I made this gorgeous black cotton velvet costume circa 2012. It was one of the first whole outfits I handmade... One of the pioneer projects that got me started in the making of costumes and accessories for others! The longest hours I spent embroidering the silver metallic leaves and glass flowers on the steel boned corset. Totally worth it! ✨

I made a starry elven circlet in silver for Queen Astraea and a customer approached me to request the golden version! ✨ It's one of the most delicate looking elven crowns I've made so far 🧝‍♀️

This was the perfect consequence when I received those golden leaves supplies 🌿 The Fulvia tiara is part of the spring/summer collection of 2023, and I can definitely see a Greek muse wearing it!

The last shall be first, they say... and somehow that is what happened with this Verona crown I made for my collection of one-of-a-kind headpieces. Named Dracula's Brides (I've always been obsessed with the concept of dark, tormented beings of the night, and all things fantastic and otherworldly attract me like flies are to light), I created a small series of unique crowns, in which this Verona -shamelessly inspired by Satine's Indian costume in Moulin Rouge film- came last.

This Dracula's Brides collection is also inspired in Art Nouveau, especially Alphonse Mucha's illustrations, among other characters and concepts. And Verona made it through into the collection sleekly.

I cannot be happier that fantasy is getting so popular lately! It makes my outfits suddenly belonging to a space and time, and not being just the fruits of my own wild dreams.

This Queen of the Night ensemble I made a couple years ago. I started with the Stargazer shoulder piece: a sort of neck corset that blends out to a shoulder piece and almost a bolero. All hand embroidered with silver thread, crystals and glass beads to recreate the twelve zodiac signs, six on each side. A labor of love!

Then I thought that the Stargazer required a corset to go along with it and made that beautiful starry underbust corset.

Last but not least, now I had an almost full ensemble I thought a headpiece was needed. So I made that moon halo crown with that starry head cap... And ironically, that headpiece was the first one in getting sold!!
