"Jolene won't stop thinking about cheating on his wife." Anne takes a long swig of her latte, dramatic, as if there were something Irish about the syrup she'd dumped into the cup. "It's all I get. I'm going insane. The new girl at work is all 'bazonga' and 'waoooooga' and... like that. It's disgusting. Jolene has 2 or 5 kids, by the way. Literally. Disgusting."
I nod sympathetically. Jolene is not the name of Anne's soulmate. But those details are always fuzzy. You don't ever get important things, like names and addresses. You just get inklings, and notions, and emotions, and actions, and--absolute worst of all--song lyrics stuck in your soulmate's head.
Anne's soulmate, in a move Anne is positive was a matter of psychological warfare against her, had Dolly Parton's Jolene on an 8-hour loop for the better part of a month. And thus, Jolene.
"That's awful," I add, and I sip, and I pretend for the 47th time to not notice the man watching me from the far table. He's half-obscured by the parasol parked in the table center. It's kinda funny. Like when Lola my cat thinks she's hiding halfway behind the kitchen door. He's been following me since the morning.
"What about you, Cassidy? It's like I never hear about your soulmate. There's no way he's boring."
"He's... fine," I answer, which is an answer potently weird to give.
"Cassidy, come on. Any more threesomes?"
"Alleged threesomes," I correct, for no real reason. "It felt like there was... more than one woman, but I could--"
"'More than one.' So not necessarily two?"
"It could be any amoun--"
"How many, Cassidy?"
"I can't guess."
"Guess."
"Maybe 5."
"5?"
"Or 7. Look. I don't--" I wanna say 'I don't wanna talk about it. It's gross' but as always all my words go through the mental filter I have in place that makes me select my words in a way that won't piss Alejandro off. (Lady Gaga. He was on a Lady Gaga kick and 'Alejandro' off her EP 'The Fame Monster' was his--) anyway. This concern for Alejandro's feelings was all laughable, maybe, for a man who--.
"Cassidy, he's like uber-rich, yeah? Give me something." Anne raises her right hand to her temple and presses her fingers to her forehead, like she is tending to a headache. "Sorry--I'm being informed about the Dallas Cheerleader outfits. 'Skanks', is the assessment, but Jolene would fuck them all in a heartbeat. Anyway, tell me. Your guy. What does he do every day? What do you see? You get to tune in for a limousine ride lately? Penthouse hotel suite? I'm begging you for anything interesting. I'm drowning in Infidelity Accountant Man over here."
This. Me censoring myself. It is all laughable, for sure, for a man who wants me dead.
"I don't know. I try to drown it out." I take another sip of my coffee. I hardly taste it.
Alejandro has a hit out on my life.
I know this. And I don't know what to do about it.
So I'm drinking coffee with Anne.
And the man at the parasol table in the far corner of the parking-lot-turned-dining-area watches me longer.
...
Anne lingers for 10 minutes longer than she can afford to stay, rushing the details of daycare drama while her phone alarm blares at her--snoozed, rumble, snoozed, rumble, snoozed--
"Shit, okay. I really need to pick Lu up. She's texting me." Anne stashes her phone in her pocket, and grabs her purse, and leaves her empty latte cup on the table with the confidence of someone who is certain the cafe staff are meant to bus these tables. I'm never sure. I always bring my coffee cup inside.
Today, for the last time, maybe.
"Tell Lu I say hi," I say, kind of awkwardly, even though I've only met Anne's niece twice. In my defense, I'm not really sure what parting words I should deliver right before I get murdered.
Anne nods, so this is at least not overly weird, and she parks her sunglasses on her face and scoots her way out from the tables. She passes parasol man, who is still there and still watching me. And suddenly, I am alone.
Well, me and parasol guy.
(And everyone else in the outdoor seating area.) But, it's a metaphorical aloneness.
And I... linger. I sip my empty coffee. I watch the little birds who hop around and quirk their heads for croissant crumbs. I hope, maybe, hitmen operate on T-rex logic, and if I don't move, he simply won't do anything.
