Yang's Party Night (OPEN RP)

With the music blasting, people dancing, and the night having just begun, Junior's Club is the place to be. It's where the toughs go to cut loose, the ladies of the night go to make some cash, and where hunters go to hook up or start a brawl. Recently unbanned from the place now that she's paid off her debts, it's also the favorite club of Yang Xiao Long. It's her first time there in months, after a long day's work she's decided to have some fun tonight, one way or another.

"Hey there cutey! I haven't seen you here before, but then I suppose I *bar*ely know anyone here these days! How about I buy us a couple of drinks, I've had a long day and I'm looking to have a long night too!" She smirks as she puts her sunglasses away, waiving to the bartender to bring over a couple drinks. True to her words she looks to be covered in dust from the road, a light sheen of sweat on her from being out in the Sun all day. But if her cocky tone is anything to go on, she's got plenty of energy for the night ahead.

now i dont know what his problem is but you can guess what ive chosen to believe. lg taps him and when cxs looks at him, lg gives him a thumbs up. then without breaking eye contact he does it again. cxs whispers something, my best guess is shǎguā(idiot but like lighthearted). it makes sense within the context and is two syllables, fitting the mouth movement, and im pretty confident it started with sha.

Second, people really think saying he looks like a woman is offensive ? The same person who asked 'what the heck is men ?', Regularly wears women clothing, drew a bigender tattoo on himself, thinks he looks beautiful when dressed as a girl, calls himself pretty, pretite and delicate, chose modern dance and ballet as his major which are not commonly done by men and is frowned upon in SK, repeated he's NOT manly multiple times in a single interview, likes to keep his body dainty, want to make his booty even bigger, used a woman as his reflection and is VERY fluid with his gender identity representation 🙄🙄 More than anyone else Jimin knows his feminine side and fucking embrace it proudly

Namedropping

Hey everyone! We're gonna take a little detour today/tonight to talk about something that's happened between me and someone you might know at @askwendyokoopa. I labored with this because in all my time being on/off tumblr I've never had to make such a post as this. Usually, if I block someone or someone blocks me we both move on like normal people. In this case though, I was appraised of the habits of this person along with my own experience with them and I proceeded with a block only to be met with them hopping on another account to blatantly get around said block then, when I refused to engage further they name-dropped me. Here's the post in question I'll be addressing throughout.

But, let's begin shall we? I'll start by talking about me. This'll be a long read and I know I'm asking a lot but please read it in full if you interact with his person.

I hope I've tagged this appropriately, if I haven't let me know. I'll also be reblogging this for the day crowd.

My blog is a safe place. I rp Mario as very campy, bright, and happy-go-lucky so I extend that to my general post pattern. I take my name and reputation quite seriously and as stated just a second ago I wrestled with making this post but I cannot let what they've said go uncontested. If you're reading this and you interact with them then this isn't me damning you or claiming I won't interact with you because of it but this is simply a cautionary tale. With that being said, for the more sensitive bits of proof, shoot me a DM or hit me up on discord(available upon request) and I can furnish you with even deeper details than I plan on going into in this post.

I have always avoided airing out my dirty laundry so to speak when it comes to any aspect of my life on this blog. Although it is "my" blog and I can post whatever I want, again, this is a place of uplifting and an escape. Rare is it when I'll post about how I struggle with certain things or if I feel dejected from a certain community and so on. I made a post a few months ago talking about my substance abuse and how I overcame it. In that same post I spoke about my mom, her alcoholism, and how she injured me in an altercation we had. I did that to be open because these same struggles have impacted my time on here. I was heavily self-medicating during my last run on tumblr and although I was present it was because I literally wished I didn't exist at the time. It all culminated into last year, spilling into this year. You can read that post for that information. I won't entirely retread that ground here.

It's a heavy subject and it's a dark contrast to what I usually post but I did so in case anyone could take strength from knowing I made it through a major struggle such as that.

Now this is a post about @askwendyokoopa,whom we'll refer to as Wendy for the rest of this post, why am I talking about me first? Well, once again, I've never blocked someone and seen them 1. try to circumvent the block with another account(one that perpetrates what I've come to have an issue with on them, more on that later) and 2. have that same person namedrop me for that block as if I need to convince them I don't wish to speak with them anymore.

