DEFO DEFO TAZ SPOILERS

So one of my favorite taz aus is what I call "the replacement au" or the "Lup Au" which is basically what if it was Taako who died or went missing and it was Magnus, Merle, and Lup working for the BOB

In which case that poses a lot of questions for each arc so lemme tell you my theories on how it would've gone

Here they be gerblins:

Lup has always had a horrible ache in her heart. She wouldn't call it depression but no matters how hard she tries to move on and forget. She has always felt something painful and missing in her heart. Like someone ripped out a huge half of it and left her with the rest. She's had this feeling all her lonely life as a single child and no matter what magic she used on herself or how many people she surrounded herself with... she couldn't escape that feeling... Magnus and Merle somehow helped though. Being the absolute dumbasses they are.

Lup finds herself flirting with barry blue jeans and disappointed he wont be joining them later-

Lup sees Taako's skeleton/corpse and takes the wizard hat and his glave(or whatever his magical weapon he made during their year of artificing was)

She feels drawn to the phoenix fire gauntlet and she teases about putting it on alot(before phandalin goes to shit), she also gives it a high five but she isnt dumb enough to put it on and understands how dangerous it is and how devestating the events that follow are

Lunar interlude one

Lucretia is baffled to see lup having taako's things on but thats not important

im gonna say Lup gets pretty similar things to taako since they are the same class(just different schools of magic)

She doesn't fuck with leon as much as taako does but she still does of course

Murder on the rock port limited:

They get on the train without charm person but of course theyre still "not who they appear to be" as merle keeps loudly insisting they kill the ticket guy

Lup respects angus but they dont get close as he does with Taako so instead Angus gets closer with Magnus though Lup does offer to teach angus some magic lessons

Pretty much all of the taako things except she might be a lil less dramatic about the drink cart

Lup and hurley are bffs dont even trip

Lup defo found Sloane attractive but backed off when she found out she was taken

also found captain captain bane attractive

a quip of "My type are hardcore nerds with those obnoxious spectacles and sexy science facts"

Lup either picks a mongoose mask or goes with a phoenix I imagine

She would threaten the guards to get into the hammerhead base at first but then switch up to help out Merle's plan - or she'd just straight up kill the last guy and hit em with the "I forgot about that"

Since theres no way to absorb the arcane core she makes it explode and it works just as well

You can assume she has taakos position in the car ride, but most likely she cannot summon Garyl and instead klaarg comes in and saves merle and later her

Red robe shows up and shes the only one who fucking remembers the director telling them about them and she is the only one to insist they dont listen to him

but they do anyway and she gets majorly suspicious

And NOTHING HAPPENS BECAUSE LUP ISNT EVIL- but merle does detect some necromantic energy radiating off her whole being but he doesnt have like a spell to fix her so theyre like lets not worry about it rn

As he saves you. As you're down you feel something phase through you as a red robe walks through your body and presents itself in front of Kravitz. He emits that same electricity off of his body and Kravitz looks baffled but only rifts a hole into the astral plane. "You're coming with me." As the battle is only beginning the red robe whispers to you, Lup; "Run."

Its nearly impossible to kill Edward, except when he's a lich. So. That's actually when Lup gets an idea. And she dies. Like full on explodes herself.

LICH LUP WOOOOOO

As soon as Lup is free from her body, her very very death and actually burning corpse. Everything hits her very slowly and soon all at once. So instead of killing edward immediately Lup instantly panics and starts to lose her cool... until "Lup?" She hears Barry's voice. It's not her anchor but it's enough to remind her of the situation at hand.

Lup destroys edward, so lydia destroys magnus's body

As Magnus sees Lup's liches form he isn't surprised, because he remembers when Lup sat down and told them all(?) about her and ... somebody's decision to become a lich... WAIT WHAT

Lup demands more answers from Barry and Magnus does the same, Barry is more sweet about it to Lup than Magnus

Merle is looking at Lup and Barry with upmost confusion and WHAT IS GOING ON????

To Barry's cave! Hey why is there two pods here

"So... I'm really glad actually, Lup, that you're here. And you're back... and as much as i wanna stop the end of the world to kiss you... We gotta move. We both saved what we could from our corporeal forms - mine is a bit more fresh but yours is back from the [starblaster]... so ... I actually don't know what you'll remember but youre gonna need it if we wanna get back on that moon base and confront Lucretia."

