Last year on vacation with your family
Family time was a very important moment for my family, since we did not live in our hometown. So we needed to arrange our trips each year. Every vacation with my family always was perfect. Even if we had just a couple of days together in some places where sometimes it was not as good as we thought, we enjoyed our occasion because it was fulfilled with love, laughter, and fun. And our pleasant vacation of last year was in Pakchong, from the 1st to the 3rd of June.
We rented a beautiful, big house with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a swimming pool. The building was located on a hillside. Everyone was stunned to see a private white house among the woods that made the atmosphere quite quiet and sylvan. There were many birds in the trees, some butterflies, and little white squirrels that were jumping from one tree to another one. We got into the house, which was clean and cozy. We decided to swim when we saw a clear of water in the swimming pool.
In the evening, we helped each other in the kitchen and set the table for dinner in the garden. The weather was so nice, and we were surprised to see three deer in the front yard. They were very lovely and graceful. Unfortunately, we had to move back inside the house because it was drizzling. We sat and chatted in the living room till midnight. My brother felt comfortable sleeping on a huge, soft sofa all night long.
The next day, we went to ride bikes while our parent took a rest at the resort. We got into the woods to look for the deer, but we did not see any of them. My sister asked to stop at a field to pick up some ruby grasses that were spread all over the wide land. My brother took many photos of us. We brought a handful of the natal grasses for our mother. We did like the place too much, so we spent our good time without going out to the town until we checked out on the last day.
My last year's vacation was remarkable. It was not just because the house was surrounded by friendly wild animals with natural, but it was because all our family members were together.

Recommend your favorite food, which is very famous.
There are many types of noodles in Thailand. It is not only tasty, but it is also easy to buy in the local markets, from street vendors, in the food courts, and in the local or luxury restaurants; it can even be cooked at home. I am not tired of eating them; I can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or later at night. I would like to recommend noodles, as it is my favorite food.
My first recommendation is named Yentafo Thale. It is noodles in pink soup with seafood; normally you will have some shrimp, squid, and fish balls, and maybe jellyfish. The soup looks lovely because of the light pink and a little bit sour; it goes well with some morning glory that was added to the soup. It is served with some pieces of crispy wontons. And if you do not like seafood, you can order a bowl of pork Yentafo.
My second noodle dish is Phat Thai Gung. This is a very famous menu because it is an original Thai fried white long and thin noodle with a special sauce, which is a mix of tamarind juice with palm sugar. There are many side dishes on the plate, such as dry shrimp, peanuts, banana blossom, tofu, and bean sprouts with a big shrimp on top. And you can have a vegetarian Phat Thai also.
My last noodles menu is Mii Krob Raadna Moo. It is very delicious to eat crispy egg noodles with soft pork gravy soup that is fried with Chinese kale, carrots, and cabbage. If you do not eat pork, you can ask for seafood Radnaa or chicken Radnaa instead of it.
Thai people normally have noodles for lunch and dinner because it is a hot plate, and they can add some fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chili as much as they want. It is a one-dish meal that is filled with complete nutrition, and the price is reasonable. So noodle is my favorite food, and it is very popular in Thailand.

Hello, strangers. I hope everything works out for you.I've been celebrating 2025 with my family and friends a lot. We had far too many great days together. I received a ton of gifts and love. My favorite baked goods were the fruitcakes and cookies my sister made. As a result, I was unable to write anything. We spoke, ate, and drank beverages. The days were delightful. We cooked and had lunch at Peter's place, which was a lovely and cozy resort. My family came to inspect my new kitchen, which was still under construction, before they left for my Hometown. I was still having our New Year's party with Lek and the children. We enjoyed our lovely days.
The kids didn't come today because they wanted me to be free, so I went to have a beer with Lek. It didn't seem like our New Year was nearly over yet. I hope everyone enjoys themselves as much as I do. And don't worry, my love; everything will be alright. We'll have to wait and see.