I wonder if I have any regrets. If there's anything I wish I'd done. But nothing is coming to me in the moment. Sky diving, I think. But that's stupid. I don't want to sky dive. That sounds kinda awful, actually.
Parasol man steals forward a table, and then to the right. He's un-parasoled and un-covered from his funny little cover. He's behind me, and I don't turn to watch him because it feels weird to stare. He's sitting with his back to me and flicks open with impressive power a newspaper he'd had stashed in his pocket.
"Cassidy Whitman. Your life is in danger. Do not look at me. Do not think about me. Stare forward and concentrate on how many different models of car you notice in the parking lot."
Oh. Diversion tactic. It's the sort of thing to try to mask what's getting relayed to your soulmate. Too bad I don't really know kinds of car. I was 21 when I learned the difference between an SUV and a sedan.
"Are you here to kill me?" I ask the hitman. There's a blue big car, like kind of a robin's egg blue. There's a red big truck.
"... No," the hitman says.
"Oh. Are you saying that to make me feel better?" There's a small sedan with a decal of a big boobie anime girl. I think about Jolene. I wonder if he likes big boobie anime decals.
"I'm not here to kill you, Cassidy." His voice drops, and I feel the way his head swings closer to me. "But there is a hit out on your life."
"Yeah, I know," I say. There's a black car. There's another black car which looks like the first but it's kinda boxier. There's a white car. "I think Alejandro put it on me last night. I felt this feeling like... I wanted me dead, and also that I was gonna die soon." And it was different from having that feeling in grad school, which was due to the grad school.
"...Alejandro?" my hitman asks.
"Oops. My soulmate. He likes Lady Gaga."
"He's... Okay." Yellow car with a funny bumper sticker. It says 'Honk if you love your soulmate'. "Do you know why your soulmate has a target on your back?"
"It's probably the 3am Ben and Jerry's," I say, but really, I'm a little bit offended. All things considered, I've been a very reasonable soulmate. I save most of my panic spirals for daylight hours, which is hard to do when it's 4am now and you're confident your entire life has been a waste.
I don't even think about important things during my insomnia episodes. I don't keep music on repeat. I keep my 'use stupid babytalk on Lola' between the hours of 7pm and 9pm, unless she's doing something really baby.
I'm not a cannibal. I don't have weird sex, or any sex. I haven't killed anyone. I'm really the WAY better soulmate than Alejandro, who's got his "blow up at people in big important meetings where he fires guys he hired to tell him he's important" and his "weird sex talk to strippers who are disenjoying it as much as I am" and the "cocaine parties" and--if I'm honest--Alejandro likes the Dallas Cheerleaders outfits just as much as Infidelity Jolene.
I'm the victim, here.
"He wants quiet, yes. And the only way he can achieve this... is to kill you," Mr. Parasol says with dramatic effect. I kinda wish the wind picked up for him in that moment. It sounded like he wanted it to.
Oops, I forgot about the cars. White sedan. It's a little dented.
"And you're a hitman, and you're here to kill me," I tell him. Oh, red moped. Mopeds always seemed so dangerous to me. I'm glad Alejandro doesn't ride one. Or maybe I wish Alejandro did. Maybe he'd have crashed and died by now, so I wouldn't have to.
"My story is... complicated," says Mr. Hitman who's here to kill me. "I have... a sordid past. I've done reprehensible things. Things I cannot ever take back. Cannot ever repent for. God alone can judge my--"
"Are you gonna kill me here? I just think it wouldn't be very nice to this cafe if I got murdered here." I'm not even joking. I like these lattes. I even recognize one of the baristas, when she's here. I really don't want to make them deal with the bad PR of my brains being all over their tables. And parasols.
Oh, green car.
"Cassidy Whitman I am not here to murder you. I'm here to save you," the sire of sordid pasts declares. I should be relieved but there's a 'but' here. There's obviously a 'but.'
"But?"
"But others will come to kill you. This is certain." I look at him, even though I probably shouldn't. He's peering over the newspaper with eyes of pure gray steel. He's handsome, in a tortured way. I should introduce him to Anne.
