I know you are furious with me. I know you hold so much resentment and anger towards me. I deserve that. We all failed you. Everyone but her.”

“And because of your failures she’s alone again. I cant- I can’t even talk to her. I told her she would never be alone and now she is. Luke she’s alone. You’ve been in her mind enough to know just how much damage..”

His voice came out barely above a whisper as he wrapped his arms around his torso. Saying the words out loud made it so much worse.

“I miss her. I miss feeling her. Even though I had convinced myself I wanted her dead or turned to the darkness with me, I found comfort being able to feel her in the galaxy. She shut down the bond after Crait but I could still feel her. Now..”

“Now I’m going to teach you how to talk to her.”

hello! I just discovered your "Cabur" series and HOLY SHIT IT IS GOOD! I love it all! I love how long your chapters are, how you take the time to set up characters and background, how stubborn reader is, how well her/their underlying issues are addressed, and not glossed over or magically fixed. Oh my goodness thank you so much! These chapters are actually a bit longer than my “normal” are (usually around 5-6k) so I’m glad you enjoy that! I very much so appreciate the feedback.
