Balance is a state of mind that is expressed in the body. To find the equilibrium point of any situation risks pushing too far here or there. It’s not about not falling or not taking risks. It’s not about playing it safe. But it’s also not about always pushing the boundaries for more. Nor is it about surpassing the limits every single time. Balance is just that, a balanced and harmonious approach to being with the understanding that balance is also a living state teetering around the center. Perhaps the most important thing when thinking of balance is to find out what your center is, whether that’s the physical, emotional, psychological, philosophical or spiritual center.
