I love how Terry Pratchett weaves these interesting, beautiful, inspiring ideas through his stories only to find 3/4th of the way through it was all build up for an incredibly cheap pun.

okay so it's a transformers human au focusing on megastar mostly.

megatron was an army general for a time before injuring her right arm bad enough that she had to retire. she was pretty depressed for a while after this because she doesnt know what to do with her life, and she had to go to physical therapy to deal with the injury and learn to use her left arm as her dominant hand.

in someway, I'm think perhaps a pawn shop or whatever, megatron obtains a possessed second generation colt single action revolver. this possessed revolver just so happens to also be starscream. this, of course, causes problems.

somehow, because megatron is now in possession of a bitchy little gun she gets involved in a bunch of magic bullshit, and everytime it is necessary to battle whatever enemy they have he has to bicker over her plan with starscream (who always insists that she has a better plan, and half the time would rather shoot megatron than the bad guy) before starscream actually let's them fight

I made them lesbians because I felt like it when I was drawing out the designs, but not necessarily gender bent, because idk I think transfem megatron would be fun (I also drew megatron with an adams apple so we're going with it). plus butch lesbian megatron <3

I dont have everything about the au developed yet because I came up with it today while reading the color of magic, but I do have a lot of thoughts regarding their dynamic and their designs (such as megatron having a tattoo sleeve on her left arm, and starscream being engraved, if they matched it would be cool, yknow?)