Long weekend that is very busy.
My last weekend was very busy because there were a lot of things to do. And I could not believe that I could deal with it by myself.
The first day, I had to take care of my three nieces while my sister was in the hospital.
I hated to wake up in the morning, but I did it; I made American breakfast for them. Then we went to see their mother; we had lunch in a restaurant in a department store. After finishing eating, I took them to the piano class. Then I drove to a laundry shop to get back some clothes. I drove back to get the kids, and we went back home. I cooked dinner for them and fed my dog. Before the sun set, we went for a walk with my dog in the park. But I had to take one of my nieces, and the others with the dog were with my neighbor, to the clinic because she fell off a swing. Before we reached home, we stopped to get their siblings and my pet. We went to bed at 10.00 o'clock. I was so tired, and I slept immediately when I got in the bed.
Next morning, we send my dog to get a bath in a pet shop. Then We went for breakfast in a coffee shop, and we ran back home, where I left my cell phone. I made a quick stop to drop the kids in a swimming class, and I spent an hour shopping. We went to pick up the dog, and we had lunch with my mother, who preferred to eat homemade, so I helped her in the kitchen. Before going back home, I took three hours to search for my dog that ran away. I felt very stressed and almost cried. At least I found him in a bush that is far from my mother's house, about 4 kilometers. The kids asked to see their mother; we spent an hour with her. We got in bed late at night.
My extremely busy weekend was not over yet. I woke up in the middle of the night because a kid had a fever and vomited all over the bed. I changed a bedsheet and a pillowcase and gave her a new blanket. I cleaned her body and gave her some pills. I took care of her and could not get back to sleep.
I was happy to help my sister and nieces on the weekend. I did not think that was bad, but it was challenging. As the long busy weekend was a good experience to teach me how to manage with the children like a single mother.

There were fewer opportunities to offer to the fresh graduates when I graduated from Rangsit University in 1992. It seemed to me that even I was a degree-holder, but I was an unqualified person. After being unemployed for a year, I got a chance to work as an assistant tour guide in the Setran travel company, where my first job began with impressive experience.
Working in this company made my dream come true, as an adventure in the ocean. I worked on a cruise ship that had almost a hundred guest rooms, including a nightclub, a Jacuzzi, and restaurants.
It was very wonderful to service all the customers while the ship sailed around in the south of Thailand.
I was pleased to lead the tourists to explore the islands. I was happy to see them enjoying themselves at the beach, swimming in the sea, where it was crystal clear, or were amazed with many corals and schools of fish by diving. We often set the picnics on the beach and barbecue seafood for them. I set up happy birthday surprise parties for customers almost every month.
Normally, they were good days, but we had many bad days, such as if the storm would have happened and the customers were nervous. And the staff and I had to search for some customers who were losing on the islands sometimes, or I needed to take the customers to get a speedboat ride to the hospital several times. In these kinds of cases, I felt so exhausted and stressed.
In the beginning, I was worried about how to make customers satisfied, but I used to deal with many people who came from different countries all over the world, finally. My responsibility as a guide helped me to improve my English and opened up a whole new world for me. It was one of the best experiences I had in my life forever.

Gina gave me a Christmas present today. Numerous cake boxes were present. I save a few to present to the monk the following day. Additionally, I received a package of buns—a variety of items—from Fairy's parents. They appeared soft and beautiful. Lek came over for dinner, and I ate a lot, so I was unable to sample any of the cakes. As I previously stated, I am overweight and should reduce my weight, even if I am unable to do so. I don't know when the kitchen will be finished, but it has been under construction. The children requested to play outside because the weather was too pleasant to stay inside. They had fun playing on a sand pile, which was necessary to construct the kitchen. I'm practicing writing in English for the test. There is a lot to learn and keep in mind. I wish I could pass it with ease.

Lek had to visit the hospital tomorrow morning after visiting the ophthalmologist's clinic. I hope everything turns out okay. Since she won't be able to drive tomorrow, we came up with a plan where he would drive her to the hospital and then back home in the evening. Dee will also be at my house with me. When their parents picked them up again, the children were delighted. I was introduced to Ma prao kaew, or sweetmeat coconut, by Fon. I really enjoy it. The children's constant tossing and turning kept me awake last night.
I wanted to conserve money because I am addicted to buying when I went out, so I didn't go out all day today. It is preferable to remain at home.

Tonight, the children will spend the night with me. I'm considering purchasing some meat, fruit, vegetables, and sweets at the Wednesday market. He is fixing the flat tire on our truck this morning, and if he is done by 4 PM, he will bring up the kids by himself. In my village, a woman arrived with a bag of round eggplants. She's too nice. She handed me some Episcia cupreata plants last month. What a disgrace to me; I haven't given her anything back yet. Lek visited the hospital to check on her red eye, which is not improving. I invited her to join me for supper this evening. I'm hoping she will be.