Truly this song & dance is new to me. Again, I take my name(url) very seriously so to call me out as if I've done something wrong to you for not wanting to speak to you?? That's my right, you can't play victim just because I didn't give you a college thesis. This is the internet, if I don't wanna communicate with you I just won't.

I don't make vague posts about people I don't like, nor do I vaguely allude to me going through a tough time(at least I try not to, if I have those incidents are few and far between) I'll outright say I'm not feeling it or something along those lines but even then I have to be going through hell to make such a post. I also refuse to put it on my moots and followers when I feel inadequate because I'm here to lift you up not the other way around. If you choose to drop a compliment on my writing or personality, great! I deeply appreciate it and it motivates me to keep going but I'm here to give a boost to everyone around me through Mario. He's been with me since I was a kid and always a figure of inspiration in how he faces down trouble. I could use a bit of that in my adult life. I just wanna share that with everyone else.

I've actually been sort of a monolith my whole time on Tumblr and you know what? It's gotten me into a lot of trouble I can't lie. I'm doing my best to break that pattern by being upfront with how I feel, speaking to people more even if it's just to say "Hey I like your blog" or something simple along those lines. How can I claim to wanna provide a morale boost to people if I'm as reclusive as I (still) am? Doesn't make sense which is why I've been moving to change it.

This is not to name me a victim by the way. All this person did was namedrop me and mildly annoy me/make me uncomfortable but I've spoken with actual victims of their harassment and that was actually the last straw. So if anything I'm getting off light, I'm only doing this to clear my side of things and provide clarity for why this is happening.

I met Wendy way back in the infancy of my old @red-man-of-archive blog which I'm sure is obvious that it was the same URL you see me using now when it was active. Things were casual but consistent. IC Wendy had a crush on Mario but he usually never reciprocated and just moved on. Was it harassment back then? No. We didn't talk OOC and kept things "business" as I'll call it. They were amicable and their portrayal was pretty accurate in my opinion of course. Nothing funny going on to my knowledge.

Fast forward to me going through the various issues I did, being unable to even keep up with basic blog activity, and then going on extended hiatus. I tried coming back but had lost my phone number by then due to financial reasons and I decided this was the chance I needed to start over. So I did! I remade the blog September of 2018, archived the old one since I was still somehow logged in on my phone at the time and moved on. I don't think Wendy was around when I started over but they did come around. And to clarify: it still wasn't harassment. Things were casual, when threads ended they didn't have a foul word to say.

I end up dropping out again from tumblr, still in the storm that is my life. Not even a full month later either. I'd pop in for spurts of activity but it never lasted. Didn't see hide or hair of Wendy during this period.

Then we arrive at this year. Nearly three years after my last posting. I had quit smoking(THC) completely, I'm on the uptick in my job/finances, and I'm seeing a therapist. Took a look back and I've been reclusive, posting from my little cave this whole time and I came to the realization that if I want any staying power I need to put more of me out there alongside Mario. So, I start approaching people OOC more and trying to be forthcoming in where our threads are going or if I'm liking/disliking something.

Coming back to Wendy. When I got back so-to-speak I went through my followers to see if anyone was still active. Three years is a long time after all. I came across her again: Wendy. I looked at the timestamps, saw how far back they'd posted but they were among the people I felt comfortable enough to message despite the inactivity. Ironic.

Now, I can't show chat messages between us because when I blocked them the messages were nuked. I don't feel like attempting an unblocking to revive it but I'm about 90% sure they can see my posts anyway. Bear with me a little longer on this narration.

They get back to me after a bit and we start chopping it up. We catch up and I'll be 100% transparent in saying yes I did go along with everything being suggested. We started an entire thread based off innuendo but it was quite ham-fisted and when I stopped replying they began to pester me "Did I do something wrong? Can you not find another acronym?" even going so far as to start interacting with me through a different post and asking in character why I didn't reply.

That thread and the in character incident are gone unfortunately as I deleted them. But, I've got more than that to share. Innuendo isn't inherently bad nor does it go outside of what I do here as Mario.