"That's not good," I say.
Blue Steel lets out an exasperated noise. He throws his newspaper down. Blue truck.
"Your soulmate. Your.... Alejandro. has sent a message to the entire underworld, and it is your head he wants on a plate. His reward is astronomical. Your death is certain. And once upon a time, I would be exactly the sort of ruthless hitman who'd take this up. In my day, I was the most feared, the most renowned, the most--"
Shit. This was gonna be a hassle, whatever it was. I deserve none of this.
"--but the orphanage... it was a final straw. I looked on my past and I realized how far I've strayed... How Susanne would never love the man I'd become, even if this was for her--"
Oh. Yellow convertible. It's got mirror dice.
"--the likes of the man, who I was now, if I could even deign to call myself a man--"
Brown truck.
"--whom you've dubbed Alejandro... you can say, we have a mutual enemy in him--"
Shit. I have an enemy. After I've lived my life trying my absolute hardest to never make anyone mad at me, ever.
"--and there is one way you can save yourself, Cassidy Whitman, but I need your agreement. I need your commitment. I need to know you'll do what it takes to survive. Even if it means--"
Red truck.
"--blood on your own hands. Alejandro has harmed more than just you, Cassidy. He has more blood on his hands than just yours. I need someone stronger than myself, someone who can vow the cycle of violence ends with her--"
Blue... Tacoma...? No, no that's not a Tacoma.
"--committed yet strong and resolute in her gentle nature, who the darkness cannot consume once the first taste of blood bled for her has touched her lips--"
What does a Tacoma even look like?
"--what do you say?"
There is a hand proffered in front of my face. It's in hand-shake form. It's got a little bit of sweaty newsprint on it.
"Huh?" I ask. Purple Beetle.
"Work with me, Cassidy Whitman. And together we will kill Alejandro."
Fuck, that was all the cars.
I'm fresh out of cars.
I don't actually wanna die. I really don't think I deserve that. Lola would be sad if I died. At least for a little while. And I still wanna try charcuterie sometime. And poledancing, maybe, I dunno. I saw it on Tiktok. But it would be fun to try.
I really kinda don't want to die.
And I guess Alejandro needs to die first, if I'm gonna be the one to not die.
I clasp my hand in Mr. Hitman's. I shake on what he has offered.
He proffers a smile for me, which is roughly how I imagine smiles look when authors use the word "smoldering."
"We'll see this through to the end, Cassidy. I offer you my loyalty, and my word. Alejandro's days are numbered."
A new car pulls into the lot. Black sedan.
YA Soulmate Romance novel where everyone, by the time they turn 16, becomes aware of their soulmate. A person tied to them by the soul, whose thoughts and actions are relayed vaguely over the binding and unbreakable connection they share.
Except, as best science can figure it, the connection is completely random and the other person is, with no greater significance, really just Some Guy.
Some people do marry their someguymate out of conviction that the connection must mean something, but those marriages statistically fare much worse than non someguymate marriages. As it turns out, marrying someone with no existing chemistry, who unfortunately is aware of all your emotions and actions, isn't a stable foundation for a marriage.
A highly profitable sector of technology blooming in the "someguymate-blocking" market, both for personal privacy and MORE than that, to silence all the annoying fucking updates you receive constantly from your someguymate. Endless pseudoscience and homeopathic remedies to dampen signals. White noise machines that advertise themselves as "sleep restorative" and "someguymate notification blocking"
Unfortunate person whose someguymate is in an opposite timezone, trying to sleep at 3am while being bombarded with "your someguymate is driving to work" "your someguymate is getting a coffee" "your someguymate is mad at this traffic" "your someguymate goes car horn honk honk honk honk". Statistically, you're actually lucky if your someguymate shares a timezone even close to yours
High profile terrorist with a tight and well-armed protective unit. Authorities don't try to go after him, and instead try to find his someguymate, who's a middle school teacher in Iowa who constantly hears car bombs.
