Kindness: Gwen obviously

Honest: Frederick because of how brutally honest and sassy he is!🤭

Generosity: Blaine(when he’s not being manipulated by Leland) i imagine Blaine being a really generous guy.

Loyalty: It was a tie between Lorena and Lance because both are very loyal to there family and friends. But I feel like Lorena should get this element…Why?

And finally is Sunset Shimmer’s element is redemption that one will go to Suzie it could also be Blaine’s element. But I want Suzie to be their Sunset Shimmer.

And yes guys I know her element was later specified to be empathy. But when she first ponied up I assumed her element to be Redemption.

Plus this could also work for Suzie as she can be extremely rude because she’s so full of herself as we’ve seen in the flashback cause her a bit of a problem with someone threatening her because she had no empathy for them. So gaining the element of empathy can be a good character growth. Though she would still be full of herself she just won’t be as rude about it.

(Then again Jamie could be empathy as his powers aside from some kind of light manipulation. He can taste the feeling of others through their food…or really anything they make that he puts in his mouth.)

Chapter Summary: Why is the reader late? And what is girl talk?

Bucky and Steve scrambled, knocking into each other as they tried to get to the door first. The noise alerted the others to the scuffling.

“It’s the coffees you idiots.” Natasha called from the now open door. "You would have smelt if it was her."

Clint sniggered as he went to help Nat, passing out the coffees as he returned.

“You know I thought it was just Clint that went to clown school.” Sassed Sam.

“Hahahahaha.” Bucky replied dryly.

“Oh leave them, it’s sweet how excited they are.” Came Maria’s reply.

“See.” Steve said looking at Bucky knowingly.

“She said sweet, not cute.” Bucky grumbled, as he perched on Darcy’s couch, pulling a danish from the bag that had been placed on the coffee table. Sam went to deliver another quip but Steve shook his head, noticing Bucky’s sulking.

“Don’t worry Yasha, she’ll be here soon.” Nat added, glancing at her phone. Darcy glanced over to look and then showed Nat something on her phone.

“To be fair it’s not like her to be late. Is she OK?” Maria asked.

Before there was chance to answer Steve and Bucky jumped to their feet, startling the others and started to dust themselves free of crumbs. Steve searched his pockets for a mint, wanting to avoid coffee breath and Bucky ran his fingers through his hair. Darcy decided to take the opportunity to tease them.

“You ok their fellas or did my best friend just walk up the street?”

There was laughter around the room as Nat stood, grabbing your Strawberry Frappe, a danish and a napkin.

“Wait, where are you going?” Asked Steve.

“Girl talk. Stay.” Replied Natasha, exchanging a quick glance with Maria, who nodded quickly.

“We aren’t dogs.” Grumbled Bucky.

“No, you’re over excited alphas.” She replied, pulling Darcy through the door and closing it quickly.

Bucky huffed and threw himself onto the sofa dramatically. The group tried to stifle their laughter. Clint struggled the most and let out a chuckle.

“Yeah, I know, I know, I’m over excited blah blah blah.” Complained Bucky.

“That’s not why I’m laughing actually, Nat was worse than you. She changed outfits four times, brought three different bouquets of flowers and ordered six different blankets. Y/N had to tell her to and I quote ‘calm the fuck down, you look like you’re about to hump her’. To be fair Darcy looked hot. I struggled and I just had my beta urges to contend with.”

“Yeah but at least you got a date, all we’ve got is avoidance.” Grumbled Bucky, “Steve stop staring at the door, she’s not gonna magic through it.”

Steve was now the one to huff.

“What exactly is ‘girl talk’ anyway?” He asked, as they all turned to look at Maria.

As you neared Darcy’s building you got a whiff of Steve, closely followed by what you now knew to be Bucky. You saw the main door to the apartment open and panicked for a second, worried it was them. Realising their scents were still a bit of a distance away you sniffed and got a whiff of your best friend and soon to be mate, spotting them both soon after.

You quickly brushed the tears from your face and took a deep breath. Time for the ‘I’m fine’ face.

“Heyyyyy, it’s moving day! I’m so sorry I’m late, my appointment ran over, I’m here now and I have everything” you kept your voice light, tapping your bag. Darcy barrelled into you, hugging you tightly.

“Why were you at the doctors?”

“What, errrr I wasn’t, it was an eyebrow appointment.”

Darcy pushed your hair away to look at your eyebrows and shook her head disappointingly.

“When did we start lying to each other?”

