oh to be reincarnated lovers with Bakugou where you find each other every life time and leave a memory of the other to find in the next lifetime. You see each other in a new lifetime, drawn to each other, swearing familiarity even though your minds disagree. But it’s something deeper within you that knows each other, misses the others embrace, and you can’t figure out why.

There’s a famous painting of someone who looks suspiciously like you made in the 1600s by some tortured artist, the muse a lover he had lost years before. There’s a statue that looks just like Bakugou from the 1800s, who everyone thought to be created after Apollo, but you beg to differ. There are letters found between two lovers, one gone off to war and the other at home, their exchange of love something poets discuss in contemporary times. Theres even skeletons found embracing each other, with one’s head tucked into the others neck.

And for some reason, every time, these figments of love appeal to you deeper than anyone else around you. They’re so familiar, and you think you might be going crazy when flashes of memories start to plague you.

Sitting in a darkly lit room, a slate of white marble in front of you, a point chisel in hand. There’s a blond man sitting behind the marble, with a sly grin, as your hands raise to start chipping away at its flawless perfection.

Sitting at home, writing away with a quilled pen to a lover you miss. Kissing the edge of the paper and pulling away to find it stained with red from your lips.

Laying in the soft grass, your face hidden in a strong neck as heavy winds start to take over you. Your arms entangled in another’s, tilting your face up to kiss a blond, stubbled jaw.

When Bakugou tells you he remembers the same things, you wonder if you’re both just on a bad trip from a drug you don’t remember taking. But you carve your names in tree trunks and wonder if you’ll find find it again hundreds of years later, if you’ll see him again, if you’ll create another piece of your unyielding love on every crevice of the earth.

Nivi, welcome back! How was your vacation? I hope that it was fun and relaxing, we missed you 🫶🏼

The All Star game scene was so 💔 Were you trying to knock the wind out of us Nivi? “If only you’d just let me hold you in front of the world”, another call back to being a secret I see. I can’t wait to finally get the full breakup reasoning, seems like Paige is way more comfortable with letting the world see their relationship than Azzi. It feels like Paige is leaning into the private but not a secret and Azzi is struggling with how to balance it all. Like maybe they are on opposite spectrums?

The foreplay line gets me every time because it’s so true. Their bickering does just feel so emotionally and sexually charged. And oh ok Paige with the “just let me fuck you after” line, clearly not able to take things slow lol

Omg that phone call almost ended me. I felt so uncomfortable reading it, my heart was breaking for Azzi, but yet I also wanted to give Paige a hug. She was clearly going through it and her pain was so palpable. The part where Paige talks about Olivia “She loves being seen with me. She loves being known as my wife. Everything I ever wanted from you, she’s willing to give me.” I felt like this part maybe had a double meaning. Olivia seems like she just liked the idea of Paige. Their relationship just seems very surface level. Olivia likes the idea of being married to a hot famous athlete. She likes all the perks of being married to someone like Paige and flaunts it almost as a power trip. And then those lines also just go back to Paige feeling like a secret. Azzi not feeling comfortable with the world knowing about their relationship and Paige wanting to show off her girl. Again they just feel like they are on different pages. And that insecurity of feeling like Azzi wants to hide her and their relationship just keeps popping up.

Let’s talk about the bar scene shall we. I love the interactions between Joyce and Paige. Joyce introducing the players was an A+ no notes. The way that all of the new teammates give Paige shit (lovingly) is just perfect. They just seem comfortable with her already which is important for team chemistry. Azzi choosing tequila shots over having to decide between rum & coke or a Pina Colada is so princess. Paige being all territorial and jealous was fun. Poor Clemence, she never really stood a chance. Clemence bringing up the phone call, really curious to see if Paige remembers it. The fact that it still haunts Azzi feels like it’s gonna come up again at some point. Azzi punching some dude for insulting Stephie and Paige getting pissed off and flying into crises mode, Azzi slipping and calling Paige baby 😱 Their vulnerability at the end of the chapter felt like an important step for both of them. Like opening a door they can both walk through. It doesn’t seem like they are even capable of taking things slow at this point. I’m really curious to see how they are gonna navigate dating on the same team again, do they fall into old patterns? Is Azzi done hiding? Thank you for another angst filled chapter Nivi and I can’t wait to see where you take us next….📚

I'm very excited to write and see y'all reactions to the breakup scenes (thought I already know a lot of it is gonna be y'all telling me I'm evil lol) but there's a specific layer to Azzi's reasoning behind wanting to keep it a secret that no one has quite gotten yet. And that definitely bleeds into her saying no to the proposal as well.

my heart was breaking for Azzi, but yet I also wanted to give Paige a hug - I really love when y'all feel exactly how I wanted y'all to feel. It makes me feel like I achieved something lol. The way I see it with Paige and Olivia, they were getting some things out of each other that they really wanted, to the point where they willfully ignored everything they weren't.