Merle can't hear anything and he is so confused, Magnus can understand this all and contiens demanding answers- before they both enter the tank, Magnus gets Lup's outfit while Merle pulls out deniem blue jeans AND WAIT BARRY AS IN BARRY BLUE JEANS?? beFORE THEY DO THIS

Lup looks to Barry and asks where Taako is. The name sounds familiar to Magnus, but his head is splitting in two before he can remember such a person. Barry can't bring himself to reply so he simply tells Lup he isn't sure but he doesn't have high hopes.

As they both go into their own tanks, Barry doesnt know anybody or anything. Lup steps out and she throws on her outfit and demands answers from magnus and merle of what happened after she died. "Am I a lich? Am I posessed? IS THAT BARRY?" And why is barry still so goddamn attractive?

Barry looks at Lup like shes the love of his life and actually starts being timid and nervous around her

Magnus tries explaining but once its all static the idea of another void fish comes to mind... PLANNING

BACK TO THE MOON BASE

heres the relic, magnus is dead, fuck you.

Oh hi angus, the truth? uhhhh i guess we can tell you oh is that zone of truth. dammit barry-

SECOND VOID FISH?

Hi Lucy, "I'm gonna fucking kill you now." But Barry holds Lup back as her fire wall is pathetic against her shield.

Story and Song

FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT-

As all hope seems lost after Lup remembers the other half of her heart, Barry and Lup are refusing to die because they cant be liches forever. They dont have anything to go back to-

She remembers Paloma's prophecy, and Istus's gift. It's a simple ritual - a simple spell and only thinking of her brother she casts it. And Lup almost loses it again when nothing happens.

It takes too much but Lucretia is the one who channels a spell to crush these beats in their own shield before she vanishes. ANd now we gotta do other shit yay

Lup and Barry and sent to find the ship but she can't bring herself to do so... "I... I know we're supposed to save the world and everything Barry but... but what's the point... without Taako here with us?"

Barry does what he can to comfort his fiance before he notices the sphere of black glass. "Listen.. do you remember in lucas's lab when we was going over everything?" "Ye.. yeah?" Barry takes a breath to elaborate but Lup cuts him off. "Barry you know transumtation isn't my school of magic." "I know but..." He points to the glave she's holding. "It's his."

And with that they feather fall down and give it a try.

While Barry begins to fight for his life - with the help of Lucas who joins them, Lup continuously tries and fails to open this portal. She slams her head against her own creation and curses Taako for not being here. How is she supposed to go on when Taako is gone? And she didn't even get to grieve? Or say goodbye? And why did Istus lie to her?

And then a rift in space opens. And there he is. Taako appears in his red robe without his hat or his weapon. Lup feels a hand on her shoulder suddenly as she hears her brother's voice say "Don't worry Lulu, I have magical powers." And when he touches his weapon to the sphere it's like an explosion goes off.

"Taako! Where'd you open that portal to?!" "The Astral Plane."

When Lup sees Kravitz (and he looks fucking awful.) behind him she suddenly flips out; "ARE YOU DATING THE GRIM REAPER?" "SHUT UP"

But it doesn't last long before Lup embraces Taako tightly.

TAAKO ONLY CAME BACK BECAUSE MEREL RECONNECTED WITH THE GODS BTW SO ISTUS COULDNT HOLD UP HER END OF THE DEAL UNTIL SHE WAS BACK-

OK SHIP TIME WE GET TOGETHER EVERYONE IS PISSED AT LUCRETIA BUT as theyre discussing the science behind it she suddenly offers, looking at the tres horny boys briefly that there is a third option. Thanks Paloma.

Taako stays on the plane to fight while Lup, sure she wont lose him again, kicks the hungers ass.

Epilogue, everything is pretty much the same because lup doesnt wanna run a school for magic and now that taako was apparently routing for lup in the astral plane the whole time shes off the hook

Why does Taako die? Why does he care?

Well, Taako knew he couldn't just rely on a dance to cheer up Lup - so Taako decided he was going to do something good and destroy his sister's relic. Obviously he can resist the temptation but Cyrus Rockseeker does not. Taako blasts him with his glave(or clave or whatever) into the safe but ultimately dies.