“Fuck” you muttered, “how’d you know?”

“First, we went three days ago to get them done together, remember, AND Natasha tracked your phone.”

“For fuck sake Romanoff!!!” You snapped as you shot a look at her, as she hovered a few steps behind Darcy.

“I have a danish and your awful pink drink.” Nat replied, holding them out.

You side stepped Darcy and grabbed your drink and danish from Nat’s hands, letting out a huff as you sat on the building steps.

Darcy quietly followed and sat beside you, brushing your hair away from your face again, this time spotting the tear marks on your cheeks. Nat sat a few steps back, observing you both.

“I’m worried.”

“Don’t be. It was a checkup.”

“On a Saturday?”

“Specialist clinic, runs twice a month, this was the only slot, I’ve been waiting three months. I’m sorry I was late, they were running behind and then I couldn’t get an Uber and then there’s an accident a few blocks down, I walked the rest, I’m sorry.” You went to stand but Darcy grabbed at you.

“What’s going on?”

“Darcy this is your day, you don’t need to hear my bullshit.”

“Yes, I do, you always hear my crap and I wanna hear yours. What is it? Is it your suppressants? Shit, is it suppressants sickness?”

You sighed.

“A little, my body it’s, well it’s not exactly happy about being on them so long and”

“And?”

“And…… I want a baby."

San Angel High School Exchange Group!

For the Lunaverse AU

I'm still figuring out how can I adapt the stories to a modern setting, since Maya and the Three and The Book of Life happen on two (mexican inspired) different ages: The Prehispanic Era (or something similar since we see dead Conquistador's on Mictlan's army) and the Post-Revolutionary Era (1920 - 1930). So here are some of my ideas:

San Angel would be in Puebla, which is a state close to the capital of Mexico. Even though the original San Angel is structured to be close to what Mexico City looked like once, Teca is a much more faithful portrait of such thing.

Given this info, they'll be atending San Angel High School as seniors. The three of them are 18 years old, so this year at Arcadia will be their last year before going to college.

Their story together doesn't change much. They're childhood friends, Maria then is sent to study aboard and they reunite at High School, where fantastical shenaenigans ensue, as well as some teenage romance drama.

By "Fantastical Shenaenigans" I mean: Chacal and the Bandits are a gang feared in San Angel because it is said they have (or had) a deal with the Divine Death (Santa Muerte) dus, giving them habilities and strength beyond any other gang. The School becomes the battleground for the final fight, instead of the church, and because of San Angel's victory, Xibalba and La Muerte allowed the spirits of everyone's loved ones to walk around town in the Day of the Dead. Obviously, this whole ordeal got documented on the news, reaching Uhl and, eventually, Strickler.

The truth about Chacal's gang is pretty much like the movie portrays it: Chacal once had a deal with Xibalba, who gave him the Medal of Everlasting Life. Chacal abused this power until he faced Captain Mondragon of the San Angel Revolutionary Front (Mexico's police rarely fights against Gangs) when he lost the Medal but took down most of the Front, only leaving some cowards and General Posada, the leader of the Front, alive. Of couse, the power of Chacal's army was too much to deny, so it instilled fear in the town, that's why nobody offered themselves to the Front.

Joaquin was taken under the wing of the Nuns of San Angel until General Posada adopts him. (Mind you, the nuns here in Mexico are known not only for their Eggnog, but depending on the region, they make cookies and other sweet treats, so I'm a 100% sure Joaquin knows how to cook and he's a traditional pastry chef in his free time. FIGHT ME! JIM AND HIM WOULD BE COOKING WHILE THE BOYS REHEARSE AND THE GIRLS SPARR!)

La Muerte and Xibalba are the principal and vice-principal of San Angel High School, and due to the magical situation the kids have experienced, they made a deal with Strickler at Arcadia Oaks for them both, as well as Teca Institute, to have a year long exchange each year. The purpose of this exchange is so the teens have more people to relate to when they speak of supernatural phemomenons, and given these three schools went through the ringer, sealing the deal was fairly easy.

Humanity's Hope AU: The Magical Girls

So I haven't really expanded upon this AU in a while, so I figured I should.

This is, of course, a sequel to the last post, I highly recommend people to read it as it is a basic introduction to the AU.

This post meanwhile will introduce you to all seven magical girls that were chosen by Tikal to defeat Dr Ivo Robotnik. All of whom happen to be various human girls (Well, mostly human) from the Sonic franchise.

