Kayne / Cain / Carmichael is definitely Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos, the bringer of strange joy. The King in Yellow is a Great Old One, but the Crawling Chaos is one of the Outer Gods.

And I am absolutely living for it. He’s the best/worst thing that could happen to tragic-romantic Arthur and sullen, ardent John, and the arrogant, demanding King in Yellow.

ok im makign mac and cheesey s2 finale time. i told mischief yesterday that i assumed this season having 8 eps meant it would end with arthur and john escaping the dream lands and they laughed at me. so im scared. but im sure hteyll b fine and nothing bad will happen this episode 👍