Befuddled mother walking into a police department, unsure who to report this to, but her someguymate just killed someone. maybe. probably. It was unclear. There was gun fire and some driving into the woods. And maybe that was unrelated to the gun fire but the big heavy thing her someguymate pulled out of the truckbed was almost definitely related.
A lucrative, and highly expensive black market of private investigators and hitmen, paid in secret to set their mark to a rich and powerful man's someguymate, because their client just wants some peace and quiet. Just some peace and quiet. For once.
The someguymate of this rich and powerful man, receiving an inkling she doesn't fully understand, but knowing with icy certainty she is suddenly in danger.

Renegade Winds Part 1
Hi this is the first installment of my Vigilante Wind au, if you like to read it on Ao3 (Here). Also this must be stated! When imagining Linebeck please be imagining @smilesrobotlover literally kept looking back at her art while writing this.
Anyways! Enjoy!
The thunder cracked as the heavy winds caused the raindrops to pierce the skin like needles, as sirens busted his eardrums, yet he still ran. Breathing deep, gargled breaths while carrying the weight of three children. Two were attached to his neck for dear life, refusing to let go. The last cradled in his arms, gasping for air.
His precious boy, his north star. How could he ever let that happen to him for so long? The man was an adult. He should have protected them better. He promised he would protect them now.
A glimmer of hope shined in the distance. Headlights, they had made it.
"Linebeck!" Jolene called, rushing to his side, trying to fight the rain. Followed by a group of four.
"Makar!" A robust and sturdy man with green hair and a mustache rushed over with two shorter Kokiri by his side.
"Papa! Fado! Saria!" The little forest boy cried, reaching for them.
"Medli!" A Rito man took the young bird girl in his arms.
"Uncle Quill!" She hugged him tightly.
"Oh, may the goddesses bless you, Linebeck, for what you have done for us today!" Deku whispered, eyes filled with tears as he held his young son.
"Don't thank me yet, lad, not until you've gotten away safely." Linebeck declared, making his way to a van. The other adults nodded, following his example, heading to different vehicles.
"Wait!" Medli became distressed. "We're not staying together!" She frantically looked towards Makar and Wind.
"Oh, little one…. it's safer for all of us if we part–" Quill tried to calm his niece down.
"WILL I EVER GET TO SEE THEM AGAIN!" The rito girl attempted to escape from her loved one's grasp.
"Will we…." Tears began to stream down Makar's face. Joined by the rainwater.
"We'll figure out a way for you to see each other again, I promise!" Jolene spoke up. "It might be several years, but we'll work something out. However, it will never happen if we keep standing here like sitting ducks." Heading to the driver's side, forcing this show on the road.
The children looked at one another, faces heartbroken more than one could possibly imagine. The adults hated doing this to them, but it was the safest opinion at the moment.
Still, in a muggy state, Wind weakly lifted his arm out to his friends, his fellow prisoners, the ones sworn to protect. Linebeck obliged, bringing the boy closer to the other children. With the others joining.
"I–I'm," Wind gasped for air.
Medli grasped his hand gently. "Deep breaths, ocean boy…remember. Inhale, 1, 2, 3, Exhale, 4, 5, 6, Inhale, 1, 2, 3, Exhale, 4, 5, 6.”
Makar placed his hand on top of the older two. Compassion filled his eyes as he watched his protector. Even at a young age, Makar knew Wind was the most damaged out of all three.
"Exhale, 4, 5, 6," The rito girl smiled shyly, now worried about what her friend would do without her.
"I'm…okay." The Hylian boy said slowly. "I'm," tears began to fill his eyes. "I'm going to miss you…I–I love you both."
Makar was the first to fall forward and wrap his arms around Wind's neck, followed by Medli. Forcing the parents to adjust their hold on them.
"We love you, Ocean Boy," Medli whispered. Not wanting to let go. While Makar furiously rubbed his cheek against Winds. With one final squeeze, Medli and Makar slowly let go.
"Take care of them," Linebeck demanded, taking a step back.
Both families nodded before rushing to their cars. They all were going in different directions. Hopefully, that will be enough to shake the Yigus off.
