Todoroki is dating Midoriya, Bakugo, and Monoma and is in a qpr with Momo. Meanwhile, Momo is dating Jiro. Bakugo is also dating Kirishima in addition to Todoroki, and Kirishima is in another polycule with Denki and Sero, who are dating both him and each other. Denki is also dating Shinso!

I might add on to this with some pairing dynamic headcanons later, but that's all for now
