Absolutely had to rewatch e116 cause what a fucking battle,

And truly the Nein are unfuckingstoppable, especially level 20, they are a mechanical beast of a party, they are truly the polycule of this fight, as Caleb himself said “Set ‘em up und knock ‘em down” in technically less then 4 turns(if you don’t count the little beau turn before fjord could stop her and talk to them) therefore in less than 24 seconds or a little more than 18 seconds, fighting THE moon’s baddest poly hive mind IN THEIR OWN LAIR, against new types of attacks and spells and abilities they’ve never seen or know of, against lair actions and bunching them in AOE trigonometry bs, their big monk move of turning invisible didn’t help shit, with their wizard and cleric loosing 5+levels of spells each completely, their wizards mirror image not working once so taking all the damage, with one of their clerics not even having their armor equipped half of their fight, their rogue sluggish+exhausted+blinded etc, most of them exhausted, them literally betting against each other during the fight…

Now that the semester has ended, I’ll be going over the completely detail-less itinerary of a wedding that’s in two days 5 hours from my house in an attempt to plan every step so I don’t get overwhelmed because of the autism thing while also trying to figure out if there’s enough buffer time on the ends of the event that I can get away with safely binding the whole time without needing to take up half my bag to bring a backup bra to the venue because of the trans thing. “…be okay?” Voices blended together as Marinette felt a light heaviness on her eyes. Her hand reached up towards her head as she tried to sit up, massaging her temples. Her eyes fluttered open as an arm reached out to stop her from sitting up.

“Shhh… it’s okay now, my lady.” A soft voice rang out into the room after Marinette groaned. Marinette saw the familiar brown hair before she noticed the eyes.

“Eloise?” Marinette stifled a gasp as she saw brown eyes crinkle in concern.

“My lady…” Eloise wiped a hand across her forehead, brushing her thumb against her skin. Marinette could feel the warmth in her gaze as the woman sat down on the bed with her. “Are you okay? How do you feel?”

“…Fine.” Marinette coughed, causing the woman to fuss over her again.

“I’m sorry, my lady. I shouldn’t have left you alone.” The woman mumbled, staring down at her hands.

“What do you mean?” Marinette sat up, staring up at the crouched over woman.

“I got you your papers and pens, but then I left you without anyone to watch over you.” Marinette’s eyes brows raised as she took in the information. So people doppelgängers took over would still remember what the doppelgängers did, but how much?

“You’re right.” Marinette slid her legs over the side of the bed, frowning. “You shouldn’t have left me alone.”

“I’m so sorry my lady.”

“But I’ll give you a chance to redeem yourself.” Marinette narrowed her eyes, trying to look strong as she crossed her arms. “Instead of this house, you’ll work for me, doing tasks I ask you to. And I won’t tell my father about you leaving me.”

“Okay, my lady.” The woman smiled at her as a screen popped up in front of her.

“I’d like to be alone now.” Marinette sat back down on the bed, arms still crossed.

“Just ring the bell and I’ll be there, my lady.” Eloise bowed, before getting up, heading towards the door. “…and my lady?”

“Yes, Eloise?”

“Thank you. For everything.” Eloise gave her a soft smile before closing the door behind her.

“Oh my kwami, Paris.” Marinette fell back into her bed, gasping loudly. “That felt so weird.”

“….”

“….? Paris?” Marinette got back up, looking around the room before she noticed a small doll that looked remarkably like Paris.

“How do you like this form?” The doll stood up, almost freaking Marinette out before she grinned. “I think it’d make sense for a young lady to carry around a doll.”

“Good idea, Paris. You look adorable.”

“Oh, and-”

The door swung open to her room as a grey haired young man entered, eyes narrowed at her.

“Your father has called, my lady.” The man was curt, dressed in a butler’s suit. Marinette felt her body instinctively shudder at the sight of the man.

“Understood.” Marinette felt the words escape her mouth before she even tried to say anything, with the man leaving before she reached the last syllable.

Soon, a group of maids entered and changed Marinette into a light purple gown, with hair tied up into two buns. Only one remained, Eloise, when they were done.

“Your father has missed you a lot, my lady. I’m sure he’ll be proud to see how beautiful you’ve become.” Eloise grinned, making Marinette take a soft breath before grabbing her hand.

“…what’s my relationship with my father like?” Marinette looked up at the woman, eyes wider than usual.

“…His grace didn’t meet with you often as you grew up, so I can’t say for certain. I’m sorry I can’t help much, my lady.”

“It’s fine.” Marinette tightened her grip on the maid’s hand. “Just lead me to him.”

“Of course, my lady.”

Marinette’s eyes fluttered around the halls as they made their way around the mansion. Marinette’s attention was quickly caught by a garden outside the window, one full of colorful flowers and a mermaid fountain- similar to that of the garden she was in before. Were dungeons based off of real places then? Why did they choose the locations?

But before she could be distracted by endless questions, a hand stopped her before she ran into a door.

