Oh, Catra absolutely sat Izzy down with the family photo album at one point. Finn has no shame, they're an actor after all, so they didn't think it was going to be a thing, until they noticed it was a photo album they hadn't seen before.

Just a thought - They might be setting Penny up to die so that Pietro has to die to bring her back... I don't think they would have brought up Pietro's aura being so low and how he created Penny's soul in the first place if they weren't going to do something with it. I do like Penny in this version more than I did her first version when we met her so I don't want her to die either!

A lot of people has been either worried or is predicting that Penny dies again and Pietro has to sacrifice himself -- but honestly I think V8C5 made sure that it wouldn’t happen. The fact that Pietro’s wish was revealed (of wanting to see his daughter live her life) makes it more likely that he will survive the season, because Penny and Pietro’s arc are most likely meant to succeed. RWBY plays a lot on hope. Penny already died once; it’s weird for her arc if she dies again (even if she’ll be revived after). That’s a bit uh, cheap?? I think? In any manner that Penny dies, I think it’s uhh... how do they call that? Non-sequitur? Regardless... RWBY doesn’t give the heroes second chances like that and not let them succeed the second time. Penny is no different.

Honestly if anything, that reveal of Pietro’s low aura might as well be a red herring, or something to keep the audience in suspense in waiting for the conclusion of his fate. But I’m at least 95% confident both of them will live.

I think that because of Blake's reaction to Yang falling in your #2 moment that she is going to realise that she needs to tell Yang of her feelings asap because one day it might be too late and she could regret not telling Yang about her feelings sooner... That and the Reunion 2.0 at Schnee Manor...

yes, good, exactly. that's what i'm hoping for in v9,,,, i just think they've gotta address her strong reaction, and i'd guess that having blake realize she needs to confess is the way they'll go about it

Hi Tip (Hope its Ok to call you Tip! Apologies if not...) Loved Of it's kind... I was wondering how Glimmer and Bow took their child having a new pet as it were... :)

(FYI, for context, this ask is talking about how Catra and Adora accidentally bond my Glimbow fankid, Ari aka Princess Arrows, to a baby Melog in my fic, Of Its Kind.)

So, long story short, Glimmer will not be pleased but she'll eventually come around on it.

See, in my head, the baby Melogs have to stay with Melog for a while after being born until they become independent because they are all kind of sharing the same energy at first until they get a little bigger? Don't make me explain asexual Melog reproduction as it exists in my brain, please. But it means the new little critter doesn't immediately have all its powers and doesn't come to live with Glimbow baby Ari until she's a toddler.

And by then Glimmer makes her peace with it because the baby Melog (crud, I'm going to have to name these things, aren't I?) matures way faster than an Etherian baby does so it protects Ari which helps a lot, especially when she gets her powers later. The alien creature can keep up with the kiddo easier than Glimmer or Bow can because of the mental link, it always knows exactly where she is. So it eventually becomes a member of the family and helps tremendously when their second child is born because Ari is much less jealous of new baby because she's got her little friend.

At some point when I stop having a million ship weeks to write for, I am going to turn my one-shot Babysitting Arrows into an ongoing series, about the Glimbow and Catradora babies so you can see all of this in action.

For the record, I really wanted to make the baby Melog into Enchanta the swan from the original She-Ra but a baby swan was not cute enough in my head so I went with a pony. But considering the thing can shapeshift like regular Melog, it will ultimately be able to turn into whatever she wants it to so I like to think swan is up there as one of the options.

HI for the wedding headcanons how about Blake and Yang... It's gonna happen one day!!!

so i did five about them already here, but since they never leave my brain i’ll do five more lol

they almost elope; they’re both incredibly stressed one day and they start to wondering if adding the stress of planning a wedding on top of all that is the best idea. “as long as you’re there, i don’t care how we do it,” yang says. in the end, they decide to plan it a little slower and go at a more comfortable pace rather than running off and just doing it alone. also, weiss would definitely kill them if they eloped

they’re glued to each other at the reception; as much as people keep trying to pull them in different directions, they keep finding their way back to each other. they’ve been separated for so long and had almost lost each other so many times that they don’t want to ever be apart again. this is their day, and they spend it together

blake starts to worry before the wedding; she has no doubts about marrying yang, but she does have doubts about herself. she worries that she might not be good enough, that she might hurt yang again, leave her again, break her heart again. ruby’s the one to help her through it. she knows how much blake means to yang and she knows how broken yang was without her. they complete each other in so many ways and ruby knows that they’re doing the right thing. blake is grateful for the new sister she gets out of this marriage and throws her a small smile during the ceremony

coco designs their outfits; i’ll leave open what they wear for y’all (i have my own thoughts tho) but they both know they want something unique for their wedding. they go to coco and talk to her about it and she pulls out a binder full of designs and swatches that she’s been building up for years. “i’ve got this for all my friends, but i had a feeling i’d hear from you two first.” she does a great job and they’ll never thank her enough

they do a reading of the faunus princess fairytale at the wedding; it’s tragic, sure, but it’s exactly what’s right for their situation. while they’ve both thrown themselves into the proverbial sea before, they’ve also found their way back to each other. maybe that fairytale was a past life of theirs, and maybe this life is the one where they’ve finally reunited. maybe this fairytale DOES have a happy ending, and maybe it’s theirs

they’re just a WEALTH of content i adore them so much

I’m reminded why @xaykwolf and I agreed when talking about RW.BY they will call me Blakey if my name comes up lol.

I love all of Blake’s smiles really, but it just so happens she seems to do it a lot because of Yang and really who can blame her?

I hope I'm not the only one but I am glad that Yang is laughing and enjoying herself fighting again esp after what happened in Vol3 and Vol4 for her. Even in the fights when she was looking for Raven she didn't seem to be having fun or enjoying herself as much.

Love the Bees and Neon - Three of my fav characters... Word of God says that they have designs for KI in Team FNKI and we are going to see them. They haven't said when yet so as you say V7 in Atlas might be the point where we see em all again. Neon is one of fav faunus after Blake and her mother so I would love to see her again too.

Oh, did they say that? That’s cool if true. I’d really like it if they brought back old characters to fill in minor roles and flesh them out at the same time--that’s also why I’m hoping to see Team CFVY again. 

They don’t need to come up with new ones all the time and I’d imagine it’d be easier to remodel an existing character then to build a whole new one from scratch.

Hi Love Blake and Yang and Bumblebee too and I hope it will be canon too... Also if you have seen the Adam short with Blake's bits apparently the background was the same colours at the bi pride flag... Take it as you will but it could be subtly telling us that Blake is at least bi...
