Marmaduke is still wondering why the ladies haven't fallen for his obvious and multiple charms.

Sally and William indulge in a bit of Watcher worship. And who can blame them - I'm just so good to my Sims!

Of all the Kellynch students though, Keziah and Nathan are probably having the most memorable year.

And she has so much to tell her diary about her experience so far of being a young adult! (Has anyone else noticed that all Sims are left-handed?)

I used to get SOOOOOO frustrated at my parents for anthropomorphizing their cat's behaviour. Marmaduke was the cat I grew up with, who slept in my bed every night and followed me about like a puppy, but they wouldn't let me kidnap him when I moved out.

my sister found him as a declawed, skin-and-bones stray, and his health never seemed to fully recover. in old age, he developed hyperthyroidism and once more became a raggedy skeleton man. he stressed easily, and to soothe himself, he would 'reaffirm' the boundaries of his territory by scent-marking and yowling. in an outdoors situation, this would deter healthy toms from the area, meaning less of a risk that old sickly Marm would get beat up by an intruder. BUT in a home environment, this meant that he was pissing on everyone's beds and screaming at the top volume.

my parents would say "he's spiteful, he shit on my sheets because he's mad at me," and I would say "he shit on your sheets because he's really stressed and sick, and could probably use extra play time and a trip to the vet."

to be fair, they did spend a fortune at the vet with him. and they medicated him every day, and kept him warm in knit sweaters when his fur turned thin and straggly, and provided him with laps. but having the "he's not doing this out of anger" conversation on repeat killed me a little.
