You didn't trust Alphas. Your history with them wasn't good. Your dad, your cousins, your ex. Telling you what you could and couldn't do. Controlling you at every turn. Now that you were on your own and away from all of them.
You tended to stay home, get things delivered, but there was a farmers market with the nice weather rolling in and you really wanted to go see what it was like. You got yourself dressed for the day; nothing too revealing, nothing that would catch an Alphas attention. You took a little tote with you that you had bought with every intention of using sooner, but you barely left the house.
You step into the bustling farmers market, immediately enveloped by a symphony of sounds and scents. The air is alive with the chatter of vendors and the hum of visitors exploring the stalls. Vibrant displays of fresh produce catch your eye—deep red tomatoes, crisp green lettuces, and baskets overflowing with colorful berries.
As you stroll through the market, the scent of freshly baked bread mingles with the earthy aroma of herbs. You pause at a stand where a farmer enthusiastically offers you a slice of juicy peach, its sweetness bursting in your mouth. Nearby, a musician strums a cheerful tune on a guitar, adding a lively backdrop to your experience.
You find yourself drawn to a table laden with homemade jams and honey, each jar gleaming in the sunlight. The vendor, an elderly woman with a warm smile, shares the story of how her bees produce the honey you now sample on a small wooden spoon. The rich, floral notes of the honey linger on your palate as you continue your journey.
The vibrant energy of the farmers market is both exhilarating and slightly overwhelming. You navigate through the bustling crowd, making sure to keep to the less crowded paths. Despite your efforts to avoid attention, the occasional Alpha scent catches your nose, causing a flicker of anxiety.
You remind yourself to breathe, focusing on the pleasant sensory experiences around you. The sweet taste of the peach, the melody of the musician's guitar, and the warmth of the sun on your skin all help to ground you. You approach a stand with beautifully arranged flowers and pause to admire the vibrant array of colors.
As you continue exploring, you find yourself stopping at a stand featuring an assortment of herbs and spices. The vendor, a middle-aged Beta with a kind demeanor, offers you a sample of a fragrant lavender sachet. You inhale deeply, the soothing scent helping to further calm your nerves.
It’s while you’re at this stand that you feel a presence nearby. Turning slightly, you see her—a striking woman with brown hair and an air of confidence that immediately marks her as an Alpha. She’s examining a selection of fresh herbs, her expression thoughtful and focused. You can’t help but notice her tailored, yet casual outfit, giving off a sense of understated elegance.
Your instinct is to move away, to avoid any possible interaction, but something about her presence is different. She doesn't exude the same domineering aura you've come to associate with Alphas. Instead, there's a calm, almost magnetic quality to her. Before you can make a decision, she glances up and catches your eye, offering you a gentle smile.
“Lovely day for a market, isn’t it?” she says, her voice warm and inviting.
You nod, managing a small smile in return. “It is,” you reply softly.
“I’m Agatha,” she introduces herself, extending a hand. “It’s nice to see new faces around here.”
You hesitate for a moment before shaking her hand. “I’m Y/N. It’s nice to meet you.”
“Do you come here often, Y/N?” she asks, her gaze steady and kind.
“No, not really. This is my first time,” you admit, feeling a bit self-conscious.
“Well, you’ve picked a good day for it. The weather is perfect, and the produce is exceptional this time of year,” she says, her eyes twinkling. “If you’re looking for recommendations, I’d be happy to help.”
The offer is tempting, and despite your usual wariness around Alphas, something about Agatha makes you feel at ease. “That would be nice, actually. I’m not really sure where to start.”
Agatha’s smile widens. “Great! How about we start with the fruit stand over there? They have the best strawberries you’ll ever taste.”
As you walk together, Agatha points out her favorite stalls, sharing little anecdotes and tips. Her presence is comforting, and you find yourself relaxing more with each step. The way she interacts with the vendors and other market-goers shows a level of respect and genuine kindness that you haven’t seen in an Alpha before.
By the time you’ve filled your tote with fresh produce and a few delightful treats, you realize that you’ve enjoyed yourself more than you expected. Agatha has made the experience not only bearable but pleasant.
As Agatha shows you around the market, you begin to let your guard down. Her warm, genuine demeanor makes it easier to forget the usual anxiety you feel in the presence of Alphas. However, this fleeting sense of comfort is shattered when a group of Alphas nearby start to take notice of you.
"Hey there, sweetheart!" one of them calls out, his tone laced with a possessive edge that sends a shiver down your spine.
Another Alpha joins in, letting out a piercing wolf whistle that makes your heart race with fear. You freeze, instinctively drawing closer to Agatha. Your eyes meet hers, and you see a flash of something intense and protective in her gaze.
In an instant, Agatha steps closer to you, her presence becoming a shield against the unwanted attention. The scent of lavender intensifies around you, soothing your frayed nerves. Agatha's expression shifts, her previously warm smile replaced with a steely determination.
"Is there a problem here?" she asks, her voice calm but with an underlying firmness that commands respect.
The Alphas, taken aback by her sudden presence, hesitate. One of them scoffs, trying to maintain his bravado. "We were just having a bit of fun," he says, though the uncertainty in his eyes is evident.
Agatha takes another step forward, positioning herself directly between you and the other Alphas. "Well, I suggest you find your fun elsewhere. This Omega is with me." Her tone leaves no room for argument, her Alpha presence now fully asserting itself.
The other Alphas exchange glances, the weight of Agatha's authority pressing down on them. They grumble among themselves before deciding it’s not worth the confrontation. One by one, they back off, their eyes still wary of Agatha.
Once they’re gone, Agatha turns to you, her expression softening immediately. "Are you alright?" she asks gently, concern evident in her voice.
You nod, still a bit shaken but deeply grateful. "Thank you, Agatha. I don’t know what I would have done without you."
She places a reassuring hand on your shoulder, her touch grounding you. "You don’t have to worry when you’re with me," she says softly. "I won’t let anyone hurt you."
The sincerity in her words touches something deep within you. Despite your past experiences, you feel a growing trust in Agatha. Her actions have shown you that not all Alphas are the same—that there are those who can be kind and protective without being controlling.
As you continue to explore the market together, Agatha remains close by, her presence a comforting anchor. The other vendors and market-goers seem to recognize her protective stance, giving you both a respectful distance.
By the time you leave the market, your tote filled with fresh produce and delightful treats, you realize that today has been more than just a shopping trip. It’s been a step toward healing and perhaps the beginning of a new friendship.
As you part ways, Agatha gives you a warm smile. "I hope to see you again, Y/N. Maybe we can make this a regular thing."
You smile back, the anxiety that usually plagues you feeling more distant than ever. "I’d like that," you reply, and for the first time in a long while, you truly mean it.
-----------------
The weeks following your initial encounter with Agatha have been transformative. Each trip to the market with her has been better than the last. She introduces you to her favorite stalls, the vendors greeting you both warmly, and slowly, you’ve started to feel like you belong. Agatha’s presence has been a comforting constant, her protective nature ensuring you always feel safe.
Today, however, is different. Agatha had invited you out for a date beyond the familiar confines of the market. The thought had initially filled you with trepidation, but her kind eyes and gentle smile had reassured you. She had taken you to a quaint café, where you spent hours talking and laughing, the time slipping by unnoticed. As the sun began to set, painting the sky with hues of pink and orange, Agatha suggested heading back to her place for a nightcap.
You hesitated but agreed, feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. Her home is cozy and inviting, filled with the same warmth and charm that she exudes. As you step inside, you can’t help but feel a surge of affection for the woman who has slowly become so important to you.
Agatha offers you a drink, and you both settle on the comfortable couch in her living room. The conversation flows easily, but there’s an underlying tension—a palpable awareness of the new territory you’re venturing into.
As the evening progresses, Agatha moves closer, her touch gentle yet insistent. When her hand finds yours, the connection sends a jolt through you. You’ve never felt so much fear and love all at once. Her touch is tender, but there’s an intensity in her eyes that makes your heart race.
"Y/N," she whispers, her voice husky with emotion. "I’ve wanted this for so long."
You swallow hard, your own emotions a turbulent mix. "Agatha, I… I’m scared," you admit, your voice barely above a whisper.
She cups your face in her hands, her thumb brushing gently over your cheek. "You don’t have to be afraid. I’ll never hurt you," she promises, her eyes searching yours for any sign of hesitation.
You nod, trying to focus on the love you feel rather than the fear. "I trust you," you whisper, and the words are a revelation to yourself as much as they are to her.
Her lips find yours, the kiss starting slow and soft, but quickly becoming more passionate. Her hands move to your waist, pulling you closer, and you can feel her need for you in every touch. Your heart races, but this time it’s from desire rather than fear.
Agatha’s hands roam over your body, exploring with a gentle yet insistent touch. Every caress sends shivers down your spine, the fear slowly melting away under the heat of her affection. She pulls back for a moment, looking into your eyes, her own filled with a mix of love and desire.
"Are you okay?" she asks, her voice filled with genuine concern.
You nod, your breath coming in short gasps. "Yes, Agatha. I’m more than okay."
Her smile is radiant, and she kisses you again, this time with a fervor that leaves you breathless. You surrender to the moment, letting yourself be carried away by the wave of emotions. Agatha’s touch is both tender and possessive, her need for you evident in every movement.
She pulls you onto her lap, working you against her throbbing cock that pushes against her pants, making you moan out. It had been years since you had sex with another. Your fear took such a hold you’d taken suppression pills not wanting the attention of Alpha’s when you’d go into heat. You hadn’t been taking them since you met Agatha. She made you feel safe even though the fear sat in your chest like a heavy stone.
“Are you okay Y/N?” Agatha pulls you back to reality and you realize you’re not breathing properly.
“I got lost in thought. I’m sorry.” You tried to make an excuse, but Agatha knew you better she saw the look in your eyes.
“It’s me sweet girl. No ones going to hurt you.” She pulled you close, brushing against you and scenting, a lavender calm over you and you didn’t need much more to start grinding down on her. You wanted, no needed this, needed her and Agatha felt the same way. Trying to get herself out of her pants as fast as she could and you had worn a skirt because Agatha had asked.
She pulled your panties aside, rubbing against you as a moan tumbled out past your lips. Agatha pulled your lips towards her own, whispering against your lips,
“Is this okay?” You nodded frantically, moving your hips just enough for her to slip inside. Suddenly you’re getting pulled down onto her. “Fuck...you feel perfect. My pretty girl. Such a pretty little omega.” All you could do is nod dumbly as she thrusted up into you.
Nothing had ever felt this good. Nothing had even ever come close to how Agatha was making you feel right now as she thrusted up into you and you rolled your hips. She felled you up perfectly like she was made for you.
“A-Agatha...?” You breathed out, making her look at you. “Mark me. Please...wanna be yours...please let me be yours.”
“Only if you’ll be mine pretty girl.” You smiled all big and blissed out on her cock.
“Yes! Please wanna mark you too!” She smiled, leaning in and pulling you further onto her cock as she knotted you, filling you up full and biting into your neck, making you moan out at the double pain and pleasure combo. Once she pulled back you leaned in, marking her. The sound she made for you was perfect as you clenched around her. She was made for you and you were made for her.
As the night progresses, you realize that this is what you’ve been missing. The balance of fear and love, the intensity of her affection, and the safety you feel in her arms. Agatha has shown you that it’s possible to feel safe and loved without being controlled, and for the first time, you truly believe it.
When the night finally ends, you’re wrapped in her embrace, feeling more at peace than you ever have before. Agatha’s presence is a balm to your soul, and you know that with her, you can face whatever the future holds.