By this point my patience has been tested and I realize this isn't the same amicable person I used to deal with. I can't speak for others OOC but I will say they hijack posts very often to ramble in character with this self-referential tone that makes it quite obvious this isn't Wendy(the character) speaking but the mun or simply turn things inappropriate. A few examples, we got

Again, weird, but not a blockable offense. They've at least put the bare minimum of effort in to tag it, I guess right? Well, around the time the gears were turning regarding this person's odd and pushy behavior there was someone within a server I've joined who made an announcement about them given they've had experience with this person. Unfortunate experience it seems.

They detailed a lot of things as did a few other moots of mine but one thing in particular stuck out to me. They claimed that this particular person used a whole host of other blogs to stalk/harass them. Then I remember this post.

So, not only do they have a laundry list of accounts at their disposal but they use them to circumvent blocks, and then will talk to themselves using these same accounts.

I don't wanna associate with someone like this. And this is just the tip of the iceberg, if I haven't convinced you yet, contact me through tumblr DM's or discord and I can let you know what else I know because their rap sheet is longer than their muse list.

They mass follow people within communities they're active in and even if you block this main blog, they could be on your follower list and you don't even know it. Thusly, I am going to suggest you block this person and their list of alternative blogs, and move on. If I still haven't convinced you, once again hit me up privately because I've got more personal stuff to share that doesn't belong here per se.

I don't wanna see this person victimize other people and that's why I took the time to put out this warning. All that talk earlier from me about "uplifting people" but I'm making a callout post right? Well, once again, I didn't want to originally because I thought I could just move on. But, this is a chronic pattern of behavior exhibited by this person and I don't wanna see them victimize someone else. If me blocking them didn't get them up in arms enough to namedrop me and play the victim themselves we wouldn't be here. Plus, I wasn't the only person addressed in their little callout post.

So, that's the scoop on why I blocked askwendyokoopa and why I believe you should too. They are not worth your time or energy.

I made a dewdle on Magma based on a Fearsome Four rp on Club Penguin with Duckblr Movie Night Discord server.

I roleplayed as Dewey since I'm not super familiar with the Fearsome Four, I haven't seen DWD yet except for the first episode and Dewey is the most closely linked to DWD stuff out of the triplets.

Chose some sunglasses based on Dewey's desire to be cool and a blue scarf based on his desire to be a pilot/like his mom.

Meanwhile, I was busy being confused about how to do basic stuff in Club Penguins like take a hat off. @tealottie joined briefly then focused on drawing on magma.

Here's why Dewey was chillin' with the villians. Reminds me of What's Up Danger. "I had a slumber party with all my foes." Dewey tried and failed to write his name on the wall with snowballs.

Dewey kept trying to climb on the table but the game wouldn't let him. We also dealt with some weird and annoying censoring.

Dewey was able to become DJ Daft Duck at the penguin nightclub. The dance floor was full until we got there. Guess we scared everyone else away XD. Then we went downstairs and spoiler alert, Quackerjack was Mortimer Mouse all along! After a snowball battle, Mortimer went to have lasagna with Pete.

jaeyong is the older twin of @daeyongdx

he was born into a batshit crazy family (mutagen supremacists)

they were so desperate for their children to be powerful and wrestle power away from humans that they Trained Them from essentially birth

training methods were very abusive and also all consuming

they went to school and they trained and that was it

training did also involve classes for dancing and archery and gymnastics and fencing tho, which was about as fun as it got

any fun shit jaeyong did as a child he did by lying to his parents and/or sneaking out the latter of which rarely worked

manipulation and lying well and persuasion and making yourself look good in every situation was part of the training too btw. thanks mom

their mom has the ability to insert thoughts into people's minds and is very good at it, she can make them think they're their own

so she did it with her kids too to make sure they never Really questioned training

jaeyong was remarkably social and well-adjusted in school and public all things considered

class clown type that was good at everything when he actually tried aka the most infuriating person of all time no he never grew out of that part

he ended up getting into pinnacle at 18 and daeyong did not it was a bit of a mess

but daeyong was recruited for another program that was a great and important opportunity!