We then we Taako wake up in the astral plane, behind the bars of the eternal stockade where a skeleton stands before him checking off a list. He says something in a cockney accent along the lines of "Finally, I've been lookin' for you."

"Crazy accent you go there Ghostrider, where am I?" "You're in the Astral Plane, Taako. Finally. You wouldn't happen to know where your others friends are? They're supposed to be locked up in here with you."

"... What-"

I've had a PLA-related fic idea mainly centered around the DPPt trio cooking in my head for a very long time, so I'll just dump it here:

First, Lucas (Prof. Rowan's assistant), who got eebied to Hisui. The plot of PLA is mostly unchanged, the story would focus on him during the postgame events, working on filling out the Pokédex and collecting the plates and just hanging out with the people of Hisui.

Meanwhile in the present, Dawn (DPPt protag) is going through the motions and feeling guilty for not being able to prevent her friend going missing/not being able to find him. That's when she meets Emmet and Elesa, who were called to Sinnoh by Cynthia (she discovered Ingo's fate while investigating Lucas' case). Dawn joins the Unovans because Ingo's disappearance seems to have something to do with a certain Legendary that she knows quite a lot about.

As for Barry... frustrated by the fact that Sinnoh's Legendaries outright ignored them when he and Dawn reached out to them for help (and Dawn giving up on the search too soon), he left the region and set out to find something, anything that can help find Lucas. Eventually he meets a strange old guy who seems to know exactly what happened to his friend and where he is. What's the guy's deal though? Who knows? He seems genuine at least.

With PLA being two years old now something that popped into my mind is how there's a severe lack of any fan works looking through the perspective of Barry, Lucas/Dawn (Rowan's assistant not protag), and Johanna (protag's mom) if the PLA protag is also the protag of the DPPT games... We all think about and make fan works about Emmet and Elesa grieving over Ingo but not for the PLA protag?? Especially when so many fan works usually say Akari is Dawn. It feels like there's a whole well full of ideas that no one is really using at all... Imagine you're Barry and suddenly your neighbor childhood best friend and rival just suddenly disappeared and over the days and weeks his optimism for them to be found grows more and more weak as what happened to his rival truly settles in... Or your (Assistant) Lucas/Dawn and suddenly your friend you help teached when they first started out as a pokemon trainer is missing... Or your Johanna and your only child has disappeared with no trace overnight and the investigators are at a lost where your child could be... Imagine being a parent and your child is in their room one moment and the next they're gone, because in the files of PLA there's a modern looking room that's probably the protag's room, and that could've been the opening cutscene before they were sent to Hisui before it was scrapped...

It's happening again. 

The one thing she'd hoped to prevent with her sacrifice, hoping to scrounge up enough time. The relics had all gone silent in past decade. Just as she had intended. She had been certain that she'd have enough time to find the relics, return the Light to its full power, enact her plan, and reunite with her family. 

How foolish. 

Her quest to obtain the Animus Bell was foolhardy at best. Taking a page out of Magnus's book. She knew it was a trap. The envelope appearing out of nowhere, dangling the relic over her head. It was a mistake going in. Now her joints hurt even more than they did when she was regularly running from the apocalypse and she has new nightmares to add to the rotation. Those technicolor freaks taunting her, telling her that someone in her memories, "That pudgy fellow in the blue jeans," personally handed them the relic, so doesn't this feel like he's the one punishing her and not them? 

She'd done her best to wave those thoughts away. Buckle down, redouble her search efforts. Get help creating a floating base she can actually bring people to without frying their brains or broadcasting all her sins. But even that wasn't enough. She needed help, real help. 

And she's getting it. But, even as the anticipation for their arrival makes it feel like she's got bees in her gut, she's haunted by the fact that the surface of the world is marred by another shiny, black pockmark. 

It's happening again. 

All the planning and merriment of the Midsummer Solstice, paired with the knowledge that now, thanks to the boys, she had three of the relics in her possession had put her at ease. Perhaps that was her biggest mistake, believing that somehow, someway, they'd be able to get the jump on the Hunger. But now they officially have a deadline.

