It has been a great honor and privilege to work alongside Police Chief Domenic DiMella over the years, in my current capacity as Town Manager and prior to that, as the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen and as a Saugus Police Officer 👮. Chief DiMella has worked incredibly hard to implement and uphold the highest standard of safety and professionalism within the Saugus Police Department and in the department’s service across the community overall. Chief DiMella will be sorely missed. He is much more than a Police Chief; he is an asset to the residents of Saugus and a long-time friend of mine.
