina Sirtis, Catherine does a very good overdramatic crazy lady as Magica DeSpell in the 2017 Ducktales Reboot while Marina is very threatening and malevolent as Demona and Matriarch Benezia in Gargoyles and Mass Effect respectively.

Susie: Kelly Sheridan, she played Starlight Glimmer in My Little Pony so she can sing, be evil, and be reformed.

President Haltmann: Larry Brantley, he plays Redd White, another purple haired evil businessman, in the Ace Attorney anime's english dub.

Clawroline: She speaks only in meows, so instead she'd have a Waddle Dee who's being forced to translate for her voiced by whoever we get to voice all the Waddle Dees.

Leongar: I know I said I want to avoid doubling up, but it has to be Clancy Brown doing his monstrous voice.

Fecto Elfilis: Rina Hoshino and Kotaro Watanabe simultaneously, just like they did with Mewtwo in Detective Pikachu.

Can't believe all the reviews and summaries of Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow act as if Sadie and Sam are the only characters. This is Marx erasure and I will not stand for it.

I don’t read much that isn’t SFF. I thought I would give this one a go, because John Green recommended it, and it’s about video games, and I like John Green and video games. As it turns out, it’s a lot more ‘John Green’ than video games. The book would, I think, might mean less to someone who has never experienced the wonder of a game that feels like it was designed just for them. On the other hand, that’s not really what it’s about. It’s mostly about art, about humans, about us. It’s about three people trying to create meaning, and have relationships, and live a life, even when it’s difficult. It’s about when loving is too hard, and when it’s too easy, and what you do when it’s gone. It’s not a happy book, but it’s heartbreakingly hopeful. It’s not perfect — it really only picked up at the end, which itself was perhaps more indulgent than I’d like, but this is a case where the imperfections don’t take away from the greater work. Sadie and Sam are written as humanly as I’ve ever seen, and while Marx is too perfect to be real, you can’t help but love him (people always talk about the book as if it’s just about Sadie and Sam; I find this insulting). It’s a lovely book, as long as you read through the parts where it isn’t.
