I wish Kris would reverse the botting sweeps. Absolutely batshit that good players got banned for botting while Marble got to continue playing after IP theft. Call it a temporary ban and make it be a warning if you wanna save face and make it look like that was your plan all along, but it just feels so unfair. Especially adding the warning into the games AFTER the bans.

Omg, please do a Western AU!!!!😍Marblellous made fanart of the Cross Guild as Cowboys, and they look so good.

Can you imagine they take over a town? Everyone is shitting themselves because, obviously, these guys are infamous outlaws.

Dracule Mihawk, the Sheriff Killer, Sir Crocodile, the Desert King, and Buggy, the Genius Jester.

Crocodile bought all the land and businesses in town, so he basically owns everything, except for the very popular saloon, which is the most successful business in town.

Crocodile keeps sending his men to the saloon the give offers to the owner, increasing the amount he'll pay for it every time, but the owner keeps turning it down.

At some point, he's pissed and decides to go there with Buggy and Mihawk to basically intimidate the owner. But when they get there, they see the owner is the Reader, they're so warm and welcoming, and the guys are instantly smitten'🥰

Also that’s suchhhh a good concept I love the idea of a powerful yet nice reader just murdering the boys with kindness.

💼🫧🥣 (Continued) But the big sticking point in the clarity issue is not the crime, but the punishment. Kris herself said the whole reason Marble wasn't banned was because it wasn't listed as a clear punishment for breaking the rule. The rules (last I checked) still don't say autorefreshing is an automatic ban either. It list a ban as something given in severe cases. People rightfully pointed out IP infringement is more severe than cheating because one has real world consequences. (done)

random gumiho things for nine

mostly inspired by the more traditonal idea of vile fox spirits that can shapeshift rather than possess people & have to kill them in a particular way to drain their life force & knowledge.

nine's mother likely wanted to access some object through his father who worked at a museum and smuggled historical goods, that's likely why she didn't kill him right away but he's quite confident by the time she would have gotten it, she likely would have. he was all head over heels for her until she randomly disappeared and dropped off a kido.

the power of a gumiho is stored within a marblel they carry hidden within their natural body. At the same time, their human shape is more or less a lie which is why nine inherited the abilities of the "fake" body and can alter his appearance but did not inherit any other magical traits. his mother was more 'human' when she carried him. tho, he does take more after her nature in personality in some aspects.

it's said that gumihos have one trait in appearance that is flawed and betrays them for not being human which can differ, for nine's mother this was her pupils being similar to those of a cat & the 'flaw' nine inherited. he tends to turn his eyes in the darkest natural shades of brown around strangers and if he deals with officials, often wears sunglasses just to avoid anyone would stare too long into his eyes to figure the pupil shape is off.

nine's human side is dominant, but his father assumes considering the gumiho's nature of stealing other people's energy and powers, it's hard to say if nine isn't able to do it in some shape or form if he really wants to.

for supernatural beings, nine likely smells like a human who spent too much time with shapeshifters due to human blood being the dominant part of his existence, he probably isn't too tasty for vampires cause he could taste like animal with human blood cocktail but idk about that
