Rukako Urushibara has literally always been trans from the start and anyone that actually read the damn visual novel would know they damn well state it outright

Why do we treat other cases any different?

What other explanations are there really for a character like say, Maruruk who exists in a story where there’s already a prominent nonbinary character and countless other understated examples of diverse sexuality

I know the people that really argue these cases to the ends of the earth are transphobes who don’t care what the reality is, but at a certain point your detachment from ability to discern anything at all is called into question

Honestly baffling when in this year of 2024 people will read. And by extension write. Stories where “this character is a boy but their family / culture raised them as a girl / forced them to dress in feminine clothing”

And think this could mean anything else other than trans coding