Awash In Crimson Wine - Agatha x Succubus!Rio
A/N Hi guys!! You asked and you shall receive! This story takes place in a universe where instead of trapping her in westview, Wanda lets Agatha go with a fraction of the power she once had. Just a silly little fic to sooth my Agathario cravings in between episodes! I’m gonna try and get new chapters out every other day or so.
Title from From Eden by Hozier
***********************************
It started with a flicker, unsuspecting and uninteresting. Agatha was rooting through some old spell books to try and find a glamour enchantment to attract sexual desire. It was a childish whim, made in her desperation to regain some semblance of control. Wanda left her weak, and with so much of her power gone, she felt her grip on those around her loosen significantly.
It was jarring, a loss too odd to articulate, when you go from bending the will of others at your whim to an indifferent force in the world around you. Agatha craved it, that feeling of utter control, more than anything else Wanda took from her. She knew she had to get it back, even if she had to start at the bottom and claw back to the top. She had to start with what she knew to be the easiest, simplest way to attract total devotion‒ through sexual desire.
The spell went, for the most part, just as she had planned. The ingredients were easy enough to find. Roses, honey, salt, red candles, and some kitchen spices you could knick from any grocery store. Simple, easy witchcraft she’s been capable of for centuries. The shift in energy would’ve been imperceptible to most, but to Agatha, the sudden, illogical flicker of each candle in unison made her hairs stand on end.
Still, she chalked it up to Wanda's ever lingering damage and went about the rest of the ritual as she always had. It wasn’t until that night that she understood the true gravity of her error.
The warmth stroked her every muscle with a tender hand, lulling her into an inky black sleep. Each pulse of her heartbeat sent liquid gold to her limbs, bringing her closer and closer to bliss. An orange light surrounded her, and a laugh like honey rang in her ears as a hand reached out to touch her. First her shoulder, trailing up to her cheek, then down to her knee. Through hazy, lidded eyes, she peered up at the golden light. A woman, dark haired and effervescent, peered back at her, smiling through red lips. Her tongue darted out to wet them, and it sent electricity all through Agatha's body. The woman's hand trailed slowly up her leg, past her robe, and grazed her upper thigh with a torturous, feather light touch. Every inch of contact was like fire, warmth blooming in her chest as she gazed at the woman. She felt magnetized to her, like any inch of space between them was an inch too much. Agatha leaned in to press her lips against hers, but before she could get any further, she felt a piercing pain in her thigh. Yelping, she pulled back to see long fingernails emerge from under her robe, dripping with blood. The woman laughed, the sound radiating as she licked her fingers.
Agatha shot awake in bed, body drenched in sweat. She ripped the covers off of her body and peeled back her robes, dreading to see what she already knew was there. Four long claw marks stared back at her, etched into her skin and trickling blood. Worse than that was the ache radiating from her core, needy and clearly present. She shoved her head back into her pillow and groaned at her stupidity, as it slowly dawned on her how utterly fucked she really was. If she knew anything about witchcraft, she knew one thing — She had a Succubus.
Agatha cursed under her breath, clutching the sheets in her fists as the realization sank in. A succubus. She hadn’t summoned a lover, a pawn, or even a mortal with fleeting devotion. No, she had called forth something infinitely more dangerous.
She sat up, trying to steady her breath, but her body betrayed her. The warmth from the dream—the succubus’s touch—still lingered on her skin, an itch that wouldn’t quite leave. Her thigh throbbed, and the marks from the Succubus’ claws began to feel all too real. Was this just the beginning? How much could she physically harm her? How much would Agatha let her? She glanced at her reflection in the mirror across the room, her eyes dark with need, frustration, and… something else. Was it fear? No, not quite. Anticipation. The thought turned her stomach.
Agatha swung her legs over the side of the bed, wincing as her bare feet hit the cold floor. She cursed again, this time more audibly, as she paced back and forth, trying to shake the lingering sensations. Her mind raced with the implications. Succubi were notorious, not just for their insatiable appetites, but for their ability to manipulate, to control, to twist their victims until they craved them beyond reason. She knew the stories. Hell, she had lived long enough to have seen the aftermath of succubus entanglements. Witches, sorcerers, even powerful beings like herself, brought to their knees by desire.
“I’m not one of them,” Agatha muttered, a desperate edge creeping into her voice. “I’m not weak.”
But even as she said it, she could feel the echo of that laugh in her mind—smooth, sultry, dripping with amusement. It was a sound that made her chest tighten with equal parts fury and desire.
She needed to figure this out—now. Agatha stalked over to the grimoire she’d been reading earlier. It still lay open on her desk, the candles from the ritual now melted down to stubs, the faint scent of roses and burnt honey hanging in the air. Flicking through the pages with a practiced hand, she searched for answers. There had to be a way to reverse this, to banish the succubus before things spiraled further out of control.
But as her eyes scanned the old, familiar words, she found nothing. No incantation. No banishing ritual. No easy fix. Of course, there wasn’t. Summoning a succubus wasn’t the kind of mistake one could undo with a flick of the wrist. She knew that.
A low chuckle echoed from the shadows, making Agatha freeze. The temperature in the room seemed to spike, and a sultry voice purred from behind her, "Looking for something, darling?"
Agatha turned sharply, heart pounding as her gaze locked on the succubus, who stood casually in the corner, leaning against the wall as if she had always belonged there. Her dark hair spilled over her shoulders, the same as in Agatha’s dream, but now she was here, in the waking world, every bit as alluring—and dangerous. Agatha stared at her long, tan legs, just peaking out through the slit in her emerald green robe. It was more modest than she had imagines for a succubus, covering all the way up to her collar bones. Still, Agatha could see the lace of a black bra peaking subtly out of the top. Her skin seemed to glow a dull gold as her scent carried across the room— Honey and warm spice. She thought about the skin of her thighs, how soft it looks and how if she could reach just a little further—
"How did you—" Agatha began, cutting herself off before her mind could wander any longer, but the succubus just smirked, pushing herself off the wall and walking towards her with that same predatory grace.
"How did I get here?" her voice was teasing, almost patronizing. "You summoned me, remember? And I must say, you have impeccable taste." She stopped just inches from Agatha, her eyes glinting with mischief. "Though I think we both know this is about more than just a casual attraction spell. You wanted something… deeper."
Agatha clenched her jaw, trying not to flinch as the succubus reached out to trail a finger across the line of her jaw . The touch was electric, sending sparks of heat through her veins despite every instinct telling her to pull away. But the pull was there. Undeniable.
"I didn’t ask for you," Agatha hissed, stepping back, though it took more effort than she wanted to admit.
The succubus smiled, a slow, dangerous smile. "Oh, but you did. Your power called to me, Agatha Harkness. You were searching for control, for dominance, for someone who could bend to your will." She circled Agatha now, her gaze lingering on the claw marks she had left. "But you should know… you can’t summon a succubus without offering something in return. And lucky for you…" Her hand brushed against Agatha’s lower back, making her breath hitch. "I’m very, very good at fulfilling desires."
Agatha spun to face her, eyes blazing. "I don’t need you."
The Succubus' smile widened, a predatory gleam in her eyes. "Oh, darling, we both know that’s a lie." She leaned in close, her breath warm against Agatha’s ear. "The question is… how long can you resist before you admit what you really want?"
Agatha’s breath caught, her pulse racing as she met the demons gaze. There was a challenge in her eyes, one that both enraged and enticed her. Agatha had always been the one in control, always the one with the upper hand. But this—this was different. She wasn’t just a distraction; she was a threat, a temptation that Agatha wasn’t sure she could ignore.
"Where are my manners? I haven’t even introduced myself," the succubus purred, her voice as smooth as silk. She smiled, a sickly sweet smile that sent a shiver down Agatha’s spine, stepping closer with an effortless grace. Her dark eyes glittered with amusement, lips curling into a pout as she batted her lashes. "Well, aren’t you going to ask me my name, Agatha Harkness?"
Agatha's breath quickened. She wanted to ignore her, wanted to maintain her sense of control, but the succubus’s presence was magnetic. The air between them hummed with tension, a pull so strong it felt almost physical, drawing Agatha closer without her consent. Her instincts screamed at her to keep her distance, to push this creature away before things spiraled further out of control. But her curiosity—and the simmering desire beneath it—kept her frozen in place.
She swallowed hard, trying to regain some semblance of composure. "I’m not in the habit of making small talk with demons," Agatha said, her voice steadier than she felt.
The succubus chuckled, a low, throaty sound that made Agatha’s stomach twist with both irritation and something else she didn’t care to name. "Oh, darling, this isn’t small talk," she said, stepping even closer, her gaze fixed on Agatha like a predator toying with its prey. "It’s tradition. You summon a demon, you give them a proper introduction. It's the polite thing to do."
Agatha raised an eyebrow, forcing herself to meet her gaze head-on. "Since when do demons care about tradition?"
The succubus smiled again, but this time there was something darker behind it, something ancient and knowing. "Since we’ve had names worth remembering."
Agatha clenched her jaw, refusing to be drawn into whatever game the succubus was playing. She had been down this road before—manipulation, seduction, promises laced with power. This demon wasn’t the first creature of darkness to try her hand at controlling Agatha, and she certainly wouldn’t be the last.
But there was something different about this time around.
Her heart pounded against her ribcage, and no matter how much she tried to brush off the feeling, Agatha knew this was more than just a game of power. The challenge in the succubus' eyes wasn’t just about control. It was about want. Hunger.
And Agatha, against her better judgment, felt that hunger stirring inside herself too.
The succubus watched her with an amused, expectant expression, like she knew exactly what was going through Agatha’s mind. "Go on," she coaxed, her voice dripping with honey. "You know you’re curious. I can feel it."
Agatha took a slow breath, trying to quiet the heat rising in her chest. Her body was betraying her, reacting to the succubus’s presence in a way she hadn’t felt in… she couldn’t remember how long. She clenched her fists, nails digging into her palms as she fought to keep her cool.
But the words slipped out before she could stop herself.
"Fine," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "What’s your name?"
The succubus’s smile widened, satisfied, as if she had been waiting for this exact moment. She leaned in closer, so close that Agatha could feel the warmth radiating from her skin, the scent of something sweet and intoxicating filling the air between them.
"My name is Rio Vidal," she said softly, her lips brushing against Agatha’s ear as she spoke. "And now that we’ve been properly introduced… things are about to get very interesting."
Agatha’s pulse quickened at the way Rio’s name rolled off her tongue, rich and dark like wine. She hated the way it felt, hated that her body responded with a shiver that ran down her spine, hated that her mind was already racing with possibilities.
But more than anything, she hated that Rio could see it.
"Don’t get too comfortable," Agatha snapped, stepping back, trying to regain some distance, some sense of control. "This isn’t going to be your playground."
Rio didn’t seem fazed by the sudden shift in tone. She merely tilted her head, studying Agatha with that same knowing smile. "Oh, I’m not looking for a playground," she said, voice low, almost a purr. "I’m looking for something much more... satisfying."
Agatha’s stomach churned, a flush creeping up her neck. She turned her back to Rio, pacing to the other side of the room, needing space to think, to breathe. The succubus’s presence was suffocating, overwhelming. Every word, every glance was designed to provoke, to ignite something Agatha wasn’t ready to acknowledge.
"I don’t need your help," Agatha said firmly, her back still turned. "I can handle my own power."
"Really?" Rio’s voice was closer than it should’ve been, and when Agatha turned, the succubus was standing just behind her, their faces inches apart. "Because it seems to me that your power is the one thing you can’t control anymore."