I really like writing platonic team scenes and I'm excited to write more of those so I'm glad to see y'all like them too! I picked a bunch of players I really enjoy so that should be fun in general.

It is a big step because they're FINALLY communicating and there's not going anywhere without communicating. As for taking is slow? Well...you'll find out tomorrow I hope!

yeah streamers au!!!!! :D i'm thinking all of them also upload their own videos on youtube too, but some originated as streamers and some as youtubers (more streamer au hcs under!!)

like i said in the other post, i think zelda would be analogous to someone like pokimane or valkyrae, and does variety/just talking streams. i don't think she would take advantage of or even be aware of her simps/e-girlism, she's actually very sweet and a just bit naive :'>. she probably already collaborates a lot with urbosa, and has on done a video or two with mipha. i would say she probably started off streaming first and then eventually starting doing youtube to post her vods, then make her own videos

mipha would kinda be like the qtcinderella and urbosa would be like. corpsehusband lowk ☝️😳 mipha does a lot of cutesy stuff like acnh and stardew valley playthroughs, maybe cooking & baking videos, and also like lifestyle videos like GRWM or 'day in the life' vlogs. her first video was a first aid video because she wanted to be a pediatrician when she was younger 🥺 urbosa started off as a youtuber and is one of those like old legendary youtubers who's still around so she's seen the rise and fall of the internet fr. she's very wise and she's zelda's favorite youtuber growing up, role model, and mentor 🥺 mipha probably also watched some of urbosa's videos growing up and cites urbosa as one of her inspirations when she started her own youtube channel :)

revali absolutely started off as a streamer but he excels as a youtuber, as expected. he does a lot of speedrun or challenge streams/videos of video games and i lowkey think that he has beaten quite a few speedrun records, only bested by link who he has an ongoing rivalry with because they keep beating each other's records. revali mostly does stream highlight videos, but every once in a while he'll do a fun little collab video with someone else or on the rare occasion, a vlog or a grwm 😧 someone asked him how he keeps his hair so nice on stream and he was so proud he ended up making a whole video about his haircare routine, what products he uses, etc HAHAHA

link is definitely the type of guy who made dumb little videos as a kid but eventually evolved into a full-fledged content creator with high quality videos and excellent ideas. he definitely does a lot of nintendo game videos (people adore his acnh playthrough series and his collabs with mipha 🥺), but i think he would also upload a lot of like. scenic videos of places he's traveled to or hiked at because he's pretty good at filming and editing. link def found his love for streaming and speedrunning on accident by, get this— watching one of revali's streams 😳😳😳 but he forgets that it was by revali 😭 link is like, This looks fun I want to try, so he does and is actually really good at it. so he ends up streaming the same exact games that revali did and beating his records, and revali would get pissed that his records were getting broken, and thus the rivalry was born!

what daruk does as a streamer or youtube still escapes me though like i just don't know what he would do. i can't even see him streaming KDJHFKJD like what would he do? maybe make reviews videos about old gaming systems, retro games, or reviews on his favorite restaurants or something LOL feel free to offer any ideas for him bc i'm lost lowkey

rrrrrrrrr im so frustrated with my writing. its just been weeks of struggle and whyyyy. idk i think i need to rework or rethink what im going for with this one or something, its like i can feel the threads of the themes i wanna do are sooo close to tying together but it just isnt quite reaching yet and so it reads like a stilted bland mess but the more i stare at it the further away it feels aaah

i know it can get there i kNOW it can, the ending and like aha moment is so cleaaaar that i think its almost too solid and thats why my beginning feels so fucked—like i just keep asking myself 'well if hes gonna get there in chapter 5, whats stopping him from getting there now in chapter 2??' i tHOUGHT i had reasons but now that im there i just keep instinctually writing him to have the connecting/realization moment anyway and like. if that's how it is then what even IS the story??? i need a break