“This is it, my lady. Are you ready?” Marinette squeezed the ‘doll’ in her hands before nodding.

“Entering, daughter of Duke of Eden, Marinette Von Eden!” A voice rang out into the room as the doors opened, revealing a large table with a grouchy man sat at the end.

“Girl.” Marinette’s eyes went wide as she took in the sight of Tom Dupain- one in a large suit and a mean look that was out of character for her jolly father. “I was told you awakened.”

“…” Marinette didn’t speak as she stared forward, tears forming in her eyes.

“Marinette.” He growled, standing up. “I’m speaking to you. Are you deaf?”

“No father.” Marinette spoke with wide eyes, voice breaking.

“Good. Sir John said you awakened.”

“He did, father.”

“Is it true?”

“I am.. not sure, father. What is an awakening?”

“Great. He said you had memory loss but didn’t explain to me that it made you an idiot.”

“I’m sorry, father.” Marinette looked down, staring down at her feet.

“Hold this.” He waved at a servant that stepped forward, giving Marinette a glass orb.

Marinette held it, a sudden flash of red and black appearing in the ball.

“He did not lie. You have awakened.” He said before a bright pink appeared around the orb, shattering it.

“Ah!” Marinette screeched as she fell backwards, glass going everywhere.

“You!” Tom stood up, hands slammed on the table. “What just happened?”

“I-I don’t know,” Marinette spoke.

“Not you! You speak!” Tom pointed at a servant that was dressed in red, green, and yellow.

“She has the gift of creation, my lord. And of the natural Eden destruction.” The servant stepped forward, helping Marinette up. “She also has a gift we have not seen before.”

“Are you saying that the orb you gave her would destroy itself like that because of her unknown gift? You gave her such a thing?”

“You gave her the orb, your grace. I only provided it. I will be reporting this to his majesty. We will be moving up the engagement date.”

“Leave!” Tom barked.

“Understood.” The servant bowed before disappearing into the shadows.

“Get the girl checked out.” Tom waved towards Marinette before leaving the room.

“Eloise… What just happened?” Marinette looked up at the woman, staring down at the broken glass.

Handwriting: I couldn’t find one that seemed to click, but I think the fonts Playpen Sans and Caveat are lovely for her! Demonstration attached.

Art Style: An image since I had a hard time with words to start. I could see her having a semi-scratchy way of doodling with whatever she has near her! Not afraid to experiment and have fun, tends to doodle space. They love to sketch with ballpoint pens (lightly) and play with colors and hatching! Stars they draw are all sorts of different shapes and are colored with orange and green most commonly.

Second image is how I imagine they would doodle people, a bit of a chibi-ish Animal Crossing style that is disconnected and Cute!

As you spoke about the boys of the 'dark fortress'... does the equivalent of Dream, Ink, Blue, Error, and Cross exist? I wonder how Domovan reacts to finding his brother alive.

The short answer is, yes! I haven't given them as much thought just yet but they do, somewhere.

(I saw your other ask about the misspelling and it's perfectly okay!)

The longer answer is that these characters aren't necessarily a team or know of each other just yet. I haven't named them either lol "Dream" is likely still thought to be dead just as Donovan was. "Ink" and "Error" are likely around somewhere but I haven't decided what roles they'd play just yet. Maybe "Ink" is an artist or something and "Error" is a critic?? The "Underswap" Kingdom definitely exists as most major AU's do in this world and I imagine "Blue" is a knight or something. Not sure about his brother yet either. As for "Cross"...ho boy, I have a lovely idea for him... Ever heard of LVL 20 Cross? I might toy with that idea if I ever think of a way to include him.

Shez (Three Houses Unit)

For the Ashen Wolves route I'm creating, Shez may end up being a character within it (if this were something I could actually make, they'd be a playable unit). As a result, I've attempted to adapt them into a Houses unit based on what they can do in Hopes.

This is going to be a long post because I've thought about this perhaps more than I should have. Also - a lot of this will be subject to change depending on how the Wolves Route stuff ends up unfolding. This is just what I've got so far :3

Forgive the probably weird formatting - I'm on mobile browser.

Shez will be an optional unit recruited via a paralogue battle. Their gender will be determined through a dialogue prompt in a small cutscene before the fight (note that their gender will have no effect on the game outside of appearance. They can be S-supported regardless). This paralogue is unlocked shortly after the timeskip.

When recruited, Shez will have two unique classes. One is unlocked upon recruitment and is their default class (Fluegel), while the other is unlocked by completing a separate paralogue battle that appears a bit later on in the story (Asura).

Shez's sword will work how it does in Hopes and share qualities with whatever the other sword you have equipped.

With that background out of the way, here is Shez's unit information:

Ability - Dual Wielder's Ploy (Increases unit attack range)

Art - Shadow Slide (Allows unit to warp to an allied unit on the field (3 uses per battle))

Asura (Unique, Master) - A dual wielding class exclusive to Shez. A force to be reckoned with, this class boasts a mastery of swords and is highly skilled with dark magic. (Unlocked through paralogue battle, Overcoming Destiny)

Class Abilities:

Heartseeker - Adjacent foes receive Avoid-20 during combat.