Without further ado, here they all are:

#1: Maria Robotnik

Our main protagonist in this AU. 50 years ago, she used to be a termally-ill girl living on the Space Colony ARK before Tikal chose her to become a magical girl, now she's cured, in a different time period, and is determined to protect humanity from her evil cousin.

The Knuckles Clan knows her better as "The Angel From The Stars" due to her depiction on an aincent murial on Angel Island. Funny enough, Maria's grandfather, Gerald Robotnik, never noticed the similarites on said murial when he visited the island for research purposes.

Her companion is, of course, Shadow The Hedgehog, his creation was assisted by Tikal in this universe, though his design is mostly the same as his canon counterpart. (This means that the Black Arms don't exist in this AU)

#2: Hope Kintobor

Maria's first cousin once removed who comes from a future where Eggman took over the world, after realizing the truth behind what had really happened to Earth, she became scared. Luckly, Tikal came and gave her a chance to set things right. Thus, she was sent back in time to stop Ivo.

She encountered Maria shortly after she was sent back in time, and is heavily featured in this AU's version of Sonic 2, where she teamed up with Maria when their new friend, Miles "Tails" Prower, was capured by Eggman.

Her companion is Amy Rose, who first encountered Maria in this AU's version of Sonic CD. Since Hope needed a companion, she decided to become one.

#3: Sara

The daughter of the President of the Land of the Sky, while this feisty catgirl may not seem like the ideal choice for a magical girl. Tikal knows that deep down, she's secretly a kind person. And she truly shows it to her fellow magical girls. Other than that, she's also quite powerful in her magical girl form.

Her companion is Knuckles The Edichna, Knuckles doesn't need to guard the Master Emerald since Eggman already stole it in this AU. Much like his OVA counterpart, he's a friendly individual, especially to Maria since he knows about the Angel Island murial.

#4 and #5: Helen and Frances

A parapalegic girl and an adventurous girl who are classmates at Station Square Elementary School. And apart of a friend group consisting of them, Chris Thorndyke, and Danny.

Maria, who enrolled into Station Square Elementary in order to avoid suspicion and to gain knowlege about Earth in the present day, ended up being befriended by the two girls.

At first, Maria had no idea that they were magical girls just like her. But when Eggman attacked the school, Helen and Frances revealed their magical girl selves. In fact, the reason why they befrended her was because they knew Maria was a magical girl. (Tikal told them that)

One notible thing about Helen's magical girl form is that she is able to stand and walk perfectly fine, though it reverts once she turns back to normal.

Their companions are the blue hedgehog and twin-tailed fox duo themselves, Sonic and Tails. It's worth mentioning that both of them idolize Maria and wish to be just as cool as she is.

#6: Princess Elise The Third

The current ruler of Soleanna. Tikal gave her a Blast Processor wand when she was 7. However, while testing out her powers with her father, The Duke of Soleanna, an accident had occured, killing her father and causing her immense greif. Because of this, she would become afraid of her own powers, and never use them again.

However, all of this would change when she was 17, Maria would visit Soleanna and encounter the princess. Maria knew that something was troubling her and wanted to help her. After Elise talked to Maria about her fear, Maria wanted to assure the princess that she doesn't need to be afraid and that she can use her powers for good.

It just so happens that Eggman was planning to attack Soleanna because Elise had a chaos emerald in her possession. Now it was time to prove Maria was right.

Elise's companion is Silver, who took the princess under his wing after the accident ten years ago. He also knows about Eggman's quest for world domination, since he came from the same future that Hope was from, they never met during that time though.

#7: Sage Robotnik

A humanoid AI girl, originally created by Dr Eggman in an attempt to create a "Maria" of his own, she suddenly ended up going beyond her programming, and began to wonder what her pourpose and identitiy even were.

While wandering outside, she would encounter the magical girl group, she knew that they were the enemies of her father, but was suprised at how friendly they were to her. Everyone would then become shocked when Tikal chose her as the seventh magical girl, and Eggman had no idea about this.

This caused her to become even more conflicted about whose side she should be on. But she would make her final decision once Eggman caused destruction in Station Square.

Seeing how horrible her father really was, she finally had the objective she was searching for: Defeat Eggman and protect the world.

In this AU, Eggman created Sage a lot earlier than in canon, around the time this AU's events of Sonic Adventure took place. (And yes, Eggman is the one who destroys Station Square instead of Chaos)

Her companions are Mighty and Ray, for the same reason as Amy. This also makes her the only magical girl with two companions.

