KODAK AT DIGITAL: Pagiging parte ng UPIS ayon kay Ms. Cielo Corpuz
Ni Zenith Macatangay | Nobyembre 15, 2024
Tumblr media
Mula ceiling to baba.”
“Very grade conscious na sila ngayon.”

Favorite type of chocolate?
Dark, presuming that's what's being asked.
To give you a bit more to chew on (both figuratively and literally, should you take one of them as a recommendation):
1. On the flip side, white is my least favorite, but there are examples of a white/white chocolate product beating out its more cacao-y competitors for me.
2. I'd be interested in trying more of their stuff, but I believe it was a Malagos (Philippines-based chocolate brand) dark chocolate bar that I found unique because it felt like a wine tasting: it was a simple chocolate bar but you get notes of fruit and such. I can't recall the specific notes as I only had it once.

All these years, lagi akong may bangs na tanging ako lang ang dapat naggugupit. This year, napansin ko na hindi na siya umaayon sa gusto ko. Mas nangingibabaw na ang noo which I don't hate, at hindi ko rin naman gusto. So I let it go, grow.
I never liked my eyes kasi never na siyang iniwan ng eye bags. Which I think ang laking factor ng cortisol ko kaya ganyan. And since I have RBF, my eyes are not very giving a friendly vibes and all.
But I like it now. I like how they shine kapag merong something interesting akong nakikita, nababasa, or naririnig. I like how they express kapag nanalo si anger sa utak. I like how people describe it kapag all smile talaga ako. I love how it can act tough pero sobrang babaw naman lumuha. I like how people use eye contact as their language while I am still working on mine, as a shy person.
If you ask me, what changed? I wish I can enumerate things or sabihing "nothing, really".
Let's just say, I now like them not because for how they look, but for how they see things as they are. 🩷
And yes, healing looks good on me. At sa'yo rin. ✨

I slept overnight at Lek's house. Before I was leaving her house, she handed me some pumpkin and papaya. I made Kengso malago, which is a sour curry with sardines. I picked a lot of lemons in my garden. I developed my own dishwashing liquid with sodium laurel, salt, and lemon juice. I enjoy living in my tiny village, even if I am not particularly good at gardening. I met a lady at the kids' school, and she inquired how much I earn as a babysitter per month for each child. I told her 9,000 Baht. She claimed it was good, but it was less than her daughter's salary for working as a babysitter in Bangkok, which was 40,000 Baht. We went home. Phumjai was angry with his sisters and fled. I told him to leave, but be careful because it was getting dark. He might see something he does not want to see. He became terrified and wanted to return inside. I watered the plants, which I regret because it is currently raining.