Linebeck quickly made his way to the van's side door. Slamming it open, and as gently as possible, placed Wind down on a stretcher mattress. He and Jolene had planned to have it for Wind.
The man, not wanting to waste another second, looked over Wind.
The boy looked awful. He was drenched from head to toe in rainwater and began shivering. This wouldn't do. He did not just bust his boy out of an experimental prison just for him to get sick. Linebeck carefully pulled the simple hospital gown off of Wind. It was the only thing the children were allowed to wear in that forsaken place. Launching the evil piece of cloth into the corner of the van. They burn it later.
Then he wrapped his child in the warmest blankets before buckling him in. "You remember the plan, right?" He flashed his eyes over to Jolene.
"Get the kid to safety, get him checked out by a medic, take him to the safe house, leave him with Gonzo, and come and pick you up at the spot." The women nodded, fully understanding.
"Wait–pick you up?" Wind's head buzzed at the question. In a wrong way. "Y–you're not coming with us?" The young boy reached for Linebeck's arm, gripping it tight. "No–no, please come with us p–please." He couldn't do this without his dad. The air around him started to pick up. He was going to lose control.
When hands cupped Wind's face, slowly massaging his temple, "shhhhhhh, it's going to be okay. They don't know it was me. If I go back now, I can get lost in the chaos, and they will never find out."
The boy's body wanted to protest, but he was so exhausted, and Linebeck had figured out how to basically incapacitate his body. All he could do was cry and whimper, "nooooo." He sounded so far away.
Linebeck smiled at the boy, carefully adjusting him one last time. When a bit of blue caught his eye. "Here," the man whispered, pulling a long navy blue trench coat over the boy. "It's my favorite coat. Take care of it for me until I get back, okay?"
Wind could only twitch in response.
"Once we're together again, I'll take you sailing, okay, lad? Just like we talked about, I'll be the captain, and you'll be my first mate. We'll be Sailors together." Linebeck stated, barely holding it together. He leaned forward and kissed the boy on the top of his head. "We'll be together again soon…I promise." With that, he closed the van door.
Missing the one word that would have changed his mind.
Wind lifted his fingers up, wanting to reach out for Linebeck. "D–dad…."
Everything went dark.
"WIND!"
"AH!" The sailor jolted awake, sweating. Surrounded by pillows and blankets.
"Good morning, ocean light! It's 3 p.m., time to fight the day!" The woman leaned against the doorframe.
It took a second to register what was happening when he realized he flopped back down on his bed. "Joooooolllllleeennnneeee, PLEASE don't startle me awake like that!"
"Ha, sorry about that sailor, but you know it brings me a bit of joy!" She laughed, waiting for the sailor to throw a pillow or insult back at her. He didn't, "oh…" she walked over to his bed and sat on the edge. The boy's eyes were watery. "Have that dream again…."
Wind clutched a pillow and nodded. "It's been two years, Joe….what if he's really gone…."
"Hey," Jolene fell back on top of his legs. "Don't talk like that, kiddo. Linebeck is still alive out there…somewhere. Trust me, he wouldn't die knowing you're out here waiting on him. We just have to keep looking." She smiled confidently.
Wind stayed sad.
"Listen, Wind, I promise you if Linebeck is really dead, I'll dive down to the underworld myself and drag him back. Man's not leaving me alone in this world without paying any child support. Come on now!" Jolene winked at the boy, watching as he tried to hold back a laugh, but he failed. "There we go." She lifted herself up. Throwing a shirt at the kid's face. "Now come on then, Gallow's is waiting for you to pick her up from her awful tower, and you need to actually put on clothes. Honestly, I do not understand you. You wear shorts in the winter and a hoodie in the summer with a scarf, but when you're sleeping, you like, 'hmmm yes, shirtless' what is that all about!" Jolene placed her hands on her hips.
Wind, not even bothering to remove the shirt, answered. "Not everyone can understand my genius! Also, who's on duty tonight anyways?"