Bonus Magical Girl: Eggette

A mysterious girl who somewhat resembles a female Ivo, she's a Dark Magical Girl who is Maria's rival, and later Sage's rival as well. It's unknown what her goals are or if she's connected to Eggman at all, but Tikal knows that she didn't give her a wand.

Eggette pretty much has a similar role to Sonic 3 Knuckles in this AU.

Her companion is Fang the Sniper/Nack The Weasel, but sometimes Fang/Nack battles the girls on his own too.

Possible Shadow counterpart to Maria?

Since this AU will also adapt Sonic Adventure 2. It made me wonder if Maria should have a Shadow counterpart of her own to replace Shadow's role in the original game. Also acting as a Dark Magical Girl like Eggette.

I don't think it's entirely nessicary, since Sage is the closest thing Maria has to a 'Shadow' counterpart. And Eggette can fill the Sonic/Shadow "boss battles" in the OG as well. But It could still be done if people are interested in that idea.

Magical Girl Katarina AU

This originally shared the post with another prompt but I’ve separated them.

Katarina was a Magical Girl in her past life and she regained her powers along with her memories.

Acchan was also a magical girl.

The monsters/creatures/villains that she fought in her last life appear in the Fortune Lover world to cause chaos so Katarina must retake her magical girl mantle to protect her new world.

Mary, Sophia, and Maria also become magical girls. Maybe add Sienna Nelson so that’s there’s a team of five, besides, she’s Katarina’s friend in the Verge of Doom spin-off.

Oh, and to make things more interesting, Katarina’s powers in her past life were dark/shadow aligned so she has dark magic from the beginning. And her Magical Girl Mascot would be her canon Dark Familiar, Spot/Pochi.

I may or may not have gotten off track and made a fanfic about “A Kairos Moment”. @avaetin ever since your created that fanfic and ship I’ve never been able to look back.

Anyways anyone know a the show Star VS The forces Of Evil? Now imagine Nico’s family born from the “failed” clay prototypes made from the escaped essences of Earth, Sea, Sky, and Pit. Making them have magic but they were able to create their own ancient type of magic. Which like in the show they have a wand passed down from each queen. But instead of having a single wand passed down why not have them create their own wand along with their own spells to back up their own creation. I see Nico as the family’s Eclipsa (Queen Of Darkness) and Celena (the Shy). I think he’d be Eclipsa because why not. Also I think he’d look wonderful with an umbrella. Celena is mainly because of what’s said about her in that one episode where Star’s inside the wand and like reading stone texts about each wand user. I like started writing a bit of a fanfic about it.

Oh! Totally almost forgot about the kingdom his family has. So the Kingdom’s name is Eclipsara bc why not. Now kingdom is know to be hidden in the shadows and within plain sight. It’s where light and dark take a dance in a perpetual waltz. The capital is called Nightspire. It’s where all the most culture of the kingdom is held. Then there’s the major trading city that’s surrounded by a forest and near a river. Whisperwood is its name. It’s called this for a reason actually. The woods of that forest is where the trees whisper murmurs of secrets and where tales of yore are carried within its winds. This kingdom has all kinds of people from supernatural beings to normal people that live together in harmony among the rule of their dear Queen or King. OH!! The spells I wrote spells that are similar to the shows except they’re Nico’s spells and and like what if Nico took Aeon, and his children to the kingdom to let them have a “normal” childhood. Eclipsa was like hated for leaving her kingdom for the one she loved so instead of that for Nico. I’m going to have his family praise him for it. Like they did for Maria. Like they do for every family member who had enticed an immortal and powerful being.

Yeah, that’s about it. I’ll probably reblog the spells I made later.

Should I be working on my Jasico Fanfic instead of posting. Yes. Do I care and think everything I’m writing in the fic sucks and change sentences every few minutes. Yes. Should I not procrastinate and write my fic instead of saying I’ll do it later cause I have school work. Also yes! Anyways here’s the small part I started for this AU!

“A young girl stood in front of a tapestry. She was the oldest of her sisters. She, like her mother, was inevitability, the end. She was the fate others faced within their final breath. 

She was Atropos…

She looked at the tapestry with wonder. This was her mother. Her mother had titles her father hadn’t known of. She thought it was interesting to learn about this. She would admire the tapestry more later, for now she should read what her Mother’s people had to say about her. She looked down to read a tile of stone with gems and riches all around and a symbol of her mothers family. 