aka daeyong got sent to the labs to be part of a study on twins nepa was doing

once jaeyong gets into pinnacle his parents give him infinitely more freedom

jaeyong makes it through pinnacle thinking this whole time his brother is just busy with other training and that they'd see each other once they graduated

so once he becomes a d tier hero officially he's like hey when do i get to see my brother again

he asks the right people the right questions and gets some helpful nudges along the way for him to eventually find out The Truth

he utilizes those persuasion abilities to talk nepa into letting daeyong out and experimenting on him instead. thanks mom again

jaeyong goes to the lab three days a week after his normal d tier hero duties and he can't say a word about it to anyone or else nepa will lock them both in there for good

he's training to be an a tier hero and he hates it actually. he's like i went through the training i did for WHAT. to smile pretty at a press conference and maybe make a couple speeches. i want to change the world!!!

but he also realizes being an a tier hero will put him in the best position to accomplish his/his parents' goals so he's like ok Fine.

he has scary powers (unhealing, blood manipulation, power detection, twin telepathy) but he's hot and it would be good optics for someone "dangerous" to be A Hero to the public so that's why nepa did it

he doesn't have much free time but he's great at time management so u will still see him out doing stuff. he plays guitar in a band. still goes to dance lessons. loves 2 party. annoying. etc

PLOT IDEAS

his dad is a taekwondo instructor and his mom is a teacher at the cram school so. former students of theirs could be interesting

are you named after anyone? not technically, ive asked my parents multiple times about How they came up with me and my siblings names, but they just. didnt think very hard about it. fjkdlsjfdlas. but in a way im named after my mom, because me and saturns given names start with the same letter as our moms; my younger siblings names start with the same letter as our dads. i guess me and saturn could also be named for one of my dads uncles?? our names mixed make that uncles name. but idk im not willing to believe my dad cares that much about Anyone in his family to honor their memory through our names lawl

what sports do you play? i dont play any sports anymore, but up until high school i played softball. i was pretty good i think! pitcher and second base. also in middle/high school i was a baton twirler for band and i guess dance competitions (i have Never thought of it as 'dance' but i guess technically i was dancing... blegh), and im gonna count that as a sport. any activity with the possibility and probability of being hit on the head by a metal rod counts as a sport to me

what’s the first thing you notice about people? probably their height. most people are taller than me but i will make an immediate note of people who are Shorter than me

JOURNAL ENTRY ONE!

To whoever finds this ; Hello! 

I don’t know what to write here… but! My dad said I should get into writing! I don’t have very… nice handwriting, so it’ll be difficult to read these when I’m older! Hopefully I find these when I’m older. Dad said writing would be fun, so I hope it is! It’s not like it’s gonna help me in the future, but he claims it will! It’s just me, him and my mom right now! Which is AWESOME! We have such a nice house, and we just officially moved into a family home in New York! Well- Manhattan, but that’s okay! They keep talking about school, which I REALLY DO NOT WANNA GO TO! It just doesn’t… seem fun. Staying home all day and learning how to dance with my mom? That sounds like WAY MORE FUN!

This was from years ago. When I first came to New York from… I can’t even remember. I wish I knew what had actually happened. Here, before I even go on. My name’s Romeo. I’m a Junior in highschool in Manhattan. I’m an only child, currently trying to help my dad out with whatever I can. It’s a long story. I’d rather allow the events to play out themselves than explain it. It’s difficult now. I wish I knew how everything would play out. It’s not fair when something goes wrong. These were from when I was below ten. Or maybe this WAS when I was ten. The year is scribbled out, but the handwriting is messy. I always had messy handwriting, no matter what.

JOURNAL ENTRY TWO!

To whoever finds it again ; WOOO! 

It’s HALLOWEEN WEEKEND!! The best time of the year! This time? My mom, dad and I are matching! We’re going as supervillains! You can guess who I am! I know, I know, you can’t really answer me, can you! Well, to sum it up for yaaa, I’m going as the Joker! My mom’s doing Catwoman, which makes a lot of sense if you ask me! Mom’s super flexible! I wish that one day I’ll be as flexible as her! My dad’s being Batman, which is weird because Batman’s not a supervillain! He’s a hero! Mom’s being all silly, but that’s the best part about it all! 

