It's very interesting to listen to history lectures that first say that there was no slavery at a certain period of time, and then follow it up with something like: "women didn't have the right to marry at their free will, property was passed down from father to son..." and so on.
you are absolutely sure that there was no slavery, right?

You can actually die from giving birth.
This is one of the points that the "adoption is always an option" folks forget.
People don't like to die over a child they don't want.
Every day, 800 mothers die from complications linked to pregnancy.
Even if nobody dies, a pregnancy is still a very big deal, because a person with a utero has to carry a fetus, and be disabled, for 9 months.
After the pregnancy, the body must re-adapt to its normal shape, and this process, even if not dangerous, is long and uncomfortable.
Pregnancy is a big deal, don't force it on other people.
Other than that, you can't really ban abortion, you can only ban safe abortions, since from the very first time people started to write about pregnancy, they started to write about abortion too.

Interesting how the BDSM community happily shames people for being “vanilla,” yet claims they’re being “kink-shamed” when facing any criticism

Because bringing the past back (Conservatism) and protecting a fictitious concept of a master race (Nazism) are both delusional whims that belong to the fantasy realm lol
sorry sometimes I just want to read actual good criticism of a series but instead I get bombarded with "it's woke" instead
I find this a really bizarre complaint for FANTASY of all things, idk why it's become the genre that conservatives and outright Nazis cling to

I came across a post yesterday of radfems who have had abortions discussing how it was a lot more painful, emotional, and traumatic than they were expecting, and how they wish they had known that going into it, how they didn't have informed consent, how they didn't like how flippant radblr was about it, etc.
but it's like. lmao. pro-lifers have been sharing info about how traumatized women are from abortions, for AGES, but it gets dismissed as "anti-choice propaganda." and I won't deny that pro-lifers have an agenda when they share info about how abortion traumatizes (or injures, or even sometimes kills) women, but everyone acts like pro-choice people suppressing or dismissing that info isn't also informed by an agenda...
anyway the conclusion some post-abortive radfems came to was that despite how awful their abortions were they wouldn't want that choice taken away from other women, etc. but it's like. this is the same behavior they criticize in trans people, specifically trans people traumatized or injured by "gender affirming surgeries" but who go on to say that those traumatic surgeries should remain available to people who "need" them
I know a lot of radfems have no self-awareness but I was gobsmacked reading all of this. I felt bad for them but also just frustrated because *they* are part of why women don't have informed consent when it comes to abortion :-T
We all have an agenda and that's okay, but I'm issue is with people coming up under false pretense. Hiding behind some "neutrality" or some shit. There's nothing "neutral" about abortion. Abortion is DISRUPTIVE by nature....
And your exemple with trans regret is BRILLIANT. I already put out the hypocrisy of some radfem calling out the non necessary/invasive nature or "gender affirming care", and then condone cutting your tubes, and providing a list of crooked specialists who won't bother doing a background check to see whether you're admissible. Deadass screaming oppression & misogyny because women can't sterilize themselves..i mean, how DARE a health professionals checking your mental & physical health before making a life changing body alteration that can have serious consequences on your body..... Expecting such prerogative is veeery TRA coded.. please radfemistan, get up!! lol
Those women think they are sooooo special lol
Remember when I said radfem where the biggest choice feminists? They'll clown libfem but liberal feminists are immensely more coherent in their ideology ("anything I CHOOSE to do is valid"). Radfem will pretend it's okay to question women's choice......UNTIL it comes to abortion 🤡 "informed consent" is impossible in such circumstances bc radfem will gaslight anyone putting the light on the actual risks & downside of abortion. And just like that, they start to sound like science denialist TRA, denying basic scientific statements such as "an fetus is human", pulling out deranged copium galaxy brain takes à la "humanhood ≠ personhood uwu" LMAO.
Also look how like the TRA, they obsessively try to change word meaning & definition. For exemple them trying to lump the experience women who lost their child in utero with thosewho went out and killed them, calling them both "abortion". And this shit pisses me off soooo bad bc my own sister lost own one of her child and she would wish it on NO ONE. She wouldn't be there flaunting about losing her baby like those dumb ass be flaunting about "loving divorce and loving abortion". Those women are disgusting but they're so far their up ass and think bringing up raped & impregnated little girls makes them having the upper moral ground somehow.
Mind you, the physical & psychological consequences of abortion are well known but watch radfem downplay them because of their agenda... Yet they will do THE MOST about trans regret, and vilainize detransioners refusing to rebuke the trans ideology altogether 🤣💀 ... meanwhile, they'll do the EXACT SAME by struggling with abortion yet refusing to rebuke the abortion propaganda lol
Sorry but they can't fake concern about trans regret & make fun of TRA cult-like vow of silence about detransition........while having the same behavior with abortion trauma 🥴
I always said TRA and radfem were both fanatical cults on opposite sides of the spectrum. They've shown time & time again how vile & hypocrite they could be. There's no wonder they hate each other so much: they project one another own ugliness straight into their face loooool