Agatha glared at her, refusing to be intimidated. "I’ve lived for centuries, Rio. You think I don’t know what you’re doing? You want to get inside my head, make me doubt myself. But you won’t succeed."
Rio’s eyes gleamed with amusement, her lips curling into a slow, predatory smile. "Oh, Agatha," she whispered, leaning in until their foreheads almost touched. "I don’t need to make you doubt yourself. You already do."
The words hit Agatha deeper than she wanted to admit. She felt the truth of them, the gnawing uncertainty that had been growing ever since Wanda stripped her of her power. The fear that she wasn’t as strong as she used to be. The creeping doubt that maybe—just maybe—Rio was right.
But she couldn’t let that show. Not now. Not ever.
"I think it’s time you left," Agatha said, her voice cold, pushing the words through clenched teeth.
Rio lingered for a moment, her dark eyes flickering with something unreadable, before she finally stepped back. "As you wish," she said, her tone light, though there was a shadow of something deeper in her gaze. "But don’t think for a second that this is over, darling."
With a casual wave of her hand, Rio vanished, the air in the room suddenly lighter, but the tension still thrumming beneath Agatha’s skin.
Agatha stood alone in the silence, her heart still racing, her thoughts a jumbled mess. She had won this round, but she knew the succubus would be back. And the worst part?
A small, dangerous part of her wanted her to.

01 - Handjob - Neteyam
Tumblr media
01 - handjob : happy kinktober!
Summary: You greet Neteyam after training and he looks too good not to be given a handjob.
Warning: Literally said in the summary handjob, but there’s also kissing, nipple play other heavy petting.
Masterlist
In the healing chamber, the sweet melodies of your humming mingle with the rhythmic symphony of the mortar and pestle in your skilled hands. Though preparing herbs can be demanding, you approach it with unwavering purpose. Guided by the teachings of the tribe's healers, you expertly identify and distinguish the beneficial herbs for treating various ailments. Mint, Nolina, and other carefully selected spices are ground and blended, fragrant filling the air. This healing ointment soothes inflammation, heals wounds, and relieves headaches and stress.
You diligently grind and crush the herbs patiently and precisely, transforming them into a fine paste. As you create the solution that will serve as medicine for your people, you embrace this sacred duty with utmost dedication. Yet, amidst the laborious process, you find joy. The delightful aroma of the crushed and ground herbs envelops your senses, bringing a sense of fulfillment and contentment.
Lost in the sight of your finished work, your attention was solely consumed by the paste, causing you to unintentionally miss the approach of Mo'at. The revered tsahík of the Omatikaya, also known as the clan's spiritual leader and the beloved grandmother of Neteyam, your mate, gracefully made her way towards you from behind.
Feeling her warmth and powerful embrace, you tilted your head to the woman. "Tsahík, I finished all the work that you had requested to be done for the upcoming hunting season." The older woman offered you a smile before nestling herself to your side.
Mo'at gazes upon the meticulously crushed herbs, her eyes filled with curiosity and a hint of pride. Your dedication and skill shine through, evident in the quality of your work. A warm smile graces her face as she nods approvingly. "You've truly outdone yourself, dear," she praises, her gaze shifting towards you. She gently transfers the paste into a nearby jar, ensuring its safekeeping. A sense of accomplishment and connection envelops the room as she touches your shoulder.
Slowly cleaning up your area, you turned to Mo'at with a smile. "Thank you, Mo'at. You're a wonderful mentor, and I'm grateful for the wisdom you share with me."
Mo'at's smile radiates warmth as she nods in affirmation. "Guiding our people and sharing my wisdom is my sacred duty. I have imparted my teachings to you with great care, dear, and I will continue to do so, just as I would with my daughter." Her hands rest gently on your shoulders as she leans in for a heartfelt embrace. The delicate scent of herbs lingers on her clothes and hair. With a tender gaze, Mo'at encourages you, "Now, go forth, for my grandson awaits for you after his training. Make your way to him and continue on your path." As she turns to depart, your purpose fulfilled, a sense of gratitude and determination fills the air.
You finish up what you were doing in the tent and look out to see the sun is more than halfway out of the sky. You decide to head to the training grounds, which is probably where Neteyam will be, as Mo'at suggested. You take your time and enjoy the outdoors, breathing in the fresh air of Pandora. You reach the training grounds and see several Na'vi kids practicing their skills. You spot Neteyam in the crowd with his fellow Omaticaya clan members. He is in the middle of a fight with another warrior, trading blows and kicks back and forth. You settle in to watch, amazed with how the lowing sun rays looked on his skin.
For a fleeting moment, your eyes fill with delight as you witness Neteyam's athletic body gracefully move under the sunlight. A magnetic attraction pulls at your heartstrings as you observe his fluid and precise movements. Each powerful punch and kick he delivers to his opponent captivates your attention.
As the wind gently tousles Neteyam's micro braids, the sun illuminates his muscular physique. With a forceful push, he drives his adversary backward, landing a flawless kick to the warrior's chest, causing him to stumble and fall. In that victorious moment, Neteyam's gaze meets yours, and he playfully winks, acknowledging your presence.
A rush of warmth engulfs you like wildfire as a glimmer in Neteyam's eyes reveals his carefree and playful nature. However, ever the respectful man, he swiftly redirects his attention to his companion, offering a nod of respect and admiration. The air crackles with anticipation as your body seems to get hotter.
Your sweet mate nods you off, making you smile softly, understanding that he had to finish up loose ends before he could leave. You watch with pride as Neteyam finishes his practice with his fellow warriors, seeing him bow respectfully towards the group.
You lean in closer as the sunlight bounces off the sweat on his skin and highlights his defined muscles. You gulped as those honeycomb orbs stared back at you with a smile. Neteyam then moves his body to make him look almost graceful as he glides through the crowd of people to reach you. You feel your heart beating faster as you watch him with pride, your feelings of admiration and desire towards him deepening.
Neteyam approaches you, his broad and muscular frame filling your field of vision. He wraps his strong arms around you, embracing you tightly. You inhale deeply, taking in the masculine scent of his body and enjoying the feeling of his arms around you. "Hello, my yawne," he murmurs softly, nuzzling his face into yours. "I missed you," he says, his voice filled with love and affection. He presses his lips gently against your forehead in an intimate gesture. You feel your heart racing and your stomach flipping as love and desire rise within you.
"I've missed you even more," you whisper, rising on your tiptoes to capture Neteyam's eager lips. Surprised momentarily, he swiftly regains his composure, enveloping you in a tight embrace and returning the kiss with intensified passion. Your hands grasp onto his glistening chest, finding comfort in the touch of his meticulously crafted cummerbund, a symbol of your unbreakable bond since the day he soared through the skies on his Ikran with you as his trusted companion. You presented it to him during the early stages of courtship, a gesture that holds deep meaning for both of you. Neteyam wouldn't have it any other way. You were and always will be his beloved.
The warrior pulls away, burying his face in your hair and kissing your neck and collarbones. His warm tongue leaves a trail of desire behind. Whispering in your ear, he playfully says, "Didn't realize you missed me that much, but who am I to complain?"
You drown out the onlookers, reveling in the attention as they witness the bond between you and Neteyam. Their gazes confirm that you belong to each other.
So, you ignore the world as Neteyam's lips slowly explore your body. Hot and deliberate breaths caress your skin, while his words of affection fill your ear. Lost in pleasure, you moan and bury your face in his neck, savoring every touch. You yearn to be consumed by him, to lose yourself entirely in the intoxicating haze of desire. The world can wait, the tribe can wait, but the feeling of Neteyam cannot.
You pushed slightly at his chest and stared at him with understanding, lust-filled eyes. "Follow me." Your breath catches in your throat, and your cheeks burn with passion.
Neteyam grins down at you, a glimmer in his eyes. "Lead the way," he says, his voice low and sexy. You take his hand and lead him away, your body shaking with nerves and excitement. You look over your shoulder at him, giving him a seductive smile before continuing.
Your heart races as his fingers slip around yours, and he follows you, his body so close to yours that you can almost feel his breath on your neck. You're unsure what you're about to do, but it's hard to ignore the urge inside you. You bring him to a secluded spot underneath a towering tree. You look around, realizing no one else is present, but you don't care if you have an audience. you lean close to Neteyam. "I want you," you whisper seductively, pulling him closer.
Your heart races as his muscles flex underneath his skin, guiding him against the massive trunk adorned with crawling vines. The vines bear large greenish/purple leaves half the length of your body. Some leaves even find their way underneath the both of you as your lips meld together in a fierce and passionate kiss. The exotic foliage surrounds you, the rustling leaves adding to the moment's intensity. With each touch and caress, your desire grows, your bodies entwined in a dance of passion and longing. As you both pull away, breathless and dizzy, the hunger in your eyes speaks volumes of the desire that still burns between you.
Your hands fiddle with the leather cummerbund, slipping it off his body to feel his strong muscles. And Neteyam couldn't help but lean down to continue to kiss you. His tongue explores the depths of your mouth as you become lost in the sensations. You passionately kiss him, your lips sliding and dancing with his with each movement. In the distance, you can hear the sounds of the clan.
But your mind only seemed to focus on two things. Neteyam's lips on yours and your hands. They genuinely had a sense of their own as they reached the slightly hardened cock. The warrior groaned deeply into your mouth, sending vibrations down your throat as you squeezed the clothed member. "Fuck, Y/n, you just don't even realize what you do to me."
You couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement as you playfully nibbled on his bottom lip, your fingers still fumbling with his growing member. Pressing him closer against the sturdy tree, you couldn't resist teasingly remarking, "Let me see then?"
Neteyam is surprised at your bold comment but doesn't resist or deny you. "Anything for my beautiful girl. " His lips parted slightly as he smiled and nodded at you. His expression hints at mischief; you know you are in for an amazing experience. "Go on, muntxate. What are you waiting for?" You reach for the waist ties of his loincloth, fumbling with it for a moment before it gives way. With a satisfied grin on your face, you pull the garment down. You look down at what is now presented to you and feel a wave of desire wash over you. Neteyam smiles at you seductively as you begin to explore his length.
"That's my girl," he whispered, his lips meeting yours in a passionate yet fleeting kiss. Pulling away, you couldn't help but gaze down at his member. With a firm grip, you slowly slid your hand up his shaft, marveling at the sight before you. His length nearly reached the entirety of your forearm, and as your thumb caressed the pulsating vein at the base, it disappeared beneath the light pink tip. The sight left you with a mouthwatering anticipation.
"Love your cock Teyam." Neteyam lets out a growl, grabbing your jaw in his hand as you gain eye contact. "I love you." His lips pressed against yours eagerly, and you kissed him back with equal force.
He lowers his hands to the lower of your back, with one cupping your butt and the other around your tail, keeping you firmly wedged against his warm body. You reached between the both of you, taking him in the palms of your hands, jerking his dick while twisting your wrists cohesively.
You feel Neteyam's strong body tense as your hands continue to work his throbbing cock. Groans escaped his wet lips, causing you to feel electricity spark through your skin.
"Yawne, fuck, I love you." He mumbles as you pull away from his lips to kiss along his jaw. Feeling your lips kissing the sensitive areas of his skin, the warrior couldn't help but thrust it into your hands. "You're driving me crazy."
You giggle out, kissing him, applying an open-mouth kiss on his lips, moving back down towards his nest, trailing towards his chest, reaching his nipples. "I like driving you crazy." Neteyam didn't have time to reply as you kitten licked his nipples, earning an immediate response.
