Hey hey so I just got one of the night vale tarot decks (so late I know lol), and I noticed something interesting when I opened it? Some of the major arcana cards were misplaced. Like, Strength and The Hermit were the last two cards in the deck, and The High Priestess through The Chariot were mixed in with the rest of the deck.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to mark down where the misplaced cards were until after I'd put them in the right order, since at first I thought it might just be a packaging error. Then I thought "Well, this is Night Vale, so who knows."

Was wondering if this happened with anyone else's deck. Didn't see anything when I googled it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I got the Holloway deck btw.

the fact doc's built texas hold'em in hermitcraft btw has me like. god i have got to see these people play poker. i need to understand what their playstyles is. this is vital to me. is my estimation of their characters through "how they play cards" correct atm. i haven't heard about any wild hermit poker games yet so i am currently semi-confident i haven't missed one. the fact that "wild hermit poker games" is now fully a possibility is a gold mine for people like me specifically. thank you docm77,

I think there's a lot of evidence in canon to suggest that Mihawk doesn't want to be lonely. But he doesn't know how to be around other people without expecting too much of them and always ultimately ending up disappointed when they fall short.

Sometimes when he looks at Shanks, all he can see is failed potential and broken promises he made with no one but himself.

Even now he tries not to linger longer than he has too;

Shanks' future no longer has any room for him and so Mihawk remains stagnant stuck 10 years in the past, alone. He doesn't know how to be anything else.

That is until a couple of pesky cotton candy haired children barge into his castle and into his life and drag him head first into the future too

Yk, I hate that adaptations keep making Peter a high schooler, and not just because it means he never evolves, but because the adaptations now also include wider Marvel, whitch usually (thanks to the MCU) is at the modern day stage with legacy characters and new age teen heroes, meaning that Peter is taking up Miles' spot and you can really tell when they put him next to someone like Kamala Khan or Sam Alexander who are Miles' pals. Tho Peter taking Miles' stuff is just a modern issue overall, just look at MCU whitch just stole and re-skinned Miles' personality, characters, story-beats, even the costume to an extent and then made it worse.

I find it so painfully heartbreaking that Solomon just...laughs off all the derision, the name-calling, and possibly even did "evil" things on purpose because it's expected of him at this point. (He had not always been like this as Thirteen pointed out before). There was a time when he was "innocent". When his soul sparkled. When it resembled the kind of soul everyone in these god forsaken (pun intended with spite) three realms seemed to associate with the ever loved MC. He's just...worryingly carefree. And because he's like that, he feels even more of a tragic character to me.

Sometimes it even seems that he himself would seemingly make up excuses on why he's hated. Oh, it's because I'm a sorcerer this. I might have won a war against Devildom single-handedly this. I have forgotten. But maybe, I did something bad, that. Hon, you were doing that to SURVIVE. You don't have to be a faultless person to deserve compassion. You don't have to be MC to deserve to be loved.