Finding the Light in a year with all seven of them was hard enough most cycles. But after severing it in seven different ways, Lup gone, Davenport as good as gone, and Barry at odds with Lucretia, she has little confidence that they can  do it. Half capacity and the boys don't even know what they're looking for. They don't know why. 

Every single day she has to keep herself from fully inoculating them. It would make the process go so much faster. 

It would stop the process because they would hate her. 

It's happening again.

In the months before the redaction, everyone knew something was bothering her. She had reverted to her pre-mission self, holing up in her room for days on end, hardly talking to anyone. She took all her meals in her room,  let dishes pile up. Everyone figured that, like all of them, she was taking the destruction of this plane, their new plane, hard. And she was. And by the time Lup went missing, it was already too late for anyone to try to stop her even if they had figured it out. 

And she's isolating again. She can't hide it from anyone, but she does her best. If everyone is in training five and eight and ten hours a day, no one can notice she's hiding behind stacks and stacks of books in her office. Books that nobody on base could read anyway; the words would go swimming and she'd have to explain that. 

Just one more. 

They can do it. She can save everyone this time.

It's happening again.

She's not too proud to admit just how angry she was when she was out voted. Just because she wasn't dripping with PhDs somehow meant that her knowledge on science wasn't as valuable. The whole ship was at each other's throats for a while after that. 

That's the thing with scientists, they always think they know best. That's what got them all in this mess. Made Lup vanish. Turned Barry against her. Got Maureen Miller killed. Turned Lucas Miller into a death fugitive. If, perhaps, any one of them had listened to her, they could all be fine. But no, nobody wanted to listen to Lucretia so now the apocalypse is on their doorstep once more. 

It finally happened.

If Lucretia is being honest, she never dreamed they'd actually be able to stop the Hunger for good. By the time next Midsummer rolls around, everyone is fairly scattered. But, by some divine act, they all reconvene. 

Perhaps calling Merle personally inviting everyone to his new home is hardly a divine act. It's tenuous. Taako can barely be in the same room as her. Barry doesn't look at her. Lup looks scared of her, but graciously tries to hide it. Davenport radiates disappointment still. Magnus and Merle do their best to lighten the atmosphere. Everyone is tense as the eclipse passes overhead. They all wait for a horrible cacophony and billions of crawling eyes.

None come. The eclipse passes and each one of them exhale a century long breath. 

There's a first time for everything. Lucretia hopes that extends to forgiveness.

Q: Team Galactic? The doomsday cult?

A: It's not a cult anymore! We've been busting our butts in that court mandated therapy!

Q: Why are you still around?

A: We just want to fix things. The Champion and Cynthia did a really big favor, keeping us out of Forever Jail. Plus, some of us didn't have anywhere else to go. There's only about... 33 of us now?

Q: Why is Mars running this shebang? Wasn't she like, bottom of the totem pole.

A: Rude. But true. Saturn is technically in charge, but he's... not been doing too well. Can't blame him, really. It's a miracle he lasted this long. Jupiter went to Hoenn to work at some space place because we kind of ran out of money. So that leaves little old Mars! Jupiter thinks shes superior still, but I'm not the one with a live in Interpol agent.

Q: What do you even do?

A: Classic community service stuff. Also, working on reuniting stolen Pokémon. And cleaning up the lakes after the whole bomb thing. That was Jupiters idea, by the way. NOT mine. Oh, and about half the grunts have day jobs, for previously stated broke reasons. Saturn does some online coding stuff that I don't understand in the slightest.

My fav AWAE Season Is Season 3

Moira Walley-Beckett, creator of the show, weaves a tapestry of both the nostalgic and contemporary. When Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert (played by R.H. Thomson and Geraldine James respectively) take Anne into their home, they are unprepared for what’s coming. Her big ideas, matched in size only by her big heart, take the little town of Avonlea by storm at first. But the Cuthberts, along with the rest of the town, soon grow to appreciate Anne’s imagination, creativity, and kindness.

Not stopping there, Walley-Beckett introduces Queer characters, Aunt Josephine Barry, and Season 2 newcomer Cole (I fucking love him sm), a classmate of Anne’s. When Cole is shunned by his classmates and family for who he is, he contemplates suicide. It is only Anne’s intervention that saves him from a terrible fate. He eventually finds his place living with Aunt Josephine in Charlottetown, a more progressive town than Avonlea.