His breathing became fast, and his cock twitched and throbbed in your palms. Precum leaked from his sensitive tip, making your stroking much more accessible and allowing you to fast your jerk motions. "Fuck, yawne, so fucking," your swollen lips wrapped around his nipple, sucking hard, twirling the sensitive bud in your warm mouth. "Y/n, my good girl." He tugged on your tail, making you clench your thighs together from the growing need you were experiencing from hearing his heavenly moans.
His hand left my soft bottom to tangle his fingers in your braids. Your eyes looked up from sucking on his chest to see his eyes closed and mouth ajar. Knowing that you were making your mate feel good, you couldn't help but feel prideful.
You pulled away from his chest slightly to look down at his swollen cock. Your strokes increased, and his thrust quickened. "You're so hot, Neteyam. So grateful you’re mine." You moaned out, noticing how tense his abs and upper legs seemed to be getting.
"Yours, baby girl." Neteyam panted out, leaning his head against the bark, feeling the ecstasy of the pleasure he felt from your hand working on him. You jerked his entire length while flickering your wrists, squeezing so tight. "Since the moment I met you, muntxate." A broken groan left his throat as one of your hands dropped toward his balls, giving them a little attention. "Make me feel as good."
"Good," you whispered, your lips eagerly seeking his once more, unable to resist the overwhelming desire. The knowledge that he was nearing his peak only fueled your passion further. "I adore bringing you pleasure, Nete. My powerful and loving partner. It's exhilarating to know I'm the only one to witness you in this state." Your words carried a seductive tone directed straight toward his arousal.
His hands tightened around your tail, and his fingers tugged on your roots as his movements quickened animalistic into your hand as you continued to jerk his cock. His kisses became messier, and his whimpers escaped his throat, allowing you to swallow them. You felt him shudder underneath you.
"Y-y/n, fuck." Neteyam's words weren't coherent as he spilled his cum all over your hands and stomach, painting you in white ribbons. Feeling the warm liquid litter your skin, you didn't stop jerking until Neteyam's hand slipped its hold on you to place them on your tired wrists.
You feel Neteyam's hands slowly and gently caressing your wrists, the soft touches driving you wild with desire. You lean against him to keep him close, unable to get enough of him. He kisses you slowly again, dragging it out for as long and passionately as possible. The feeling of his soft and warm lips on yours sends electric impulses through your body.
Your heart races, and you feel the blood coursing quickly through your veins. "So good to me, muntxate,"
You smile seductively at him, your body tingling and your mouth warm. The air is heavy with lust and desire but also joy and love. You are happy to have found Neteyam, and he is pleased to have found you. "Gonna reward you for being a good girl." You giggled as you brought your hands to your face to lick them clean of Neteyam's salty goodness.
"You really are going to kill me, Y/n." Collecting the rest of the cum that painted your stomach, you can't imagine being with anyone else, and you are so happy to be his.
How do we like the first post for Kinktober 2023? feedback is much appreciated!!!

Gale x Tav Enemies to Lovers Part 12
Oh boy, I am excited about this one. Enjoy it folks. Gale's point of view.
Tumblr media
As Gale handed Tav the variety of spices, her expression suggested she was presented with something vile and putrid. Gale couldn’t suppress the chuckle that bubbled from his lips and when she shot him a withering glance, he blushed sheepishly, his lips turning into a lopsided grin. “Sorry - it’s just - if you could have seen your face… you would have thought I was handing you lumps of Myconid flesh to cook.” Gale gazed down at Tav, his chest tightening as she studied each of the bottles carefully. It was endearing, how her eyes narrowed and brow furrowed in confusion, trying to deduce what was in each glass.
Gale bit the inside of his lip and sat beside her, resting his fingers over hers on the jar she was holding. He wanted - needed - to chase the rush that clouded his judgement anytime their skin made contact. He had forgotten what it felt like, to touch mortal skin in this way… where there is an undercurrent of things unspoken, where the fabric of one’s DNA shakes with anticipation. It was electric, intoxicating and it was a sensation he had forgotten. One benefit of being mortal, he supposed.
“This is thyme,” he said, fingering the plant and relishing in the warmth of her finger against his. He felt redness flower across his face, betraying his desire despite the innocent topic. “It can be peppery and sweet…” Gale frowned and laughed, pulling his hand back to brush his thumb across his lip. “I’m not sure I’ve ever tried to describe its flavor before. It’s more difficult than I anticipated.”
“Gale admitting a flaw?” Tav said, clutching her chest in mock astonishment. “Mark it in the books.” Was she teasing him? After she had been yelling at him moments ago? Gale shook his head from the whiplash although he found it exciting, curious. Like the unsolvable puzzles that stumped many of their classmates, Gale needed to understand her. He realized despite all their time together, both in youth and at present, he hardly knew anything about her at all.
Gale pursed his lips and felt the desire stir. It provoked him, a budding irritation meshing with something more. Despite his endeavors, the feeling would not be ignored. His brows rose and he let out a low, deliberate laugh and made a light ‘tut’ sound. “It doesn’t happen often, so don’t get too confident alright? You don’t even know what thyme is.” Gale felt his mouth go dry when he saw the red that streaked Tav’s face after he spoke, how she looked up beneath full lashes, her eyes set on his.
My gods.
Perhaps it was the way the fire danced across her skin and hair, or the way she held the glass like it was drow poison. Perhaps it was her sudden vulnerability, or ineptitude with this basic survival skill. Gale’s mind went off on a tangent, bewildered: Seriously, how could she not know how to cook? Anything? Not even an egg? Not a piece of toast? Truly, nothing? With that clever mind of hers? How did she take care of herself? She must have been living off something... she didn’t even try to learn? That can’t possibly be.. I must have learned how to cook my first meal when I was eight, at least… did she try to use the weave, I mean I just…
But the thoughts were simply a distraction from how he felt unsteadied. As if he was asked to stand on one foot and someone pushed him over. It was a surreal experience and felt outside of his body, his face moving towards hers as if by magnetic force. The way her breath hitched as Gale began to lean brought him back to the present and he paused.
He inhaled steadily, his lips parting and pulled his head back from her. “Well…” Gale cleared his throat though his voice was thick with arousal, “it goes well with lemon, rosemary, and it can take a chicken and make it fresh, vibrant even. Erm…” he sighed, the air thick between them and felt almost as if it would materialize as a solid wall.
“Am I interrupting?” Astarion’s caustic voice cut their tension and Tav scooted away from Gale, her eyes flashing to Astarion and then back to Gale. Her brows furrowed softly and her eyes hinted at a deep, unaddressed sadness. Gale felt his heart reach out for hers, begging her to stay with him.
But she wouldn’t. Of course she wouldn’t - he’d given her no reason to.
So when Tav spoke it took him entirely by surprise. “I’m not sure - Gale?” When Tav’s eyes locked with his he felt his stomach implode on itself and he nearly lunged for her lips. He shook his head a little and for the first time in a long while was at a loss for words.
“Ugh,” Astarion said, breaking Gale’s trance. Astarion’s arms waved in front of Gale’s face, as if to test if he were awake. “Hello? Is there a Gale in there I can speak to? Or has the orb fed on that brilliant mind of yours too?”
Gale’s face darkened and his nostrils flared. “I’m fine, thank you for your concern. How generous of you.”
“Pah!” Astarion’s eyebrows shot up and his mouth hung wide open, a slight smirk on his lips. Gale read the hunter’s gaze in Astarion’s eyes as he walked slowly towards them, one arm hooked across his chest to support the other. He was looking at his nails. “You know, your personality doesn’t do a lot for you, Gale.” Astarion looked down at Gale from his nails, his lips downturned. “I’m surprised a Goddess picked you as a chosen, let alone a lover. You’re as dull as your food is.”
“Hm.” Gale stood, his fingers curling into his palms, his nails biting into the soft flesh. He cupped two fingers around his lips, the other on his hip and took a step towards Astarion, a smug grin playing at the corners of his mouth. He leaned forward, “Thank you for your feedback. I shall be informing our companions that tonight, you are the chef and if they have any complaints they can take it up with you.”
Gale shot his eyes to Tav who looked mortified, ashamed, and pleading. Gale shook his head almost imperceptibly and headed towards Karlach’s tent.
**
“The fucking nerve of him…” Gale was shouting, his hands flaying as he paced through the tall grass, arguing with the invisible Astarion. It was late and Gale had dragged Karlach out to seek her counsel. Rather, to rant. As Gale paced wildly, Karlach watched in abject horror and simultaneous glee. Gale knew she was probably getting a kick out of this and would likely try to provoke him further.
“Okay, grandpa, settle down,” she said affectionately but Gale turned and frowned dramatically, pointing a finger. I knew it, he thought.
“This is no time for joking.”
“Actually this is the perfect time for joking.” Gale huffed and Karlach responded with a chuckle. “You need to cool down and I’m just trying to dump some water on those fires there, metaphorically speaking.” She laughed again at her own joke though her voice was kind, “Morbid, but true.”
Gale’s anger was no match for Karlach’s infectious energy. It was difficult to be angry when Karlach was as she was. So earnest and exuding with life. Happy to be alive, and grateful for it, unbothered by what had yet to come. She was not trapped in the endless loop of nostalgia, of what could have been - she lived fully and unapologetically in the present. It was a trap Gale needed desperately. She also shared an intimate understanding with what it meant to be faced with the possibility of death before the tadpoles. Gale couldn’t remember the last time he had a friend like Karlach.
For the matter, he couldn’t recall the last time he had a human friend.
Apart from Elminster, but he hardly counted. The realization struck Gale with a profound sadness and he shuddered involuntarily. “Oh.”
Karlach gave a small head-shake in bewilderment from Gale’s abrupt change in demeanor. “You and her are cut from the same cloth, I’ll tell you that much.”
Gale frowned, crossing his arms. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Oh my gods…” Karlach laughed harder now, exasperated and tapped a finger against her skull. “What is it about Wizard’s mate? Always needing to tell them the proper answer? Open your eyes, Gale. Not a few hours earlier Tav was crying over that ring I gave you and then maybe an hour later was chatting you up, flirting, laughing at the fireside.”
“She was not flirting.” Gale shot, insistent, and looked down. That couldn’t be true. It was all in Gale’s head, the energy, the sensations - it was because he’d been deprived of human contact for so long, and she evoked such a visceral response in him. He had loved her before he even knew what love felt like. He then returned his gaze, almost hopefully to Karlach. “Was she?”
Karlach sighed dramatically and closed her eyes, sighing and ran her hands over her face. “I can’t do this with you mate, I’m tired and I’m going to sleep.” She turned to head back, “I’ve already spelt it out for you, since apparently you are incredibly smart and, I say this with love, incredibly stupid at the same time. Open your eyes, or don’t, but don’t say I didn’t try to tell you. Don’t let jealousy or insecuirty get in your way of a meaningful connection. If you could see what I do… you wouldn’t be asking me these questions. I'd do anything to touch someone again - and you have the possibility of that, and more besides. Don't waste that.”

A Bold Twist on History: Why My Lady Jane is a Hidden Gem in the World of Fantasy
My Lady Jane is a defiant breath of fresh air in the world of historical fantasy, embracing its bonkers nature with unapologetic enthusiasm. This series takes the rulebook of realism, tosses it out the window, and instead opts for a wild ride that blends history, fantasy, and romance into one delightful package. The show doesn’t just flirt with the boundaries of reality; it gleefully dances right past them, making a Black man the King of England and introducing shapeshifters as part of the social fabric. This bold move pays off beautifully, inviting viewers to suspend disbelief and simply enjoy the ride.