Jolene chuckled, "Crimson Rider, Wild Card, and for once, actually Deity."
"Oh! Heroes that actually like me! Wonderful!" Wind laughed, pulling the shirt off his face.
"Yes, but be careful with Rider, you two share the skies, and he's extra protective of the princesses." Jolene smiled, making her way out.
"Will do."

HAYASHI KENJI ( kentaro sakaguchi ) is looking for their MAHOUTOKORO FRIENDS who resembles HENRY GOLDING, JUSTIN H. MIN, ALEX LANDI, PARK CHANYEOL, ROSS BUTLER, REMY HII, LEE JONG SUK, BEN LEVIN, GEMMA CHAN, CONSTANCE WU, PHILIPPA SOO, MING XI, ADRIANNE HO, SHAY MITCHELL, UTP and should be 28-35. applicants do not have to contact MAEVE to talk over the details before applying. ( i’m using the mahoutokoro fandom page as a source for all things mahoutokoro. i have several visions for how these connections could go - it’s open to multiple people. the first and most simple being they were friends during their time at school and they stayed friends or perhaps they drifted apart over the years and now they’ve had a chance to reconnect. or maybe, they weren’t that close at school but now that they’re both in the u.k. they’ve become friends. really i’m not picky !! i just like the idea of having some connections from his past !! and who knows, maybe there’s potential for some previous romantic connections ~ )
HAYASHI KENJI ( kentaro sakaguchi ) is looking for their OLLIVANDER RELATIVES who resembles HIRAI MOMO, ISHIHARA SATOMI, NAOMI WATANABE, NOMURA SHUHEI, SAYO YOSHIDA, SONOYA MIZUNO, CONAN GRAY, HAMABE MINAMI, JESSICA LU, JOLENE PURDY, KIMIKO GLENN, KUTSUNA SHIORI, LUKE ISHIKAWA, MACHIDA KEITA, MASAKI OKADA, MINATOZAKI SANA, MURASE SAE, MYOUI MINA, NAKAMOTO YUTA, NANA KOMATSU, RINA SAWAYAMA, SEN MITSUJI, SHOTA MATSUDA, UCHIDA RIO, WATANABE KEISUKE, RYAN POTTER, REINA HARDESTY, KAYLEE BRYANT, ASAMI ZDRENKA, UTP (SHOULD BE AT LEAST ¼ JAPANESE) and should be ANY AGE. applicants do not have to contact MAEVE to talk over the details before applying. ( we all know the ollivanders, so i’m not going to weigh you down with tons of detail. i just think it would be fun to see more of them around! you could even bring garrick himself! my character kenji is related through their mother who is a great niece of garrick, though he was raised in japan. )
HAYASHI KENJI ( kentaro sakaguchi ) is looking for their HAYASHI RELATIVES who resemble HIRAI MOMO, ISHIHARA SATOMI, NAOMI WATANABE, NOMURA SHUHEI, SAYO YOSHIDA, SONOYA MIZUNO, CONAN GRAY, HAMABE MINAMI, JESSICA LU, JOLENE PURDY, KIMIKO GLENN, KUTSUNA SHIORI, LUKE ISHIKAWA, MACHIDA KEITA, MASAKI OKADA, MINATOZAKI SANA, MURASE SAE, MYOUI MINA, NAKAMOTO YUTA, NANA KOMATSU, RINA SAWAYAMA, SEN MITSUJI, SHOTA MATSUDA, UCHIDA RIO, WATANABE KEISUKE, RYAN POTTER, REINA HARDESTY, KAYLEE BRYANT, ASAMI ZDRENKA, UTP (SHOULD BE AT LEAST ¼ JAPANESE) and should be ANY AGE. applicants do not have to contact MAEVE to talk over the details before applying. ( due to the lack of any really concrete information about the japanese wizarding community, i’ve taken some creative liberties. members of the hayashi family have been making wands for as long as anyone can remember, basically making them the japanese equivalent of the ollivander family. they mainly sell wands to mahotokoro students, but they’ve never turned away a wizard seeking one of their wands. over the years, they have opened multiple locations throughout japan, each run by a member of the hayashi family. it also goes without saying, that any child born into the family is expected to go into the family business though i’m sure more than a few have gone down different paths! as for relations to kenji, they can be as close as first cousins, aunts and uncles or distantly related! )