For Shadow Slash, it is essentially supposed to be their warrior special in Hopes.

The Creation had two possibilities, one was what is listed and the other was 'Grants Def/Res/Luck+10 during combat. Please let me know if you think the alternative works better! :D

(As a side note, I'm aware that Fluegel technically counts as an Intermediate Class in Hopes, but for the sake of Houses story progression and when Shez is actually recruited here, I've changed it to be an Advanced Class equivalent).

Second batch of the day!

So, some context. The creator of these avatars had made the Sans' a bit before the Papyrus'. The day the Papyrus' were made public, a small handful of my friends and I went to the creators avatar world and had a fun little photo shoot.

I don't think they have any toggles, except maybe SugarBerry (Swap Sans).

The world has three rooms:

• The main room/spawn point with some Homestuck avatars

• The Trickstertale Room (it is quite brighter in this room than the others, so be careful) with other Trickster avatars (like Nightmare, Error, Ink, and Geno) and a FellSwap Sans.

• The G!FellSwap brother's house that has somewhat their take on the G!FellSwap brothers as well as some of their OCs and a slightly hidden Asriel.

I don't have any pictures of the other Tricksters, but I do have some of the G!FellSwap Papyrus that I'll share at some point. (Might be my next batch)

I won’t name the specific physical disabilities I am diagnosed with for a couple reasons, but they do cause: Severe chronic fatigue, 24/7 chronic pain when unmedicated, brain fog, heart palpitations, mobility issues, and a plethora of other things.

I’m also autistic, I’m comfortable naming that one. I’m unable to be fully independent, I struggle with a lot of basic day to day life things because of it. I also have a lot of self injurious stims and some outwardly destructive ones.

Since the level requirement for Agnea's next story is lvl 20, I might pause and grind her up higher and then go over to the cross fate with Temenos and Throné. I think going by level requirements for the next couple chapters regardless. There's also the optional dungeons to consider too.

I really need to get a good screenshot of my new bg3 character, I love her so much. Patch 7 so far is excellent and this is the first time I've been playing with mods enabled. On Steam deck! It works like a charm. I got some of the new faces and new hair, and entirely cheated with the feats every level because yes please, I want feats and I want this to get as close to what LVL 20 might be like.

But Fern (enby she/they) , oh gods she's so cute.

Mephistopheles Tiefling (of course), with the noble background, and a draconic bloodline sorcerer. I chose blue dragon because I liked the way the scales showed off against her skin and her tattoos.

I've got like five or six different bg3 characters, but none I've really thought about their history before the game. Fern however, she's the child of a minor lord from Baldur's Gate, both her parents are sorcerers, but from different bloodlines, father is the draconic bloodline, mother is a storms sorcerer, and a good one. Father claims their draconic bloodline is that of brass to distance themselves from the chromatic dragons and it is more befitting to be from one of the metallic lines.

Thing is, her father's family has the title, but wasn't very good with money, her mother's family, while ennobled with a small title of their own, came up through the merchant ranks and Fern's maternal grandfather owns a large shipping company. Her mother was born at sea during a hurricane, a good omen for the family, and when she took a land born for a husband it was seen as a loss to the business.

They tried for years to have children, but the bloodlines didn't cross well, at least until Fern, so they were very small but were very happy in this early days. Unfortunately, Fern's father was just as terrible with money as his uncles and ended up owing a lot to some very shady people. He sought his way out of it and made a pact with Mephistopheles, thinking he could buy his way out of it in time. But that never happened, and the due date came and went and nothing went wrong, so he put it behind him and forgot about it.

Until Fern turned 17 and was about to enter Baldurian society and tragedy struck. First with an unknown illness, a fever that wouldn't go away, followed by chills so cold that they couldn't get warm. Clerics and other healers were called but nothing seemed to work, Fern would be fine for a few days, then sick, then fine again without rhyme or reason. Her skin took a deathly pallor, no amount of sun could return colour to their cheeks. You could see the veins tracing just under the skin.

Of course rumours spread, they never should have combined the lines, sickly children the lot of them, and now their only child and heir was dying, and if the rumours were true, possibly a vampire.

On the eve of Fern's 18th year, dressed in the gown commissioned for her presentation to society, Fern let out a scream as her skull cracked and the skin just under their hairline split, two wickedly sharp horns grew, the pallor of their skin shifted from sickly white to grey, to blue to purple, and fine blue scales dusted along her arms.

Fern could not see her face for all the blood, and lightning sparked from point to point of their horns. The nursemaid and their handmaiden had run off, leaving them alone in agony, writhing on the floor in front of the mirror, watching in cascading horror as the tiny human girl changed, even her hair went from blonde like her mother's, to blue like the rest of them.

Fern doesn't know what happened next, only that much later, they awoke in a bed on a ship, her mother at her side as they sailed to the islands where her mother's family lived.