What sets My Lady Jane apart is not just its entertainment value but its sharp wit. The protagonists are a joy to follow, with Jane and her fellow female characters serving as the true heart of the show. Jane herself is fantastic—her earnestness is both endearing and occasionally irritating, but always compelling. Surrounding her are standout characters like her cunning, sex-positive mother, Lady Frances, and her fiercely independent sister, Lady Margaret, who exudes a strength and determination that would give even Lady Lyanna Mormont a run for her money.
The series doesn’t just rely on its characters to make an impact; it excels in world-building and plot twists, all presented with a satirical sense of humor. The tone is a unique blend of modern feminism and historical toxic masculinity, creating a fresh take on the period drama genre. It’s a show that doesn’t shy away from revising history, much like Dickinson or The Great, and in doing so, it crafts a narrative that feels both contemporary and timeless.
However, the show isn’t without its faults. At times, the blend of genres and tones may feel jarring to some viewers, and not all of the humor lands perfectly. The pacing can also be uneven, with some episodes feeling slightly stretched while others race through pivotal moments. But these are minor quibbles in an otherwise delightful series.
For those who enjoy a mix of romance, action, and wit in their shows, My Lady Jane delivers in spades. The chemistry between Emily Bader and Edward Bluemel is nothing short of magnetic, their love story evolving from enemies to lovers with a perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Their portrayal of Jane and Guildford is so compelling that you can’t help but root for them, even as they navigate the treacherous waters of political intrigue and personal growth.
The show’s historical twists add tension and excitement to the narrative, making it more than just a simple retelling of history. It’s a femme-centric romp that flips the script on traditional damsel-in-distress stories, showing what happens when women take control and defy the patriarchal constraints of their time. My Lady Jane is outrageous, audacious, and delightfully bawdy—a show that isn’t afraid to be dirty and daring.
That said, this show might not be for everyone. Fans of more traditional period dramas or those who prefer their fantasy with a bit more realism may find the show’s irreverence off-putting. But for viewers who appreciate a fresh, bold take on history with a heavy dose of humor, My Lady Jane is a gem.
Although My Lady Jane was one of the best-reviewed new shows this year, it sadly failed to find a broad enough audience. The series received a 91% critical approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, yet it never landed on Nielsen’s Top 10 weekly streaming rankings for originals. Despite the initial online buzz, it didn’t translate into enough viewers, leading to the show’s quiet exit.
In my opinion, insufficient marketing and the overshadowing by other, more heavily promoted series prevented My Lady Jane from reaching the wider audience it deserved, ultimately contributing to its untimely cancellation. It’s a real shame, because this show had all the elements of a hit: humor, heart, and a unique blend of magic. From the clever reimagining of history to the standout performances, My Lady Jane was special in many ways. For those who did find it, My Lady Jane remains a gem—one that will be missed but fondly remembered.

Aquarius, Venus
So the Aquarius Venus definitely has their own brand of clothing that is very unique to them. Like I said we always want to put their rising sign and sunshine into consideration to add up that spice to each outfit a lot of the time when I use celebrate examples I like to use their street style, Unless they are a very raw and out there celebrities from the 70s and prior to that where there was not as much TMZ and things like that I mean, I know there was big Hollywood films with big costume sets and stuff,
Nancy Spudgen, so for her life, Nancy sponge and took a lot of slack from the media and the press hounded. Her even members of the Sex Pistols and part of their team. Tried to keep her and said apart, but he was attracted to this wildcard she attracted everything he wanted to be I believe for a 20-year-old she knew a hell of a lot. She was very intelligent and her mother tried everything with her her from private schools to institutions to try and sort her head out. Even as a baby. She struggled so much of the deprivation of oxygen, Aquarius rules, the supernatural and other world. When I read her book the mothers book, she would talk about these parties that Nancy would have where people would be having sex on the stairs in their family home, so all the other family members ahead to her behaviour without wanting to upset her for an easier life going into her style from what her mother says was ahead of the times and I always get annoyed when people say this because I think really everybody, but when you look at the pictures of her back, then she was a hippie before being a hippie was cool, she was a punk before being a punk was cool. She put her outfits together. Her mum actually hated the white blonde hair and the punk rock so much today that she changed her. She really was at the funeral and put her in a different dress and dyed her hair back which I believe is very Aquarian energy. She wanted to be a rebel and her mum monitored to conform to some degree.
But were very fitting for her. It was very simple and a lot of these aquarium Venus outfits are very simple but give a little jar to the outfit so they might wear a really oversized jumper with a belt and hot pants but it could be in plain black so it doesn’t look that over the top, or it could have some funky accessories while the west of it’s really plain, but what she did is have a white face, white hair, black smudged, make up red lipstick, leopardprint, fishnets, leather high heels, and she looks sensational. She had her beautiful Jewishness in her outfits too because of her lovely hair and her voice. It all went together in this really nice neat package for a small woman, with lots of a fountain of knowledge and a high IQ, not that I regard IQ is the biggest thing in the world at all. I’m just saying that this lady was very intelligent and to be honest she wasn’t even a proper adult at 20 I’m mean what do you know at 20, but this lady I’m telling you was put here is comic out for either her family or herself and her being a Pisces, sun, and Pisces rising, there was a lot of focus on the self and how she got away with a lot of things in the house because of who she was, and then it got to the trance on her physical body was too big to be controlled.
It’s funny, because now we going to Kate Moss, a similar story with her and Ganner Poirot similar to the story of Nancy Spoden, where there was a party where lots of things were going on in weird rooms, and Gwynne fact leave because it wasn’t really her flavour that say, she had wild times of Pete Docherty in the Alley, 2000 where they would go out and be packed by the press crazy things “ cap on Coke again” headlines like that, and I will say Aquarius might have a thing for that illegal substances that say, but Aquarius can leave things hidden, but a lot of the time things do come to them. Aquarius is rules, magnetics and magnetic force and electricity so the way I said Nancy did that with controlling her family, maybe Kate did that in the sense of her modelling industry with her Leo rising, and Aquarius, Venus opposing each other, that was the rebel in her the Aquarius side, and then Leo side, both being rebellious signs the Leo giving her the confidence to do eccentric things and being an eccentric person in the press, and love the attention of the press for her beauty and her crazy relationships.
Then things got a bit quieter. She mellowed down and then she’s talking in her 40s so it took a long time and Aquarius is a long sign of energy and age. It is the older sister it might take longer to mature. It might even have Benjamin button syndrome a little bit .now as we come to clothes she’s a fashion icon, bing the supermodel and being the brand girl for many Dales like Rimmel London a lot of the tailored outfit goes so well for her body. I’ve noticed they all like the suit jacket basic staple of a wardrobe and obviously Kate had access to these things being a supermodel, knowing what looked gone on her. She also had the controversial period of their heroin, she look, so here you see with Aquarius Venus says they have a lot of controversy surrounding them. Their fashion is iconic. I have an Aquarius Venus aunt and she got a real bad disease that you can’t cure and she kind of felt ostracised for that, but there was always rumours in the family about things that she had done just like we’ve being an alcoholic and having maybe drug problems as well but she always like dressed to the nines. She would wouldn’t leave the house sometimes until she done her hair which and make up which would’ve taken her like four hours. All in all, we’re not too sure about her, but these guys really do know how to look for their body. They face their hair all of it and I’ve always admired and I’ve always asked my auntie for style tips because she always looks good at any size she’s been.
Kate Moss is very like blazers a nice fur jacket to throw all over it, and then when it comes to festival she’ll wear a power, hot pants, a fluffy bomber and a dress top which I’ve put in the picture above which I just think looks so beautiful, but what’s added to the outfit is the jewelry she’s dressed up with jewellery they dress it up with a nice bag where the crazy symbol symbol line simple,And it always looks amazing.
Sienna Miller
So in the early 2000s there was a lady called sienna Miller, who is like an actress model. We didn’t really know she came from. She came out of nowhere from being honest and she was just at Bohemian, hippie Vanessa Hudgens,/Nicole Ritchie, kind of girl. she was styled so beautifully and so classically. These girls kind of brought back the 60s vibe. Where is the untamed blonde hair hardly any make up and if it was it was maybe smudged a bit for the party}!
So she was with Jude law and had children with him I believe, but they’re controversies in the 2000 were crazy about affairs and threesomes and everything like that, but her style that was what captured the magazines again that’s what I’m saying, their styles of these people capture the magazines they want to see what they’re gonna be wearing next and they don’t get criticised because they have four out so well with that aquarium energy of knowing what looks good, similar to Sagittarius Venus, which is a bit more insecure Aquarius Venus will be insecure about it, but they will know how to dress it rather than hide it well a bit of both.
But she really gave Bohemian, a new thing, along with people like Nicole Richie, she was almost like a young Anita Palenberg, and then we have Tiffany Amis and we’ve had saved by the bow looks that it was so classic and so ladylike and so feminine that all the young boys fell in love with Tiffany on 90210 and saved by the bell she had that beautiful face cherub like and the outfits were so 90s and chic they were recycling. The 70s again so this Aquarius Venus, as you can see and along with Ashley Benson who is dressed up the bait lasers so well and the street style looks so comfy yet tailored it shows really how clever Aquarius can be with materials.

Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice
Echo/Fem!Reader
Word Count: 5.3k, this was not supposed to happen
Warnings: none that I can think of?
When Echo is invited to your Life Day celebration, he's elated. That is, until he learns about gift-giving aspect of Life Day. But it's okay, he's a trained soldier with six men who will always have his back. Together, surely they can figure out the perfect gift to give you. Right?
So, I decided to participate in another @cloneficgiftexchange, Life Day edition, and this time, I was lucky enough to be able to write a fic for @ghostofskywalker herself. I was very excited to write this one, and the prompt "tell me I'm crazy" - "you're crazy" coupled with "agonizing over whether or not the gift character a got character b was something they'd like" seemed like they'd be so much fun to write.
ghostofskywalker, I love your fics literally so much, so I'm very excited and nervous to give this one to you! I hope you love it, happy holidays!!!
Echo liked his routine. He liked knowing exactly what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and in what order it was going to be done. For example, once the transport touches down on Coruscant, Fives is going to throw his arm around Echo and shout something about “hitting every single club on Coruscant,” which really only meant 79s. Echo will laugh, shove his brother’s arm off his shoulder, and tell him that it didn’t matter how many clubs he went to, no one would want to dance with any one with a face as ugly as Fives’. They’ll go back and forth, with a few more brothers piping in every here and there, but once those doors open, Echo’s gone. His legs take him, almost as if they have a mind of their own, straight to a little shop on a level slightly lower than planetside. Without even really thinking about it, his legs take him straight to you.
Echo will walk into the shop, a little bell announcing his presence from above the door, and be hit with the smell of freshly baked pastries, cakes, and cookies. Although glass display cases attempt to draw his attention with colorful examples of the sugar-filled desserts the shop offers, Echo will glue his eyes to the person behind the counter. When you look up, your lips will break out into a blinding grin and his will have no choice but to follow. And for the first time since being shipped off the battlefield, Echo will feel peace.
Which is why it was twice as jarring for Echo when not only were you not at your post by the register, but there were green plants, candles, streamers, and hanging lights covering almost every surface with a cinnamon spice scent dancing in the air.
“Echo!” A voice to his right called, and as he turned, he finally saw you. On a ladder. Hanging another one of those circular lights. You quickly finished mounting the decoration and then scrambled off the ladder, faster than Echo thought safe, before throwing yourself at him in an embrace.
That was new.
Echo felt his face heat up as he lightly returned the hug, but he wasn’t able to fully pull his thoughts away from the drastic change in interior decor. “What happened in here?”
You stepped back and smirked, “Well, it’s great to see you too, Echo.”
“It’s everywhere.” He murmured. “Did you get pranked?”