“Niccoló, Queen of Eclipsará. To an Eclipsaran King was wed but took a primordial for his love. And away from Eclipsará fled.”

Atropos felt like scoffing; they made her mother out to be someone bad. Leaving a kingdom for love doesn’t mean the person is bad. She disliked the fact they simply painted her father out to someone bad on the tapestry. Atropos thought they hadn’t known anything about her father. However, just as she was about to leave when she saw the stone change wording.

“Niccoló, the Flower and Star, he who hides behind a shadowed umbrella. The hand that does sweetly hold, a trove of cosmic secrets that have never been told.”

Have been brewing in my mind for a while this evichro au where instead of eve stealing hansel and gretel she doesnt flee after the stillbirth and she ends up.... asking seth for help to have another kid. So thru the magic combination of the adam cum jar and generic female seth clone eggs eve can have twins again but also its just a ploy from seth to get reincarnated again. Seth lets his body die while aiding starlit's escape from levianta because hijacking project ma is a big No No and when the twins are finally born the boy is named seth after him and the girl is named norea. Catch is that the twins are actually seth and maria reincarnated :). I like to call this the oshi no ko no ko au

Magic School Bus/Wild Kratts crossover masterpost

Basically, @daiohficblog and I have been coming up with lots of headcanons that cross over the shows.

WARNING: This post is by no means organized.

How does everyone know each other?

First of all, Ms. Frizzle knows everyone. So of course she would know the Kratt brothers and the rest of the WK team (Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy).

The MSB kids are introduced to the Wild Kratts team during a whale-watching trip off the New England coast.

Phoebe's uncle, Dr. Cecil Byrd, is a traveling ornithologist from Australia and often bumps into the WK team.

Creature powers:

The kids all have their own creature power suits (which Aviva made them for Christmas one year).

Color schemes:

Phoebe: Red

D.A.: Violet (different from purple!!!)

Carlos: Dark blue

Tim: Cerulean

Ralphie: Green

Arnold: Yellow

Wanda: Pink

Keesha: Fuchsia/Magenta

Other hc's

Carlos and Mikey's sibling dynamic parallels Martin and Chris's dynamic. You have the older sibling who likes to goof off and the younger bro with slightly more brain cells.

First creature power the kids used:

Carlos and DA: Peregrine falcon

Ralphie, Arnold, and Phoebe: Red fox

Tim: Pine marten

Keesha: Rattlesnake

Wanda: Bullfrog

Family/pets/whatnot.

Phoebe and Ralphie are step-siblings in this universe. They also have the most pets:

Brandy (a grumpy old tortoiseshell cat). Dr. Tennelli (Ralphie's mom) adopted her before Ralphie was born. Former stray.

Joxter, a black-and-white tomcat. Brandy's son. Adventurous, but also lazy (rather like his namesake from the Moomin books). Good swimmer.

Renee and Megan: Two red foxes, rescued from a fur farm. Renee has the "normal" reddish-orange coat, and Megan is leucistic.

Jeanette: An old border collie (female). Another rescue.

Loretta: A black-and-white Newfoundland dog. 6 years old.

Charlie: a piebald ball python. (Not sure whether Charlie should be a boy or a girl.)

Fang: a male red-kneed tarantula belonging to Ralphie.

HC's continued (not in any particular order)

Carlos is very arachnophobic-- so he tries to avoid spiders at all costs. However, most other "scary" animals (sharks, crocodilians, snakes, bats, etc...) don't frighten him.

Martin and Chris have become somewhat of "elder sibling figures" for the kids.

Wanda is the water-lover of the MSB gang. She brings her snorkeling/scuba gear WHEREVER she goes.

Phoebe and Ralphie (AKA the Terese-Tennelli siblings) like to visit Ralphie's uncle Brian at the lake to go fishing. It's the same lake where the "Bass Class" fishing contest took place.

Uncle Brian (Dr. Tennelli's younger brother) is an expert fisherman.

In the fishing contest before the events of "Bass Class," Brian won first place in the local fishing contest, and Gavin came in third. Fortunately, Brian is a lot nicer about winning and losing than a certain cheater named Zach.

The WK kids of Frogwater Pond (Gavin, Ronan, Jenny, Katie, Aidan, and Nolan) are in this AU, and they know the MSB kids. (Since they know Phoebe and Ralphie, who come to their forest every summer).

Carlos has two younger siblings: Mikey (one year younger) and Maria (three years younger).

