God I don't ever want to defend the US, but people think because the US is an insane military power and a global menace that their citizenship is privileged, which for the majority is simply not the case. The life expectancy between Argentina and US has a differential of less than 1. Argentina has a higher literacy rate than the US. Argentina has widespread functional public transportation that is sparse in the US. Argentina doesn't have a crisis of fire arms. You can complain about perception all you want, but demeaning the average American citizen because of a global reputation built by propaganda isn't the bold leftist stance you think it is. Grow up and stop pretending USAmericans are some monolith acting against the "third world" and not people living in a fascist republic. Your attitude is a hurdle to global working class cooperation.

The US being an insane military power and a "global menace" (not exactly the words I'd use but oh well) is PRESICELY why their citizenship is privileged. Or what? You think the US military invades and destroys other countries for the funsies? That military is in place to make sure the US has those privileges. That's why you can have all kinds of fruits and vegetables available all year round, that's why imported products are cheaper for you than they are for the people who's countries they actually came from, that's why your idea of "poor" is a third world person's idea of middle class or sometimes even rich, that's why in literally every career you already have an advantage over being born in the US.

I don't get the purpose of your little rant. Are you trying to tell me Argentina is more privileged than the US??? Did you actually sent me this ask for the conclusion to be "actually I'm the victim here"? Sorry have you ever spent over 300 thousand on groceries and smiled because you thought it was gonna be WAY more???? I mean this gently but I have to say somethin' here- I've been getting so much "make your skirts cheaper" "I love this but why are they soooo expensive" etc lately and like look, I know a lot of this is because times are hard.. (otherwise why would I be hearing this more & more this year when prices haven't changed compared to last year) but I just wanna say that one of the only ways I could lower prices (if I was ruthless and didn't care) would be to cut sizing options. Like idk how to word what I'm trying to say, but just know when you shout stuff like this at other brands & they decide they need to find a way to cut costs to lower prices, being size inclusive is gonna be one of the first things to go. I have no plans to do this myself, but for example, a D Size Skater costs me almost twice as much (talking about only the direct from the manu cost, there are other factors too such as that they weigh more so that adds more shipping costs as well) as an A Size Skater. Say I cut D Size altogether.. and many companies would have by now while also not even lowering the price.. I could increase my profit margins significantly right away. Now lets say I cut both C and D and become a shop that only offers the standard range of SM-XL. Wow! Suddenly profits are up so much!! Or maybe going not full corporate greed, I could handle lowering skater prices by like $10 (random number not based on real math idk what things would actually work out to because I'm not gonna do it). But now no one over a size XL can order from me. I fear none of what I'm trying to get across is getting across but I just mean to say, in order to offer what I offer, the prices need to be what they are. They aren't set arbitrarily high & lowering them would mean needing to make choices that I will not make (becoming less size inclusive or making my business unsustainable in the sense that it would not survive long).

My understandings of what Primarchs are currently alive and dead, what their status' are: Loyalists: Leman Russ: Running butt ass naked in the Warp, if the armour if any indication. Probably a Wulfen and horribly mutated like Corvus. Possibly could be fine. Chances very slim for him not be a mutated wolf thing with viking braids. Anyway his sons are mildly disturbed by the armour they keep finding Lion: Alive and pissed. Commits so many war crimes behind Guilliman's back. May or may not be making it his personal goal to give Guilliman as many grey hairs as possible. Roboute Guilliman: Stressed and thinks humans can't rule themselves. Asshole. Needs a break and to actually spend time with humans and actually thinking about the fact it's been ten thousand fucking years. That's impressive for an empire. Corvus Corax: Fucked up bird man in the warp. Probably learning that feathers suck to get blood out of and questioning how the fuck his white winged brother kept his feathers so fucking clean even though said brother routinely caused blood baths in life. Has probably pecked someone to death. Vulkan: Probably alive. Somewhere. Might actually be in a volcano somewhere. His death goes against his lore so who knows what the fuck is going on here. Jaghatai Khan: Also in the warp, has no idea where the fuck he is and isn't stopping for directions. Honestly he's actually existed the warp couple of times he was going so fucking fast. Probably also slowly getting mutated. Might be fine though. Probably passed a naked Leman a couple of times and is really confused by the fucked up bird thing calling itself Corvus. Rogal Dorn: Could be dead, could have a sick ass prosthetic hand. No idea what's going on with him. Sanguinius: Incredibly dead. Probably a good thing that he is. Otherwise he'd probs be a traitor primarch too with the Imperium in its current state- Ferrus Manus: Also very dead. Probably was seething mad at being killed by Fulgrim. Very likely died seething mad. Traitors: Fulgrim: Is a four armed winged snake thing. Having mad sex and doing way too many drugs. Probably also eating a lot too. And then sleeping it off because snake. Has a chunky boyfriend if Tumblr is to be believed. Magnus: Trying to rebuild, also an arrogant prick. I support him even if he's a dick. If only because what happened to Prospero was a travesty of the highest order. You go my weird rainbow nipple horned demon prince. What is your obsession with titty horns??? Mortarion: Depressed but has family. Is infected with diseases that are probably not even invented yet. Probably also not a skinny rail of a man anymore courtesy of Papa Nurgle who is a better dad then the Emperor ironically. Probably can't stand to look himself in the Mirror. Angron: Angy, so very angy. And obsessed with blood. Even if he wasn't immortal by virtue of being a demon prince, he'd probably be too angry to die. Not entirely sure if this is actually better then being dead. Lorgar: Not entirely sure, but I assume he's somewhere in the warp spreading the word of chaos like some sort of messed up anti jesus or something.