“No!” You laughed. “It’s Life Day!”
Your voice held a lightness that made Echo’s gaze snap back to you, like a magnet. He noticed the joy that shone in your eyes and almost radiated from you. Stars, you were beautiful.
“Life Day?” Echo questioned, “Does Coruscant have an extra day in its standard week?”
Your eyes widened, “You don’t know what Life Day is? It’s my favorite holiday!”
Echo shook his head, “We don’t exactly celebrate a lot of holidays on Kamino. I think any sense of joy would make the long necks roll over and die.”
“Life Day is a Wookie tradition, although by now most of the galaxy has adopted it, it’s a huge celebration of family, joy, and harmony.” Echo listened to your explanation and heard the compassion in your voice. Compassion, not pity. Never pity. You never pitied his loss of childhood and normal life experience. It was one of the things on the, admittedly very long, list of things he loved about you. “Most people spend it with the people they love. They’ll make food, spend time together, give gifts, and some cultures even have little mythological figures to go along with it. There’s this one planet who believes that a fat man breaks into their house every Life Day to–”
“There you are, vod!” The little bell on the door rang out followed very closely by Fives’ irritating, grating voice, “I was starting to think you deserted, almost called the General to get a manhunt going.”
Echo turned, opening his mouth to respond, but Fives caught sight of you and his face lit up. His eyes bounced back and forth mischievously between you and Echo, “Oh… so this is where you disappear to whenever we’re on Coruscant.”
“Fives…” Echo warned, but it was useless.
“I never thought I’d see the day when a woman tolerated my brother’s company.” Fives pushed Echo aside, smoothly catching your hand and placing a kiss on it. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, miss, the name’s Fives. I’m sure you’ve heard all about me.”
Echo knocked Fives’ hand out of yours and glared at him. Fives just raised his arms in surrender. “What? I’m the light of your life, what else would you have to talk about?”
Before Echo could hit him, you laughed, “Oh, I have heard about you, Fives. It’s nice to meet the man who loves my snickerdoodles so much. That actually reminds me.”
You ran into the back of the bakery, returning with a paper bag that seemed stuffed to the brim. “I added some extra pastries that I think you’d enjoy, Echo. And tell Hardcase that I ran out of poppy seeds, so he’ll just have to settle for lemon muffins.”
Fives’ jaw dropped. “This is where you get these from? Vod, you’d better keep her!”
“She’s not a massiff, stop talking about her like she is!” Echo snapped, but Fives turned to you and started gushing.
“Never in my life have I eaten anything as good as the things you make. Your hands must be blessed by whatever it is that’s out there in the galaxy. If this one ever gives you any trouble, you let me know, or any of our brothers in the 501st, and we’ll knock some sense into him.”
“Time to go!” Echo interjected, grabbing Fives’ by the shoulder and shoving him towards the door. “So many baked goods to hand out, so many clubs for you to hit, remember Fives?” Fives continued blabbering and Echo continued talking over him, but you were laughing too hard to understand anything either of them were saying anymore.
“Echo,” you called out, right before he was about to step out of the door, “you can totally say no, if you want, but would you want to spend Life Day with me?”
Echo wasn’t sure if the sudden silence that fell was real or just his imagination, but it felt as if time had stopped. He glanced back at you, and seeing you standing there, surrounded by your silly and over-the-top decorations, he knew there was no place he’d rather be. “I’d really like that.” He nodded.
Then he stepped away from the door and let it close. He sighed, disappointed that his time with you had been cut so short, then turned and came face to face with his brother, who was wiggling his eyebrows at him.
This time Echo really did hit him.
“So…” Fives spoke around his mouthful of snickerdoodle, breaking the collective silence in the 501st barracks as everyone ate their pastries, “the baker?”
Echo sighed. It was his fault really for assuming that Fives could mind his business and drop it. “What about her?”
“She’s cute.” Fives shrugged.
“You met her?” Jesse blurted from his bunk across the room. If everyone wasn’t listening then, they sure were now.
“Yeah, I followed Echo after we landed and caught him with her. Someone’s,” Fives gave Echo a pointed look, “been hiding her from us. Can’t imagine why.”
“Maybe it’s because I value her sanity.” Echo mumbled into his fudge.
“What was that?”
“Nothing.”
Fives nudged his brother. “Look, if you want alone time with your girlfriend, just say that.”
“Girlfriend?!” Hardcase yelled, accusingly looking at Echo.
“She’s not my girlfriend.” Echo defended, before any more of his brothers got any ideas.
“But you want her to be.” Fives countered.
“Well, ye–no!” The truth had slipped out of his mouth before he could stop, and now that it was out, there was no turning back. Gasps erupted throughout the room. Jesse had to sit down, Tup dropped his piece of pie, even Dogma looked over with interest.
Fives cheered triumphantly. “What’s stopping you then? Go get her!”
“She’s not into me.” Echo slumped in defeat. “She’s brilliant and talented and beautiful. And she deserves so much more than a guy who’s not sure if he’ll make it back every day.”
A thicker silence fell over the room. Every man in it knew about their reality. They were bred, born, and raised to fight in a war that was not theirs, for a galaxy that was not theirs, for people who were not theirs. Many clones turned to sunny, loud personalities to hide the pain and loss they felt after every battle. There was this unspoken rule that each clone had to live out his life to the absolute fullest while he could, because he didn’t know when it might end. Now that Echo had verbalized it, the entire barracks was reminded of the injustice of their own existence.
“Vod,” Fives broke the silence again, this time with a seriousness in his eyes that looked foreign on his face, “we don’t get many chances to connect with someone like you have. Most guys would desert if it meant getting your opportunity. You can’t let her get away. At least let us know if any of us have a chance with her, if you don’t want it.”
His joke released the tension in the room, each brother chimed in with their own eagerness to date Echo’s baker.
“Even if I wanted to, she’s not into me.” Echo repeated. Groans erupted from all over the room, Jesse even threw a pillow at his brother. “What? I’m telling the truth!”
Fives’ voice rose above the noise, “Echo, di’kut, that is the stupidest thing you’ve ever said. She’s so into you, it kind of hurt to be in the same room as you both.”
Echo rolled his eyes, but Fives kept going. “Look, tell me I’m crazy, but–”
“You’re crazy.”
“She gives you free food, every time you go to meet her–”
“She’s a generous person.”
“She had her eyes glued on you the whole time–”
“Well, maybe you were scaring her.
“She invited you to spend Life Day with her–”
“She what?!” Kix was the one who interrupted this time. “You’re going right?”
“Well, of course, I told her I would. Why would I accept if I wasn’t going to go?” Echo sputtered. “Should I not have? Is that a bad idea? Should I tell her I’m not coming?”
“No!” The entire room shouted.
“You have to.” Kix got up and started pacing. “This is perfect, confessing on holidays is so much more romantic than confessing on your random Zhellday. Just give her something for Life Day, declare your love, and bam! Mission accomplished!”
“That’s ridiculous.” Echo groaned, “Even if I wanted to, I don’t know the first thing about telling a girl you’re in love with her.”
“Well, you’re lucky that you have six brothers right here that will do all the work for you!” Jesse gestured to the occupants of the room, all of whom had their own versions of their scheming faces on.
Echo glanced at Fives, hoping that he would say something to put an end to this madness for once, but when Fives looked back at him, Echo could see the mischievous glimmer in his eyes.
“Vod, we’re going to get you your cyare.”
…
It was Echo’s own fault. He really should’ve done something, anything this morning instead of blindly following his brothers across the Coruscant shopping district. Anything would be better than standing, in front of this very judgemental old man, in a jewelry shop meant for anyone but him.
“I’m sure this piece is out of your budget, young man.” The shopkeeper barely glanced at the necklace Echo was asking about. “Perhaps you’d be better looking elsewhere?”
“Aw, come on, how much is it?” Fives argued, “It can’t be that bad.”
Echo had not been aware that jewelry was even sold at a price as high as the one that came out of the old man’s mouth, much less jewelry that was sold at a shop on one of the lower, dingier levels of Coruscant.
“That place is a scam.” Fives quipped, the moment the old man had shut the door in their faces. “Let’s try somewhere else.”
Echo glanced around. “I get the feeling that we’ll run into similar problems everywhere. The GAR doesn’t exactly pay well, where would we even find jewelry that any of us could afford?”
“Nonsense. The way to a woman’s heart is through expensive things.” Fives was already looking for a new place to try. “Especially shiny, expensive things. Necklaces, rings, bracelets, girls go crazy for that stuff.”
“I don’t know…” Echo trailed off as he thought about you. You were kind, funny, loving, and selfless. He didn’t take you as the type to get carried away with shine and credits.
“Echo might be right.” Jesse piped in, “There’s only so much we can do in the expensive-jewelry department. But that doesn’t mean we’re completely down for the count. We’ll think of something else.”
Fives slumped his shoulders, but didn’t say anything in his defense. All six of the men began looking around, wondering which one would give the next idea.
“What about…” Tup shyly started, “flowers? Girls like flowers, right?”
“Yeah!” Hardcase nodded, “That way Echo can still buy something for his baker and not have to spend too much money.”
“What’s her favorite flower?” Kix asked, pulling the attention in the conversation back to Echo.
Echo felt his face warm. How was it that in all the hours he spent in your company, all the attention he gave to every detail about you, he didn’t know what your favorite flower was? His brothers looked at him with expectant faces. Would they make fun of him if he told them that he didn’t know? Fives would have asked a girl immediately what her favorite flower was.
“I’ll know it when I see it.” Maybe Echo didn’t lie. Maybe you had a vase that held a certain type of flower all the time in your shop and Echo had never fully noticed it. Maybe you mentioned it in passing a few times. Maybe Echo would see a flower that he would be dying to put behind your ear.
As it turned out, Echo underestimated how many flowers there were in the world. And some of them looked so similar, he couldn’t even begin to guess which one you’d be partial to. This whole gift-giving thing was a lot harder than he thought.
“What about this one?” Jesse emerged from behind a wall of flora, holding a giant, yellow flower.
Echo winced. “I think that one’s too obnoxious.”
“I found one!” Kix shouted from across the flower shop. Looking up, Echo could just see a black-gloved hand holding a dainty, purple flower above the shelves.
That one was better, but it still didn’t speak to Echo in any way that reminded him of you. “I’m not so sure.”
Fives groaned and tossed the bouquet he was about to offer Echo over his shoulder. “You’re impossible. She’s got to like something from here. Where’s Tup? This was all his idea.”
“He’s flirting with the cashier.” Dogma pointed towards the entrance. To his credit, Tup didn’t burst into a noticeable blush, but his shoulders tightened in a subtle motion that told his brothers that Tup heard them call him out. Nonetheless, the flower shop cashier was giggling at whatever he had said.
“At least someone here is striking gold.” Hardcase grumbled. “Now if only Echo could take a page out of Tup’s book. Tup’s book of all people!”
Echo knew his brother’s frustration wasn’t entirely on him. They would die before they admitted it, but none of them really knew anything about women, and this experience was showcasing that for all of them. His brothers huddled together, brainstorming the next plan while Echo ran his eyes over the shelves once again.
It felt like the millionth time he looked at this wall of flowers, but this time, one flower stuck out to him. It was elegant, but simple. Echo knew the petals would bring out your eyes in the best way.
“That one.” Echo pointed to it. His brothers stopped bickering almost immediately.
Fives hopped into motion first, “Perfect! Let’s go.” He marched Echo, who now held the bouquet in his hands, straight to the cashier. “Move over, Tup, you can flirt later.”