HAYASHI KENJI ( kentaro sakaguchi ) is looking for their SIBLING who resembles LYRICA OKANA, HIRAI MOMO, MAESKI OKADA, MINATOZAKI SANA, MYOURI MINA, NAKAMOTO YUTA, NANA KOMATSU, YAMAZAKI KENTO, TAKADA KENTA, TERADA TAKUYA, MATSUI JURINA, MURASE SAE, NANA KOMATSU, UTP (ANYONE FULLY JAPANESE) and should be UNDER 30. applicants do have to contact MAEVE to talk over the details before applying. ( the hayashi siblings are related to two of the world’s most well known wand making families the ollivanders of england and the hayashis of japan. their mother being the great-niece of garrick. at some point they met, fell in love and eventually opened up a store out of the family home in sendai, miyagi prefecture, japan. it went without saying that they were expected to become wand makers when they got older, something that kenji openly embraced. whether the sibling chose to follow on the path their parents laid out or took a different approach is up to you. i am somewhat attached to the idea of the siblings being close regardless of any differences that they may have, but i wouldn’t say no to a falling out, etc. after all kenji is not great with communication ! their parents will be NPCs for now as i don’t see any reason for them to have left japan. it wouldn’t hurt to check out my wcs for their hayashi and ollivander relatives )

INTEGRANTES DO TIME DE DEFESA:
Amanda Williams Alzira Hwang Anne Sohn Ayeon Im Evie Heo Hazaki Yoon Hyekyo Kim Jaehwan Kim Jesse Chu Jolene Hwang Kane Williams Lory Nilsen Micha Yoon Pie Lu Samuel Choi Taeyeon Son Yena Moon Yulu Sun
INTEGRANTES DO TIME DE ATAQUE:
Andy Hwang Diana Kang Gunhee Min Gyuri Shin Hanrae Moon Haruka Tsuji Hojung Sohn Jihye Kwak Jinjoo Ma Kwangsu Lee Louise Boo Lucas Kim Saerom Jo Sinjae Kang Siwan Ryu Yohan Han Yoorim Shin Winnifred Allen

21 things aboutMe /21 Tags
Shoutout to @an-elephant--never----forgets for tagging me! Thanks! It’s been too long since I’ve done a tag game.
Nickname/s: My mom calls me Lulu, some of my aunts and uncles call me Lu, a few people call me Lucie-lu and my dad calls me a lot of stuff, like “Lulabelle” and “Lulalinda”
Zodiac sign: Pisces, but I’m not very into astrology.
Height: 5′3″ (160 cm)
Hogwarts house: Ravenclaw
Last thing I googled: “Mata Hari date of birth”. We had watched the movie (with Greta Garbo) and I wanted to know how old she actually would have been during WWI.
Fave music: I like a lot of stuff! I like 30s and 40s jazz/swing music, 60s soul, 50s pop, and some classic country.
Song stuck in my head: The other day I was listening to “You’re the Reason” by Arthur Alexander and it got stuck in my head.
What I follow: A lot of old Hollywood blogs, either blogs that only post old Hollywood or people like me who post other stuff too, my friends from real life (well now it’s just one person cause the other left Tumblr), and some history blogs like @yesterdaysprint
Followers: 3748
Do I get asks: Sometimes, and I’d love to get more!
Amount of sleep: 7-9 hours
Lucky numbers: 8
What I’m wearing: Dark jeans and an embroidered blouse I bought in Mexico.
Dream job: Film historian, but my more realistic ambition is to be a therapist and work with kids.
Dream trip: Europe! I’ve never been and I really want to. A bit closer to home, I’d love to see new York! It’s a bit ridiculous because it’s actually pretty close to Montreal but I’ve never been.
Favorite food: I like Mexican and Italian food.
