Tom had no idea where he was leading them. “We can’t go back to the common room,” Abraxas said. “Not like this.” There were a million hidden places in the castle. If Tom had his choice, he would drag Abraxas all the way to the Forbidden Forest. I could kill him there, Tom thought. I could kill him and hide his body amongst the dark trees … They were delirious thoughts. Ridiculous thoughts. There was no way Tom could kill Abraxas Malfoy and get away with it. Malfoy licked his lips. They were pink and thin but not chapped. In fact they looked quite soft. Harry stared for entirely too long, lost in his own thoughts.

“Do you want to get out of here?”

“What?”

Malfoy looked him straight in the eyes. “Do you want to leave with me?”

Harry shuddered. It almost sounded as if Malfoy was propositioning him. “Um. Err. What about Hermione?”

“The party is over, Potter. I’m sure Granger’s about two seconds away from plunging face-first into her gigantic glass of wine.”

“Well …”

Malfoy was still looking at him, not shying away. He seemed determined. “Let’s get out of here. Come on.” He grabbed Harry’s hand.

A few minutes later, they stood in Malfoy’s flat overlooking the Thames. The city glittered below them.

“Would you like a drink?” Malfoy asked, shadows overtaking him.

“Yes.”

Malfoy made them refreshing brambles with blackberry liqueur. Harry was halfway through his drink before he finally took a seat. The settee was very posh. Malfoy joined him, sitting entirely too close.

It took a second bramble for Harry to slur, “I thought you were fucking Hermione.”

Malfoy’s eyes were dark and his cheeks were pink. He threw his blond head back and laughed. “No, you idiot. I don’t like fanny.”

This made Harry frown. “What’s there not to like?”

Malfoy frowned too as he chewed on a bit of crushed ice. “It’s all right, I suppose, but there are other things I like far more.”

“Like what?”

Then Malfoy set aside his drink and took Harry’s face in his hands.

“What are you doing?” Harry asked, head spinning.

“This.” Malfoy kissed him.

Harry wished he could say he was shocked, but he wasn’t. Malfoy hadn’t asked him for a drink, not really. He had asked him if he was willing to cheat on his wife while she was in Brazil.

“I’ve never done this before,” Harry gasped as Malfoy opened his mouth on his neck.

“Don’t worry, I’ll show you everything,” Malfoy said, his hand now between Harry’s legs, squeezing. “Everything.”

I remember several scenes of Hermione taking care of Snape after DE meetings, but I fear they have all gotten mixed up in my head over the years. From the more famous fics, I think these have scenes such as the ones you are looking for:

Chasing The Sun by Loten - M, 60 chapters - AU, from Order of the Phoenix onwards. Hermione only wanted to learn Healing; she discovers that Professor Snape is a human being after all, and his actions dramatically shape the course of the war as events unfold. Complete.

Padfoot Fest 2024 Reveals

Hello everyone!

The time everyone has been waiting for has come. It's been a week since our last Padfoot Fest work was posted which means we can now reveal all the authors, so everyone can run to show more love for their other works.

As mods, we would like to sincerely thank all the participants. We are immensely grateful to them for creating a great variety of fics, all celebrating our beloved Sirius Black. We love the works, and we are so so proud of everyone's efforts. We are so thankful for all these works that contribute to the amazing thing that is the Marauders fandom.

Hi! I'm looking for a fic that i'm pretty sure is post-war drarry. What i remember is Draco works a minimum wage job as train ticket boy or something to do with working at the station, i'm just not sure if it's muggle or wizarding. But one of the first scenes is Harry meeting him for first time after a while at the train station and is surprised at how much draco has fallen from grace or something along those lines.