This time a blush did erupt on Tup’s face. He turned away to hide it, but the cashier just laughed lightly before turning to Echo and Fives, a more professional mask slipping over her features. “I take it you’re Echo?”
“Yes, ma’am.” Echo nodded, “Just this one please.”
The cashier nodded and began to ring up the bouquet. “I couldn’t help but overhear some of your situation, and Tup filled in a little bit. I just wanted to let you know that these flowers are commonly allergenic. Most people are pretty mildly allergic, but it’s not uncommon for a person to have a pretty severe allergy to them.”
Echo froze. “I can’t give that to her then! What if I put her in the hospital?!”
“Hospitals are not romantic.” Hardcase agreed, wisely.
“I’ll try something else.” Echo sighed, “Thank you for all your help.”
The cashier sympathetically nodded at him, and began to open her mouth to offer more help, but Echo was already being ushered out the doors of the shop by his brothers.
“It’s alright. Shake it off.” Fives assured, “The guys and I have already talked, and we’ve got a plan that’s a sure winner this time.”
…
“I can’t do this.” Echo threw up his hands.
Dogma glanced up from his own project. “Sure you can. There’s nothing that screams ‘Life Day’ more than a pair of mittens, and nothing says ‘I’ll be here to protect and provide for you’ more than the honorable discipline of knitting. Ow-”
Throwing the ball of yarn at Dogma probably wouldn’t help him learn to knit, but it did make Echo feel sort of better.
The plan that his brothers cooked up after the flower shop had not worked. And neither had the next. Or this one, apparently.
In Hardcase’s defense, Echo hadn’t even attempted to put together a 60-piece marching band to parade down the bakery’s street for Life Day. But he had attempted to learn to play the guitar because, according to Jesse, every woman dreams of the day a man plays a guitar and sings for them as they awkwardly avoid eye contact and shuffle in their seats for lack of better things to do. While he was sure the love songs he had tried to learn were beautiful, Echo found out that he didn’t have the musical ability to portray them in any flattering manner.
He was getting so desperate for a good plan, he’d even asked Rex one day, “Captain, if you were a beautiful baker, who was completely out of my league, what would you want for Life Day?”
“For you to leave me alone, probably.” Was the only response he got.
It had been weeks since he last met with her, weeks since she invited him to spend Life Day with her and started this whole mess. He knew that he couldn’t look her in the eyes until he had the perfect Life Day gift for her, but now that was Life Day Eve, Echo was getting hopeless.
Dogma glared at his brother. “You’re going to make me roll that ball back up, aren’t you?.”
“Yup.” Echo met his glare.
“Okay! New plan!” Kix jumped in. The entire room groaned in protest. “Shut it, all of you. I’ve listened to all of your awful ideas, I apologize to the woman you fool with them by the way, but I’ve got something you all don’t: a working brain.” More yarn balls got tossed in Kix’s direction along with insults that drowned out Dogma’s protests.
“Echo,” Kix ignored them, “this girl seems like she’s really special. And really special girls aren’t going to be swayed by things. She’s probably already into you and just needs to know that you’re in love with her. All you need to do is tell her, and the best way to do that is with love letters. They’re simple, heartfelt, and genuine. Three things that women love.” The men in the room had quieted over Kix’s speech, and all seemed to be absentmindedly nodding as they thought this new plan over.
“You’re right.” Echo stood up. “This is ridiculous. I just need to get it off my chest and tell her how I feel. A love letter is the perfect way to gift that.” Cheers erupted from the room this time.
I’m proud of him. Fives thought as Echo sat down and began writing. This was really important to him, but he could probably give her a rock off the ground and she’d kiss him.
Good for him. Jesse thought as Echo threw away his first draft of his love letter. He’s really thinking about what he’s going to say. He’s making sure it comes out just right.
He’s dedicated, I’ll give him that. Dogma thought as he laid down to go to sleep, Echo still writing. It’s not his fault that he can’t understand the value of knitting, but I guess this is the next best thing.
That must be some letter. Tup thought when he rolled over a few hours later, Echo’s pile of discarded letters getting taller and taller. I hope she likes it.
What time even is it? Hardcase thought when he woke up in the very early hours of the morning, Has he been writing this whole time?
I’ve created a monster. Kix realized when he got up the next morning, seeing no trace of Echo, but a huge pile of crumpled up pieces of flimsi next to the desk that he had sat at all night long. Maker help that Baker.
…
“Happy Life Day, Echo!” You greeted the clone standing outside your door. He returned your grin with a smaller one. You noticed that he looked slightly disheveled and he seemed to be breathing a bit heavier than normal. Instead of pointing it out, you decided to politely ask, “How has your morning been?”
“Awful.” Echo blurted before hastily correcting himself, “-ly great. I’ve had an awfully great morning. How about you?”
“I guess my morning has been awfully great too.” You awkwardly shuffled aside, “Would you like to come in or…?”
“Oh!” Echo quickly walked past you, and you noticed as he did so that he was carrying a large sack with him. It was made of dark green cloth and looked suspiciously like something you had seen other clones use to carry their gear. You found it odd, but decided not to mention it. Maybe clones had a regulation that stated they couldn’t go anywhere without their gear, and if him being able to wear the very flattering civilian clothes that he currently had on meant he had to carry around a giant sack everywhere, who were you to complain about it?
“Thank you so much for coming. I know I kind of sprung the invitation on you.” You gestured to your table, which you had set for two people with a candle in the middle. You blushed as you realized that you just presented him with a candle light breakfast, but continued on. “I made a sort of late breakfast for us, and then I have a full day of Life Day activities planned for us. I really wanted to make sure you have the full experience for your first Life Day.”
Echo prided himself in being a very observant and aware man, but he had not heard a word you had said after looking at the table. “It’s only us today?”
Your smile faltered, “Yeah, I had planned the day for just the two of us, is that okay?”
“Yes!” Echo coughed to clear the eagerness out of his tone. “Yeah, that’s fine.”
Echo had never been to your apartment, and so when he first got the comm asking him to meet you there, he got even more nervous than he already was. But his nerves were calmed as he looked around the room during breakfast. Your unique fingerprints were everywhere. Just like the bakery, every inch of this house was decked out in Life Day decorations. Little replicas of a decorated Tree of Life were scattered over various shelves and counters, garlands were hung with Life Day orbs, candles and other decorations covering everything. You even had a larger Tree of Life replica set up in your living room, also decorated to the nines. The entire house screamed the passion and love that you put into all things you care about, and the knot in Echo’s stomach loosened more and more with every minute he spent with you.
Breakfast was amazing. You were a great baker, Echo already knew that, but you were excited to show him that you were an almost better cook. While the day had started off on a bit of a stumbling foot, conversation began to flow easily between the two of you as more time passed. It was nice to see Echo relaxed and smiling. You don’t really know when it started, but these days, your life seemed to revolve around the little moments you were able to spend with Echo. He was sweet and gentle with you, but you knew that he was also brave and courageous. You adored every aspect of him. You hoped that one day, you’d be able to openly show the depths of that adoration. The rest of the day seemed to fly by. The two of you decorated cookies, built orgabread houses, played games, and before you know it, you were snuggled up on the couch, large mugs of wroshyr louse syrup cocoa in hand, watching the third Life Day holofilm of the night. At some point between the start of the second holofilm and now, Echo had managed to sneak his arm across your shoulders, allowing you to bury yourself into his side. His warmth seeped to you, and you were well on your way to falling asleep when he mumbled, “Cyar’ika?”
“Hm?” You didn’t know what the word meant, but you somehow knew he was referring to you. Lifting your head up, you met his gaze. How long had he been staring?
“When you first invited me over, I had no idea what Life Day was, but I did some research, and my brothers yelled at me, and now I think I have a pretty good idea of what it means. You’re really special to me, and my brothers told me that you give special people gifts on Life Day. So I spent the past few weeks, losing my mind, trying to find the perfect gift to give you.” A blush started to creep up his face, but he didn’t let that deter him, “I tried many things, and each one didn’t work, so I tried something else.” He carefully untangled himself from you and left the room. Before you were able to fully wonder where he went, he returned with the sack. “I couldn’t decide on one thing to get you. Each place I went to had something that reminded me of something that I like about you, but I like so much more than one thing about you and choosing which one to show you was impossible.”
He opened the sack and pulled out a necklace. It wasn’t anything big or flashy, but the chain was decorated with little pearls, “This isn’t the original necklace I looked at, the GAR doesn’t pay enough for that one,” Echo joked, “but it represents my point a little better, I think. When I looked at this, I saw all the little kindnesses that you do. Not just for me, but my brothers, other customers at your bakery, sometimes even just strangers off the street. I see a world that is mean and cruel everyday, but when I’m with you, I’m reminded of all the beauty and good that’s in it too.” A lump had formed in your throat, so the only thing that you could do was reach out and take the necklace.
When you looked back up at him, he was holding out a single, purple flower, slightly crumpled from being held in a sack all day long. “I searched a flower shop for hours to find this. I don’t know what it’s called or where it’s from, but when I saw it, I knew exactly where it belonged.” He reached out and gently brushed your cheek as he settled the flower behind your ear. “Right there.”
“Echo,” You smiled, starting to see where this was going, “thank you, I–”
“I’m not finished.” Echo reached into the sack and started pulling out item after item. “I bought you mittens, sorry they’re not homemade, a music box, I didn’t have time to put together a 60 piece band, I even brought Jesse’s guitar!” Your eyes widened as he pulled the instrument out of the sack, along with pages and pages of flimsi with music written on it. “I wanted to find the perfect way to tell you how much you meant to me, but all I did was drive myself crazy and waste so much time. Because none of these things can possibly show how much I look forward to every moment that I spend with you, and every smile of yours that I get to see, and how much I love everything about you. I love you.”
A beat of silence fell over the both of you as you both processed the weight of Echo’s words. “I have a Life Day gift for you too. But you have to close your eyes before I give it to you.” Echo’s shock displayed on his face for a moment, but he nodded and dutifully closed his eyes.
You took a deep breath. Echo’s leap of courage inspired you to take your own. You slowly leaned closer and closer into Echo, allowing yourself all the time you wanted to observe his features. His strong brow, sharp jawline, and full lips. You were most focused on those lips right now. Echo stiffened when you placed a hand on his shoulder for balance and when he began to feel your breath ghost over his lips. “I love you too.” You whispered, and then closed the gap.
Echo still had one gift that he hadn’t given you, but something told him he wouldn’t need that letter anymore.
Echo loved his routine. He knew exactly what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and what order it was going to be done. Once this transport touches down on Coruscant, Fives is going to throw his arm around Echo and shout something about “making sure that the pretty baker sets aside the good stuff for me.” Echo is going to laugh, shove his brother’s arm off his shoulder, and tell him that it didn’t matter what he brought back with him, anything from that bakery is “the good stuff.” They’ll go back and forth, with a few more brothers piping in here and there, but once those doors open, Echo’s gone. His legs take him straight to a little shop on a level slightly lower than planetside, straight to you, but now, he’s thinking about it a whole lot.
Echo will walk into the shop, a little bell announcing his presence from above the door, and be hit with his favorite smell in the world, but now, a pair of eyes is already looking back at him. The baker will leave her post behind the counter, as fast as she can, and throw herself into his arms. And for the first time since he left you, Echo will feel like he’s home.

I could really use some TLC right now. There was a huge fire in my home yesterday. Large parts of my home are completely destroyed. With God's grace, everyone is safe though my sister injured her hand and some of her hair got burnt.
Barring two rooms, everything else has been burnt.