Even though Czechky's ear smells awful, I still enjoy having him sleep on my bed. His deep sleep as a child makes me joyful. I'm glad to have adopted him. He is adorable but he lacks joy. Despite his calm and unassuming demeanor, I have no doubt that he also loves me.
Today I wanted to get everything out of the fridge. I cooked nam tok nua and som tum today. Going nowhere is the best way to save money. I can make a menu as long as I have some food. The most crucial factor that helps me get through every circumstance is leading a simple existence.

He didn't tell me when he got home in the morning. I reheated some leftover soup from the previous day to serve him. The weather was excellent. I had no desire to go out. Since I live in a small village, I cook whatever I can easily gather from my garden. For example, today I had four little tomatoes and a large papaya, which are generally used to make som tum. I adore having pets, and they love sleeping on my bed. They wake me up every morning, which makes me very pleased. Lek and I had three bottles of beer. I stopped drinking, and I made myself rode my motorbike home.

He went to Nakhonsawan yesterday without telling me. When I seen the motorcycle in front of the gate, I knew. We remained composed and went on without speaking to one another. I didn't respond when he texted me a picture of a rice field this morning. Last night I spent the night at Lek's house. It was cold, which I adore.
Together with the kids, I went to feed the fish today and we also had a stroll. They wanted to play with a pile of sand, so I said yes. I gave them some time to play. Phumjai played with his digger toy while they enjoyed excavating the holes. I'd like to reduce my weight, but I'm not sure how to do it.

He claimed I had no intelligence, which infuriated me today. I'm looking for two T-shirts that I purchased for him but never received. Then we got to the point where it was the final straw for me. I informed him that it is very easy for him to use derogatory terms like "dumb," "idiot," and "silly." I asked him who he thought was the smartest. Is his former girlfriend smart? I also informed him that since we have nothing to say to one another, it would be best if we didn't speak. He treats me with such cruelty and meanness. I can't even be kind to him. It was chilly outside. I took no action.

I spent the night at Lek's house last night, and I departed without getting a cup of coffee at seven o'clock. I discovered that I had left my glasses and phone in her bedroom. To fetch them back, I rode the motorcycle. I ran out of gas just in front of her house's gate. I was lucky not to be running low in the middle of the road since I would have had to push it myself. I requested that he bring me some gasoline. After that, we rode the motorcycles back home for brunch. Lek's eye was hurting and inflamed, so she went to the hospital to visit a doctor. I moved a few baby seedlings into the veggie plots in the afternoon. The weather was excellent; it was cold and cloudy. I fried sun-dried meat and prepared a spicy Thai salad with long beans. We used yesterday's leftover sticky rice for our meal.

The kids didn't go to school; Phojaj was sick, and Phumjai pretended to have a running nose. He stopped building the kitchen today since I don't have any money. After the 15th, when I have some money, we will need to. On the 15th, I could have to pay the phone bill and my social security obligations. When my money runs out, I have nothing to do, so I just keep quiet and gather my thoughts. Too many of the tomato seeds I sowed in plastic bags last week were growing into seedlings, as I discovered today. I then filled the bags with soil after moving them all inside. I'm aiming for wholesome development.

I want to give myself credit for exercising despite my extreme laziness. I have no idea why I don't want to do anything; perhaps it's the nice weather, which makes me curl up on my bed and watch some movies while sipping coffee and keeping my dogs close by. I left my dishes in the sink yesterday instead of washing them all. I watched episode 1 of Echo 3, which is, in my opinion, a really amazing series. and fell asleep. My day was brightened by the way my kitchen looked today. Lek and I are enjoying a beer, and I will spend the night at her house.

Ferry brought me Mikrob Rad Na for lunch. In exchange, I prepare sago with corn in coconut cream. My kitchen is large—as large as a small house—and it looks wonderful. I'm excited to move the stove and sink so I can cook there since I like it. I don't mind if I have to raise additional funds to construct some doors and windows over the course of the next four months, but I need the wall and the roof. I can't stop eating, yet I want to drop some weight. The children brought a ton of food every day. When they don't finish it, it's a waste to toss it away.

The children did not show up. I watched every one of the six episodes of Black Dove. I think it's a terrific series with a lovely conclusion. After many years, a woman who had formerly sent the children to study English with me arrived with two nieces and their mother, who happens to be the lady's sister. Her sister, whom she introduced to me, wanted to send the children to study English with me. I am pleased to have more pupils. There weren't many local stores at the Saturday market because the Big Mountain concert began today. Due to the large number of people attending the performance, the vendors relocated to Khaoyai to run their businesses.I cut a small red rose from my garden. It has a very pleasant scent.