Instruments: My main instrument is the alto saxophone, which I started playing in sec. 2 (8th grade). I also play the piano a bit and I’ve been pestering my dad to teach me how to play the ukulele.
Languages: My mother tongue is English, but I’m also fluent in French.
Favorite songs: here are a few faves
“Lover Please” by Arthur Alexander
“I Can’t Get Started” by Billie Holiday
“The Waiter and the Porter and the Upstairs Maid” by Bing Crosby
“Jolene” by Dolly Parton
“You’re Awful” by Frank Sinatra
“Nevertheless (I’m in Love With You)” by Fred Astaire
“Get Happy” by Judy Garland
“Troubled Waters” by Ivie Anderson
“The Lady is a Tramp” by Lena Horne
“That’s How I Got To Memphis” by Solomon Burke
Random fact: I don’t have any earlobes. It’s a weird quirk in my family. My mom doesn’t have any either.
Aesthetic: My main aesthetic is what I like to call “vintage teenager”. I wear lots of full skirts, sailor shorts, jeans cuffed at the bottom, cardigans, peter-pan collar blouses, small prints (like polka dots or tiny flowers), pastel colors, sweaters that are a bit too big for me, ballet flats, tennis shoes, etc.

one ( 1 ) new wanted connection has been added. see it below and here !
jolene shaw ( kristine froseth ) is looking for their younger siblings in hawkins. they should be between twenty-one to twenty years old and look a lot like herman tommeraas, nick robinson, haley lu richardson, tom holland, olivia scott welch / utp. you don’t need to contact @joleneshaw, but can before applying.
additional info: i am looking for some of jo’s younger siblings around here! basically, the shaw family is a lot like the gallagher family of hawkins. jolene is the oldest out of five siblings and she basically helped raised her younger siblings. their childhood was very chaotic and they moved to hawkins when she was twelve to live with their aunt gina. i sort of imagine the siblings ages to be pretty close with one another, but i am very flexible on ages/fc’s/character’s personalities. if you’d like to contact me with more information and hc’s on the shaw family dynamic, let me know!

Rules: Answer 11 questions, add 11 of your own, tag 11 people!
Was tagged by @missnimbus thank you so much hun <3
My questions:
1.) What’s a favorite aesthetic of yours?
I’m always a slut for pastel magical girl aesthetics
2.) If money wasn’t an issue, where on earth would you visit first?
I’d visit my nb child in Kentucky (ily bby)
3.) City or countryside?
Cities have more options cause honestly i dont wanna drive an hour to get to a mcdonalds
4.) DC or Marvel?
Marvel all the way
5.) What’s a favorite childhood memory?
A fight i got into in elementary school. mostly cause i was 4 foot something and kicked 3 dudes asses for bullying. I got ice cream as a reward from my mom cause i did take it up to the adults of the school but they dont shit so go off i guess
6.) Are you more likely to play video games or watch others play video games?
Watch others play video games cause executive dysfunction makes even playing games hard lmao
7.) How many stuffed animals are on your bed?
13. They all have names too lu-lu, ba-ba, jaw-jaw, kori, jolen, catbug, pusheen, stormy, hello kitty, shamwow, trunks, neko cate from sumikko gurashi, and sparkles (i love them all and they are all very special to me)
8.) Biggest fear?
All my fears are big fears we either go big or go home
9.) Do you prefer older music or modern day music?
mm depends on the genre. for country music ive always favored classics like Conway Twitty, Dolly Parton and so on. but i still do enjoy modern day music.
10.) Who or what helps you get through your darkest days?
Jeeeesssuusss~. But in all seriousness that and my dog, roxy. She comforts me in ways only dogs can comfort people. plus i cant stay upset when i hear her sassy noises she makes if i dont give her belly scratches lol
11.) What’s your favorite season and why?
Fall because sweaters! sweaters! sweaters! and not a lot of bugs! bugs! bugs!
I’m supposed to tag 11 but i barely know 11 people let alone 11 questions to put on here lmao so imma just post im sorry