Years and years worth of memories— just gone. Appliances worth lakhs of rupees— melted into a black, unrecognisable mass. Our fridge (and the fridge magnets on it collected over the years from our travels), which my late mother had bought and which still worked perfectly after over 20 years— destroyed to the point it hurt to look at it. Aged and flavored cheeses bought lovingly for pasta dishes and handmade artisan pizzas, homemade fruit preserves and relishes, a rich fruitcake sitting soaking in rum, de-seeded and sliced calamansi from my music teacher's own garden which was to be turned into a jam, spices collected and blended painstakingly over a long time— nothing but a heap of charred carbon.
Years and years worth of school books and children's magazines collected with care— ash. Clothes and toys and memorabilia from competitions won during our formative years— charcoal. My only photograph from my high school farewell— I can't say what even became of it. School supplies, art supplies, shirts and pants and dresses that belonged to the youngest children of our family— indistinguishable from the smithereens that covered the floor in heaps and heaps of utter ruin. A doll I bought 25 years ago before my baby sister's birth— a twisted and grotesque mocking reminder of what fire can do when it turns into a destructive force.
There is so much that I cannot really even catalogue. But imagine for a moment, if you can, what it feels like to walk through a field of debris that used to once be everything you loved about your home and took for granted.
And as you shuffle your feet around thousands of shards of broken glass, trudging past soot-blackened walls, melted tubelights and fans, broken pieces of the ceiling, and melted jars and boxes of tea and coffee, the smell of burnt organic and inorganic matter hits your nose and gives you a nausea-inducing headache.
You wonder if it is an emotional response or a physical reaction. And when you don't know what to settle for, you crack dark jokes before falling into a troubled sleep on a bed not yours, hoping this would all just turn out to be a bad dream.
I pray none of you ever experience something like this. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Modular Kitchen Accessories | Simplify Your Cooking Experience with the Best In-class Accessories
Cooking is an art, and like every artist, each cook needs the right tools. A well-equipped kitchen can transform your cooking experience. No more struggling with obsolete cutlery or inefficient equipment, the right kitchen accessories will help you whip up a treat every time.
Unleash Your Inner MasterChef with Quality Kitchen Accessories
Gone are the days when kitchens were only used for cooking. Today, the kitchen is the heart of the home, where you not only cook but also bond with your family over food. Modular kitchen accessories, with their innovative designs, are revolutionising how we approach cooking and kitchen management. They optimize the kitchen space with their sleek and compact designs, being both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Imagine a beautiful set of wall-mounted racks or an elegantly designed spice carousel - these are not just accessories, they're conversation starters.
Additionally, these accessories are made to be cleaned easily, which adds to the hygiene and cleanliness of your kitchen – an aspect that cannot be overlooked. Also, their advanced mechanisms and tools can cut down on cooking time significantly. From smart touch faucets to multipurpose slicers, the objective is clear: to make your time in the kitchen productive, enjoyable, and filled with culinary exploration.
Why Opt for Wooden Kitchen Products?
Imagine this: you're preparing a wholesome meal, and you reach out for a cutting board; it's solid, feels good to touch, and has that timeless look that only wood can provide. This isn't just a fantasy – wooden kitchen products bring this elegance and so much more to your kitchen. The charm of solid wood cannot be understated, especially in a kitchen setting. Integrating wooden kitchen products into your modern kitchen does not just exude a vintage charm but comes with a load of perks.
Wooden items are renowned for their durability and longevity. When treated right, wooden kitchen products like cutting boards, utensil holders, and spice jars can last generations. Plus, they add a warm, natural aesthetic that is difficult to replicate with any other material. They bring a piece of nature into your space, creating a cosy and inviting environment. Moreover, they are eco-friendly, supporting your drive towards sustainability. In a world where environmental consciousness is not just appreciated but necessary, using wooden accessories is a step in the right direction.
Stay Well-equipped with Wall Mounted Accessories
In the race to make the most out of every inch, wall-mounted kitchen accessories stand out as an innovative solution. Space is a precious commodity in modern-day kitchens, and these accessories help capitalize on vertical space that is often underutilized. They save counter space, making your kitchen appear more organized and clutter-free, a quality that is aesthetically pleasing, as well as functional. You can easily reach for pots, pans, or spices without having to navigate through a labyrinth of kitchenware.
Wall mounted accessories also offer easy access to commonly used items. Consider having a magnetic knife strip or a hanging utensil rack – they not only store your tools efficiently but also put them on display in a manner that is both accessible and stylish. Additionally, they add a decorative touch to your kitchen. With various designs and materials available, they can serve as an expression of your personal taste, uplifting the overall atmosphere.
Invest in High-Quality Cutlery
Every masterful meal is as good as the cutlery it is prepared and served with. High-quality cutlery undoubtedly lasts longer, resisting wear and tear and proving to be a cost-effective investment over time. But the benefits don’t stop there. It elevates your dining experience; picture the feel of a perfectly balanced knife as it slices through a tender piece of meat or the elegance of a beautifully crafted fork as it complements the table setting.
Moreover, exquisite cutlery speaks of your exquisite taste when you entertain guests. It's all about the details – the weight, the material, the finish – all contribute to that special feeling of a well-curated dining environment. When it comes to hosting, your choice of cutlery can become the subtle centrepiece that signifies sophistication and attention to detail.
Harness the Power of Advanced Cooking Tools
Embrace the marvels of technological advancements with modern cooking tools that are nothing short of a blessing for passionate cooks. These appliances, infused with the latest innovations, can drastically cut down on the time and effort required for your cooking routines. This means that you have more time to concentrate on perfecting flavors and exploring new recipes rather than being bogged down by preparatory tasks.
They speed up the cooking process with efficient energy use and often come with pre-set functions for specific dishes which ensure uniform cooking – a critical factor for tasty, well-prepared meals. Besides their operational advantages, these advanced tools are designed with user safety in mind, featuring secure locking systems, auto shut-off functions, and cool-touch exteriors. With these, cooking fast doesn't mean cooking reckless. They are intuitive, safe, and user-friendly, making them a must-have in the modern kitchen arsenal.
Reap the Benefits of Storage Units
The secret to a seamless cooking experience often lies in the art of organization. When you can locate your ingredients and utensils without a moment’s delay, cooking becomes less of a frantic scramble and more of an artful dance. Modular storage units, designed to use space effectively, are essential to achieving this level of harmony. They provide that much-needed organized storage for easy access, allowing you to find what you need when you need it, without any unnecessary hassle.
Moreover, they help maintain cleanliness and order, which is paramount in a kitchen environment. A neat kitchen clearance mentally prepares you to handle food safely and allows you to put more focus on creating rather than cleaning up clutter. With the right storage units, every spoon, knife, and jar has its place, contributing to a sense of calm and order that is pivotal for any culinary creation.
Choose Durability with Stainless Steel Accessories
Stainless steel accessories are not just about the gleam and shine they bring to your kitchen; they are about making a wise, long-term investment. They are rust-resistant and promise longevity, remaining unaffected by the humidity and wear that kitchen accessories typically go through. Also, they are a breeze when it comes to cleaning, resisting stains and odors that can compromise your kitchen’s hygiene.
The sleek, shiny finish of stainless steel brings an element of style and sophistication that echoes through the space. Be it a set of measuring spoons or a spacious sink, the visual appeal of stainless steel is undeniable. It complements any kitchen design, from the traditional to the ultra-modern, proving that these accessories are not just durable but also versatile in style.
Rethink Comfort with Modular Kitchen Furniture
Pairing comfort with style in the kitchen is a masterpiece in itself. When your kitchen furniture aligns with the modular setup, you ensure that every square inch is put to good use. Choosing furniture that seamlessly merges with your kitchen’s layout intensifies the overall functionality without compromising aesthetics. Sink into a comfortably cushioned chair at the kitchen island and you'll find that the time spent in the kitchen is not just about cooking—it's a comfortable and enjoyable part of your daily routine.
Apart from providing functional comfort, the furniture enhances the ambiance and aesthetics. Whether it be chic bar stools or an elegant dining set, the right furniture can convert your kitchen from merely a place to prepare meals to a luxurious and welcoming space where memories are made.
Embrace Innovation with Smart Gadgets
A smart kitchen is the hallmark of modern living, and the layer of convenience these gadgets bring is nothing short of transformative. These smart gadgets, from programmable coffee machines to voice-activated ovens, not only enhance productivity and efficiency but also pave the way for a more eco-friendly lifestyle through energy-saving features.
Moreover, they are designed with user-friendly interfaces, which means that they are intuitive to use, making cooking less of a chore and more of a delight. The seamless integration with other smart home devices adds another layer of convenience, allowing you to manage your kitchen appliances with a single tap on your smartphone or a simple voice command. Innovations like these redefine what's possible in the kitchen and open up new horizons for culinary expression.
Remember, cooking is not just about putting food on the table; it's about the joy of creating, the excitement of experimentation, and the warmth of sharing. Modular kitchen accessories facilitate all these aspects, turning the kitchen into a sanctuary of culinary delight. Whether you're a busy professional seeking efficiency or a passionate home cook looking for elegance and convenience, modular kitchen accessories cater to all your needs. So why wait? Dive into the world of kitchen transformation and let these accessories be your ally in the culinary adventure that awaits.

Yay Betty the 1954 Stove had been fixed!
Part of the problem is that the oven temperature gages you can buy for home use are apparently garbage and mine was off by 30 degrees. So the actual oven thermometer was only off by 20 degrees.
Ol' Darryll has been in the business just long enough to know that back in the day there used to be adjusters for the thermostats so you could retune them as they aged instead of just replacing them.
Here's mine under the oven knob.
Tumblr media
ID: A white porcelain stove edge with a chrome circular dial holder. In the center are three small flathead screws the center one has a thin metal triangular hand pointed up. End ID.
So what you do is loosen the two outer screws (do not remove) and that lets you adjust the center one colder or hotter.
Now this era of mechanical temperature sensors have an accuracy range of about 10 degrees up or down and are really sensitive. So he got it about 12 degrees under the dial temp and said if he adjusted it more it would probably end up too hot. So just nudge the dial a little over the line and it'll be fine. She'll never be as accurate as a modern digital thermometer but I'm also not a baker so it's fine for me. Mostly she's on tater tot duty.
This is such good news because a new temperature sensor is likely to be a hard to find antique part and this stove is before his time so he's not super familiar. Also the model and serial number have worn off for an extra part identifying challenge. (The temperature gauge itself might have a model number on it.)
Anyway, she's back plodding away after 69 years of continuous use. Not gonna get that kind of longevity out of a modern stove. (Just keep three carbon monoxide sensor in operation close by in case something goes wrong so she doesn't kill us all. She's also not as efficient as a modern stove (pilot lights and the oven takes a while to heat up). But she represents where we were as a society before corporate capitalism's enshitification of everything took hold. There's no reason we can't build appliances today that last at least 30 years, let alone 70.
I love her.

ID: Betty, a white and chrome 1952-1954 O'Keefe and Merritt range with 4 burners, a griddle, three crumb catcher trays, a regular oven with a window, a broiler oven with a solid door, a pan drawer, and a service door. She has a tall back with a cover that can be folded up like a half shelf or folded out to cover the burners. The top has a (broken) timer, a baking temperature guide, salt and pepper shakers, a long narrow light, an electrical plug and a sculptural top design. On top of it is a pie bird, a fancy salt shaker, and an herb jar. Over it is a huge white and chrome hood that has a red mechanical timer and magnetic red spice jars stuck to it. There are white subway tiles behind it. With a black accent line. The surrounding cabinets are mint green with butcher block tops. A microwave, antique toaster, copper kettle, cooking utensils jar, and various other useful things are in the counter or in shelves. End ID.
