Rereading the latest princess Luz fic. I love how much Luz is like “I was so mean to you. I’m so cold. I’m so mean to Raine. I don’t know why everyone is so nice to me I’m mean and cruel and evil” and all she did was like. Freeze up and cop an attitude for half a second. Meanwhile Hunter and Amity are committing interpersonal terrorism at each other and have gathered enough enemies on just their attitude alone and Luz is just like “they’re so nice :)”

luz about herself is like if i'm not kind and gracious and accommodating and a limp prey animal at all times then i'm being an evil tyrant. i need to care about everyone else's feelings so much forever

then when she's describing hunter and amity, she's like
