I feel it really helps loosen up my hips after a good stretch.👌⁣ ⁣ 🔥 BANDED KICKBACKS⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ - my favorite peach plumpin' glute warmup⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🍑 CABLE SQUAT⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ - wide stance, drive the heels through the floor⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🍑 CABLE SINGLE LEG DEADLIFTS⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ - do not let the weight pull you over. The BOOTY DAY I promised‼️🍑⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Monday is always a Lower Body day for me and I really wanted to put some extra work in on these glutes so here's the straight BOOTY ONLY WORKOUT that got me the best booty pump ever‼️🍑🔥⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ First, make you sure you are stretched and warmed up before performing any exercises.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 1️⃣BANDED KICKBACKS - I use @fit.four.five resistance band size small💜⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 2️⃣BANDED HIP ABDUCTION - same band⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 3️⃣SUMO CABLE SQUATS - wide stance ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 4️⃣CABLE DEADLIFTS - keep the glutes squeezed and the core tight👌⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 5️⃣LYING LEG CURLS - you can use a cable, dumbbell or band(s) for this one.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 6️⃣REVERSE HYPEREXTENSIONS - same setup, just getting away from the ground a bit so I can lower and raise my heels, squeezing my glutes. Using a band can really help with the time under tension.🙌🍑⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 7️⃣SEATED GOODMORNINGS - abs/core should be contracted/right, heels planted and keep squeezing them cheeks!🍑🔥⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 8️⃣CABLE PULL-THROUGHS/SWINGS - go to failure. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ My peach is still pumped and this was three days ago.