If only I fucking knew. I held the old journal tightly in my hands, as if dropping it would erase all the memories. Sitting on the carpet, the room is freezing. It’s December. Always the coldest time of the year. I hated it. There was no point for Christmas anymore. Not after finding out what happened. Back in these journals? Rereading them, I felt like I was just a little kid again. Like it was back in the early 2000’s, when I thought everything was just okay. When I dreamt and wished I could be a superhero to save everyone. How badly I wish I could go back.  The sounds of footsteps is what had caught my interest, alongside with a knock to my own bedroom door. “Come in.” My tone remained empty, like I was shattered over something so stupid. 

The door opened and the hallway’s light beamed in. I had my LED’s on a certain shade of blue, not too bright yet not too dark. The voice of my father spoke. “Get to bed, Romeo. You have school in the morning.” Right. School. The place where I could act like everything was okay. That place didn’t care about the kids that went there, but about the reputation it held. It wasn’t like they cared. Hell, I remember hearing a kid almost died in the bathroom with pills. That school didn’t care. They just wanted money to support it. For the students to hold the reputation up high so nobody could get in. It was pathetic if you asked me. So, I’d only hum in response to my father’s voice, watching the shadows before the bright golden light of the hallway disappeared. To bed, I guess. Just to repeat the same day over and over again.

To whoever finds this ; I don’t know what to do. 

I don’t know if I wanna live here anymore. It’s been a couple of months, I’m still fourteen. A fourteen year old shouldn’t have to go through this. Dad says… mom went somewhere for a vacation. I don’t believe that. I know he’s lying. His voice was cracking when he told me. He sounded on the verge of tears. Like one wrong word and the tears would fall straight down his face. Mom was gone. She wasn’t here anymore. She left. I couldn’t blame her. Life’s been rough recently. They’ve been arguing a lot. He’s threatened to move back home. Back to… wherever the hell we’re from. I don’t care. This isn’t my problem. A fourteen year old shouldn’t have to deal with the loss of his mother. I’ve cried so much that I can’t even cry anymore. I have no one. No friends to comfort, nobody to distract me. Nothing  to keep me from running away. Maybe I could. That’d be best if you asked me. I’ll keep on updating. See how far I get.

God. I was a stupid kid my Freshman year.  Only three months in and I already wanted to run away. Now as I sat in my bed, continuing to read this journal, everything struck through my mind. As if I was struck with lightning or something stupid. My whole freshman year was dumb. Besides meeting my group of idiots. Thank god for them. They got me out of my dark abyss I was stuck in for months on end. I’m just glad they did. Or I would’ve joined her by the time Summer hit. Which I really, REALLY wanted to do at that time.

JOURNAL ENTRY FOUR.

To whoever finds this ; I didn’t get very far. 

I didn’t get very far when it came to running away. My dad made a missings person poster only a day after. I didn’t go to school, didn’t go to any place that was of huge public eyes. But that’s difficult. Especially with cops everywhere. Now I’m stuck under my dad’s watch. That’s so much fun. He took away my phone. He thought social media was encouraging my run away too much. It didn’t. Then again, I don’t blame him. It’s terrifying losing your wife and then your kid hours apart. It was a difficult thing. A difficult way to show that you cared. This years going to hell. It’s only the second day of the year, but it’s late. Around eleven right now. It’s only been three days. I gotta get some sleep. Even with the nightmares. I can’t be doing this all nighter shit for weeks on end. Goodnight for now. Wish it was for a while. 

Ever since this, I don’t think I’ve written in the journal for a long ass time. Not like I wanted to after her death. I could burn this journal if I wanted to, but it would get rid of any memories of my first writings. Or, I just tear those out and burn the rest of it. It’s been a long while. Fuck it. Blink carries lighters. I’ll ask him for one tomorrow.  Tonight? I just have to get through it. Or I’ll go and see Specs and the boys. Surely, they aren’t busy.  I mean, usually Albert and Blink aren’t. Same with Buttons and Jojo. Whatever, whoever’s not busy, I’ll bother. Everything’ll be fine. Hopefully.