Hi there! I wanted to ask you something.
I've stumbled upon some of your older posts and I saw that you don't shave. How did you get the confidence to do this? I've been trying to let go of this beauty practice but it's difficult because of the stereotype that women who don't shave are "ugly" and "unhygienic". Which I know it's dumb, because if it's not dirty in men then it's not dirty in women, but I do care about what other people think. I actually stopped shaving my eyebrows and forehead a long time ago (around six years already), but it's my legs and armpit hair that's more difficult to deal with. I stopped shaving enterily for the colder months, but I can't stand it in summer. And I don't even show my armpits in summer since all my shirts and dresses have sleeves yet it still bothers me since it's the hairier part of my body (except for my bush but she's fine to me lol). So even though I do admit it's partially because I care what others think, it's also a me problem. Like I internalized it's gross and ugly, specially because it's very dark colored hair. The leg hair is worse because in summer I can't stand wearing pants because I overheat, so I wear dresses or skirts and they're usually knee lenght (or slightly longer) so I feel the need to shave.
I feel stupid just writing this but I do care too much about what others think of me. Like a few months ago I hadn't been shaving my armpits for a while until one day I was having lunch with my auntie and a deodorant commercial featuring a woman w unshaved armpits came on and she expressed disgust at her and said how much she hated women who didn't shave :') I love her tho and I felt so bad I actually started shaving again lol I know, weak.
So have you always not shaved, or was there a time when you removed your hair? What made you stop? Have you ever gotten negative comments or stares?
I mean, it's very easy for me to not shave bc I'm literally a homebody who doesn't socialize AT ALL. When I go outside it's always alone so I really don't care about my hair...
Did you know that shaving became normalized precisely BECAUSE women started showing off more skin? So depending on your style, you may have more or less issues dealing with showing unshaved parts lf your body. Personally I don't wear mini skirts anymore and once you embrace the long/oversize swag, shaving is not that much of an issue anymore. So for a beginner, I'd recommend wearing clothes covering the unshaved parts of the body. You can find pretty mesh tees you can wear with a tank (beneath), or loose long pants for the summer.
No offense but your aunt sucks lol She's giving "guardian of the patriarchy" ...but I understand that her remarks stung bc it's always those closer to you that hurt you the most.... TBH I'd recommend you to not be too much around people who make you feel insecure on your body, even if it's your family. I once told my sister off when she make a weird remark about my natural hair and how about when I was going to "deal with it" (mind you, it is my natural hair!! I deal with with already by moisturizing & hydrating it, but texturism is deeply rooted in black people so nappy hair = unkept for them...)
I think I stopped shaving in my late 20s - around the same time I stopped wearing bras lol. Never coming back. The first thing I stopped shaving was my pubes because the skin rash was UNBEARABLE (whether it was with razor or wax). I think it's very unnatural to shave down there... My skin has never been clearer now I don't shave anywhere tbh And not shaving my armpits didn't make me sweat more... I use to sweat quite a lot under the arms so I started using men deodorant and I'm doing just fine🤍
Also becoming more misandrist based as I grew older, I told myself that I should never go to such length, hurting myself to make my body "sexy" enough for some moid. The man who'll have the privilege of having sex with me would rather love me as I am. I'm sexy enough.
I think it's easier to assess some iconoclast lifestyle once you grow older. That being said, it's easier to break habits when your younger.... IDK if that makes sense?? It's not a coincidence those guardians of the patriarchy tend to be older women... : they've always been that way and can't handle another way to live your life as a woman. There's GOT to be something wrong with women not shaving/never having had a boyfriend/unmarried/childless... So if you wanna take such leap regarding your lifestyle/body care, you'd rather take them asap.
Also I noticed my hair has become more sparse since not shaving them - especially on my legs. They grow perpendicularly to my skin to they're somehow less visible (?) lol

Hey went through your answered tag after a while away from Tumblr and that user imm1grant is a transwoman troll so don't pay much attention to him. This message is mostly to the anon who seemed quite overwhelmed (don't know if she'll see this).
I think someone else warned me about that user but I don't know what post you're referring to, sorry

EAST ASIANS COOKING NOT USING ANY BUTTER, SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE

Watching continental East Asia food content feels so healing & vindicating to me bc they don't obsessively shove cream or cheese into ANYTHING, just crunchy vegetables, tasty meat, salsa & chill vibes

I HATE north American recipes because those fatass cannot make recipe without shoving a shitload of butter, sour cream or cheese in it and call it "cuisine".
The other day I watched a video of a cooking show where the challenge was to "elevate" a noodle pack and you know what the chef did?? PUT BUTTER AND CHEESE IN IT and all the dumbasses around & in the comments were like "ohhh it looks dEliCious!" the F is didn't!!! They just added FAT. Fat is not savoury or tasty.
why are those people eating like they had a decent healthcare system??????
Fatasses eating like fatasses in a country ruled by a fatass plagued with an epidemic of fatasses eating fatass food that makes them fatasses die !!;!

Maybe maybe the reason why dating is generally terrible and relationships end up sucking is because neither person ever liked one another to begin with. Just swaths of people who are together because they feel like it’s the right thing to do or they think being loved by another person will in turn make them love themselves.