Walley-Beckett goes on to bring racial prejudice into the mix as well, with the introduction of Bash, a funny and lovable man who hails from Trinidad, and befriends Gilbert Blythe, Anne’s love interest, while they work aboard a steamer together. Bash goes on to become Gilbert’s business partner, and moves to his farm. It is Gilbert, Anne, and the Cuthberts who make him feel welcome in Avonlea, despite the initial rejection he faces by the rest of the town.

The fight for women’s equality comes into play as well, in the form of Miss Stacy (MY QUEEN) , the new schoolteacher, whom Anne calls a ‘kindred spirit’. An independent woman with radical ideas, Miss Stacy scandalizes Avonlea by donning trousers and refusing to wear a corset.

Season three is as funny and charming as it is heartbreaking. Taking place right when Anne turns sixteen and is busy preparing for the Queen’s College entrance exams, the season deals with acceptance once more: of our fellow man, of identity, and of growing up. Anne’s desire to find her birth parents speaks to all of us who have wondered where we come from. Marilla’s fear that Anne will leave her if she finds out about her blood relatives rings painfully true. It is here that Walley-Beckett teaches us that family is family, by blood or otherwise.

The racial prejudice theme is prevalent once more in Season Three. Bash, his wife Mary, and their child Delphine try to find their place in Avonlea, who is quick to spurn them based on the color of their skin. A new storyline featuring a Native American tribe, the Mi’kmaq, living in the area, sheds even more light on racial issues. The townspeople view them with disdain and fear. Predictably, Anne does not follow their example, and befriends Ka’kwet, a young indigenous girl. (I love their dynamic sm 💕)

With the Mi’kmaq storyline, Walley-Beckett does not gloss over the more unsavory parts of history, but instead brings things out into the open with Ka’kwet’s enrollment in a new school set up by the government for Native American children. What follows is a glimpse into the shocking events that occurred in that era, with the violent kidnapping of these young children, and their forced assimilation. The school turns out to be nothing short of a prison, where Ka’kwet’s beautiful braids are chopped off, and her Mi’kmaq heritage ripped away from her and her fellow classmates, starting with their being rechristened with English names, and forbidden to speak their language. Ka’kwet eventually escapes, but is taken back by force. Her desperate parents are threatened and shot at when they try to get her back.

Anne and her classmates stir up controversy in the town when they fight for freedom of the press after Anne writes a strongly worded editorial about equality. When Josie rejects Billy’s sexual advances, he spreads false rumours about her to ruin her reputation. When nobody looks at him as being in the wrong, Anne is indignant enough to write an editorial about the events that occurred. She comments on the double standards that seem to exist when it comes to gender, and the importance of spoken consent. The town board is infuriated, and retaliates by giving the paper a pre-approved list of appropriate topics to write about. They stipulate that the newspaper will be shut down unless they follow these guidelines, and fire the instigator of the controversy, Anne, from the paper. I'm proud that Anne did this.

Anne brings her classmates together to protest, and in a moving scene, they stand together, mouths gagged by handkerchiefs, and silently hold up a hand painted sign emblazoned with their message: Freedom of speech is a human right.

With this storyline, Walley-Beckett succeeds in addressing many of the issues we discuss today; freedom of speech, media censorship, consent, and gender equality, all without seeming too forced or unrealistic. There is no magical solution for all the problems, but small triumphs recognized as steps to making a major change that the world will one day be ready for. It is richly satisfying and simultaneously accurate for the time period, as women back then still had a long way to go in the fight for equality.

Finally, Anne and her classmates face their biggest challenge: entering the adult world, and dealing with the heavier problems that comes along with. Plans for the future are discussed, preparations made, and farewells exchanged. Matthew Cuthbert struggles to deal with Anne’s leaving for college, a familiar concept to any parent. Anne is left with second thoughts about leaving Green Gables, and cries in Marilla’s arms for the childhood she leaves behind. Diana Barry, meanwhile, makes the decision to attend Queen’s College, rebelling against her parents’ plans for her to go to finishing school in Paris. The right to and the importance of education for women as well as men is addressed here. Diana is eventually successful, and comes to join her classmates at Queen’s.