Alpharius /Omegon: One's dead, the other is alive. Which twin died and which one is alive is a damn good question. Possibly neither are even dead. Absolute bastards (affectionate). Perterabo: Grumpy old man wanting to be left alone and forge. He yearns for it. Mostly content to just make stuff and burn his skin off. Good things he's a demon now I guess. Go make stuff, have a hobby that's kinda healthy. Sort of. Konrad: Pretty dead. Saw it happen and let it happen. Probably for the best because dear god this man as a demon prince is terrifying. Horus: Also very dead. Might actually be even more dead then Sanguinius considering Horus' soul was probably destroyed.

For Peace of Mankind: analysis of the nature of Foundation and its similarities to Manus Vindicate

It doesn't take long for us to realise the morally grey nature of the Foundation and the scope of power it has. Arguably the aims of the Foundation place it no better than Manus Vindicate in their goals as the future and "peace" they champion is founded on ideas around limitation and control.

(This is an essay just exploring how the Foundation does have alot in common with the Manus)

The Foundation

Its interesting how early on the game establishes Vertin's independence to the actions of the Foundation, seeking out Regulus and attempting to help her against the wishes of the Foundation knowing that if Regulus had been dragged by Sonetto to be registered she would have likely been taken by the Storm.

Tbh we can be here all day listing the problems of the Foundation (experiments on children and the manipulation of a 12 year old, constant pressure on arcanists to register, everything about Laplace as an institution especially with the Mesmers, Zeno with Rayaskhi and why is Lilya already a functioning alcoholic at 14) but here I'm placing emphasis on the aim of the Foundation.

Sure they at least aim to stop the Storm (Marcus in Chapter 6 "at least the Foundation are trying to stop it but you're speeding it up") but in terms of relations between humans and arcanists, the goal seems less pure.

Chapter 6 establishes that humans do not benefit in anyway from the continuing Storm, the Foundation is an organisation primarily run by humans and yes there are both humans and arcanists in the Foundation that seek to work together to end the Storm - it seems more like returning to a previous status quo in 1999 than improving and moving forward to the future.

Thematically and narratively the Foundation is dogmatic, the "born to die martyrs" line doesn't paint a positive image of the Foundation. The institution of the SPDM seems to aim to control the future of arcanism in children, where censorship and suppression with knowledge is commonplace. The idea of the "rational" human and "emotional" arcanist is continuously hammered down by the Foundation and Laplace.

(Im not equipped at all to talk about mental health but it is questionable how the Foundation/ Laplace deal with it, Vertin's induce coma used as a political manoeuvre to isolate suitcase fam under the pretence of "extreme trauma" (yes there is an orchard of trauma but the timing is suspicious) and the whole story of Scot Mesmer in Three Doors)

The Manus

We already know there is a chess motif in the designs of the Foundation, the checkered designs on clothing and Constantine's need to one up a child in a game of chess.

The colours of both fractions are presented as opposing but more interesting is how the normal foot soldiers of both sides wear headgear that obscures the eyes (the Foundation staff headpiece thing and the Manus mask).

This can be interpreted as how neither fraction as a whole look to the future or moving forward but instead to a ideal period of time: the Manus the "garden that doesn't exist" and the Foundation "peace of mankind" or to whatever the status quo was in 1999. They are two sides of the same board.

Am I saying Vertin might break away from the Foundation eventually? No I don't think so, both are aligned in goals to stop the Storm. However thematically and narratively its fascinating how the Foundation has been set up as a complex institution we do not wholly trust but regardless root for in the game.

Yes. Every fucking day. Two of my friends are incredibly talented and want to pursue animation, but they're scared shitless of it cause with the INCAA closing and how little opportunities there are for that in this part of the world they are considering not doing it. I'm studying two careers at the same time (film, which is what I want to do, and a back up career as a translator) cause even though i love film the state of the industry scares the fuck out of me.

Merch Previews + Updates!

The shakers have finished production pretty quickly! They've already been shipped out by the manu and should be arriving to me in the next week or two! I also have the preorder bonus sticker sheets in hand, they came out great! After preorders, any extra sheets will be included with shakers while supplies last.

Also getting the rest of these moon charms to assemble with the sparkly little bun guys this week!

Angela and Roland stickers to pair with the sticker book are also here, I like how the holo effect came out!

Once all the goods are with me I'll take more photos with the light box I made for maximum eye candy. Speaking of, here's more that I threw together for standees-

As for production on other preorder items that will be longer:

Pudding charms are arriving to me today! Hoping to have them all assembled to ship out those preorders before Saturday and put the extras in shop for those interested!

Ekiben sets! - Just started production and will take about 1-2 months, and then a couple weeks to ship to me.

Soda Cans! - Production is finished, BUT still waiting to hear back if they can be shipped before the end of the year. There's a risk of the liquid charms cracking and leaking if the temperature is too low, so at latest they may not ship until late January/February!

That should be all on updates! All of these guys are up on shop right now (aside from the submas designs for the mini standees, might have to do a small restock next year if there's interest...), and preorders end 11/16 around midnight! You can get goodies below!

Also while I'm here, I'll mention I'm planning to send out another interest check for feedback on shop stuff in the near future!
