Lucifer had promised Chloe he wouldn't make any moves on her tonight, and he was always a man of his word as he'd given her the choice. That being said, he was extraordinarily happy when she decided to close the distance and lock lips with him. In fact, 'extraordinarily happy' would have to be the understatement of the millennia, as he felt literal fireworks as the pair made that intimate contact after all they'd been through.