And finally, Gilbert and Anne confess their feelings for each other. They wave goodbye to each other as they go off to their respective schools, and the credits roll at last.

With all the topics Anne with an E fearlessly broaches, it is as surprising as it is dismaying that the show has been canceled. The season ended off with hints of a burgeoning romance between Miss Stacy and Bash, a multi-racial couple, and the beginnings of a possible public exposing of the nefarious nature of the indigenous school.

Ka’kwet is left languishing in the classroom, while her parents set up camp in the nearby woods to wait for an opportunity to get her back.

We are left with the promise of more that will not come, thanks to the show’s cancellation. Poor viewership was blamed as the cause, though outraged fans have already started petitions to keep the series running. In 2020, with corrupt government, fake news, and a general outcry for change, Anne With An ‘E’, with its messages of acceptance and truth, is more important than ever.

The show had a mere three seasons, consisting of less than 30 episodes, whereas medical dramas like Gray’s Anatomy, and sci-fi shows such as Supernatural, have well over 300 episodes. The Simpsons is in its 30th season, despite declining viewership over the years. But ‘Anne With An E’ is gone. Which leads me to wonder: Is the world not ready to speak about the truth?

re: your post asking for asks. Do you have any abandoned wips you haven't had the chance to talk about but Want to? About say, the Sinnoh or Johto kids

SINNOH IVE HAD A FEW. Both fic wise and art wise.

One of them I’ve had is the scene where Dawn and the boys meet her Absol on route 202. Lucas mentions that it’s not really native to the route, since he hasn’t seen it before. But it isn’t until she catches it, at the absol’s insistence, and it’s registered fully in their pokedex that they realize that Absol is a pokemon that foretells disaster.

Another one that I’d like to finish is the events of the akashic record. Going over what they saw, what Volo did there, but most importantly, their debate over what to do with the world. Dawn specifically wanting to destroy the world, and Barry wanting to rewrite the timeline so the world leaves them alone, both so their trauma wouldn’t have to happen to them anymore and their pain will stop hurting. Them being put in the same situation as Team Galactic, but being close to enacting what they wish to accomplish. But they, especially Lucas, ultimately choose to love the world instead, saving it.

As for pure ideas, no progress, I wanna write more simpler moments for them. Such as stuff in Hisui like Lucas meeting his Petilil, Barry meeting his Arcanine, stuff with Yuki being a big brother mentor to them. Another thing is like to do is write about Dawn encountering the legendary stones, learning about what they are, and choosing in a split second’s decision that she wants to live. Fusing the legendary stones with herself and her friends.

I also wanna write more stuff relating to the distortion world, as I’m a big fan of the distortion world in my verse and it’s essentially become a mini arc of Sinnoh’s itself. But I haven’t gotten a chance to.

Some ART I haven’t finished includes stuff like Dawn and Lucas’s decision to follow Barry into the distortion world, despite knowing it would potentially kill them. There’s also a piece where they’re all sitting down and resting, a moment of quiet for them. But other than that I haven’t drawn for them in a while.

I’ve been meaning to as of late though… I miss creating for them lately. But art block has been hell to combat.

Johto has no real wips but ideas for writing piece have been swimming around in my head, especially relating to Kris.

One of these was a scene between Kris and Bill before her death, a regular moment for them. Specifically Bill helping out with her hair dye, since Kris was never good at it and her brown hair color was showing. Before fast forwarding to when Lyra’s taken her place, Bill looking at her and noting that Kris’s roots were showing.

Other fics I’ve had in mind was Ethan exploring Kris’s mindscape, which shows her memories in GSC tinted glasses. And another time Kris gets so desperate to keep Lyra in cyberspace she manifested Shadow Lugia out of desperation. As well as the moments leading before Ethan goes into cyberspace, where Bill nearly dies and Lyra’s unconscious body collapses into Ethan’s arms.

I’ve also had some ideas for mini arcs, since Johto is split into those, focusing on individual characters. Whitney and Bugsy I’ve had pretty clear ideas in mind, especially for . Personalities. Whitney’s a himedere and Bugsy’s kind of a bit too obsessed with creepy crawlies but. They have issues Ethan needs to solve.

