Hi hun! I think either Sabrina Carpenter or Bailee Madison would work just fine! They both can look within the age range you mentioned, and have resources available too. But if you want other options, I can also suggest Mackenzie Ziegler (14), Anna Cathcart (15), Mackenzie Foy (17), and Isobelle Molloy (17). All four are underaged (under the age of 18), so if you do intend to use their fcs, please remember to use them appropriately.

Hey Katie, do you have any ASoIaF fancasts that you like/think are fitting?

Oh, I have many lol. But for now, I’ll only do my current favorite ones that haven’t been done before. Because while I do like some that are popular (Florence Pugh as an early or mid twenties-aged Cersei, Adelaide Kane as Lyanna Stark, and a few more) or that are rare but have been used before, I want to focus on the ones I haven’t seen before and like personally. But for this post, I’ll be putting all of the fancasts that I’m going to discuss underneath the cut, because it’ll be very long.

Mainly because you and I discussed it a little while back via Discord PMs (lol), but I really love a mid-2000′s Amy Adams as Lysa looks-wise.

I can’t think of many outfits of hers that I’ve seen her wear in pictures or movies/TV/etc. that’d really fit for the time period ASoIaF is in, though; but either way, I think she definitely fits Lysa in appearance (auburn/red hair, blue eyes).

Another one I love is Mackenzie Ziegler as Margaery. I know you’re actually a fan of hers (@amymxrches told me about your obsession with Wonderful lmao), but I actually really think this one fits.

Margaery is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, and she (Mackenzie) has exactly those. Even though I adored Natalie’s portrayal of Margaery and couldn’t see anyone else pulling it off acting-wise, she isn’t exactly how I imagine Margaery in looks, so it’s fun to have an idea that’s more accurate to how she’s described in the books. And the white dress she wore in the music video that the picture above is from is one I could actually see Margaery wearing. Not to mention, she’s the same age as Margaery IRL lol. (But I should mention that the picture above is from two years ago when MZ was 13 or 14, so she has grown to look different. But she still looks perfect for a Margaery fancast. The only ‘downside’ is that she dyed her hair blonde, and even though she looks beautiful with it, it’s not how Margaery is said to look. But if we saw current pics of her with brown hair again, I’d definitely use them for a Margaery FC)

The final three I have are all for Cersei, but they’re throughout different time periods of the books (Robert’s Rebellion, when she was a teenager, her late twenties, and then the canon timeline/current one).

For the teenage/Robert’s Rebellion era, Emily Skinner is my choice for an FC.

The only thing is that she doesn’t have the green eyes like Cersei does (they’re blue, but I think they look greenish in the pic above because of the angle and light), but outside of that, I think she fits her pretty well in appearance. Emily’s also great at playing bitchier roles (I adored her in Andi Mack, she was amazing), so minus her eye color, she’s the perfect young Cersei actress if you’d really want her to portray her in a pre-canon series.

Then for a late twenties-aged Cersei, I think Jodie Comer really fits.

I’m not sure if someone else already came up with the idea or not (I’ve been told so by a friend in a Discord server, but have yet to come across an edit that uses Jodie as Cersei) and if there’s an edit that uses her, but I really like Jodie as a potential FC for Cersei a few years before canon. (And she’s very talented, too.)

And for Cersei in the current/canon timeline, I LOVE Dianna Agron as an FC.

Outside of her being the first crush I had on a female celebrity when I was about nine (I’ve been watching Glee since forever lmao), she’s definitely got the features to be a Cersei fancast (green eyes, blonde hair, and I personally think the smile). Although I should mention that the pic above is from 2017, when she was 31 (the same age Cersei was at the beginning of the series).

Taken from Fae:  the oldest of james’ children and undeniably the real favourite. she’s an overachiever and type of girl who was good at everything in school and still is; she’s athletic, artistic, academic, a good mother, an amazing business woman, she’s smart, she’s intuitive, she’s healthy and rarely loses in competitions with her siblings or anyone else for that matter. anastasia has her daughter, darcy, and is engaged to ryder banks. there’s no love there but like her grandmother, she understands the importance of appearances. you’d have to be crazy if you thought she hasn’t had a string of affairs and STILL has them. however, she also has standards and is very selective over who she lets get close.  darcy is her #1 priority and she’ll fight fiercely to make sure she always stays that way.

Current Situation:

She’s been living in Beverly Hills with her daughters, working on her cosmetics line and also working tirelessly at her father’s film studios to keep them in order after his passing. All of the children have dealt with the death differently, but Anastasia’s tactic has been throwing herself into extensive amounts of work and putting a lot of energy into her girls.  Her marriage with her husband, Ryder, who she has been with since she was 18 is on the rocks and the chemistry has gone. Anastasia’s incessant cheating remains a secret and he has stayed in Los Angeles while she’s moved back to the UK with the girls. 

Darcy and Rose: (fc: Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler)

Anastasia’s two daughters are Darcy and Rose are her everything’s. They’ll pop up in conversations and things every now and then. She takes them both to dance practice and one of the main reason she wanted to move back to the UK was because she truly believes being around her family is what’s best for them.

mackenzie ziegler is twelve years old. she is a teen dancer on the elite team at aldc. her best style is acro and her worst style is ballet. she is often called the ‘shadow’ of the team.

mackenzie is like the mini maddie of the ziegler family. because of this, everybody treats kenzie like she’s six years old. there’s nothing she hates more, however, than being treated like a six year old. for almost her entire life, she has felt as if she’s being treated the same now as she was back when she actually was six, and it annoys her. she was tired of being the mini maddie. because of this, she had a very strained relationship with her sister. though they were best friends, they were fighting almost once every hour, and it didn’t help that they spent almost every waking moment of the day together. she began to make various attempts at expressing her individuality, such as through music or through the style of clothes she wore, but nothing ever really worked. she was always up to maddie’s standards. that fact also put a damper on kenzie’s relationship with abby. although it was relatively close compared to the other girls’ due to maddie’s relationship with her, she always felt that there was always a catch to their relationship. mackenzie had to be the maddie when maddie couldn’t be maddie, and she disliked that about her time at the aldc.

gianna was a new opportunity for mackenzie. since gianna had babysat her as a little kid, she had always felt attached to her. nowhere near the level of maddie’s attachment, but definitely pretty close. although she didn’t remember much about her early years, she knew that there was a positive energy surrounding gianna’s presence, and mackenzie liked that. she was excited for everything new to happen. she hoped to shake off the ‘mini maddie’ stigma she faced nearly every day back when abby was in charge. she also wanted to continue working on music, even if that means toning her competitive dancing down a few notches. most of all, she just wants to live the competitive-dancer life. she’s tired of maddie’s overobsessiveness with abby and dance, and she’s tired of all mama drama and the yelling. all she wants is to do what she needs to do to be mackenzie. and although she loves and would protect maddie at all costs, there’s nothing she wants more than to be herself.

Why is choosing a fc so hard!?

I want to create Aida so badly but I can't decide Between Vanessa hudgens(L) or Mackenzie ziegler (R) They both sing which is great for Glee however

Vanessa is Filipino-American like Darren Criss, and her age I'd be using that character was a good student. Mackenzie however looks like Darren and Cooper to me (top L, Top R) and is the correct age...I dunno what to do.
