Someone please tell me how old Lupin the third Jr (Lupin the brat) is?? Because I always assumed he was like twelve in the main story.But after finishing whatever manga panels I could get my grubby little hands of online,It’s getting more implied that him and Marilyn are dating??

Which I would fucking hope not,but it was the 60’s and monkey punch is known for doing unhinged shit (aka straight up rape) in his works.So including possible pedophila doesn’t surprise me.But like-

I always just kinda assumed they had a very close bond,as in an affection for one another,Because he does care about her and wants her to have nice things.But now it just kinda seems like a weird spinoff of Lupin and Fujiko. but I have bronchitis rn and it’s hard to perceive things easily.

Because like- I never had the feeling Marilyn was using Jr to get stuff?? She gives off the opposite vibe to me.And circling back to the age thing.He said he was searching for Lupin for like five years.So my dumbass just assumed in the first panel where Fujiko shipped him off,he was like seven-? And twelve in the main story.But

THIS?? Is really tripping me up.

Because he’s always been tiny,and again I know this is a spinoff and not relevant at all.But I have no friends in the Lupin fandom and my brain has attached itself to this little scrunkly.So I really just want someone to discuss about him with.

But if he’s been doing this for five years- was he 12 when he started his journey.And is 17 instead??Please someone give their thoughts about this.I need someone to discuss him with.I love them-

as i'm rereading this chapter again, the more it's starting to become one of my favorites

(chapter number is 28 in shin lupin iii)

i love how expressive fujiko is, and she is just as clever and fun as the rest of the mcs when she gets to be in the spotlight

mp knows how to write women i think he just forgets they exist sometimes 😔

look how silly she is this is one of the best fujiko chapters ever...

also the trick she does at the end is really clever too, once again reminding everyone that she is quite literally as smart as lupin

shoutouts to lupin jr too but i don't think he was written as good as fujiko is, but it's understandable cuz i dont think it would make as much sense for him to be silly in this chapter

wish he got another chapter as a follow up on what happened to him after the snowman thing. i think it may have happened in some sort of exclusive chapter in the aizouban release but i haven't gotten to that point since I don't want to spoil myself on the untranslated chapters.

Thanks for checking out my comic, I wanted to write a proper chapter with an interaction between Jr. And Lupin.

One of the themes I was fascinated by in the Lupin manga was youth and crime and I wanted to write about that.

This retcons some known stuff about Jr. but I kind of wanted to rewrite him a little.

Basically, Jr. can't help but sort of fantasize about the freedom of being a criminal because he's never directly seen how horrible the criminal world actually is.

Jr. has never met his father and has only heard stories of him so he idolizes him as a fledgling criminal, and seeks him out to prove he can handle the Lupin name.

Lupin knows how destructive the criminal world is and refuses to teach Jr. anything about the Lupin family out of fear he could become just like him.

Lupin gives false leads to Jr. about his whereabouts as a means to keep him distracted, but it only inspires Jr more. To me, Lupin is also doing this as a way to fix his own past, and not put Jr. through the same things he went through as a child, and as another way to bring down the last pieces of his grandfather's Lupin Empire he despises.

Jr. is obviously aware about the game of cat and mouse he's in, but continues to believe if he continues on his father will finally trust him, thus bringing us to the events of this chapter where Jr. manages to track down the real location of Lupin, mid-heist.

Summary

Sirius Black III the usually flirtatious boy had become completely infatuated with someone he knew he could never have, but tied to someone he never thought he could love.

Remus john lupin the self hating Werewolf who doesn't believe he's worth loving, but his heart aches for two people who he thinks he doesn't deserve

Y/n l/n has hated love ever since she was young, a pure-blood family like hers doesn't get love, they only have to keep their blood pure. But maybe she could make something good out of this

Set during the marauders 7th year and onwards, canon divergent, just changing a few things up to make the fic work a bit better. This fic will be filled with unnecessary angst and drama because I'm a horrible person

Idk why but after the idea of Yata taking over zenigata’s position,it just got me thinking on why the others would’ve possibly retired.And this is my HC for old man jigen,because he’s definitely the most fucked up.

But just think of it- Jr and Marilyn (or whoever idk) buys a beachouse by the shore of Japan,filling them up with hot young nurses to keep them enriched.Because why not! Candy striper for Lupin,Russian ballerina chicks for jigen,and traditional Japanese women in kimonos for goemon.