I DO have abandoned WIP art for Johto though. Art involving Kris losing her head, as beheading is one of her shared motifs with Lyra. As well as art involving Silver’s escape from Team Rocket, and his memories with Red and Mewtwo afterwards.

Crossover Rp - Grishaverse| Six of Crows/Shadow and Bone and Another Fandom

Hey I am kind if desperate to do some kind of to do some king of crossover Rp involving the Six of Crows characters and another fandom we both agree on. I have a full list of my fandoms I will put son here below. Any ships I want to keep within fandoms and I wasn’t to keep the characters within their own lore unless necessary etc, for example I really don’t want anyone asking for us to play characters from Six of Crows as characters from other fandoms and no comparing the characters from Sic of Crows to characters from other fandoms either, especially villains, it makes my uncomfortable, especially when Kaz, he’s too good for that and I desperately want to play Kaz for this.

For Kaz only ship I am comfortable with is Kanej, no exceptions sorry. 14. Assign a fashion aesthetic to this character.

I'm not very well versed in fashion aesthetics, but I just think sweaters and stuff are neat :) Soft and warm and generates static electricity for the Joltiks! (Beware this man he is a walking electrical hazard)

And it's a nice contrast to what they wear at work! Work-mode and at-home/personal-time mode, differentiated through their outfits. As an aside, I think Ingo would wear a thick hoodie, especially post-Hisui; it's similar to his Pearl clan attire.

22. If you're a fic reader, what's something you like in fics when it comes to ths character? Something you don't like?

I love it when Emmet learns to live again after Ingo's disappearance. Through support from family and friends and his coworkers and most of all through his inner strength. I enjoy a good reunion fic too but I love when Emmet finds peace not necessarily because of but independent from Ingo's return. He has his own inner strength!

Conversely I don't like as much the depictions of him going fully unhinged - I like it to a point, the "beating up Arceus" jokes are funny, and I do like seeing his determination to find out what happened to Ingo and/or get Ingo back. But some of it goes a bit far for me and I steer away from those.

BONUS: I love Emmet interactions with the protags/rival characters... give me Emmet employing Hilda/Hilbert in the battle subway, or questing to find their missing persons with Lucas or Dawn or Barry! I just like the protag rivals haha and they make for fun relationships.

We know about how diantha and Malva feel about their respective attachments, but are there other family members or friends who really miss dawn, Cynthia and Luculia?

I think it's probably a given that Cynthia's family + the Elite 4 miss her a whole lot, though there's one card I'm keeping up my sleeve there...

Luculia doesn't feel like there aren't many people who would miss her outside of her family, and truthfully she's not really wrong in that regard, but I will say it's probably hitting her parents hardest. We saw her dad in Lucid Paradoxy but her mother is another can of worms bc they have a somewhat complicated relationship, but I'm hoping to get into that eventually as well.

Dawn's mother ofc misses her a lot too, and I always try to keep it in the back of my head that for as much as Cynthia (and to a lesser extent Luculia) plays a guardian role for her in Hisui, Dawn isn't needing for a parental figure in her life because she already has one. Justice for Johanna etc.

I've currently got a draft for a flashback with Dawn and Barry too, to try and showcase a bit of Dawn's life previous to Way Out and show their friendship (because Barry and Lucas would definitely miss her too) but that's sort of on the backburner until I'm motivated enough to work on it

Fighting for my fucking life. Similar to Luca, Kieran's hair color has been tormenting me for so long. Why? Bc characters Hop, Leon and recently Jacq. It was funny to think " oh haha, these guys are often mistaken for being related but their not" but over time Kiran's design started to bother me. A lot. So when I couldn't get what I needed from picrew, Gacha life came again.

His hair is still purple! Just much much darker. I realized that the plum color isn't exactly bright per say. I will say I miss his more vibrant hair color, but I think for my sanity it's probably better this way. His brown eyes I'm debating on switching for blue. I know I know, I am a big ass advocate for characters having brown eyes, but I felt that him having a different eye color could better contrast Danica's dark warm brown and Barry's bright orange eyes. But again, I'm not 100% sure on how I feel about it. Maybe switch his sister's eye color of purple for his brown? But I still want him to have something from his dad so. I dunno. Like I said, I am fighting for my life.

Will Kiran's name change? No clue lmao. Curse you Kieran, you got me thinking.