Mikey is a computer/tech prodigy, and as such, often helps Aviva with her inventions. He also makes his own inventions (for which Carlos is usually the test subject). He uses a wheelchair to get around.

Maria is the math expert of her siblings. She is also deaf and uses American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate.

Mikey might not be able to walk, but he's good at a lot of things: fishing, kayaking/canoeing, playing the piano, and more.

Phoebe and Carlos (the most avid birdwatchers of the MSB gang) have developed a "secret language" composed entirely of birdcalls. One key part of this language is that anyone using it has a birdcall that stands in for their name.

For instance, Phoebe's bird name is the eastern phoebe's song, while Carlos uses the northern cardinal's song for his name.

They also teach the birdcall language to Martin and Chris, who use the calls of the purple martin and pileated woodpecker, respectively. It does not go well.

Phoebe might seem harmless, but she isn't. She's been taking karate classes since she was little, and if you hurt any animals around her, RUN. In fact, she's rather like her avian namesake: small and unassuming, but a fighter through and through.

Wanda is even more of a fighter-- leading to the bird nerds in both crews comparing her to a kingbird.

The Ice Cream Run is a time-honored tradition of both the MSB gang and the Wild Kratts team. Some details:

The best Ice Cream Runs are at night. Everyone get in the car/bus/Tortuga and head for the ice cream store.

You do not want to interrupt the Ice Cream Run. Under ANY circumstances. (The WK villains learned this the hard way.)

Phoebe and Martin bond over the fact that they share their names with birds. (The eastern phoebe and purple martin, respectively.

Any time either of them sees one of those birds, they'll send each other a picture of said bird with the caption "this you?"

Wanda can pilot the Cheetah Racer and the Amphisub and the Buzz Bikes. She is not allowed in the Tortuga's cockpit.

Carlos can pilot most of the underwater vehicles (the Amphisub and the Manta sleds), but he always crashes the hoverbikes.

Mikey usually helps Koki with system maintenance of the Tortuga. (At least in the early days, when he's still learning how to make computer programs without any bugs.)

How each of the kids handles being captured by any of the WK villains:

Arnold: Carlos shows up and frees him. (The two of them are rock bros, and rock bros always have each others' backs.)

Carlos: Annoying them with horrible puns and messing with their tech.

DA: Smacks the villains with her books.

Keesha: Also resorts to punching.

Phoebe: Fury of the bird she's named after.

Ralphie: Smacks the villains with his baseball bat.

Tim: Escape artist.

Wanda: Crowbar to the face. (Nobody knows where she got the crowbar.)

Wanda has only been captured once. After that time, none of the villains dare to capture her again.

Pretty much all the MSB kids (Arnold included) will resort to violence or trickery if they're captured.

Carlos might be the goofball of the MSB gang, but he can switch into serious mode very quickly-- especially when one of his younger siblings or friends is in danger.

MSB kids from oldest to youngest: Carlos, D.A., Wanda, Tim, Keesha, Arnold, Ralphie, and Phoebe.

There is a 6-month age gap between Carlos (born in October) and Phoebe (born in April).

By contrast, the shortest age gap is between D.A. and Wanda, who were born one week apart in November.

Carlos's favorite creature power to use is peregrine falcon power-- to the point where he always keeps a falcon feather with him.

Tim is the climbing expert of the MSB gang. Wanda is the swimming expert.

Tim is also the only person in the "I Injured Myself Falling Out of a Tree" club (which comprises himself, Phoebe, Wanda, Carlos, and Chris) who has never broken a bone.

Every now and then, Carlos (dinosaur nerd) will contact the Tortuga to tell them he's seen a dinosaur. They know full well that he means birds.

Wanda rescues her pet bullfrog Bella from a shady pet store while Bella is still a tadpole.

As in the "Hopes Home" MSB episode, Bella escapes and goes off to live in the wild. However, Wanda can't help but worry about her.

HC that Bella escaped to Frogwater Pond, and the kids there keep an eye on her.

The "Gets Swamped" episode of MSB is also canon to this AU. After the events of that episode, the swamp Carlos helped save is made a nature preserve in his honor.

Carlos and Wanda are practically adopted twins, and they share a brain cell.

Wanda technically has two brothers, but she doesn't get along with them very well. She argues a lot with her older brother Henry (they both get on each others' nerves), and there isn't a lot she can do with her younger brother William.

Martin and Chris have substitute-taught Ms. Frizzle's class a few times. It ends up being just as chaotic (if not more so) than the days when the Friz is there.
