Summertime makes me crave fresh, cool, healthy dishes ... so I made this! Mango Salsa Pasta Salad 🥭 Method and ingredients: 🌱Gluten free pasta cooked, drained and placed in a gallon size zip lock bag in an effort to add the following ingredients, toss until I liked it enough to pour it into a bowl, cover with Saran Wrap, let sit for at least an hour and eat it! 🌱As much of the following as your little heart desires: Diced mango Diced tomato Organic corn Diced red bell pepper 🌱Dashes of: Onion powder Cardamom Tri color pepper Himalayan sea salt Everything but the bagel seasoning Cayenne Coconut sugar Garlic infused olive oil Apple cider vinegar 🙌🏼 I don’t follow a recipe and I don’t measure anything. 😂 But in my defense I started with two fresh mango and then started pulling ingredients that I already had and decided this would be beneficial to my body. 🥭 It’s a guessing game and a challenge for me to end up with something nutritional, cool, refreshing and of course to satisfy my cravings. This chopped salad is so yummy! The secret ingredient is this mango salsa from @dierbergs and these sweet potatoes that I roasted with olive oil, salt, pepper and agave syrup!
